Exceptional staff, beutiful garden, spacious and nice rooms

When we first arrived and walked into reception, we were not sure about the Hotel. It seems almost too small and not modern enough and the pool seems too small. It has quite a small reception and internal seating area. It is two story's high, with all room garden facing, some with balcony. We had to wait to the afternoon for the room to be available so we sat by the pool, which was not busy and actually very nice. All the staff are really helpful and will to advise/assist with questions. However, our room was really nice, large, spacious, king bed, sofa and a really nice shower and bathroom. The room was white, immaculate, some quirky furniture, well decorated...just really really nice and somewhat unexpected. We had a balcony overlooking the garden and pool areas. We did a lot of morning outings to various towns and villages up and down the coast and it was a pleasure to come back to the hotel/room/pool for a late afternoon rest and dip/relaxation. The pool is not heated but with the hot weather this is very welcome. The hotel location is a 10mins walk or so into the town centre to the restaurants, bars and the beach. Unlike Nice's stony beaches and difficulty getting into and out off the water, the beaches along the coast North and South, are sandy and the water is cool, calm and very enjoyable. The weather from 30Aug-9Sept was very hot..at or above 30DEgC every day to late in the afternoon and it is very humid all day. Juan les Pins is small but with lots of restaurants and bars and extensive sandy beach areas. We much preferred it to Antibes town, which was nice but much busier and much built up around the port and fewer beach areas. The restaurants food is fairly similar, lost of pasta, pizza, fish and salads. We had 6 nights in Nice and then Juan les Pins for 5 nights and it easy to us ethe train to visit north and South along the coast and well worth the effort to do so...

This hotel was perfect! Everything was clean and comfortable, the gardens and pool were beautiful, and the breakfast was the best meal of the day everytime.

The location of the hotel is just perfect with the beach and many good restaurants nearby.

It was utterly beautiful, from the moment we arrived we knew we had a lovely stay ahead. The grounds and pool are like a dreamy haven from the bustle of the town and seafront. A few minutes walk to the main town and beaches. Free parking on the streets outside or multi story very close by. The staff were amazing, so attentive and helpful. The pool was outstanding. The room was large and comfortable. The food and drink menu was just right and really reasonable prices. Would return in a heartbeat!

Pour côtoyer régulièrement les hôtels 4 et 5 étoiles, celui-ci est bien loin du compte. Arrivés hier à 11h00 on m'indique à l'accueil que ma chambre va être prête en avance et l'on me propose d'aller prendre un café en terrasse durant la demie heure d'attente. Lorsque je récupère la chambre 1h00 plus tard je découvre que la climatisation souffle de la poussière (cf. photo) car n'ayant pas été entretenue '8 nettoyée. Le dessous du lit n'a quant à lui pas été lavé, poussière et détritus s'y trouvent (cf. photo). Je me rends dès lors à l'accueil où le "responsable" m'attend et me dit immédiatement, sans même lavoir écouté au préalable, avec vanité et agressivité qu'il ne nous changera pas de chambre, que j'étais déjà chanceux de pouvoir la récupérer en avance gracieusement (j'ai payé 396€ pour une nuit). Je demandais simplement à avoir une chambre propre, hygiénique, de ne pas dormir dans la saleté et la poussière. 3h plus tard la climatisation a été nettoyée (toujours pas le sol sous le lit), le directeur commercial du groupe m'annonce nous offrir 2 coupes de champagne pour s'excuser du désagrément. Je n'ai jamais vu la couleur de ces fameuses coupes. Ce matin nous prenons notre petit déjeuner quand je m'aperçois que des pigeons sont en train de se régaler sur le buffet, qu'ils se baladent et picorent directement sur le pain, les brioches : un festin qui n'inquiète personne ! Un pigeon est même rentré entièrement dans une panière où il souille toute la nourriture ! Comment voulez-vous manger après cela, au risque d'attraper des maladies ! Nous sommes outrés avec ma Femme, tant du manque d'hygiène global que du ton irrespectueux avec lequel nous a parlé ce "responsable", c'est inadmissible, un établissement à fuir qui a gâché notre séjour.

The staff were so lovely, gave great recommendations and were always so pleasant. The hotel was so relaxing, quiet and quaint. We felt like we could actually sit back and relax. The pool is so great to have, it seems most people just chilled at the poolside most of the day! The room was so much better than expected, cool unique interiors that we really admired!

There was a few ants in the room, but didn't bother us

Such a lovely stay. Staff are exceptional and the hotel is really cute. Breakfast was so nice we decided to add it all week. Great value for money and all the options even gluten free. Special thanks to Natalie and Saddam for impeccable service and the night time reception by was also super lovely. Can’t fault any of the staff honestly. Juan les Pins maybe not quite as nice as Antibes but a great base to explore from and the hotel is amazing. One point that could improve things: the pool is small with limited bed and people reserved them with towels then didn’t use them for hours. This meant we were over in the garden area sunbeds and no one comes to offer drinks there. People shouldn’t be allowed to hold beds for more than 30 mins which is something other good hotels won’t allow. Especially important in a small hotel.

An absolute gem of a hotel, if you're considering booking, please do...you won't be disappointed. The room was comfortable, spacious with a beautiful balcony. The grounds are stunning, kept impeccably and the swimming pool area is beautiful. The breakfast is delicious, everything is home made and has a beautiful variety of everything you need for a healthy start to your day. The staff are friendly, helpful and always around to answer any queries or help in any way. The location could not have been better, just a few minutes walk from the hotel to the bustle of Juan les Pins nightlife restaurants and bars. All in all a wonderful experience for our 30th Wedding Anniversary.

An unforgettable experience. We loved our suite with so much space. The quality and the attention to detail in design of the gardens and pool , and the outstanding service.

No restaurant but they did provide a reference to the best restaurant and food that we have had in France. We don’t eat breakfast but they offered a Buffett and it looked amazing.

Det var rent og pent, deilig med balkong og utsikt mot en vakker hage.

På balkongen var det helt grusomme stoler, vi spurte om å få låne en stol fra basseng område eller fra frokosten, det fikk vi ikke. Vi fikk en svær hard stol som var like vondt. Samme på rommet, ingen stol å sitte på. Min mor hadde så vondt i ryggen så det vanskelig for henne. Endte opp å måtte ligge hele tiden mens vi var på rommet. Det står at de har spa, det har dem ikke, det er ett søster hotell som har. Som dem sa det tok 10 min å gå til, det er ikke sant, det tok 30 minutter. Så vi booket time der, dem sa det tok 4 minutter i taxi, så vi ba dem i resepsjonen å bestille taxi , den kom ikke før etter 35 minutter, så vi mistet vår spa time. Pluss at vi måtte betale 36 euro for 8 minutter taxi tur. Når vi de andre dagene hadde bestilt selv taxi og da betalte vi mellom 7-12 euro, det viser seg at hotellet bestilte ikke taxi, de bestilte en privatbil som de kjører taxi med for sine egne gjester og det er 3 ganger så dyrt, dette sa dem ingenting om. Når vi sa ifra til dem ble de så sure! Og var frekke med oss hele resten av oppholdet, det ble helt forferdelig å bo der. Jeg trengte legehjelp men de var helt uinteressert å hjelpe meg med det! Siste dagen før vi skulle reise så kom en dame som var noen form for sjef og ville beklage og hjelpe meg å finne lege, men vi skulle jo reise hjem, så det var ikke noe vits. Tenkte at vi da ble å få en kompensasjon, men Neida, ingenting!!! Og det er ikke mat å få foruten om frokost på dette hotellet! Gammelt hotell, med ett bitte lite basseng! Eneste de kan skryte av er hagen!

The hotel feels like an oasis in the middle of the town with its leafy garden, beautiful pool and overall feeling of tranquility. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was a feast!

It’s days Adults Only but we did have a family with a child staying in the room next to us. The child made quite a noise splashing in the pool. If you do allow kids (which is totally fine) you should not be misleadingly about your policies

The excellent outdoor seating area under the mulberry trees offers lovely natural shade. A very nice and well-maintained garden. We had a room with entry and exit directly from the garden, which made for a wonderful indoor-outdoor experience. The pool is also very nice, and there is ample free parking on the street right next to the hotel.

The room was not ready at the scheduled check-in time (15:00). Although we only had to wait about 10 minutes, this was disappointing, as we expect the room to be available at the stated check-in time. This was the first time we experienced this during our stays at more than 50 hotels. The breakfast could offer more variety.

This is so well located for access to beach, restaurants, walks, transport links and more and there is much to enjoy at the hotel. Everything in the room was great and it was especially good to have the lovely balcony and water as needed and a fridge to use during our stay. he seating in the garden area and the lovely fountains are excellent. It is also great that there is a shower and changing room to use on the last day. But what stands out most, is the quality of the hotel as a whole. Room and breakfast are excellent and it is wonderful on just how peaceful and relaxing it is. The SUPERB gardens deliver this and, if possible to top all that, the excellence of the staff throughout the whole stay is standout.. A truly wonderful holiday and we are already looking at dates for next year !

The grounds are actually quite nice and clearly well maintained, but with better management this place could have much more potential.

I honestly don't know who this town is for. We thought we were booking a hotel in Antibes, but it's actually in a neighboring town. Unfortunately, the area felt very unsafe to us, and we left with quite unpleasant impressions. The hotel itself was disappointing as well. The biggest issue was the complete lack of assistance with parking. There isn't even a designated place to briefly stop and unload your luggage. We had to move the cones blocking the access ourselves, unload as quickly as possible, and then put the cones back. The staff didn't offer any help. We were also told that parking at the nearby shopping center would cost €20, but when we arrived it was actually €35. While the difference isn't huge, it felt misleading. Considering the price, we expected much more. The hotel doesn't really provide much service. There is no restaurant, only room service, and the soup we ordered tasted like instant soup from a packet. On the positive side, the room was spacious. However, the overall atmosphere felt a bit like staying at your grandmother's house in the countryside. Soundproofing was also very poor—we could clearly hear conversations and noise from the hallway even around midnight.

We had a perfect stay at Villa Sainte Valerie. The place was beautiful (looks better than pictures) and very well taken care off. An oasis in Juan le pins with a fabulous heated pool. The staff were really friendly. Will definitely stay again if we come back to this area.

Our stay was exceptional. The room was comfortable, equipped with everything you might need and above all very clean. The hotel is even better than the pictures but the thing we loved the most was the staff. The gentleman who received us was very welcoming and helpful.

The adjustable shower head is faulty and needs to be repaired and also the sliding door lock is faulty and needs serviced.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, eine schön renovierte Villa mit schattigem mediterranem Garten, was bei der momentanen Hitze sehr angenehm war. Pool schön, Zimmer groß und sehr hübsch, Bett sehr bequem, Personal super freundlich!

Room did not feel private as it was on the ground floor and looked straight out onto the pool and garden area. This meant we had to keep our curtains closed the whole time.

This was our second stay. The hotel is lovely, comfortable and clean. We received an upgrade which we appreciated as well as a welcome note. The hotel itself and the grounds are kept so well, it is a pleasure to stay in such a lovely hotel, where from the minute you arrive you are made feel very welcome. The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast is lovely and it is so relaxing to sit looking at the garden while enjoying same. We look forward to returning next year.

Robes and beach towel included & l'Occitane toiletries. Freshly make cakes for breakfast and omelettes. Lovley bread and jamons and cheeses.

The pizza not the best. I would of liked maybe more options at breakfast expecially if you was saying for more than 2 nights. Maybe some avo & salmon or maybe some more hot options.
