Best Western Marseille Aeroport

A very nice breakfast and pool Close to the airport with a shuttle

Rien

Rooms were nice, clean, comfy. Breakfast amazing. Dinner was also good. Close to airport and convenient shuttle service to airport.

The check in staff was very kind and helpful. The person who checked me out was rather rude. It was a bummer because that was my last day of 2 weeks in France. My husband wanted to pay for his "honor mini-bar" beer and qave him a 5 bill - this person said you owe 4.90 plus something like 7.52 in city tax. I had given my charge card when i checked in so I thought that the city tax was paid so we both said FOR THE BEER? and he just kept repeating "you owe 4.90 and 7.52 for city tax" instead of explaining. ANd he would not talk to me only my husband and I was the one who paid for the room. THen when I asked about the shuttle he said he didnt know when they came, he hadnt seen him since he came to work today at 7. And my friend heard him saying to his co-worker we were rude! Very disappointing way to end our wonderful stay in France.

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel. Ideal as a stopover. Comfy beds , air conditioning. Window blinds to aid sleep. Lovely swimming pool in a sheltered court yard. Freindly staff. Very close to the airport but not noisey. Free shuttle bus to airport with buses going to lots of different places so you could use the hotel as a base to explore the local area.

Swimming Pool and Gym

Hint of smoky smell in room

Very good breakfast

It was located close to the airport and was convenient because we had to pick up our rental car the next morning

Karta do pokoju , w ciągu doby 5 razy musiałem chodzić do recepcji i aktywować

Merci.

Tout est ok.

Location , pool , restaurant, shuttle service, restaurant staff

Staff were very friendly apart from the young gentleman who checked us out in the morning . Unfortunately he was not friendly , and he did not make us feel valued

Very good - a little too far from the terminal/car rental to walk with luggage

Pool Rooms very clean and comfortable

Location close to the airport, airport shuttle, great pool, fitness room (it was wonderful to swim and exercise before our fight).

We arrived with our dog and were told that dogs were not admitted. We had reserved 2 rooms had had to go to another hotel. I am waiting to be reimbursed

Their dogs policy

The pool, the restaurant and its location right by airport!

The facility and service there was exceptional. Every person I interacted with was very helpful and kind.

There was not anything that I did not like about the property

Staff were very friendly and courteous, food in the restaurant was better than I was expecting, property was clean and location was excellent.

The AC was not cold enough for my hot blooded American self. I set the thermostat to 17 but I would venture to guess it was maybe 23-24 degrees. Also got annihilated by a mosquito at dinner, but the staff offered me spray to help which was unexpected and very kind.

L emplacement

Clean and modern

Excellent really very helpful staff . Good facilities for the price. Well situated with a good shuttle to the airport and buses into Marseille

Nothing really surprised it was so good

Extrêmement proche de l'aéroport, Clim fonctionnait bien, minibar frais. Grande chambre. Enregistrement et checkout rapide. Parking et établissement sécurisé. Bien insonorisé

Lit est petit par rapport aux standards. Chambre ancienne. Salle de bain moyen. Rapport qualité prix moyen.

Fitness room and pool are very nice. Room was comfortable but AC loud.

Loud AC system- there are better systems available.

Fantastic location for airport late arrival- lovely staff, safe, good car park. Great aircon, very clean, comfy bed- and I’m fussy! X also 12 midday check out brilliant!

Nothing

Clean and friendly

A/c was useless, very hot room

Walking distance to airport although a shuttle is available. Quick, friendly check in/out. Bed very comfortable and quiet. Nice pool although we did not use. Great to have a restaurant and bar on site.

Restaurant staff seemed a bit confused but friendly enough. Food was good.

Close. Food

Fußläufig zum Flughafen

We have stayed there several times before early morning flights or in this case after a late night arrival. It is well located. They do offer airport transfers but is also easily walkable (8-10 mins). Breakfast and dinner were good. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Proximité aéroport

Proximity to airport Friendly staff Excellent restaurant and bar Shuttle to airport was excellent too

Staff were friendly - excellent facilities . Pool & gym were first class

Nothing

very comfortable. Nice restaurant. Staff very friendly

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it very convenient for both the airport and nearby attractions. Parking was easy and hassle-free, and the hotel appeared to be well managed and efficiently organized. The staff were professional, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out.

The main issue was the central air conditioning system. During the night, the ventilation noise was quite loud and woke me up several times, which affected the quality of my sleep. In addition, the towels looked rather old and could be replaced with newer ones. Compared with other nearby hotels in a similar price range, upgrading these facilities would greatly improve the overall value for money.

Had dinner in the hotel dining room, i ordered stake which was 100% uneatable due to being tough. I returned the the meat in exchange for another item, in fairness the staff were very good in this regard. I had a discussion with another customer who also experienced the same

Room had a tiredness feeling, towels very old etc

Very comfortable stay

Het personeel aan de balie was super! Ober in t restaurant was onaardig.

Nothing

Tout était bien

Modern , nice reception and bar, confortable bed, there is a pool

Bathroom is a bit dated, bo walk in shower.

The hotel is great. The pool is beautiful. The staff is adorable and very professional. I usually go to a 3 star because I just want a hotel at the airport to get an early flight. I am delighted I decided to change. It made a world of difference. I had a great evening and great start the next day.

Honestly everything was perfect.

Lokalizacja blisko lotniska i dowóz

Zbyt głęboki basen

Proximité de l’aéroport!

Chambre de bain petite! Configuration!

RAS

We had two fantastic stays at this Best Western. It was the perfect way to begin and end our vacation in France. The shuttle service was amazing, friendly and fast. The rooms were clean, comfortable and attractive. The staff is lovely; so kind and helpful and patient with my marginal French skills. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. We had a delicious charcuterie tray and cocktails upon our arrival in the bar. Highly recommend!

The reception, bar area gym and pool were lovely !

The aircon in the room was terrible, very uncomfortably hot, we reported it to reception and someone came to our room, it improved very slightly but we were then told that’s just the temperature of the hotel, we struggled to sleep, the bathroom was also very dated and in need of an update. No family rooms, maximum of 3 people per room, I enquired at reception as we are a family of 4 with two small children it was hard for us.

Despite being steps away from the airport runways, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The pool was great, and so was the dining. We relaxed and felt our room was spotless and easy to rest in. Thank you!

Helpful staff and close location to the airport was fantastic for our early flight, as well as the shuttle to get us there on time was perfect.

Besonders netter Empfang gegen Mitternacht.

Everything except the food. The swimming pool was great. The room clean and cool. The staff were helpful. It was a short walk to the terminal.

The food was dismal.

Close to airport, and shuttle available

Can’t beat the location. Literally a few minutes away from the airport. Clean room, comfortable bed, helpful staff. We had a rental car and there was adequate parking, gas station around the corner. Extremely convenient for a morning flight out of Marseille

Nothing

Sehr sauber. Ruhig.

Great location for the airport.

Great location and staff. Shuttle was very helpful.

A little warm in our room.

Ideale Nähe zum Flughafen, Shuttle Bus zur Verfügung.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja przy lotnisku

Średnio działająca klimatyzacja

the staff -from front desk through to housekeepers and restaurant staff -were all great.efficient and friendly.Baki gets a special mention for tracking down my headphones that i left behind.the hotel is 5 minutes from the terminals by foot but operates a rapid shuttle service.the room was well appointed with a good bathroom.the pool and surrounding area was perfect for a wind down in the afternoon.the restaurant offered a decent choice and delivered very tasty food.windows opened which was a positive for me at night.

the busy restaurant was a bit short-staffed so the food was a bit slow but the cheerful disposition and visible effort of the 2 girls meant one couldnt complain.

Primary reason is proximity to airport and ability to turn in rental car. Shuttle to airport at 4:30am is a real bonus. Restaurant was good and staff were friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool is soooo good, we love it. Also the location is near to the airport and a shuttle bus provided, so really convienient.
