Holiday Inn - Marseille Airport by IHG

Propreté

Tout est bien

Rien

Location was good. Check in good. Shuttle driver from airport excellent.

Dirty linen cabinets and dirty room service trays all-over the hallways at 5pm. Carpet was filthy. Airport shuttle driver at 5am was pretty damn grumpy. not professional.

modern clean and affordable

no shuttle service before 5am

Inviting reception, spacious family room for one night. Lots of variety at breakfast.

No mattress or proper bedding provided for the child's cot

rien

Staff was rude to us being from USA I would never go back to France because people their are rude in general and ur people at the bar were not an exception

Room 014 - tile missing from udder shower.

Quiet though near the airport. Shuttle bus was efficient and useful. Helpful front desk team. Pool.

Expensive breakfast. Location is commercial but walkable decent restaurant, railway station and boulangerie nearby.

Prima accomodatie voor onze doorreis. Locatie was echter wel wat afgelegen. Restaurant was goed eten!

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Good AC in hot weather.

We had an incident with the shuttle on the evening of arrival that didn't pick us up, so we had to walk to the hotel with our children in the middle of the night. When I complained to the reception where there were 3 people that night, no one responded, they just laughed at me... and I was very hurt and outraged by this, so I will never stay at this hotel again with my family.

Our family suite was perfect for a one-night stay before our flight. Check-in was easy, staff were kind. The pool and surrounding seating area were nice. Overall, no complaints.

The rooms were generally clean, but did show some general wear and tear. Some of the baseboards were coming off. The shower grout was slightly discoloured. The walls had some marks. I think with some minor repairs and updating, it would feel fresher.

Vicino aeroporto Navetta puntualissima

The room was lovely, very large and well equipped. I could hear voices from a service area next door through the night which was irritating .

As above the voices I could hear in the middle of the night.

Good parking, comfy rooms and nice bathroom.

One of the most out of place restaurants in an airport holiday inn - there were about 6 things on the menu (salmon, steak etc) at ridiculous prices. Much better restaurant 5 minute walk away. Breakfast was also quite poor - only saw one member of staff so things were not being replenished. Felt more like it had been prepared to be photographed than to be effective.

We needed a hotel near the airport for an early morning flight and this answered the bill. Very close to airport with free shuttles at all hours. Room was fine. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

staff agreable

bon service et tarif raisonnable

Lovely hotel with a clean and modern decor, pool and breakfast area. We had a delicious pizza upon our arrival as a snack, free and easy parking. Five minutes to the airport as well since we stayed one night and had a flight the next day. 25 minutes to the old poet.

There was a problem with the AC and they changed our room right away.

Nice building and was nice inside.

Large Crack in shower floor and I was told to book a shuttle to airport at the desk when I booked which would be free of charge. I tried to do this but the shuttle wasn’t available for when I needed it. Very disappointing and had to then book my own taxi. Should be stated on the website that this is not always possible!

Close to the airport. The room was modern, clean & comfortable. Having a small fridge was great.

The property was great. I found the instructions to the shuttle bus and its intercom unclear on arrival and I wanted to find it quickly as it was late. The shuttle bus bay is outside the terminals (between T1 and T2) past the bus stops and ticket office when you exit from T2. The intercom to the hotel to request a shuttle is found at the shuttle bus bay. The shuttle is a great service, and quite prompt.

Excellente situation pour l'aéroport. Excellente navette. Très bon restaurant

Clean, Pool

Staff not friendly

Amazing front desk, a special momention to Ninko( her spelling of the name is unsure). She went the extra smile to help and make us feel at home.

Proche de l’aéroport mais assez calme. Établissement moderne, bien équipé. Bon restaurant.

Piscine trop petite

L’emplacement

Les wc cassés, le lavabo bouché

Great hotel close to airport for easy overnight with lovely pool and staff.

Would like airport shuttle to start earlier for 6.20am flight

Helpful staff Shuttle excellent

Nil

Confortable bed, friendly staff

Shuttle can be full already when trying to book for the next day for the time you need. A feedback to the hotel is that you could also provide more timeslots when needed.

Great reception staff

Proximité de l’aéroport Piscine Navette

It was well situated for the airport Quality beds and bed linen

The food in the restaurant was not as good as expected.

The location was great because we wanted to be by the airport. It had a nice pool and the room was spacious and fresh.

The option for dinner was not huge.

Very convenient for airport. Pleasant pool area. Close to beach. Check-in and check-out very smooth

Excellent for a late night flight stop over. Good facilities and a lovely pool..also nice to have a later chevk out time of midday.

Comfortable, clean room, great breakfast, free airport shuttle and extremely helpful and communicative staff. The garden and pool looked great though our stay was too short to use them. It was way nicer than I was expecting of an airport hotel!

Nothing - all great

Ontbijt niet altijd even vers

Free shuttle,proximity to the airport.pool

Fixtures and fitting not of 4 star standard.breakfast items, crockery, glasses run out and not replenished, dishes not cleared, paper cups. Mould on walls, corridors between rooms dirty and untidy. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. A/c worked well.

Hotel sympathique

Didn’t have time

The shuttle was not available at 5 am to go to the airport and my granddaughters bed sheets were dirty and she had to sleep in the same bed as my daughter. The room lights, only some of them worked. The elevator was being worked on so I had to use the stairs à few times and the halls were very hot.

Restaurant top Personnel petit déjeuner très gentille

Einfaches aber sauberes Airport Hotel mit Pool

Teilweise abgewohnt

Free shuttle to get there- lovely pool-lots of sun loungers-really friendly staff-Jaures P on front desk gave a 6 star experience . Rooms were spacious and luxurious. There was a bakery nearby and a supermarket and pharmacy quite close too.

Close to shops and town. The pool was lovely. Very clean. And aircon was great. We recommend and will come again.

The breakfast wasn’t great. And is overpriced

The location is excellent: I was able to walk to the hotel from Vitrolles airport train station in about 12 minutes, and it is downhill so even with a wheeled suitcase it was a comfortable walk. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was much better than I expected. I had the salmon with roasted vegetables.

It took me a few minutes to puzzle out the A/C controls in the room, but once I turned it on it worked very well.

Ok hotel

There was a black out and there is no generator in the hotel. Probably just an unlucky day.
