Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Odlična lokacija, odličan doručak, osoblje jasno i ljubazno. Renovirani deo hotela besprekoran. Već 5 godina idemo u El Grecko i u odlasku i u povratku.
Kada je gužva na doručku malo sporije ide zamena nedostajuće hrane. Klima u sobi duva u svom ritmu i ne može se menjati osim isključiti. Takođe ne radi kada u sobi nema nikoga tako da ako niste tu ceo dan biće toplija noć.

Liftovi za goste su mali i spori.Na lift za garažu mogu stati samo mali automobili što nije unapred rečeno prilikom rezervacije, tako da ste uglavnom prinuđeni da koristite garažu u blizini hotela(18eura po danu,nije problem cena već nedostatak informacije).Klima (centralna) u sobi je jako bučna a za vreme leta je neophodno da radi i noću.

The elevator is kinda confined and small and slow, it really can't hold more than 1 person with a large piece of luggage, and the hotel has like 8/9 floors, so waiting the elevator is part of the experience. But it's safe and functional, and it really isn't a complaint as it doesn't bother me as much with the amount I've paid.

Bad ziemlich klein, offene Duschkabine Der Rezeptionist konnte mir nicht sagen, wie ich zum Fährhafen komme (- nachdem ich in der Gegend herum geirrt war, stellte ich fest, dass es ganz einfach gewesen wäre -) und konnte sich auf dem Stadtplan, den er mir gab, nicht orientieren - eine etwas befremdliche Erfahrung!

The window faced the street, but the city noise was not a problem, despite our initial concerns. The breakfast was good, and the location was excellent — within walking distance of the city’s main attractions, with easy connections to both the airport and the main bus station.

Das Bad war sehr klein.

מזרון היה רך מדי ומזגן היה חלש.

Tesise engelli kızımla gittik booking ten aldıktan sonra 2 defa booking ten mesaj atmama rağmen dönen olmadı nitekimde kızımın engelli sandalyesi asansörde sığmadı kızımı elimde taşımak zorunda kaldım yine engelli kızımın olduğunu tekrarken yazdım otopark için ancak yine de dönen olmadı temizlik idare eder banyodan koku geliyordu pencere camımızın karşısındaki binanın pencerelerinde çöpler vardı tüm bu olumsuzluklara karşın resepsiyon personeli iyi kişilerdi yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral. Das Personal war sehr freundliche. Den Ausblick aus der oberen Etage fanden wir super. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.
Uns haben Stühle auf dem Balkon gefehlt. Auch ist es aufgrund der zentralen Lage sehr laut. Zum Schlafen haben wir die Fenster geschlossen.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Το δωμάτιο ήταν πάρα πολύ άνετο για δύο ενήλικες και ένα 15χρονο αγόρι... η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη κεντρική τοποθεσία.. επιλογή πρωινού αρκετά Καλή.. σίγουρα για οικογένειες θα το συνιστούσα.. και εννοείται ότι θα ήθελα να μείνω ξανά..
Το μόνο που δεν μου άρεσε κάτι το οποίο δεν είναι ευθύνη ίσως του ξενοδοχείου αλλά τρόπος διαχείρισης και αντιλήψεις προσωπικού.. το να θέλει να πάρει μια μητέρα ένα κρουασάν για να αγόρι με κάποιες ιδιαιτερότητες για να το φάει αργότερα δεν είναι ωραίο να σου λεει απαγορεύεται να πάρεις κάτι από το πρωινό.. ήταν απλά ένα κρουασάν για ένα αγόρι με κάποιες ιδιαιτερότητες. Δεν ήταν ένα πιάτο γεμάτο φαγητό.. υπάρχουν και κάποιες μικρές λεπτομέρειες που κάνουν τη διαφορά...

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026The hotel is close tp everything and the studf where nice.
The rooms are so simple, with almost no facilities, the refregrator doesn't work, they didn't put shampoo or shower gel in the rooms and in one of my rooms it looks like small bugs entering from the air conditioning duct.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026AC didn’t work well, unbearable noise all night and the room was still warm. Wifi didn’t work except in tbe lobby, spotty coverage in the room. Personnel was rude. They have a garage but can’t fit anything even a small suv. Impossible to stop the car in front of the hotel to unload/load because there’s a bus lane and it’s a high traffic avenue.

the shower did not have a safety curtain and all the water was coming out soaking all the floor. the AC Compressor was waking too much noise making it impossible to sleep
