We asked the hotel if we could change our reservation to two double rooms. They replied that they were fully booked and could not offer us another room. However, we then found another room available at the hotel on Booking.com. This was disappointing, and we would have appreciated a clearer explanation.

Sehr gute Lage, das Wichtigste alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer relativ klein, aber gut funktional eingerichtet. In der Nähe viele Cafés und Lokale. Parkgarage ums Eck, jedoch 20 Euro die Nacht.

Das Frühstück war nicht so toll, aber billig. Die Eierspeise und die Würstchen waren kalt. Der Kaffee nicht gut. Es gibt 2 kleine Lifte, die kaum mehr Platz als für 4 Personen bieten und deshalb kommt es oft zu langen Wartezeiten

Sehr freundlich Rezeption, hilfsbereit, 247 besetzt.

Die Lifte sind etwas eng, Steuerung Klimaanlage über schwer zu findenden Thermostat.

The location was really good, the view perfect and the staff nice.

The room was clean, the sheets were clean, the towels were clean, however the toilet/bathroom which did not have a real door, smelled kind of funky. We had to open the balcony doors completly and the bathroom door to get rid of the smell, and it still lingered a bit. Weirdly enough if you looked at the bathroom it was clean, so we dont really know why it smelled how it smelled. Maybe some chemical they used for cleaning.

The location is the only advantage for this hotel

There is a big difference between the photos shown and the reality. The wallpaper on the walls is peeling off, the cleanliness is unsatisfactory, there are areas affected by excessive humidity where the plaster is visibly damaged, and there is mold in the corners.

la sosire personalul de serviciu nu mi-a spus ca pot lasa masina in fata hotelului si nici nu au schitat macar intentia de a muta jaloanele din plastic din fata pentru a putea descarca bagajele din masina,fiind nevoit sa ma duc la parcarea din imediata apropiere de unde am carat bagajele.De asemenea la placare desi am intrebat daca pot opri masina in fata hotelului unde spatiul era rezervat cu jaloane de plastic pentru a incarca bagajele,mi-au confirmt ca da,am venit cu masina,dar nici unul din personalul de serviciu nu a venit sa inlature jaloanele uitandu-se la mine cum am blocat drumul,cum am coborat sa mut plasticurile si sa trag masina pe dreapta pentru a incarca bagajele..M-a deranjat foarte mult aceasta lipsa de respect fata de client.

Posizione centrale comodo per raggiungere con i mezzi i punti di interesse, ottima la colazione.

La zona in una della vie principali e abbastanza rumorosa

Tesisin konumu mükemmeldi. Selanikte bilinen her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Resepsiyon çalışanları, mutfak çalışanları yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Otel genel olarak çok temizdi. Otopark yoktu ama bu baştan belşrtilmişti. Yakınlarında bir çok kapalı ücretli otopark var. Oda temizliği çok iyiydi.

Odalarda dolap yoktu. Eşyalarımız açıkta kaldı. Banyo kapısı cam kapıydı. İçerideki tüm sesler ve koku odaya yayılıyordu. Akşam odaya geldiğimizde bizi kötü bşr kanalizasyon kokusu karşılıyordu. Bunun haricinde Selanikte geçirdiğimiz zamandan genel olarak mutlu ayrıldık.

The hotel is in a very good location. There is a paid parking lot just a 5-minute walk away.

Serviceverlening door het zeer vriendelijke personeel. Kamers zijn eenvoudig maar functioneel. Locatie geweldig.

So I was traveling there for work and I was staying at room 102. which had a balcony and it was a really comfortable room. There is nothing REALLY negative, I can actually say I mean the fridge was working perfectly, which is very important especially during the summer, the AC was actually working great as well which many hotels in Thessaloniki have old ones and that was a bonus. Again ,I don’t have anything negative to really elaborate on. I have been choosing this hotel for years. The only thing, I would say the cleaning could’ve been better. I mean at some point I had to go to the reception and ask for my room to be cleaned and I was staying there for almost a week. That was a one time, though I have to admit. As for stuff I do think they could’ve been….better. The girl with that red hair is the only one which I can say she’s really polite and sweet the rest as I stated above …I think they can do better but I will be visiting again soon for sure.

Someone was smoking in the other rooms and through the ventilation the smell came into our bathroom, as if someone smoked there.

Good for 1-2 nights in central Thessaloniki. Helpful and smile staff. I had a small single room, but it worked out.

Bir gece konakladık ve genel olarak deneyimimizden memnun kaldık. Konumu oldukça elverişliydi; tesisin olanakları ve imkanları konaklamamız için fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Genel olarak fiyat-performans açısından başarılı bir otel. Tekrar konaklamayı düşünebiliriz. We stayed for one night and were satisfied with our experience. The location was convenient, and the facilities and amenities were more than adequate for our stay. Overall, it was a good value for money, and we would consider staying here again.

La ubicación céntrica hizo muy accesible los lugares principales de la ciudad. La habitación era muy cómoda, bien luminosa. El desayuno con mucha variedad y sobre todo el personal del hotel.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Sowohl vom Flughafen als auch vom Busbahnhof gut erreichbar (nur wenige Gehminuten zum Busstop). Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Zentral.. dadurch halt auch sehr laut. Man kann nicht alles haben;-).

Budget friendly and modern hotel in city center. Easy to hop on bus at the airport also at night time. Bus stop about 100 m from the hotel.

Mic dejun destul de diversificat. Locatie centrala. Camera foarte curata, asternuturi/prosoape impecabile. Ai parcare in apropiere la 2-3 min, contra cost.

Die Lage ist super, die Betten sehr bequem (wenn man weiche Matratzen mag) Direkt nebenan ist ein sehr sehr gutes und günstiges Restaurant

Hatten ein Zimmer ohne Balkon gebucht zum Innenhof. Da war das Bad sehr sehr klein. Hatten letztes Jahr ein Zimmer mit Balkon zur Straße, da war das Bad viel größer. Aber für eine Nacht hat es eh ausgereicht.

The location is convenient for exploring Thessaloniki, and the staff were polite and helpful.

Unfortunately, our stay at Mandrino Hotel was extremely disappointing. Although the hotel is officially rated as a **three-star hotel, the actual conditions in our room were closer to what we would expect from a one-star property**. The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable. The mattresses sank so much under your body that you literally ended up in a hollow and it was difficult to even turn over during the night. The pillows were equally uncomfortable, making a good night's sleep almost impossible. The room showed clear signs of poor maintenance. The walls were stained and marked, the skirting boards were damaged and poorly finished, and several surfaces looked worn and neglected. There was **no actual wardrobe in the room** – just exposed metal rails hanging from the wall and ceiling for clothes, which is certainly not what we expected from a three-star hotel. The bathroom was tiny and outdated, with **old and noisy plumbing and visible signs of mould and dampness**. The sanitary installations clearly need renovation. Noise was another serious problem. The entrance doors to the rooms were extremely noisy and **had to be slammed in order to close properly**, meaning that we constantly heard doors banging in the corridor. Breakfast was very poor, with a limited selection. The coffee was particularly terrible – extremely watery and unpleasant, to the point that it was simply undrinkable. Overall, there is a significant difference between the hotel's **three-star classification and the actual level of comfort and maintenance we experienced**. The room may look reasonably modern at first glance, but once you actually stay there, the poor maintenance, uncomfortable beds, outdated bathroom and lack of basic room facilities become very

4. Alkalommal szálltunk meg mint tranzit szállás. Központ,parkoló közel,bőséges reggeli. Ami nekem kicsit kényelmetlen de csak nekem, az a nagyon puha ágymatrac.

On the 01x route from the airport to the main bus station, so ideal for connections. Also near my tour guide (Ammon Tours) pickup point. Near to the sea front, so a short stroll to the White Tower. The hotel is clean, friendly, with a good breakfast. Recommended.

Tek sorun ışıklandırma çok zayıf ve odayı akşam loş ve mutsuz gösteriyor.

Am stat în cameră 803, iar primul lucru la intrarea în cameră, a fost un miros de mucegai care ne a marcat total, având în vedere ca eram și cu un bebeluș de 5 luni Aveam foarte multe furnici în cameră care ieșeau pe sub plinta de la parchet, iar la rezervare, când am selectat hotel cu loc de parcare, acest hotel figura cu acest serviciu, în schimb, a trebuit să plătim 25€ de seara, până a doua zi la ora 12. Total dezamăgiți
