Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Generally a good option for staying a few days in Madrid close to most tourist attractions. The reviews were a little bit concerning but honestly it’s good enough, clean, and has everything you’d expect from a mid 3 star hotel room.
The bed was not comfy at all, all wobbly. If you sleep with your partner, you’ll feel if they will turn around in their sleep. The walls are thin, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Uber and taxi pickup was either in front of the building or right by the corner a minute away. Convenient. AC was easy to work with. It was set cold when we arrived, which was awesome. Didn't fail once during our stay.
Bathroom showed mold - extraction fan didn't work, so it probably had something to do with it. No dish soap nor dish towels. Not promised, but no lotion either - small amounts of body wash and shampoo, though they could be refilled/ replaced by the cleaning staff.
