The outdoor pool area is relaxing and the peacefulness is really appreciated. We only ate one meal here, the fixed price lunch menu which was really good.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Location is perfect. It is unsurprising that it is a popular venue for weddings. The sense of tranquility and beauty of the hotel and surroundings is remarkable.
It isa difficult location for people with physical disabilities as it is built into a mountain side. The hotel have tried to offset this by providing specific toilets and ramps but be aware there are a lot of steps and inclined pathways.

Huoneen ilmastointi piti niin kovaa meteliä ettei sitä voinut pitää yöllä päällä ja näin ollen oli aika tuskallista nukkua. Hotellin ravintolasta saisi vähän viihtyisämmän jos ulkovalaistusta säätäisi pehmeämmäksi tai tunnelmallisemmaksi. Olisi ollut kiva että huoneessa olisi ollut valmiina vesipullot!

The hotel could provide services by the pool. The pool is a bit far and steps up away from the reception and bar, so it was quite inconvenient if you needed a towel, water or some drinks. The mattresses were not that comfortable. Too hard and I ended up with some shoulder pain.

En el restaurante la comida es deliciosa tanto para cena, como para desayuno que es bufet muy variado fresco. La piscina es preciosa, tiene las tumbonas y balinesas perfectas para descansar y disfrutar de las vistas. Los caminos para ir de la piscina a la recepción por ej. son de jardineras con flores y plantas que dan un toque aún más bello
La habitación 22 tenía decoración antigua extrema y una cama de badalquino medieval que no eran agradables. Si bien la habitación era muy amplia la ventana era pequeña y sin vistas. Sugiero un poco de atención en el spa y un mejor servicio de bar, que también se podría poner más cerca de la piscina

Veldig varierende service, damen i resepsjonen ved innsjekk var uklar på når vi kunne bruke bassenget og når vi kunne få badehåndklær. Damen ved utsjekk var derimot mer hyggelig. Restaurantservicen var midt på treet, og bare bare minimum. Vet ikke om det kanskje er på grunn av språkbarrieren. Hadde også hørt helt fantastiske ting om restauranten etter og ha lest anmeldelser, og det var godt mat, men ikke så spesielt som det hørtes ut. Vi booket også bord i forveien med forespørsel om utsikt, noe som ikke ble tatt hensyn til og vi ble bare bedt om å finne oss et bord, det var skuffende.

It was extremely loud until 2am one night of our stay. There was a wedding party drinking at the bar and downstairs outdoor area which is below the rooms. If there’s noise like this and so many people, There should not be allowed other guests trying to have a peaceful stay.

Reinigung am Aussenbereich Pool/Spabereich schlecht. Glasscherben im Pool/Spabereich haben zu einer Verletzung geführt, die im Krankenhaus operiert werden musste. Zimmer 12 war veraltet, muffiger Geruch, schlechte Lärmisolierung, direkt gegenüber war der Lagerraum für das Reinigungspersonal, daher sehr früh sehr laut. Kunstrasen am Pool, der ziemlich heiß wird. Hotel würde eine Renovierung benötigen, Betten sehr hart. Zimmer entsprachen in keinster Weise den Fotos auf der Homepage.

Doncs que cuan vam serhi NO vam poder disfrutar d’aquesta pau que venen, tot el contrari, ple de gent amb daypass (per passar només el dia, no clients de l’hotel), feien molt soroll, la zona comuna semblava una piscina municipal, ple de gent cridant, saltant a una piscina d’1,50m, sense lloc on seure. Va ser vergonyós, haviem pagat per passar una nit d’hotel i estar tranquiles i no vam poder disfrutar de l’entorn. Em vaig quedar molt enfadada.

The rooms were dated. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work. They found us a fan in the end but we had a very warm/uncomfortable night. For the cost of the room would have expected more updated facilities. Water from the cold tap was quite warm. Jacuzzi was set to 32 degrees (not very warm), outdoor pool not heated, and you ask them to turn on the sauna to use.
