Hele mooie hotel in een prachtig dorpje. Lekker centraal gelegen tov Palma. Fijne binnentuin met lekker zwembadje. Ziet er verzorgd uit en leuke restaurants op loopafstand.

Parkeren is echt onmogelijk. Tel minstens echt 20-30 minuten erbij op ivm het vinden van een parkeerplaats. Ook zijn de bedden ontiegelijk hard. We zijn begin 30 en werden iedere ochtend wakker met rugpijn etc. Voor de prijs mogen ze investeren in betere bedden.

Lo que voy a plantear como positivo lo haré como si se tratara de un b & b. Habitación y desayuno correctos. Si te pasan un código de acceso y hay solo personal a la hora del desayuno, esto lo demuestra. Solo conocimos a Eva que nos trató cordialmente.

Lo mencionado en el párrafo anterior. El aire acondicionado costaba que entrara en régimen (teniendo en cuenta que como mínimo estaba en 22 grados. Sic). No repusieron papel higiénico los últimos 2 días (simplemente compramos un rollo). El desayuno del último día quedó pago. Teníamos que salir temprano y Eva nos informó que era a partir de 8 y 30. El 99 por ciento de los hoteles lo sirve a partir de las 7 am. Estacionamiento a no menos de 5 cuadras. Todo esto se debería reflejar cuando se presenta como "hotel" No sé puede pedir las cosas a través de un wsp. Si uno está de vacaciones simplemente se relaja. Luego expresa lo que vivió.

Petit hôtel de 10 chambres très charmant et calme ! La localisation est parfaite pour visiter tout ce qui est à l’ouest de l’île. Lieu très paisible avec un véritable + pour la piscine dont on peut se baigner de 9h à 20h. Facile de se garer avec un grand parking à l’entrée de la ville, à 10min à pied de l’hôtel même pas. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

La cour est agréable et le village d'Alaro est mignon, a 30mn de Palma

Accueil chaud/froid, les chambres sont petites et manquent d'intimité (pas très grandes et porte avc la sdb en vitre fumée).

la habitación era muy amplia y cómoda, la zona de la piscina nos encantó, y a pesar de los comentarios, no tuvimos mucho problema para aparcar a pocos minutos

Bed was too hard for my liking but that’s entirely personal preference & was very noisy outside but that’s not hotels fault.

Toda la decoración es muy bonita y el jardín muy agradable. El desayuno está rico y es variado.

Solo el hecho de que pasamos todo el día siguiente allí pero no había baño fuera de las habitaciones.

Die öffentlichen Bereiche sind schön gestaltet und das Gebäude mit deinem Aussenbereich hat seinen Scharm.

Insgesamt erscheint uns einfach die Preis-Leistung nicht wirklich angemessen. Nur eine Personalkraft pro Tag, die sich sowohl um Zimmer und Frühstück kümmert. Self-Check-In (haben die benötigte Mail mit alles Infos auch leider nicht erhalten), Frühstück 2,5/5, Zimmer auch 2,5/5. Sonst gibts eigentlich nichts zu beklagen

Great location, lots of character, comfortable bed, nice pool and outdoor area.

After booking, it would be good to know that an access code would be supplied to get access, had to email a couple of times without an answer. Once you know this will happen, it was great.

Schöner kleiner Innenhof, das Zimmer war auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Die Wände waren so dünn, dass wir den TV und auch alle anderen Geräusche (Dusche, Möbelrücken etc.) aus dem Nachbarraum gehört haben bis tief in die Nacht. Die Klimaanlage war zudem sehr laut aber ohne konnte man nicht schlafen und der Kühlschrank kühlt nicht richtig. Das Frühstück war höchstens mittelmäßig, es gab nur Toast, kein frisches Brot zum Frühstück und schlechten Kaffee.

El alojamiento en sí, esta muy bien. Muy bien decorado, muy nuevo y un jardín con piscina que esta fenomenal para no saturarte de tanta playa.

El aire no funcionaba y no pudimos dormir por el calor infernal que hacía. Escribimos al alojamiento para informarles y la única solución que nos dieron fue que cerraramos bien las ventanas para que el aire pudiera activarse. El problema es que, estando todo cerrado, hacia el intento de arrancar y se paraba. La verdad que ha sido una decepción por la mala noche, por lo demas todo bien. Desayuno justo. No hay nadie en el hotel por si tienes algun problema. El check in lo haces tu solo. Entras y encima de una mesa estan las llaves con tu nombre. Que puede entrar otra persona antes que tu y cogerlas. En fin...la idea del hotel es buena pero la gestión deja mucho que desear.

The 2 of the rooms were like next to each other, the third one a bit further but still close. The rooms were clean, beautiful; only one of them was a bit small.

Just that one out of the 3 rooms was smaller than the other 2. That the parking in the area was not easy.

Me gustó mucho el servicio de Eva, que es la persona que lleva el Hotel. Porque es muy profesional, amable y educada para ella le doy un 10

Es muy complicado llegar a este pueblo, y el tema del aparcamiento es una verdadera pesadilla. Por la noche corta en la calle principal, por lo que el acceso al Hotel está verdaderamente difícil. Entonces creo que esto se debería advertir. Mi habitación era demasiado pequeña y da la calle con muchísimo tráfico por lo cual era bastante ruidosa. La propiedad está bastante abandonada y por ejemplo en mi habitación había un espejo roto y goteras en el techo. Todo el mobiliario del jardín está muy abandonado porque no se hace prácticamente nada de mantenimiento.

Tutt fantastico! La signora Eva è il valore aggiunto di questa struttura bellissima.

Casa molt bonica y acollidora. Força confortable l´habitació 3.

Falta d´aparcament aprop de la casa. En general tot el poble té un problema d´aparcament important. Hi ha un de gran sense asfaltar a les afores. El gestor de Ca Sa Tieta no posa a disposició del client un mapa de les millors zones on pots aparcar. Aniria molt bé.

Der Garten mit dem Schwimmbad, die Zitronen bzw. Orangenbäumen und die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Eva ist eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage: Alaró ist ein schönes Dorf mit einigen guten Restaurants auf dem Hauptplatz, wo wir abends gerne gesessen haben. Supermarkt, Apotheke 1 minute zu Fuß. Gerne wieder

Ubicación genial. Céntrica en Alaró. El desayuno correcto, no te esperes un gran buffet de hotel, pero muy correcto y con la variedad necesaria. Había panes, embutido, sobrasada, dulces, fruta, galletas, cereales, te hacen huevos sobre la marcha…

No me gustó que me cobraran el impuesto municipal 2 veces. Te lo cobran en la reserva y luego en el hotel. Es poco dinero, pero en fin.

The outdoor patio space with the pool and outdoor seating area for breakfast were charming. It gave a great feel for a local Spanish town. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was refreshing during the hot afternoons!

The room was small and there were not any blankets besides the sheets.

Todo estaba muy bien, pero sobretodo el trato del personal :)

Die Lage war für mich perfekt. Das Frühstück war für mich mangelhaft....

Das Frühstück... z.B. Angebot von Ei und oder Porridge ich esse kein Brot und auch keinen Zucker...das Joghurt war mit Zucker und Fruchtgeschmack, also habe ich es nicht gegessen

Eva is excellent. She kept everything running smoothly and could answer any questions we had and gave us her time. The house and our room were kept spotlessly clean.

Parking near to the accommodation was complicated and a bit of an odyssey each time we returned, but that's no fault of the accommodation, and everyone else is in the same boat.

A pleasant, peaceful place where you feel like you're in your own villa, as there aren't many staff and the atmosphere is mostly quite secluded. We set nice dinners in the back garden, which were lovely.

Die Betten und das Bad waren ansich sauber. Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Innenhof in dem man auch Frühstücken kann.

Unter dem Bett wurde schon länger nicht mehr gewischt. Auf den Abstellflächen waren Flecken vorhanden. Im Zimmer war es sehr laut, da zwei zum teil stark frequentierte Strassen an der Unterkunft vorbeiführten. Das Frühstück ist sehr klein gehalten und übersichtlich. Es gab Tostbrot, Joghurt von Aldi und die Marmelade von Lidl. Semmel, Brot (egal ob normal oder Volkorn) gab es nicht. Ein Frühstück muss nicht viel sein aber etwas hochwertiger würde in diesem Fall nicht schaden. Wir waren 8 Tage quer über die Insel in den verschiedensten Unterkünften und haben somit einen guten Vergleich. Bei dieser Unterkunft hat das Preisleistungsverhältnis leider nicht gepasst.

Dificultad para aparcar cerca del establecimiento.

L'hôtel est merveilleux. Tout est décoré avec soin. Il est situé dans une rue très calme, tout est facile d'accès, à proximité des restaurants de la ville. L'accès à la piscine est un vrai plus, c'est l'idéal pour se détendre après une journée à déambuler sur l'île.

Clean, good size room. Lovely location and view from bedroom window. Lounge area very comfortable.

la situation de la chambre donnant directement sur l'accueil et porte d'entrée de la maison , il était impossible de ne pas entendre les arrivants de la nuit de plus très bruyant la piscine reste vieillotte .

To be honest, I can't really think of anything I liked about this hotel other than that it's in Mallorca.

I've been to Mallorca a lot and this is one of the worst hotels on the island. The owners are unfriendly und not helpful at all. I felt like they just didn't want to be bothered. And the whole property is a bit dated. There are way better options on this beautiful island.
