De rust, de villa en de topservice van al het personeel was echt uitstekend. Men was zo behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De villa is ruim opgezet en mooi. Dakterras is ook mooi en heerlijk.

The staff was superb! Everyone was always welcoming and ready to help, responding very quickly and accommodating all our requests. The place is stunning and very private. All the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Having our own swimming pool was amazing! The restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner, and the food was fresh. The massage at the spa was sooo good! Thanks so so much! We definitely would stay there again.

Maybe more variety of local Indonesian foods instead of international (but this is the case in the whole island).

Absolutely everything. The villa was beautiful, comfortable and peaceful, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. The team went above and beyond for us and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. They even made my Father’s Day incredibly special by arranging a dessert with a personalised note for me such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that I’ll never forget. When our son needed something from the pharmacy, they went out of their way to drive us there, which meant so much to us as parents. They also called to check in and make sure we were comfortable. The level of care, kindness and personal service was honestly the best we have ever experienced.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we disliked about the property. Everything was excellent and the team made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

This was a perfect haven. The place, the people, the food, the facilities... everything was perfect and we are so grateful for the lovely and friendly staff. Our hope is to come back again as the experience was so memorable it begs to be repeated

We loved the beautiful lush greenery and colourful flowers around the property. The pool was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated the filtered drinking water provided in the room, which was very convenient. The on-site spa was lovely and relaxing, and the restaurant food was exceptional — we enjoyed it so much that we dined there several times during our stay. A beautiful and relaxing place to stay!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but there are a few areas that could use some attention. The bathrobes in our room had some stains, and the disposable slippers were left uncovered in the wardrobe and had some hairs on them. Some of the bath and pool towels also looked quite old, dark and worn and could perhaps be replaced. The air-conditioning stopped working during our stay, but this was attended to and fixed very quickly, which we appreciated. The property is beautiful, but we feel a little more attention to general maintenance and replacing some of the older linen and amenities would make the guest experience even better.

Honestly, I cannot put into words how incredible our stay was. The property is beautiful, but what truly made it unforgettable was the people. The staff were some of the kindest and most caring people we have ever experienced at a hotel. They went above and beyond in every way. When I became sick during our stay, they brought me porridge and ginger tea without me even asking. That small act of kindness genuinely meant so much to me and is something I will never forget. We were also given a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise. The food was absolutely beautiful, from breakfast to lunch and dinner, and the prices were incredibly reasonable. Every detail, every interaction and every effort from the staff made us feel genuinely cared for.

Honestly, I genuinely struggled to think of anything I didn’t like. If anything, I wish we could have stayed longer. The level of care and service made it very difficult to find a single negative thing to say.

Villa enorme meravigliosa immersa nel verde. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, mi sarei fermata molto di più. Cucina, sala, camera, bagno, piscina privata e terrazzo coperto grande come l'intera villa con un ulteriore sala relax e tavoli. Staff molto accogliente. Ristorante interno con consegna in camera disponibile gratuitamente. Si viene coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Namukhalun Private Villa and Spa, and it was exceptional value for money. The villa itself is incredibly spacious and elegantly designed, featuring a massive canopy bed, a cozy living room, a functional kitchen, and comfortable outdoor seating. We loved having our own private pool—it's surprisingly large with beautiful stone walls, though adding a few real plants around it would be the perfect touch! The marble-lined bathtub is gorgeous, even if we didn't get around to using it. The resort grounds are quiet and stunning. Walking through the lush garden paths between the villa and the lobby was a daily highlight, though they also offer a convenient shuttle van if you want to skip the five-minute stroll. For meals, we opted out of breakfast but we chose to dine at the onsite restaurant instead for dinner; it's highly recommended if you want an easy, quiet dining experience. Location-wise, it's very quiet. There aren't full-scale restaurants or proper convenience stores within walking distance (just tiny local spots for quick fried rice or instant noodles), but ordering Grab, Gojek, or Bluebird taxis is fast and easy. While it is near Pandawa Beach, I recommend taking a short ride to other nearby beaches that offer much better vibes and scenery. Overall, as long as you set expectations around the resort not being brand new or recently renovated, you will have a fantastic time. It is a peaceful, comfortable retreat that is worth every penny.

Не очень удачное место положение - вечером особо не где погулять приходилось выезжать на такси. Но это больше не проблема вилы, а полуострова кута. На такси всегда можно выехать до нуса дуа и там погулятт

The private pool is beautiful. The size of the villa is huge. The king bed is comfortable. The decor is amazing. Oh and the aircon was amazing.

The slight smell in the spare toilet wasn'tpleasant not over bearing but noticable. But we didn't use it kept door closed.

We had a wonderful stay at Nunamkhalu Private Villa. The villa was beautiful, peaceful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. One thing we really appreciated was the complimentary shuttle service to Pandawa Beach and the nearby supermarket, which made getting around so much easier. It was a relaxing experience, and we would happily stay here again

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The villa we stayed in was located right next to the road, so dust constantly blew into our private pool, making it difficult to keep clean. The towels also seemed old and could be replaced with newer, better-quality ones. Addressing these issues would make the guest experience much more enjoyable.

Beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable villa. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely food and drinks. Quiet, private and peaceful. Easy to get the free shuttles to the beach, supermarket and back. Great beach nearby with a great beach club that also has lovely food and drinks. We look forward to our next stay which will definitely be longer next time!

Almost everything i loved for the Stay. we were not expecting that much big rooms and facilities availability. Staff was very nice. quite place. Individual private big pool. Toilet was bigger than the room. Cleanliness was also great. Breakfast staff was helpful for even packing for us as we have to travel. it is definitely a good place to stay with family.

There is no Elevator, so to reach to upper level with the Pram was not easy. Breakfast was limited. Pool water was super cold all day. i have asked for the warming thing but there was nothing available. so we were not able to use it.

Everything was just super good. Their kitchen was the cherry on top as we were able to customise it as per our preferences and taste simply via whatsapp. The space in the Villa was like you can just run here and there, it had ample of space. Very safe too. Staff was very warm and friendly all the time. They could understand the requirements and needs easily. The whole property gave a very positive & rich experience with your bags moving in a buggy, shuttle on offer to visit nearby places etc. Linen was spotless for the bedroom.

Maybe too harsh to point out but the bathroom was ‘slightly’ dated. Also, the towels were slightly old. But, the value of the whole package does not leave you disappointed at all. They are open to change the towels anyway. I would still 10/10 recommend to stay.

Duża willa na południu wyspy Bali. To właściwie ogromny apartament dla 2 osób o powierzchni 160 mkw. W samym środku jest ogromny basen, a na dachu taras wypoczynkowy. W restauracji dobre jedzenie.

Generalnie wszędzie daleko i jedzie się bardzo długo do najbliższych atrakcji, ale to też taki urok wyspy.

Nothing, it was a beautiful place

Extremely satisfied with the villa stay. The beautiful unit comes with its own clean private pool and The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Bed is super comfy and big. It has a roof with sunbeds so we could use it to stargaze at night. The staff are all friendly and provided great service. Location is conveniently in the centre of beaches and attractions.

The pool can be very cold if only theres ways to warm it up. The TV needs to be replaced as the sound system is no good. The water pressure for showering is already low, it turns worse when my partner uses the toilet or sink tap. Otherwise the rest is all perfect

Очень хороший выбор завтраков: основное блюдо и десерт (для моей жены некоторые из этих десертов, как полноценный завтрак). Все очень дружелюбны и улыбчивы. Несколько раз в день возят на пляж Пандава и в супермаркет. Но я рекомендую, по возможности, арендовать байк, так как на полуострове много красивых пляжей и интересных мест.

Тюль на входе была грязная и со следами сырости; полотенца иногда были серые от стирок.

After emptying the bathtub, water leaked from the toilet drain onto the bathroom floor. They came and cleaned it after I called, but the smell lingered for a while.

L'hôtel est isolé, loin des plages et des commerces. Il y a bien une navette gratuite de l'hôtel vers la plage et vers une seule boutique ''pepito'', mais les horaires ne sont pas respectés, nous avons dû attendre un bon moment, surtout au retour de la plage.....

One of the best customer service we've ever received in Bali. Villa was exactly as pictured. HUGE bathroom. Super comfy bed. All kitchen facilities, private pool, massive bathtub, wifi, room service, two aircons one in bedroom and main living area. Private pool was cleaned well with easy access straight into bathroom. The best part of this villa is the exceptional service by the team and so convinient via whatsapp. They assisted us so promptly with every request and genuinely wanted us to have a pleasant stay. Nothing was too much to ask for. The staff really made this experience exceptional!

Not much we didn't like. You have to remember what you are paying for. Some things to mindful for travellers: - villa is on main luxury hotel strip, so can't walk to any shops, but using grab app, everything is a few minutes away - breakfast buffet was some pastries, fruit, juices etc, best to order ala carte (chicken sandwich for the win!) - cleaning staff need to be more thorough and move furniture when doing full clean up

The staff. They were hard working and always made sure we were welcome. They were honest and provided service with a smile. Thank you to the receptionists, spa, kitchen, cleaning, and buggy & delivery service staff.

The facilities, it seemed superficial and poorly maintained. This caused us to check out from the property 2 days early. The hot water was inadequate for the price. The bathroom fittings are outdated. Some villas were affected by rain water leakage. I don’t think that this is fair for the price, as I have stayed in locations with better amenities and lower pricing . I am directing this feedback to the owner of this establishment who clearly did not keep up standards despite this being a resort. As mentioned before only the staff provided positive experience for us.

Ухоженная территория. Бесплатный трансфер до ближайшего пляжа и супермаркета. Просторные комнаты. Новая качественная и очень красивая мебель. Удобные матрасы. Мы жили на вилле со своим бассейном. На территории есть большой общий бассейн. В нем всегда было свободно. Нормальный wi fi!

We had an amazing day at Nunamkhalu Private Villa and Spa with my wife. The villa itself was amazing and really spatious, more than the photo displayed i believe (the rooftop was amazing for sunbathing). The location was great also, only a few minutes away from Pandawa cliff and we never had any issue booking a grab or ordering grab food. The best part of our stay was the personnel who was super helpful and friendly. We felt home thanks to the amazing people working there. Especially Mr Ratya Ketut who helped us and offered to change the villa when we encountered a small issue with the pool. Definetely recommend.

We experencied a issue with the pool water not filtered correctly but it was quickly fixed with the help of the staff.
