De dizerem várias vezes ao pequeno almoço que tinha de pagar o pequeno almoço da criança à parte, quando este estava invluido no preço, e ter que lhes explicar isso todos os dias. De só termos direito a duas toalhas de banho, quando pagámos uma reserva para 3 pessoas, e ao reclamarmos na receção nos dizerem que cada quanto só tinha direito a duas tualhas independentemente do número de pessoas. Fronhas das almofadas com manchas.

I stayed in this resort from 10th july to 17 july. I actually checked in early morning. I really enjoyed my stay at Pandawa hill resort. The location is very quite and away from crowded area. All the staff we're friendly and helpful, so a big thank you for making my trip really enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing as well. Loved the traditional balinese music that was playing throughout the day. Definitely worth the price if you are looking for a short stay.

Cleaning can be a little better. Underneath the bed I saw lot of dirt.

Это очень хорошие, искренние и добрые люди, которые сделали наш отдых ещё более тёплым и запоминающимся.Благодаря им нам хочется снова прилететь на Бали в следующем году. Чистота, соотношение «цена-качество», стильные номера, но мель немного подушатанная - но в целом норм, очень приветливый персонал.

good room size basic stuff value for money, decent breakfast. Good lifts and excellent massage service on the ground floor. The front office staff was very kind and polite and attended to all our requests.

One of the rooms offered to us had some door problems and the tub was leaking leading to water on floor outside the bathroom. They tried to fix but it didn't get fixed. Perhaps the location is a bit away from mainstream area and you'd need a cab always to take you anywhere you'd want to be,

Langer Weg zum Strand über eine viel befahrene Straße. Sehr einsam gelegen.

I stayed during Nyepi night. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My main concern is with the F&B service. I requested sahur instead of breakfast since I was fasting for Ramadan, and the hotel accommodated this request. However, the sahur menu had very limited choices, with only two options available. When I went for dinner to break my fast, the buffet was great. I was also allowed to take my food back to the room since I arrived close to closing time, which I appreciated. However, some items that ran out were not replenished. I asked for a refill, but it was not provided. I also requested orange juice, but it was never delivered until the buffet closed.

This is a budget hotel with good staff. Rooms are comfortable. The lifts work fine and conveniently located.

The food at the restaurant was below average. The breakfast was not to the expected level. The hotel is located in a remote place with very few things to do around it. No shops, restaurants or activities near this place. They do not charge you to the room when you eat at the restaurant or when they serve you in your room. You always need to pay them immediately. This is very incovenient.

Great resort in calm area, nice beaches accessible, great, assistive and friendly stuff! Nice restaurant! Comfortable swimming pool, small but good gym room

Rooms are not soundproof so sometimes housekeeper's carts in the morning were quite noisy, as well some other guests speaking loudly were heard easily. But it was a minor issue.

Mais l’hôtel ressemble à une usine, décor impersonnel, fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain et petit déjeuner abominable. A fuir.

Во-первых номера все в плесени. Воняет плесенью и невозможно спать, вся плесень растёт вокруг кондиционеров. В 7 утра на завтраке начинает играть музыка и ее слышно в номерах, и если в хотите поспать дольше 7 утра, то увы, у вас это не получится. И сами просто ужасные, есть там нечего. Да и ехать туда не стоит точно. Выберите другой отель.

It was amazing stay on Pandawa Hill Resort feels comfortable, and I did extended for another 3nights. Highly recommended for me to everyone who’s looking place for stay in Bali around Nusa Dua

great stay at pandawa hill resort. staff super nice and helpful, breakfast decent, and pandawa beach is very close with free access when you show the hotel card. wifi was a bit slow but overall really good. i’d come back.

Ушел после тщательного проветривания. * Несколько тараканов и их следов в ванной. * Следы плесени около кондиционера, местами трескающаяся штукатурка. * В целом уставший отель. * Весьма скудный выбор на завтрак, лучше заказывать самому из ресторана.

The hotel was excellent in every aspect, with beautifully designed rooms, spotless cleanliness, friendly and attentive staff, and a prime location that made traveling easy; facilities were well-maintained, offering a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay that felt worth every cent.

Wonderful staff. Both in reception and the restaurant. Nice size room. Clean. Comfortable.

The elevator and the room smelled like mold. This is the reason I only stayed one night.

I'd give it a 10/10, but the room's humidity is a real problem. If you don't use the AC, the floor gets soaking wet, and it somehow fried my laptop! I think the motherboard's toast because of the humidity. But other than that, it was great.

Staff is helpful

Location is far from restaurant and shopping. Facilities aren't great. I call it a budget hotel.

It's my first time to come to Bali. I took a bike, I'm exploring the island. I'm happy to be here right now. My friend Michael gave me the contact of this hotel, that’s why I’m here. Agung is a front office manager, he is very nice and kind person, he has made my stay here amazing. Place is not always about what you have, it's always about who you meet. Food is ok. The room is ok. Personal is very ok. So come here and enjoy your time. Meet Agung. He is ready to be nice with you.

The room was very clean and smells good. Along the way to Pandawa, I received warm greetings from Mr. Agung Sianipar as FO Manager, very friendly and his service was very satisfying for me as a guest. All the best for Pandawa Hill Resort! Can't wait to visit again.

i was so happy to stay this resort. its comfortable very spacious room. the staff friendly espessialy in reception always give me value information about facilities and traveling during stay in bali. i also can rent the bike for exploring bali

the people there are nice, the service is good, the place is quiet, the rooms are big and smell good, the bathrooms are clean and everything is good. the swimming pool is clean and good for children and adults. the food is delicious and fresh. I Love this hotel so much..

Loved my stay here! I stayed almost 1 year and the staff including Agung Rumi and Priscella (and others!!) were all very kind and accommodating. They answered every question I had and helped me with every request, truly 5 star service. Highly recommend.

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at this resort. I would say that it’s pretty far away from facilities, but the hotel had scooter we could rent. It was also dripping a bit from the ventilation, but we did not bother

Lovely pool, contemporary, clean and well built rooms which is so rare at this price point !

The place itself is great, breakfast not very good

Although the hotel looks good from the outside, it is very dirty. The sheets were very dirty, stained everywhere. When we asked for a change, the staff had a hard time finding spotless sheets. Breakfast is not bad, but there was a hygiene problem. The location is in the middle of nowhere. Most importantly, be careful in Uluwatu, phone thieves roam the dark streets.

The food was good most of the time but you could tell some employees were better than others at preparing the meals. Not consistent at all!!! Room Service staff was very nice.

Location was not good!! Hard to get a grab at this location to take you to the beach. Didn't like the sand at the Pandawa Beach. Really hard to walk on. Once you get to the beach, you have to take a taxi back because grab/cars are not available. Gym not nice.

Paid 4 nights, checked in to the room then noticed mould on the bed sheets, mould on the curtains. Went and checked out asked for a partial refund do to these issues and was told no.

We are very happy to stay here, it had everything except a mini fridge and bath but those are not so important.

Gym did not have leg press and seems to be neglected.
