A localização, fora do centro, é boa em termos de calma. Tem um pequeno café e supermercado próximo, e bar/restaurante do aldeamento, o que ajuda. O apartamento tem dimensão aceitável até 4 pessoas, mais começa a ser complicado por só ter uma casa de banho. Manutenção a cada 2/3 dias, eficaz.

Não "gostei" assim tanto de preço. Não gostei, mesmo, de ter uma TV que na realidade é um monitor de PC.

It was a lovely quiet location for our family holiday (13, 12, 9) and no issue with early check in. Celia was super helpful and friendly checking in. Uber was easy to get (€6/€7) if you wanted to get to beach or marina for restaurants. Perfect for a family holiday and kids had a great time in the pool. There was no issue with getting extra towels and the kitchen more than had adequate supplies for what you needed to eat at the apartment. Spar was 5 minutes walk away and a larger supermarket was 12 minutes walk away. Air con worked well and blackout blinds were also great to enable a great sleep too.

The togs from the pool all had a red tinge on them which is hard to remove in the wash. I think that is more the terrain of the Algarve so nothing really could be done about this i expect. It didn't stop us from enjoying the fun in the pool either way

Our stay at Prado Vilamoura was absolutely wonderful. We felt very comfortable from the very beginning and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The resort is extremely well maintained, very clean and beautifully looked after. We would particularly like to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive and professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also really liked the location. It is peaceful and relaxing, while at the same time ideally situated for exploring Vilamoura and the surrounding area. The facilities and equipment were excellent. Not only were the advertised dishwasher and coffee machine perfect for our needs, but there was even a washing machine in the apartment, which was a really pleasant surprise. The free Wi-Fi was also excellent and reliably available everywhere – both inside the apartment and throughout the outdoor areas, including around the fantastic pool.

Appartement/villa au rez-de-chaussée très spacieux , beau, moderne (catégorie de Luxe) et très bien équipé. Cadre du village/vacances très agréable (palmiers, lauriers roses). Escaliers, murets, petites allées en pierre qui donnent beaucoup de charme. 2 piscines pour se rafraîchir que nos ados ont beaucoup appréciées . Personnel agréable.

Le bruit des voitures car nous étions près d'une route. Nous aurions également aimé que les serviettes soient changées plus souvent (1 fois en 6 jours).

1. Ein großer Ameisenhaufen ist in unserem Wohnung erschienen. ein Zeichen dafür, dass in denn Fall das Futter meines Hundes die Krümel vom Frühstück auf dem Balkon, ein nahe gelegenes Nest (Ameisenhaufen) an Wänden, Fußleisten im Garten ausgestellt ist. Am 1. Tag unseres Aufenthalts sind viele Ameisen in unserer Wohnung draußen und innen, an Wänden, auf dem Boden und sogar im Bett(Fehlende Isolierung von Türen, Fenster). Für dieses Problem präsentierte die Unterkunftsleitung nach 24 St. Wartezeit nach Reklamation keine angemessene Lösung und vereinbar mit der PET Frendly-Klassifizierung, da die Putzfrau uns ein Insektizid gab,denn wenn ich es im Haus ausbreite, würde die Gesundheit meines Hundes gefährden, da er dort lange bleiben musste, er dürfte nicht ins Schwimmbad und an die nahende Strände. Wir mussten die Reinigung selbst erledigen, die erst in der ersten Nacht inklusive Wechsel der Bettwäsche, da die Ameisen über das Bett zirkulierten. Da der Hund zu Hause blieb, hatten wir keine Reinigung, Müllabfuhr (wir haben es selbst gemacht), da es eine Regel der Unterkunft ist, wenn das Tier zu Hause ist, wird es nicht gereinigt).2. Kommunikation/Reaktionsfähigkeit des Managements in Bezug auf diese Situation, denn selbst wenn ich die Telefonnummer der Managerin mit Videos und Fotos dieser unangenehmen Situation kontaktierte, erhielt ich keine Antwort von ihr während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts. Da diese ganze Situation unangenehm war, bat ich um eine andere Wohnung ohne Ameisen oder eine Rückerstattung von 20% des Aufenthalts ( 1 Nacht) leider ohne Erfolg denn die alternative Wohnung war in schlimmer Zustand, von wo auch schon Armeisen zirkulierten, mangelnde Pflege und Hygiene im Treppenbereich, Schwalbennester und Vogelschmutz. 3.Insektenstiche (mein Mann wurde nachts stark von Insekten gebissen.

Nice - but lots of ants! Spacious and cool 2 bedroom apartment, kitchen with microwave and 3 hobs, kettle and toaster - washing machine too. I’ve added a video on you tube as we left to show how it looked (look for Prado do golf 2 bedroom apartment) we were on the second floor with a balcony.

Apartment was spacious and cool even without air conditioning House keeping staff very diligent, reception staff very friendly and helpful but the star was Julia at the cafe!! So kind and friendly to us and my autistic teen! Lovely pool.

Was difficult to shower over bath with shower curtain and not to drown the whole bathroom with water- perhaps shower panels would work better on side of bath? It’s a little far from villamoura and so had to rely on uber which isn’t expensive though.

Iv just returned from a 10 day stay at prado do golf villas in vilamoura algarve portugal. While I did enjoy my trip certain elements could have been a lot better. On arrival our 2 bedroom deluxe villa was clean apart from several nest of ants already making it there home, they stayed with us the whole ten days even though we tried our best with ant powder and sprays. We never got clean sheets throughout the whole ten days , the cleaners did visit us twice in that time but they just made the beds with the old sheets no cleaning of the villa was done in the whole ten days we where there. The pool was given a quick 5 min clean in the morning but was not adequate as you could see a film of scum lying on top of the pool all the time. The pool bar is shut all day Mondays but to be honest it was very poor , they never sold ice creams or ice lollies or crisps etc. And what they did sell was very expensive. As experiences go this was not a deluxe villa experience and was very average. Oh I forgot to say the constant electricity tripping if you put microwave on. Poor indeed

Just back after spending 10 days here. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable receptionist and our villa was ready for us which was amazing as it was only 12pm! The villa itself is really clean and spacious. We booked a 2 bedroom superior and it was fully equipped with everything including washing machine and dishwasher. Cleaners come every 2 days and give a basic clean and refresh towels etc. We did have a few ants in the bathroom and our bedroom, but they didn't bother us. The villa had a smart tv with Disney, netflix and prime whixh was great and full high speed WiFi. Also plenty of English language books for us to pick out and read. The pool area was small and basic, but we loved it. No sunbed wars at all, plenty to go around at any time of day. The bar/bistro was just lovely. Basic menu but cheap and tasty. The highlight here was the staff. Henry and Julia made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. Big praise to them both! The resort itself is so quiet and peaceful and set in lush green surroundings. We will most definitely be returning hopefully soon

Would return! So pleased with our bargain week away as a family of four! We paid £1400 for 2 adults and 2 children with Jet2 for reference so we were happy with the bargain and were hoping for basic and clean accommodation and we couldn’t have been happier! We had an executive 2 bedroom villa. It was clean, modern and well equipped. Loads of room for us all and a great base as we spent most days exploring the beautiful Algarve. Location was perfect, easy walk to 2 supermarkets. 5 min drive to the marina. Taxis were great value for money so we didn’t hire a car. Pool area was fine. Pool was clean and the pool area had been cleaned and well maintained. Most days when we used the pool we had it to ourselves as hardly anyone here!! Snack bar was great and a fair price and the staff really friendly and helpful. The site is open so anyone can walk in and out but the villas all had alarms which were easy to use and we never felt uneasy etc. The outside space and gardens aren’t the most attractive, but it was fine, didn’t bother us. Our little patio didn’t have the best view but we used it for morning coffee and dinner so it wasn’t a problem. Would recommend a visit to the Benigil (sp??) caves and also the water park! (Don’t go at the weekend!) Puro beach club was also a real treat. All in all a bargain week away and so pleased with our Villa, easily the biggest space we’ve had as a family on holiday. I’d actually come back here as we were so pleased.

Nous avons apprécié le calme, la propreté et la beauté de l’endroit , le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins , l’appartement est spacieux moderne hyper fonctionnel , et les femmes de chambres passent tout les 2,3 jours pour passer un coup de nettoyage changer les draps et les serviettes, la piscine était propre et agréable nous avons rien à dire de négatif !

Ants kept appearing if you left any food out. It had to be kept in the presses and no spills on the floor or they would appear. People didn't shower before they went in the pool. You could see a layer of sunscreen on the water

A case of you get what you pay for really. The standard of maintenance and upkeep sells this place short. Villa was well equipped. Just needed some time and effort put into the place generally as things were given a cat's lick in regard to how it looked and the standard of cleaning. Outside bins regularly overflowing - would be fixed by having more bins. Pool area was in need of a good clean and the tiles were grubby. Many sun loungers needed replacing. Such as shame as there is potential in the place.

We were booked in for 10 days on second day our villa was broken into all our possessions mostly stolen there is no security around place atol they moved us into a 1 up appartment which itself was OK until after being out at night the place was in complete darkness very dangerous as for pool bar not opened on a Monday other days closes at 2pm and all it sells is toasties very dissatisfied Stay away from this place

So when we arrived after a very long night and day of travel we got to the hotel to find the check in office closed...a sign saying it will be open in an hour, not ideal with four suitcases, tired and hungry children and four lots of hand luggage. We went to the bar and asked for some food only to be told the kitchen staff were off sick. The nice guy behind the counter did whip us up some fries, nuggets and hot dogs..the portions were big and drinks were generous. Finally got to the apartment once the office opened and it was clean and spacious with a washing machine, 2 bedrooms, large living room and front garden. The bathroom is dated and felt a bit grubby, although it had been cleaned it just felt like it was a quick clean rather than a proper clean, this became apparent through our the apartment with very dusty skirting boards, dried snot on the wall and white socks becoming very dirty not long after entering...however bedding and towels were pristine as was the living space. Outdoor dining table was filthy. First night a couple of loud women rang our doorbell to the apartment at around midnight and then proceeded to scream, squeal, jump scare each other, run up and down the stairs all night and what sounded like drag the entire apartments furniture across the floor... thankfully they left that morning but it would've been impossible to complain as there never seemed to be anyone in the office. 2.30am the next night the office alarm went off three times. The bar was also closed again for the day. Luckily for us we had a lot planned and went to a different hotel for the pool and bars as we met family. Nothing to do nearby so Uber was the best option, a short walk to the spar which was convenient. The pool was ok, a little basic, overgrown with weeds and no Floaties or balls allowed so (boring). A mixed bag really, can't say I was too impressed but it was ok for a five day trip. In conclusion, clean apartment where it matters but wish it was followed throughout, quiet area but some other guests were disrespectful. Bar was nice when it was open...we visited twice on five days and found it to be closed every other time we tried to go. The complex itself is very beautiful with lovely plants, trees and surrounding apartments.

We've been to Prado for 3 years now. We always like how convenient the location is, how friendly the staff is, and how clean and tidy the apartments and villas are. We also like how quiet the complex is, at least at the times of the year we visit which is usually June or September.

The pool area could do with a clean, inside the pool the tiles are a bit green towards the top but I'm sure this will be sorted soon. The pool area in general could do with some investment but this is me being very picky as for the money they charge I think the facilities are superb hence why we keep going back.

The Apartment was nice and clean. The pool area was good but the AstroTurf area around the child's pool was very hot 🔥.

The pool bar wad only open once in the week we were there.

Que no hubiera ni detergente ni pinzas para la ropa a pesar de tener lavadora. Tampoco había gel/champú

- silêncio, paz e calmaria - casa cómoda - cozinha equipada com utensílios essenciais

- durante a estadia apareceram formigas do esgoto de um lavatório. No final já apareciam nas ombreiras das portas e janelas... quando contatamos para o número disponível ninguém atendeu. - tivemos de adquirir esponja da loiça pois não foi fornecido - o bar da piscina só funcionou 1 dia inteiro, depois esteve sempre fechado. - uma das pessoas ficou toda mordida no corpo após a primeira dormida.

Stayed here for a golf trip and stayed in the villas - Amazing place - think new owners but the place was amazing - We had 6 houses and everyone had their own room which is amazing - 5 min walk from Pinhal - Ubers easy to get - Food was class as well :) Highly recommend it

A wonderfully clean, quiet, pretty site, far away from the tourist buzz of the Algarve. The staff were lovely and welcoming, our two bed apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a terrace to watch the sunset from every evening. Two supermarkets were within walking distance. Our apartment had everything we needed, including an oven, full sized fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. We hired a car to take us away from the touristy Vilamoura, which was delivered to and collected from Prado do Golf, and visited some beautiful traditional villages and towns up and down the coast. This place is for you if you value traditional holidays, with comfortable apartments, welcoming staff, and quiet, calm accommodation. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely quiet place to stay away from any noise,very well equipped villa with everything you need like an oven and washing machine there's two bedrooms which are very spacious a large lounge with a dinning table full kitchen and a patio with a table and chairs to sit in the sun. There are steps around the complex There are two shops not too far away for groceries We walked miles,so it suited us

Pretty good value. Apartment a bit tired but well cleaned. Plenty of clean towels and bedding. Pool bar handy with some tasty choices; a little pricey but worth it for convenience. My only negative is the rough hewn uneven steps many without handrails and quite a few poorly lit or not lit at making the site challenging for the less mobile.

Apreciei este alojamento pela simpatia dos colaboradores (recepcionistas e funcionárias da limpeza) extremamente simpáticas, prestáveis e atenciosas. Para além disso, as vilas individuais eram bastante agradáveis, assim como a sua localização. Recomendo.

Sossego e descontração do empreendimento. Não sendo recente, o apartamento tinha tudo o que é necessário para proporcionar uma excelente estadia. Funcional e com muito arrumação disponível.

Apenas reportei que 1 dos 3 aparelhos de ar condicionado não estava a fazer frio, mas isto não nos impediu de passar umas boas férias.

Condomínio calmo e o atendimento da receção é bom, a senhora esforçou-se por resolver todos os inconvenientes.

Iniciamos a nossa estadia na casa D2, que além de não estar limpa em condições, tresandava a humidade e ainda vinha acompanhada de formigas e baratas. Pedimos para voltarem a limpar o apartamento e o resultado da foto mostra o lixo que varremos nós após lá terem ido limpar o apartamento por nosso pedido. Mudamos para o apartamento D4 e pelo menos o cheiro já não existia no entanto a pouca manutenção da casa mantém-se em todo o aldeamento. Dentro do apartamento, a fechadura está estragada, o suporte do chuveiro está partido e o exaustor não funciona. A piscina tinha água turva e relva por cortar. A receção é antiga e o condomínio tem pouca vigilância. De modo geral a estadia foi uma desilusão, desde a limpeza às condições que oferece. Talvez a Booking deve-se verificar algumas condições dos alojamentos.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. La villa était grande, propre et confortable. Le ménage est fait tous les 2 jours et les serviettes sont changées à ce moment là. Place de parking près de la villa. Lave linge. La piscine très agréable car il fait très chaud dans l'Algarve. Et les chiens sont admis. Je recommande cet établissement.

Saindo da piscina, água da piscina suja. Com o espaço que tem, podiam alargar muito mais a área da mesma. O aldeamento vê-se que está em obras de melhoramento.

Let's start with the positives. The wi-fi and air conditioning were fantastic. We've never been anywhere where we have not had money shaken out of us to get air con. The grandsons aged 13, 8 and 2 absolutly loved the pool and took full advantage of it well into the evening. Food at the bar was good and reasonably priced for lunch. The not so good. Things started off badly when the coach driver on our transfer dropped us about half a mile from prado do golf. After a very long day travelling not what we needed. Fortunately, thank goodness he realised, turned round and reloaded us onto the coach and dropped us at the correct place. When we got there, reception was closed and an envelope was stuck to the door with our keys. Two one bedroom apartments and one two bedroom apartment. When our son and daughter in law reached their apartment, the two bedroom one, there was no cot for their 2 year old even though this was confirmed on the envelope with ⁰our room numbers. What was truly unforgivable was his dad called the emergency out of hours number for the deputy manager who refused to get the booked cot out to them that night leaving their toddler with no bed to sleep in. This was about 8pm, not the middle of the night. In the end he had to sleep on the floor jammed up against the wall surrounded by cushions and blankets in case he fell out of a bed onto a tiled floor. The apartments had everything you need, however, they are a little tired and need an upgrade. What was especially nice was the coffee, tea, wine, water and cookies supplied as a welcome. A very nice touch. The pool never seemed to be cleaned and on a night you could see a film of scum on the top I assume from people's sun cream. Around the pool was full of weeds and rather scruffy. This place is not suitable for people with mobility issues due to lots of steps. In conclusion this place is a little isolated. No eateries nearby. Most things an uber ride away. Not really our cup of tea.

First impressions are that the amount of space is excellent in the apartments. Once I got past that and spend a bit of time in it I found there to be very little comfort to be had. The wicker furniture, although they were covered in soft seating, there were no cushions against the sides which made it very hard against the wickerwork. The plastic chairs on the outside area were flimsy plastic which had no strength when leaning back and very uncomfortable. The beds were rock hard (when I say I like a hard bed this was way too much) and I struggled to lie on my side, as did my wife. The TV was more akin to a computer monitor and over 10 years old. The pool area also has poor quality lilo beds and too few parasols. The music seems to come from a radio through tiny tinny sounding speakers nearvthe bar. All in, it's very tired and needs a bit of investment for easy fixes. A mattress topper, a few cushions, decent size tv, few more parasols around pool. Nothing in the locale to do on an evening if wanting to stay close by. There is another hotel they mentioned nearby which we went to. It was as quiet as a graveyard, despite being peak season. The staff were very friendly and the prices for food and drinks were good. Cleaner came once in 8 days and had to request a return. I'm used to 2 days max for towels and bedding. 7 days is more than enough here.

As férias foram boas, mas infelizmente a experiência no hotel deixou a desejar — especialmente no que diz respeito ao tratamento com o meu cão. Escolhi esse hotel justamente por se dizer "pet friendly", mas o que encontrei foi o oposto disso: Nada foi oferecido ao meu cão: – Nem cama, nem comedouro, nem sequer uma tigelinha de água. – Nenhum mimo, nenhum gesto de acolhimento. Em vez disso, recebi uma lista enorme de restrições para ele e ainda tive que pagar 50 euros pela estadia do meu companheiro de quatro patas… Para quê, exatamente? Ser pet friendly não é só aceitar animais, é saber recebê-los com empatia, conforto e carinho. Quando isso não acontece, sentimos que nossos pets são apenas tolerados — e não são bem-vindos. Fica aqui meu apelo: que os hotéis que se intitulam "pet friendly" pratiquem o que anunciam. Porque quem viaja com um animal leal e sensível sabe o quanto ele também merece ser bem tratado. - durante os 5 dias que estivemos lá a piscina não foi limpa o que originou acumulo de sujidade no fundo da piscina. - mal amanhecia já não conseguíamos dormir mais pois as janelas têm umas meras cortinas. Aconselhamos a serem colocadas outro tipo de protecão de forma a prevenir a entrada de luz pelo menos nos quartos. - o pagamento de caução de 250 euros não faz qualquer sentido principalmente quando á chegada á villa não é feito nenhum tipo de controlo do estado das coisas . - escadas de acesso entre as villas e piscina em mau estado o que levou ao meu filho cair e magoar-se.

Établissement très sympa Grand appartement avec le nécessaire pour faire à manger, du rangement, une jolie terrasse. L’espace piscine est très bien aussi, l’eau est propre et a bonne température.

Gostámos muito do aldeamento, da nossa villa muito confortável, com todas as comodidades e com muita privacidade. A piscina era excelente e o ambiente agradável. Zona muito tranquila.

This wee place is gorgeous staff were so helpful and friendly we are coming back in august for 2 weeks x we stayed in 1of the villas it was very well equipped with everything we needed and cleaning staff wer very attentive with changing towels etc and asked if we needed anything else just to go see them x amazing guys ty so much x😘
