The fact that there is an hotel bus doing the runs between the airport, the mall and the town centre is brilliant. The 7eleven downstairs was extremely convenient too.

it's dated and the room wasn't particularly clean. The restaurant in the hotel is Italian, which i think is weird.

成田空港や成田駅から近く、無料シャトルバスがあるのがよかったです。 部屋の大きさもゆとりがあり快適でした。 何もかもが値上がりしている今のご時世で、朝食込みでこの料金は妥当だと思いました。 またチェックイン前にチャットでいろいろ質問させていただいた際、レスポンスが早く、ありがたかったです。

朝食ビュッフェでサラダのソースに髪の毛が入っているのを見つけました。 スタッフの方に声をかけてすぐに対応いただきましたが、清潔さの面ではあまり細かいところに目が行き届いていない印象を受けました。 私はあまり気にならない性格ですが、不快に思う方もいるのではないかなと思いました。

全体的にとても綺麗、部屋も快適に過ごしました。夜成田に到着した時また利用したいと思います。

とても快適に過ごせたホテルでした。レセプションの対応等もスムースでした。

空港からバスに乗る方法が分かりにくく、間違えてしまった

The breakfast was really nice - a huge buffet. It's also very convenient that there is a 7-eleven inside the hotel (although it's not open 24/7). The area is somewhat remote and can only really be accessed by bus. Thankfully the hotel provides a free shuttle to the train station, the airport and the biggest mall in Narita.

It's just a very typical airport hotel that's a bit older. It's perfectly fine for a night, but I would not have wanted to stay longer.

Ease of access with shuttle bus was good, especially as the bus also stopped at a shopping mall. The room was comfortable with space for 2 x clamshell suitcases. Loved the onsite 711 and laundry.

Bed was on the hard side - more than just firm.

Sería mala suerte pero la planta donde estaba en muchas habitaciones estaban de fiesta y la gente medio borracha por los pasillos. Baje a recepción a quejarme y aunque subieron a decir algo, dio igual. No se pueden meter 10 personas en una hsbitación a beber cerveza...Deberían quitar la moqueta, tiene lamparones por todos lados.

The room was very nice and spacious, bed very comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful.

There was a lack of electrical plugs in the room, so charging your devices can be challenging, especially if you carry more devices which need to be charged on limited time or at the same time.

立地は駅や空港からは遠いがシャトルバスが非常に便利でリスクを感じなかった。

ホテルの周辺はお店などあまりないけど、滞在するにあたって不便を感じるほどではない。

Khách sạn sạch sẽ. phòng nghỉ rộng rãi, đầy đủ tiện nghi, phù hợp có nhứng người đi công tác. Khách sạn có xe đưa đón tới sân bay Narita và Aeon mall, ga JR Narita.

Nơi ở khá xa trung tâm, đi lại có chút bất tiện, nhiều người ở trước phàn nàn về nhà hàng của khách sạn, dù chưa trải nghiệm nhưng nhìn menu thực sự cũng không mất hấp dẫn. nếu nhà hàng có nhiều món ăn của Nhật Bản, đồ ăn ngon thì tôi sẽ không cần đi xa.

The rooms are very spacious and the staffs are excellent and have shuttle bus to airport, train station and shopping mall.

The breakfast can get monotonous and repetitive after few days. It will be great if the shuttle bus frequency can be increase slightly.

コスパは良い！早朝フライトの前泊には便利、30分毎の無料送迎シャトルバスも便利。部屋は清潔で比較的に広く、ベッドの寝心地は良い。ホテル内に売店（セブンイレブン）があり、ホテルの前には別のコンビニ（ミニストップ）。

近くには飲食店があまりない。ホテルとしてはあまり特徴がなく、広いビジネスホテルという感じで、出発前の利用がメインだと思われる。ホテル内のレストランもあまり特別感がなく、家族旅行にはあまり向いていない。

どの部屋も広く使いやすい、BBC / CNN / NHK World 視聴可、浴室の鏡が大きい、1階の711が23時まで利用可、ATM / 自動両替機有り、24時間ジム利用可、４基のエレベーターはカードで認証しないと動かない防犯対策で良い

ジムのトレッドミルが古くて走り難い、上階隣室廊下の雑音が意外と聞こえる、ロビーのソファーを占拠してずっと大声で話している外国人が気に触る

成田空港発のツアーの前泊で利用しました。その後ヨーロッパに出かけたのですが、エアコン、コーヒーポット、アメニティ、全てにおいて某旅行社のスーペリアクラスのホテルより快適でした。

とくにはありませんが、朝、利用しようとした空港行のシャトルバスの運転手さんがおしゃべりに夢中になり時間通りに出発しませんでした。委託業社の運転手さんだと思いますが、予定した時間に空港に到着できるかと心配しました。また、いただいたプリントのシャトルバスの空港到着予想時間がバス内での案内とは異なっていたように思います。

成田空港まで無料送迎バスがあり定期的に運行してくれています。ビジネスホテルにしては狭さを感じずスーツケースを広げても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

There should be coffee, black tea and sugar provided in the rooms please. The majority of guests were Westerners who expect these to always be available. Even the convenience store doesn't have black tea!

Das Zimmer ist etwas veraltet.

接駁車有到機場、成田車站，還有到AEON，十分方便。房間空間大，兩個行李箱打開也綽綽有餘，還有小桌子可以用餐、休息。

室內插座少，床邊沒有插座可用，只有床頭上的鬧鐘有兩個USB-A的接頭。

Elegí este hotel por sus autobuses para el translado al aeropuerto pero las instalaciones y servicios también fueron impecables. El combini dentro del hotel también fue muy conveniente.

朝食：バイキングだが単調で連泊だと飽きるうえ、あまり美味しくない。 部屋の清掃：手抜きが横行しているもよう。ベットメイキングでシーツを替えてくれない。

家族4名で２部屋の利用でしたが、コスパが非常によかったです。

清潔感はありましたが、設備自体はやや経年の印象を受けました。

Quiet area in Narita but easy to walk to nearby restaurants. Our twin room was spacious, but the hotel could probably do with a bit of a spruce up.

The breakfast wasn’t really designed for western tastes, however we were able to find enough to suit us.

Good staff, can speak multiple languages. Store on ground level, elevators are very accessible and have lots of lights and indicators meaning you don’t have to guess which one is going to open and they are very safe with working door stop mechanism if you put your hand out to stop the elevator. Large lobby with lots of space to wait. Have shuttle that takes you to the three main places of travel nearby, the airport, the train station, and one more. Beautiful location with the sun rising over the temple every morning.

Because it’s large, if you get a room far from the elevator is a long walk to the end of the hallway.

C’est un vieux hôtel du genre usine. Pas très attractif. Propreté à peine, literie pas très confortable. Restaurant en bas propose soit menu buffet ou alors à la carte. À la carte attente de 1h et plus…. Personnel pas très souriant. Très loin de Tokyo centre. Donc même avec le prix bas pour rejoindre Tokyo cela devient plus cher.

綺麗なロビーで優しいスタッフさんに迎い入れられ、広々とした部屋に滞在出来て、ホテルの中にコンビニがあり、ホテルを出てすぐにもコンビニがあり、便利でした。リムジンバスで、市内にも行けるので良かったです。

スタッフが親切で24時間いるので夜の質問でも対応してくれた。

ロケーションが悪すぎる。おそらく「空港ホテル」で1番遠いのでは。 バスの放送によると空港からホテルまでは20分、 朝食は食べたことがないくらい美味しくなかった。無料でも2度と食べない。

何度か利用しています。とても居心地が良いホテルです。時間に余裕がある場合にはシャトルバスの利用をお勧めします。上手に使えば成田山新勝寺の参詣やイオンモール成田で買い物もできて、とても便利です。1階にコンビニ、地下にコインランドリー（洗剤自動投入）もあります。部屋は清潔で広さも十分でした。また利用します。

Stayed only 1 night but the hotel was really nice. The beds were comfy, the room was spacious. Everything was very clean. The lounge was really Nice as well and there is a 7 eleven right in the hotel. Hotel offers feee shuttle to the airport which is amazing. Thank you!

We always stay here as location is the best. As our flight back home is always at night, the rates allow us to book an extra night so we can still explore during the day and relax a little before we get ready and go. The 7/11 is the best part!

Good bed, good sheets, good pillows. Slept like a baby the night before I flew back to the Netherlands. It’s a bit outdated but clean, convenient and perfect price. Many options at the breakfast buffet. Small 7eleven downstairs.

Wygodne łóżka, zaciemniające rolety, bogate śniadanie, bezplatne autobusy z miasta/lotniska, zestaw herbaty. Istnieje możliwość przedłużenia check-outu co jest ważne w przypadku np. późnego wylotu.

Trochę mało miejsca w pokoju (trójka), skomplikowane wyłączanie światła. Autobusy raz na godzinę, mogłyby być trochę częściej.

フロントの外国人の男性が対応してくれましたが、とても笑顔で、優しい口調で、迅速に対応してくれました 今回1人旅で宿泊、部屋も広く、大満足でした 冷蔵庫も割りと大きく、扱いやすいです 浴槽は古さを感じましたが、シャワーヘッドも大きく、水圧も強いので、扱いやすかったです 数年ぶりに利用しましたが、こんなに良い施設だと、忘れていました また利用したいと思います

ドライヤーが、昔ながらの備え付けのドライヤーだったのが残念！ 盗難防止も考えているのかな？と思った次第です

My room was clean and spacious, with everything I needed. I enjoyed the 7Eleven in the lobby, and the Costa Coffee kiosk at the restaurant. The shuttle service from the airport was appreciated, and the shuttle to the nearby Aeon Mall. My room was also very quiet. Short walk to other restaurants too, like Royal Host.

My room was on the 4th floor, but I had to go down to 1st floor to use the microwave. A microwave on each level, in the room that had the ice and filtered water machines, would be a welcome addition. I was told at Check-in that as I was staying for 7 nights, my room would be cleaned/refreshed on the 4th day, unless I put out the Do Not Disturb sign. I did hang out the Do Not Disturb sign on the 4th day, but my room was still entered and cleaned by housekeeping staff. I was not happy about this. Later in my stay I read on some paperwork that housekeeping will enter your room regardless of whether the sign is displayed or not, because they want to maintain a level of cleanliness, so all rather confusing to be honest. Employees on Reception should always be polite to guests. Sassy comments should not be made.

Wir haben das Hotel rein für eine Übernachtung für einen frühen Flug am nächsten Tag genutzt. Die Anlage ist echt riesig, sogar mit eigenem kleinen Supermarkt. Frühstück ist gut und das Hotel bietet abends Buffett an, für einen fairen Preis. Es gibt alle 30 Minuten einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen. Zusätzlich fahren kostenlose Busse zum nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrum.

חדר מרווח ונקי. יש שאטלים למרכז העיר ולשדה התעופה. השאטלים מגיעים לפי הלו"ז בול בזמן. מיטה נווחה. יש קונביני בקומת הלובי של המלון .

ארוחת בוקר של מלון אירופאי צנוע. אין התאימה בין התמונות ב booking. לא ממש בעיה, אבל להוריד ציפיות . עדיין המלון מצויין בשביל לשהות בו יום לפני טיסה.

Close to the airport but a quaint and comfortable stay with rice paddies and mountain scenery out the window. Everything you need and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Food at restaurant was good, too.

It’s fine if you want a hotel, especially one near the airport that is comfortable and reasonably priced.
