The room was not very clean, and there was noticeable dust. It was also much smaller than it appeared in the photos, with barely enough space to open my suitcase, which made the stay uncomfortable. My friend booked through a different website and, for only about $20 more, had a much larger room that was also noticeably cleaner. Compared with her room, mine felt disappointing and I wasn’t able to fully relax. The staff were fine, but nothing particularly stood out about the service.

I don't understand how a place like this can operate in a country with accommodation standards as high as Japan. The hallways and the rooms stink like mildew, cigarettes and cat pee combined. It felt like a health hazard, especially because I had my baby with me, so I didn't even stay for more than one hour and checked into another hotel.

団体観光客が多くて部屋に入るのに時間がかかった。しょうがないけど移動で疲労が溜まっていたのでキツかった。 こちらのミスで喫煙の部屋を予約してしまった。スタッフは確認してくれたけど空いてなくてそのまま部屋に泊まった。翌日体調が悪くなった。

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Habitacion grande, para ser Japon. Desayuno muy bueno y variado. Tienen traslado gratuito al aeropuerto. Personal muy amable y hablan ingles. Cerca del hotel hay un templo y una calle con comercios, que vale la pena visitar.
Fuimos caminando con las maletas desde la estacion de tren y esta a mas de 10 minutos, un poco alejado.

Mimo wielokrotnych prób skontaktowania się z obiektem przed podróżą nie otrzymaliśmy informacji o godzinach odjazdu shuttle bus z lotniska. Na szczęście przeczytaliśmy informacje na stronie hotelu i ostatecznie bez problemu udało nam się załapać na transfer.

Taille des chambres trop petite. Pas d’espace de rangement pour les affaires. Absence d’espace de repos ( la salle de restaurant est bruyante, ambiance pub avec des téléviseurs dans tous les coins). Accès payant à la piscine.

We booked only 1 room with 2 beds no smoking from 12 to 15th july. But we have a family emergency we checked out 14th around 9 am . Payment by visa by Nilmini Boschen. So we stayed only 2 nights. Can you refund money for the 14th night please. My email thotagec@gmail.com. Thank you.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Check-in per Automat möglich (mit Unterstützung von Personal), sauberes Zimmer (kleinste non-smoking Doppelzimmer Option), Platz um einen Koffer offen zu haben. Lediglich blättert hier und da die Farbe von den Möbeln/Leisten etc. Von der Keisei-Line Station mit dem Bus erreichbar. Konbini, Restaurants und Zentrum sind mit etwas Fußweg erreichbar. Frühstück gab es westliche als auch Japanische Optionen. Das gratis Shuttle zum/vom Flughafen ist praktisch und pünktlich. Alles in allem ein starkes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und für eine oder zwei Nächte eine solide Option.
Farbe blättert an manchen Stellen in unserem Zimmer ab (rein optischer Makel)

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026成田空港利用の際には、前後泊でいつもこちらのホテルを利用しています。今回はツインの部屋です。客室は若干古さは感じますがお掃除はきれいにされています。バス・トイレはきれいでお湯の出も申し分ないです。朝早いシャトルバスがあり便利です。娘も満足しておりました。
シャトルバスが朝晩1時間に1本しかない時間帯があり、他のホテルとの共同運行でも良いので少しだけ増便して貰えたら助かります

Ich habe zwei unterschiedliche Fragen an das Hotel geschickt, es wurde nicht darauf geantwortet. Im Speziellen habe ich sofort nach der Buchung, ca. 4 Wochen vor dem Aufenthalt, um ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebeten, da es bei der Buchung nicht möglich war, es auszuwählen. Wenn ich informiert werde, dass es keine Nichtraucherzimmer mehr gibt, dann hätte ich dort nicht gebucht Es wurde mir dann beim Check in gesagt. Meine Anfrage 4 Wochen zuvor war jedoch dokumentiert! Ebenfalls wollte ich 2 Tage vor unserer Ankunft wissen, wo am Flughafen der Shuttlebus zum Hotel abfährt, ich bekam keine Antwort.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Konum olarak tren istasyonuna çok yakındı. Tokyo Havalimanından 15 dakika içinde otele ulaşım sağlayabiliryorsunuz. yatakları rahat ve oda temizdi. Çalışanlar gayet yardım severdi. Otelden çıkış yaptıktan sonra bavullaımızın uçuş saatine kadar güvenli şekilde orda kalmasına müsade ettiler.
Şehir merkezine çok uzak. En işlek caddelere trenle en az 1-1.5 saatte ulaşım sağlayabildik. Trenleri iyi incelemek gerekiyor. Birde metroları. Biz bir kaç defa yanlış trene bindik ve olması gerektiğinden çok daha fazla zaman kaybettik.
