BG Hotel Caballero

The hotel is located about 8 minutes by Taxi/Uber to the south east from the airport, and approximately 275 metres from the nearest sandy beach at Balneario 11. It is well served by public transport with stops for buses 23, 25 and Airport Bus A2 a short walk away. Our room was spacious, with twin beds. The shower was roomy, bright and clean. There was little or noise in our room from within the hotel and the street noise was We had great value for our 5 night stay. The food was excellent. We would have no hesitation rebooking BG Hotel Caballero again

Lovely Hotel, Very Modern and clean. Was able to check in a few hours early as the room was all ready. Room was lovely, beds were comfortable. Everything you need in the room, hairdryer, coffee tea maker, fridge with complimentary water, soap shower gels in the bathroom. Very pleasant, staff were very nice 👍

We had a lovely visit. The hotel was friendly and clean. We enjoyed the meals and the location, which we knew, was great. Only slight criticism- staff tended to assume we were German.

Stayed here for 5 nights in October booked with Jet2. Although we enjoyed our stay, there were things we wished we had known. Jet2 has the hotel listed as adult only, but the hotel does accept children. The rooms are very stylish but the walls are paper thin. We had a baby in the room adjacent. Even normal volume conversation came straight through. The balcony didn't feel private due to the shape and felt overlooked. The bathroom had a frosted glass door that had a gap all the way around, so again, little privacy. Only one English TV channel. The food was good but the labeling was extremely poor or non existent. Often the labels were in the wrong place. You can't buy glasses of wine with dinner only bottles although smaller bottles are available. Bar prices were good and the wine was cheap. We were overcharged in the bar on one occasion and when we raised the issue the waitress said it was correct. We spoke to another waitress who refunded us. Around the pool there were no dedicated smoking/vaping areas so you have to suffer this around you. The hotel is well placed for the airport, beach and shops. The express bus to Palma is very close and easy and only 2 Euros. It drops you right next to the Cathedral. Most staff were friendly and check in was quick. Only 2 small lifts.

Perfect hotel for a bicycle holiday. +The rooms are just referbished and looked really good. They are not big but just okey with enough space for your stuff, simular to most of the hotels there. +Food is good but not excelent. +Staff is friendly. +Towel service +Location +Price +entertainment -the elevators don't have the capacity they need for the size of the hotel. But doalbe. -in the restautant it is inclear what the food is (beef/pork/chicken). There are cards but mostly all at one point and not per dish. We didn't use the swimming pool so no opinion. All in all very good hotel for the price.

I had a wonderful experience! Every member of the staff provided excellent service, especially MARIO from the restaurant. The hotel is situated in a quieter area of Playa de Palma, just four minutes from the airport — yet completely undisturbed by aircraft noise as it is not on the flight path. It is also only 100 metres from the beautiful 7km stretch of soft sandy beach. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, helpful and welcoming, and the hotel itself was spotless throughout. The rooms are a comfortable size; we were fortunate to have a beach-facing view overlooking the outdoor seating area. Road noise is minimal, and the location is pleasantly removed from the livelier parts of the resort. The hotel is family-friendly (although there were only a few children during our stay) and the hotel provides all the amenities you’d expect from a 4-star property, including toiletries, robes, slippers and sweet treats left on the bed after housekeeping. Towels are changed daily, and bedding is changed every three days. The rooms are clean and light. Most guests are German, French or Spanish. We only came across another English couple on our final day, which didn’t bother us at all. Please do note this area of Playa de Palma is mainly German, with bars catering especially. The hotel breakfast was outstanding, with everything you could wish for – a fresh smoothie bar, live cooking stations for pancakes and eggs to order, yoghurt and fruit, and an enormous selection of hot dishes. The themed pop-up stations changed daily, offering something new and interesting each morning. The pool bar offers amazing food at reasonable prices, with huge portions. The nachos are incredible (10 euros), and even the toasties come with fries (7 euros), there's plenty of veggie and vegan options too. The only slight drawback was the availability of sun loungers. With over 300 rooms and roughly 100 loungers in total located around both pools, they are taken quickly. We noticed several guests reserved beds for hours without using them. This is simply an observation and something the pool bar could easily manage to ensure a more fair and friendly system. Hints and tips: The transfer from the airport to the hotel takes no more than five minutes with plenty of taxis waiting outside; they do have a minimum charge of 17 euros each way. The hotel is also very happy to order a taxi for your return journey. Visiting Palma city, the bus is 2 euros each way, and the bus stop is located just outside of the hotel (Turn right onto the main road). Number 25 takes you initially to the Cathedral, or if you remain on the bus, it takes you to the designer shopping area of the city, with direct access to the old cobbled streets. I'd suggest getting the bus before 10 am, as once they are full, they drive straight past the stops, and the hotel is located towards the end of the pick-up points. Only pay the driver, and coins or a 10 euro note is preferred (Nothing higher is accepted) Hotel check out is 11 am, and although reception advises there are showers and changing facilities in the spa (It's not a wellness spa- more a small indoor pool- the sauna and Turkish steam room is not currently operating), this is a single shower (M & F), so many guests have to change in the reception toilet area. Verbano - Italian restaurant located a short walk away, Fabulous authentic cooking and lively atmosphere.

We stayed in Hotel BG Caballero for 5 nights because of a cycling holiday in Mallorca. We had a great stay. We were very satisfied. Nice rooms, nice shower, friendly staff, great breakfast, perfectly located near restaurants, supermarkets and beach, perfect storage facility of our rental bikes. In other words……it could not be better !

I stayed here back in April 2025 with my boyfriend and it was amazing so I returned as a solo traveller and the service was impeccable. It was lovely to see so many of the same staff members still working there with some also recognising me from my earlier visit which made me feel very welcome. I’m already learning Spanish so whenever I do visit Spain I always try to communicate in their language, it’s only fair given I am a visitor in their country and to be able to have brief conversations with the staff in Spanish I think made their day too, some of the staffs faces lit up. I would say this hotel is catered more towards adults only so would not recommend for families with children but would absolutely recommend to anyone that would like a relaxing holiday. There was always subbed available and never had a problem getting one, even when I arrived at hotel at 12:30pm went straight to the pool and got a bed in the sun. As for the food, so much variety and choice for breakfast and dinner, one thing I was looking forward to was the themed evening food. They always have a theme in the evening for the cuisine type. I’m looking forward to hopefully return again next year

Spent 5 nights B&B at the hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. The housekeeping staff were friendly and did an excellent job of our room. Breakfast was plentiful, although the cooked food wasn’t very warm. There was however a microwave to reheat food. The pool area and staff were lovely, with plenty of beds available. The airport bus A2 runs every 30 mins €5 and the bus into Palma city 25, runs every 10 mins €2. These bus stops are at the end of the street, but only take cash. 30 min walk to the marina, but there’s lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance.

Great hotel, really impressed with the location and facilities aswell as pool area and the bar staff. Pool bar served lovely food too. The breakfast can be a bit chaotic with the sheer volume of guests. But you cannot fault the food options available, even if geared towards mainland Europe palate. We didnt do dinner here. We had a double room which was quite compact and could have done with more storage / shelving especially in the bathroom. The bed was super comfy and there was very little noise from neighbouring rooms. The 7th floor views out east captured the sunrise and we could see the beach too! Only 2 lifts available so peak times you're quicker doing the stairs. I would go again but I'd ask for a larger room.

Check in was quick, although 18 euro for a safe and 10 euro deposit i find expensive. Plus the city tax. So a expensive start. Room clean minimal wardrobe space! Tea and coffee facilities. Bathroom clean. We were the fourth floor. Two lifts for the whole hotel. Only 4 people fitted in so a pain having to wait all the time! Breakfast and dinner was nice although it's like a stampede to get a table and the design of the restaurant is in my opinion bonkers.. not a lot labelled up so guess work as to what your eating. All in all it was nice but won't be back.

A lovely location for th e hotel, on a car/vehicle free pedestrian, gorgeous beach in front. Sadly we were put in the annex with a small room with no outside area or balcony and no view. However, the buffet breakfast was excellent and the reception staff were very helpful.

It appears the hotel caters mainly to group tourists and families from Germany. It gets very crowded during breakfast buffet. There are only two small elevators. Waiting time during peak times can take 15 or more minutes. Elevator doors are aggressive and shut on guests.

We had booked for a large group and the hotel were really accommodating. We were arriving at different times and the staff had everything prepared. The hotel is clean and comfortable and in a great location for the beach and bars and restaurants, and getting the bus into Palma City. Nice pool areas, plenty of beds, we had 15 altogether at one stage! Breakfast was busy but loads of choice and a nice outside area. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for four nights. Had a large room at the rear of the hotel which has all the facilities that you would expect. Check in was quick and efficient. The reception staff also helped us booking mini-buses for our large group to get into Palma. The restaurant is large and the selection for breakfast was excellent. The area around the swimming pool is also large and we had no issues whatsoever getting sun beds. There was a good selection of food for lunch from the Pool bar and the service was quick and efficient. The hotel is well located with a 3 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to the bus stop for the Express bus into Palma. All in all, highly recommended for a short break in Majorca.

We were at the hotel last year around the same time. The objections were the unrenovated rooms which, to our surprise, were finally changed and renovated this year. It contributed to the complete concept of the hotel to complete the circle of change. The cleanliness is good, the complaint is the friendliness of the restaurant staff, which was below expectations. There is dissatisfaction, nervousness that can be seen on them and transmitted. But in any case, the hotel is a recommendation for a good vacation.

We had a great vacation on Mallorca and staying in BG Caballero. Hotel has outstanding food offer (like a 5+*) - variety, tasty, well served, like in the best restaurants😊 and overal service is excellent - hospitality, cleaning... Location of hotel, near to the beach and near the park is also one of the benefits. The reason for little bit lower rating then excellent are: -small capacity of elevators for such big hotel, but even that is not so much of a problem if your room is on lower floors - suboptimal soundproof isolation in rooms We definetely recommend this hotel, with remark to wisely choose a room if possible.

I'm currently in the hotel, so I'm reporting the impressions live and the impressions are fantastic. The service is impeccable, everyone is extremely friendly, from the reception to the restaurant to the maids. The rooms are excellent, they are not particularly large, but for two people they are quite fine. The bathroom is quite spacious, which surprised us, usually in hotels they are small. The rooms are cleaned every day, the maid is extremely kind and nice (her name is Fina, all praise for her) The hotel has two outdoor swimming pools, a smaller and a larger one, there is a cafe where you can also eat something if you want. Twice a week a DJ comes, and on the other days discreet music is played and it is very pleasant. Sunbeds are free of charge, but you have to come very early because hotel guests take everything at the crack of dawn and show up around noon, or don't come at all. However, you don't need a swimming pool because the beach is perfect and the sea is warm. The food at the hotel is impressive. I've seen a lot of comments from people complaining that it's monotonous, which I really don't understand. There are countless combinations, there is a huge selection and everything is delicious. Indeed, we were amazed by the amount and variety. Don't think we have low standards, we really don't, we have traveled a lot around the world and stayed in various hotels, but this hotel really blew us away. - The hotel was at a very high level, I didn't miss anything and everything worked as it should. Regular cleaning in the room, replenishment of everything necessary, change of towels and bath towels daily, they even changed our beds during the week, so cleanliness and maintenance of cleanliness is really good. -- What I would really highlight is the food, you will feel like in paradise in this hotel, the half board offered here is probably the best I have ever experienced, the selection, the theme is different every day, but there is a constant basis of fresh other dishes, the selection and freshness are really not visible, both breakfast and dinner. The service around you is also constantly jumping around, there is a visibly moving management of the company and it really intervenes, manages and helps, a real experience both gourmet and in terms of comfort and luxury. - The pool is maintained (several pools), cleaned daily. Movement in the area only via chip cards, so only guests. - The location of the room (we had a Junior by the pool) was absolutely great with a view of the pools and it suited us. - The location of the hotel is in the second wave of hotels (about 300m from the edge of the beach), so the distance is really 5min. There is absolutely great public transport in the area, where you can get everywhere by bus for 2€ in a few minutes and it runs every 5min. - The public beach has umbrellas and sunbeds for high fees (overpriced), I recommend buying an umbrella for 16 to 20€ on the first day and leaving it on site at the end of your stay, it is definitely worth it. The sea is like coffee, clean and warm, one day the waves are calm as a mirror (great), gradual sandy entrance. You will be satisfied. - There are endless shops and restaurants around the entire beach and it is lively from morning to night, the advantage is that it does not disturb you, the location of the hotel is good. Minor flaws: Smoking on the balconies and in the area around the pools is very unpleasant and a minority of guests smoke here, but it bothers the majority, whether it's cigarettes or various inhalers. One smokes next to you and 9 people suffocate in the area and it bothers them. But I am aware that this problem is almost everywhere and is still difficult to solve, so I don't see it as a problem that is the hotel's fault. Smoking is also a problem on the beach, but as I write this is probably everywhere so far. In general, I would recommend the hotel to everyone 99% of the time, you really can't go wrong here.

Staff: 9/10 Food: 8/10 Pool: 9/10 Rooms: 7/10 We are very satisfied with our stay at BG Hotel Caballero. One of our best experiences compared to other similar hotels. If I were to be a little critical, the rooms were a little noisy, but that was the only thing that was a slight minus. The feeling that we can imagine coming back is proof that the stay has been good.

It is the second time my husband and myself spent vacation in Hotel Caballero. The staff is friendly and professional, hotel is clean with pleasant atmosphere. Location is very good, beach is close and is well connected with Palma. Food is excellent both in hotel and swimming pool restaurant. Wi fi quite good most of the time.

I have visited the hotel 3 times already. I have stayed in a standard room and in an apartment. The rooms are nicely furnished, clean, with a balcony. Wi-Fi works perfectly, YouTube works on the TV, you can connect HDMI, USB. What I really appreciate is the nice and friendly staff. I like that the staff has been working here for a long time. Another thing I liked was the great food. Fresh, varied every day, themed cuisines were alternating. I have visited many hotels in Mallorca and this is my favorite for my next future stays.

We've just returned home from our third consecutive year at this wonderful hotel. This is unusual for us - normally we'd visit other places and stay at different accommodation, but, seriously, we simply can't imagine finding anywhere that ticks all our boxes like the Caballero. We can't rate the facilities highly enough: our rooms had a luxe vibe and were kept spotlessly clean; the restaurant serves fantastic breakfasts; the pools, set in lush greenery, are oasis-like. But the Caballero's stand-out feature is the staff. From the very first moment of welcome we were treated, once again, like honoured guests. Relentless warmth, kindness and friendliness, 24/7 and from everyone. Why would we go anywhere else?

Room is small, but everything else is good. It’s very clean, beds are cozy, firm, but not too firm, memory foam pillows are excellent!

From the moment we walked into the hotel we knew we had made the right choice. Hotel was so clean in reception and this carried on into our lovely bedroom. Everything was first class. Buffet breakfast was lovely and evening meal buffet style was also excellent. Staff were brilliant right down to cleaners. Everyday bed was made towels changed. Reception staff, waiters and waitresses all really lovely. Special mention to Gagne a lovely waiter who looked after us so well. Both Concierge the lady was lovely. We honestly don’t have a bad word to say about our stay. We loved it and are booking to go back next year

Lovely modern hotel, friendly staff . Food on half board good choice for breakfast + evening meal catered for various nationalities. Only downside was the bed ,mattress was a bit too firm for me ,but my husband thought it was okay. Fridge could hav done with being a bit cooler. The heat wave didn't help 34c at the time. Rooms cleaned daily good location 5mins from the beach. 10 mins from the airport. Quite happy with our holiday possibly will return in the future .

Everything was absolutely perfect in Mallorca, our family and I were in this hotel for the second time and were pleasantly surprised again. The hotel met all our expectations, the food was great, the staff too. Family atmosphere and at the same time a feeling of luxury and care. The hotel is in a great location. I can highly recommend it, we plan to come back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach and right by a bus stop, which made getting to and from the airport and city center super easy. The hotel itself was nice and clean, and the breakfast offered a great variety each morning. The only downside was the sound isolation—we could hear quite a bit from neighboring rooms. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

It was a good hotel , the food was not great never knew what it was labelling was so bad and always had to walk around to find stuff , you could have more options for desert. Lunch time service by pool was terrible I waited 1hr30mins for chips and salad , The cleaning lady on first floor was amazing , I would rate 3stars

Everything is great. Staff is nice and kind,hotel is very clean,food is delicious and there is something for everyone. Beach is near. You can rent towels for the pool. Rooms are being clean every day. No negative comments.

Came to BG Caballero as a party of nine and had a wonderful time. Nice and clean hotel. Spacious rooms that could do with a bit more drawer and shelf space. Spacious bathroom that had shower over bath in room 537 which I was not expecting. Thought it would have been a walk in shower like our other 3 rooms. Fabulous views from the spacious balcony, partially of the sea, but it was amazing to see the planes landing and taking off from Palma airport. Food amazing and plentiful. Chinese night, Mexican night, Greek night , along with salads, pastas , pizzas, gluten free and vegetarian. Pity the dining room closed at 9pm, 9.30pm would have been better for us. Most of the staff were amazing , especially guest manager Pilar , who was always on hand and very visible throughout the hotel. Three of the nights there was entertainment in the hotel and three days there was a DJ around the pool for a few hours. 10 Euro to hire a towel but this was returned at the end of the week. Mostly able to find a sunbed around the pool without a mad dash to get your towel out early. 18 Euro for the safe. A free fridge which was extremely welcome as the temperature was never much below 33 degrees day and night. Air con in room worked a treat and was quiet through the night. Be prepared to wait a while for a lift especially during meal times. They only take four people at a time. Great , busy resort with loads of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Bus 25 about a five minute walk away runs every 7 minutes into Palma City for 2 Euros there and 2 euros back. Wouldn't hesitate to return, thankyou Pilar and your team for a lovely holiday

We stayed at BG Cabalerro hotel for 5 nights and it was an okay stay. Staff were more than friendly and were helpful throughout the stay. We had just booked for breakfast as part of our stay and this was average at best. There was plenty of selection but the bread was stale and hard on some mornings and the eggs and meat were luke warm. The pool area was okay and was kept clean. Beds are scarce however so best get down early to secure a spot. The pool does fill up too so be prepared for a busy swim. The area was quiet and we ventured to the beach and shop/ restaurants on a couple of occasions but not a lot was happening down there. We went into Palma most days and after paying €30 each way for a taxi on our first night, we found out the bus (number 25) goes to Palma for only €2 per person and a stop was about 2 mins from the hotel. It was a simple solution and it was an ideal way in and out to the city. Not sure if we picked the right location or time as we were met with a lot of German Stag groups at the hotel and around the area. It is a popular location for this and it seemed there were a lot of groups during this time. Overall, it was an okay stay and the hotel staff were more than welcoming and friendly but it wasn’t our favourite stay at Mallorca.

A nice hotel, nice location. Breakfast is excellent. Cleaning staff super!! However, some things are annoying. First, towels on the pool are not included on stay, are expensive to hire AND this is not informed on front desk when checking in. Breakfast room is extremely noisy but that is understandable as hotel is fairly big. Television is not working at room. Also the walls are thin, all discussions can be heard from room next door.

Nice ambient. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and all other hotel spaces. Good food and a lot of choise. Close to bus, store and beach. All you need is close, top location for family and to explore. Close are lots of bars and restaurants, pool water was cold, inside pool is very small.

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to the beach, shops and food outlets. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. The mattress on the bed was very hard which may suit some people. The hotel is very set up for German visitors which is understandable given 95% of the guests were German. The pool area was clean and well set up, however, there is clearly not enough sunbeds unless you want to get up early!! Overall it was a very nice hotel and I will definitely return.

This is an immaculate and comfortable hotel. It is conveniently located near the airport for an early morning departure. Check-in was easy and fast. The rooms are very modern and feature balconies. The location, though near the airport within walking distance of bars and restaurants.

Hotel was lovely, no faults. Room was lovely and modern, balcony was spacious, housekeeping were lovely and did a great job. We had breakfast included which was massive and staff at the door were so welcoming. Pools were great, lots of sun beds and cocktails from the pool bar were delicious.

Hotel Cabellero was a lovely, clean hotel. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The main reception, toilets and bar areas are lovely, clean and plenty of space/seats. Only issue I found was that the kids pool was too deep for my son. However, pool area is lovely & clean. Food & drinks are reasonably priced and taste good. Unfortunately we were unable to check out late due to the hotel being so busy, however, they do have a room downstairs, where you can leave your luggage, shower & change - with a hair dryer too, which is free of charge.There are lockers to store hand luggage that costs €2. Our room was located in the new building, and was beautiful. Great size and very clean. The shower was big and had good water pressure. They provide lovely packages of shower gel, body cream and other extras. There was a safe but I didn’t use this, and a small fridge. The fridge worked but wasn’t cold enough for my preference. That me just being picky. TV in the room worked, however, it doesn’t link to the internet so was unable to use my Netflix etc. WiFi is available throughout the hotel, and for the size of the hotel, it works really fast. The only let down was the restaurant. We were half board. Breakfast was good - large variety. However, dinner was bit disappointing. There was a good variety of food, just some plates were bit bland. But that is the only negative part to the hotel. However, there are plenty of restaurants around the area. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Great location and modern hotel. Close to shops and restaurants. We had a suite and the room was amazing with view to the garden and pool. Staff was very friendly. Food was delicious but can be very crowded at the restaurant. We would like to stay again at this hotel.

Well presented hotel with excellent staff.

Staff are very helpful & friendly

Disappointing sums up my stay. Staff at check in ignored me when I arrived and when they did decide to check me in they were unfriendly and didn't provide any information about the property/amenities or where to go for the included meals etc. The aircon didn't work. The worst thing was the bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. I asked at reception for an extra duvet to make it more comfortable but when I went to ask at reception they were rude and said they were too busy so would send one to my room and it took over an hour to arrive. Some of the staff were nice but they did not make up for the staff who were rude. Overall I would describe the hotel as average so if you like a hard bed and don't expect helpful staff and get a cheap deal it would probably be ok but I won't be staying there again as it definitely doesn't deserve its 4 star status.

At reception the staff was extremely nice and made us feel very welcome The property is nice in appearance and clean; however some maintenance on details and also cleanings of areas surrounding the pool is required The members of staff are really polite and keen to help in any way. The cocktails are nice. The food is the worst we ever had! Never tasted anything of this kind before and the wine is overpriced but not good at all! The cutleries, dishes are not properly cleaned; some of them were still dirty and also with water left, simply disgusting The standard of the restaurant not adequate for a 4 star hotel. We were upgraded to a nice room towards the pool; however the usb on the right of the bed didn’t work and we couldn’t recharge one of our mobile. All sockets are shucko and we couldn’t plug our adapter for my hair dryer since the air dryer within the ensuite is really ridiculous! Again not for a 4 star hotel. We contacted the receptionist to request an adapter and we were told they didn’t had one and when we checked out I was explaining to the receptionist who in all answer told me addios! Yes addios! And good luck to whom enters those doors if you are use to the standards of proper 4-5 star hotel A real pity for those hard working members of the staff

We've been visiting the Caballero for years and have never been disappointed. The food, rooms, and pool are all excellent and attentively run!

Staff were friendly, turn down service daily is a nice touch. My only con is the walls are so thin at least on the first floor. FYI you will need 10 euros for towels (refundable). Walking distance to the beach however getting to town you can take the 25 bus but it was full every time we tried to wait for it and taxis to town are between 18-30 euros.

Very close to beach and public transport and taxi rank. Staff changed our coffe machine when it didnt work. Nice products in room evey day. Staff helped us as much as possible when we needed it. Very nice large selection on breakfast

We had an excellent stay again. Comfortable beds and a lovely room. We were upgraded to a suite. The Extra space was very welcome. Pool area is excellent with a nice sound track. We were Half board. Excellent food and choice every day. Let us keep our vespa in the staff parking area for security. Don't normally go in for live music but cool and the gang were good fun. Will be back again

Everything was awesome. The room was beautiful, the staff was professional and friendly and the food is the best I ever had. The evening entertainments were great quality and the hotel its self very beautiful. The Ac in the rooms are not really cooling neither the fridge which would have been a problem in high season but at this time wasn’t that much of an issue.

Very nice hotel and the room was incredible and clean. Really awesome staff too! They helped me with early breakfast and the booking of our taxi. Nice pool area too. We are so satisfied with our stay at BG Hotel Caballero! And sorry that we didn't stay longer.

Everything was great.... We were with two babies. We were immediately awaited in the room by two cots for babies. The room is spacious and tidy. Clean every day. Friendly staff. The food is good. The place is wonderful for children....☺️☺️☺️

Lovely hotel with attentive staff and fabulous pool areas. The room was quite small but was cleaned each day to a great standard. Good breakfast options, Would recommend this hotel.

Lovely outside area around pool and cafe. Nice dining and public areas, very good breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff. Single beds pushed together supposedly to make it a ‘Double Room’ useless ( they travelled) and poor mattresses. Noise from other rooms and corridors at night due to poor build quality soiled our room experience. Very clean however. Good location.

Really nice experience here, would totally recommend. A little bit loud at night but overall great place, everybody super friendly, clean, good food, good drinks, really close to public transportation. I would book it again next time, thank you!

We stayed here for a week and we loved very last bit of it. Service, food, facilities... Everything added to such an amazing experience! We'll definitely come back again next year, this is one of those places where you feel at home :) I recommend it for people looking to visit Palma because it's perfectly connected by bus, having the bus stop just 3 min away.

My husband and I were in Mallorca for a wedding and then extended our stay for a holiday. The hotel was lovely, very clean, staff were friendly and a great pool area (sun beds were a bit uncomfortable though!). We loved being so close to the beach and it was great having so many bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Excellent 5 star facilities, very close to the beach. Just a bus ride away from the airport. Very central location. Easy bus to Palma city centre. Buffet breakfast and supper were great value for money. Great pool area. I will definitely come back. Quiet side street but a quick walk to restaurants,tourist attractions ,bars and beach

Great hotel, the breakfast is brilliant. Lots of space around the pools. The whole hotel is well maintained and its only a short walk to the sea front.

I was put in room 144 (1st floor) right next to the stairs and all day and night I could hear people on the landing next to my room and going up and down the stairs. And I also could hear banging, heavy footsteps and beds being pushed around the room by the people in the room above me. My room was definitely NOT sound proofed as advertised so it made me not enjoy my stay at all as I hardly got any sleep. I arrived around 10pm at night and after hearing all the noise during the first night, asked to be moved and was told the hotel is full, so I had to endure 4 nights of noise disturbance. Other than that, I enjoyed the food, amenities and everything else at the hotel.

The staff was really willing to help us every time. Good location close to Palma central.

Great hotel facilities and pool area. Lovely and relaxing. Quiet and within easy walk of the beaches and bars. Good buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choice. Nice indoor pool for an alternative to the outdoor area, which is beautiful. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, but would have liked tea and coffee facilities available.

We really enjoyed our short stay here with plenty to do around and lovely hotel with excellent food options and quality!

Fantastic stay, amazing staff who were all completely friendly and helpful. Great selection for breakfast. The junior suite was a great size and recently refurbished so very comfortable with a good mattress. Very clean and nice evening entertainment if that’s your thing. Overall brilliant and I’d definitely recommend 😃

We enjoyed our stay it was very relaxing, lovely hotel near to everything we needed. Many thanks especially to Kristina in the pool bar and Guido on reception, both were very professional and gave excellent service. It was our first trip away since heart surgery in November and it was just what we needed, we hope to return at a later date. Many thanks to you all.
