Such an amazing experience the staff was so attentive and would 100% go back
Had a great family experience. Hotel was great for families. Food was great!! The main man Kay on the entertainment team was so much fun. Very clean. Easy routes on the bus to the city.
Great hotel very clean and comfortable. Food excellent lots of choice and fresh food . Waiter service friendly with a smile and efficient .we had a twin room comfy bed very clean and excellent shower garden view and a glimpse of the sea . Check in was quick and we were lucky even though we landed early our room was available. Short walk to the promenade and beach . The bus into Palma was just by the hotels paddle courts. €2 into the city and the bus dropped you by the cathedral then went round to the station and back The hotel was quiet with evening entertainment which we caught occasionally very enjoyable. Great stay and good time of year to go .
This was a good hotel. The room was large and clean and quiet, but hot and it was not possible to adjust the temperature. My friend and I got ill after eating at the restaurant. The indoor pool is nice but the air temperature was 28 Celsius which was too much. The staff were helpful and friendly. The entertainment was good. The hotel is near a good beach.
A very Honest review: All inclusive We arrived mid afternoon, was greeted by a very nice receptionist who went through all the times and where everything was and explained the all inclusive deal. X3 drinks with lunchtime meal, x3 drinks with evening meal (No spirits included) Beer -Wine-Sangria.. The lobby was very clean and spacious, we were given a room which looked onto the outside pool area, the room was exceptionally clean and well set out, but could straight away hear the conversation from next door..Beds and facilities were good..Cleaned daily with fresh towels. I honestly cannot fault the food, all 3 meals were of an excellent standard, the work and effort the Executive chef and his brigade put into to prepare and producing is staggering. Always being replenished. Themed nights faultless..👏👏 The cleanliness of the dining room is exemplary and is constantly being cleaned👏 The only problem for us was after the evening which was around 20.00 . (Meal time itself ended at 20.45 ) which I felt was too early. most nights was going into the bar and show area there just wasn’t enough seating to accommodate the guests with many having to stand to view the show (Shame)..Disappointed..So we had to sit in reception area..(Chilly) Saying that, I must thank certain staff who were outstanding 👌 Daniel in the restaurant, he seemed to be always there and very helpful, smiling working extremely hard.(Worth his weight in gold) Bamber in the bar always a smile and a cheerful greeting 👌 The swimming pool was always packed but I’m sure it was because of the weather ( no outdoor pool) Although I found it strange that a lady was breast feeding her baby in the pool Gym was excellent and kept clean, with hand sanitizers 👏 Spa was great and Carina was wonderful my wife had a facial, I had a massage both excellent 👌 This Hotel is very family friendly with lots of children under 5. Extremely cyclist friendly.. Only a short walk from beach and bus stop
Amazing staff and as ever loads of great food, entertainment and the 24 hour cafe is a bonus 😉
We had a fantastic week the room was lovely very clean and well kept, the hotel was beautiful we made use of the pool, gym and the tennis courts as well as the evening entertainment! Which I will add made our week, Kris was brilliant, very friendly hilariously funny and an all round great guy. The staff in the restaurant were amazing too always polite, food was delicious and it was great to have such a choice, thanks to Andreas on reception for gently persuading us to upgrade to half board. We have already booked again!
Very good hotel very near of the beach and airport. The Spa is very good service by Carina, very good hands.
A fabulous hotel from which to launch your daily cycle rides through fabulous Majorca. Excellent food, kind, wonderful staff, clean, comfortable rooms, and a great vibe.
We stayed in a suite as a family, and it was a very comfortable choice — spacious, clean, and offering a lovely view. The location is excellent: only about 10 minutes from the airport and within easy walking distance of the beach. Getting into central Palma takes around 25 minutes by taxi or bus, which makes exploring very convenient. As a family hotel, it has several positives. Luna (Manager) deserves special recognition for being warm, flexible, and genuinely accommodating. Kris (Entertainer) also stood out with great energy and enthusiasm. The kids’ entertainment programme was excellent, and the evening shows were enjoyable. We also appreciated the heated indoor pool. There are plenty of other facilities — tennis courts, football, spa — though we didn’t get the chance to use them all. The food was pleasant overall, but we did feel there could have been more diversity and variety across the meals. What went wrong Unfortunately, some serious service issues overshadowed our stay. The most concerning was the behaviour of Carlos (Manager). His attitude and demeanour were shockingly cold, dismissive, and completely out of place in a hospitality environment. His behaviour even made my little one cry, and he showed no empathy or willingness to apologise afterwards. In my opinion, this level of conduct is unacceptable for any staff member — let alone someone in a managerial role — and it significantly damaged our experience. Another staff member, Ivan, was also rude and unhelpful. Although a different staff member later apologised after I raised the issue, the damage had already been done. More broadly, many of the reception staff would benefit from proper customer‑service training. There was a noticeable lack of warmth, smiles, and basic friendliness — something you expect as standard in a family‑focused hotel. Additionally, our minibar was not restocked about half the time, despite repeatedly informing staff. Overall The hotel has strong potential thanks to its location, facilities, and a few standout staff members who genuinely care. However, the unprofessional behaviour of certain individuals — particularly at management level — and the inconsistent service made our stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.
We stayed for four nights mid Feb. The hotel was very busy and a lot of the clientele were German families and a good amount of them were cyclists. The staff were excellent in every area of the working environment, from chefs, waiters/waitresses, front of house, cleaners, entertainment providers, bar staff etc. The hotel is very clean and there are many areas for people to relax with a book, or with a drink, or to watch the entertainers on the stage. The atmosphere is exactly what you want it to be, because of these differing areas. The food, quality and variety of it is excellent at both breakfast and evening meals (we stayed half board) and we were offered all inclusive for a very good rate. This is because we like to eat out at a few places in C'an Pastilla and Palma. The food provided is local and sustainable, which i applaud. And anyway, this place has organic coffee, what more can i say. Organic coffee does not give jitters.
Beautiful summer hotel with large swimming pool , large rooms all well lit up and food to die for (both buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Also entertainment every night.stall always with a smile very helpful ready to serve. Wouldn't mind going again
Back to one of our favourite Iberostar hotels, which always feels like home on arrival. Greeted with a welcome glass of cava and a smile, which is perfect! A few minor negative issues, but on the whole love the Cristina and look forward to returning if, they can sort the entertainment issues. We knew it would be different holiday with no familiar animation team faces, after the departure of Shane. But I did feel that the team weren’t really 100% committed to Cristina. Lucas the head of animation, was entertaining and good with the guests. But something was lacking with the rest of the team, not that bothered about involving guests in activities was just one of the issues. Don’t get me wrong, they weren’t rude, just not to the standard, we have got used and expect of Iberostar. I do hope Iberostar can sort this issue out next session and don’t take on animations staff, who are using the Cristina as a stop gap, you need staff who really want to be there. The shows weren’t up to their usual standard, they were very poor and during one African acrobat show, there was a child standing in the swing area, the acrobat was on! Very dangerous and no was keeping an eye on this. The wine tasting, well this is red wine, and this is white wine, was all the information we got! But hey we got free wine not included in our All Inclusive Limited! The tye dye t-shirt activity done in mass, was a great idea and we all came home with one! Also darts mid-morning was great and well attended but didn’t always follow the schedule which was displayed. Bring back sholbeck! The pool was its usual welcoming self! However, I was surprised to see the pool towels being handed out by the lifeguards, which considering the incident last year, I would have thought their attention should be 100% on the pool and safety. I hope the refit, involves new sun loungers! Always enough to go around and plenty of parasols. I do like the new kids playground, which would have been invaluable in our early visits. The positives far out way the negatives, the restaurant is amazing, the waiting staff to name just a few Daniel and Lorenzo. I must mention Bamba at the bar and his specially named shot. These staff go way beyond the call of duty! The new Star Café was a great addition, and a very good idea, it served warm and cold drinks and pastries, sandwiches during the day and into the night. Very handy to grab a latte on the way to bed or a pastry. The rooms we had a family room, same as usual, I do believe there is a refit for Summer 2026, so this will be interesting to see. The rooms are adequate and within no time become your temporary home. The cleaners weren’t as attentive this year, but I guess this is the pressures, of less staff and more work.
We had a lovely time at the hotel and were impressed with the service. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The buffet offered a great range of options everyday and always had a ‘theme’ for dinner which kept things more interesting rather than just the same food everyday. The room was lovely and bright and beds were comfortable enough. Our only complaint is that there was no real seal between the door into the room and the ground which meant noises coming from the corridor were particularly loud, especially in the morning. Kids screaming and people talking were heard very clearly and sometimes was a disturbance. This was on the 4th floor so unsure wether this is an issue on other floors too… perhaps the noise was slightly worse for us as our room was near the lift so there would obviously be more foot traffic. Asides from that we had a great stay and would definitely come back… hopefully when it’s a bit warmer out during the summer months!
This hotel was by far the best and cleanest hotel we have stayed, the 4* are more than reflective of the reality. We stayed in a family room and found it to be immaculately clean when we arrived and continued to be held to that standard after each housekeeping visit. Only slight drawback was the height of the sink as our daughter couldn’t reach the soap. (Such a minor point in reality!) The food was incredible, every day there was a variety of different foods as well as the staple for the less adventurous. The dedicated kids section was a very good idea and came in handy when our 5 year old just wanted easy food. There was always a section dedicated to a different theme each evening. (Spanish, Asian etc) The staff are so very hardworking and always aim to please. Although no real kids splash pool there is a very child friendly section in the main pool close to the sun beds for doting parents. The evening entertainment was fantastic, Lukas, Omar and the team put in so much effort for the kids, the daily mini disco felt fresh and not the same scripted display every evening. The main event shows are also to a high standard and aim to entertain all ages. The location is perfect for the beach (we spent most days there!!) and also the buses into Palma. €2 per person is a bargain as well. As per the rules by the Spanish government the alcohol is not all inclusive and is restricted to 3 drinks at Lunch and 3 with the evening meal. You can purchase more than this of course and I found it to be reasonably priced. (€5 per large beer) Another special mention for Lucas and Omar, they made our daughter feel like she was special and always made an effort to speak and make time for her. Great job guys!!!
If you've stayed at an Iberostar before you know what you're getting. We LOVE the Iberostar chain and are always happy with their rooms, restaurants and their communal areas. We've also benefited from the children's clubs which, theoretically, include teen club offering activities for 13-17 year olds. Whilst this sounds great I always find they should do more for this group. The Cristina hotel didn't offer one activity for the "Eagle Camp" during our 10 day stay during the summer holidays. My son joined in one adult game of water volley ball during our stay but the young kids were allowed to join in that too. I love all ages getting involved but if you're a 6'5" 17 year old it's obviously good to have a competitive game too! I think that Iberostar need to offer at least one water activity a day for the Eagle Camp/ Adults during the school holidays. POOL The pool area here is really nice and we always got sun loungers at any point in the day. RESTAURANT We stayed B&B as we prefer going out for meals and the breakfast selection was nice and the restaurant is also a pleasant area. I did sometimes have to ask for English breakfast tea and wait a while whilst someone found some - first world problems I know but one that could easily be rectified if someone is responsible for keeping this area stocked (note for the hotel rather than future guests!!). ROOMS Lovely and clean with everything you would need. Nice view of the sea, though not sure it was worth the extra we paid. STAFF All the staff we interacted with were really friendly and helpful. I always find Iberostar employees to be really efficient and approachable. RESORT We've stayed at several resorts across Majorca and this is my least favourite. It felt like Magaluf for Germans. The hotel is far enough away that this doesn't need to be an issue, particularly if you are All Inclusive, but we enjoy walking out at night and it often involved walking past large groups of drunk people. I went to Magaluf twice when I was young but it's not somewhere I'd choose to go as a family, nor the German version! There are loads of nice restaurants all within walking distance though. El Patio is right next door to the hotel and we ate here a few times, nice food and good service. Al Faro beach is situated opposite the beach and we enjoyed lunch here most days. Really great food and fabulous service. Both these restaurants are nowhere near the hustle and bustle of the busier area. BEACH The beach looks beautiful and it's huge so loads of space. However, there was always an unpleasant smell of sewage which was off-putting! We will definitely stay at Iberostar again but we won't go back to Playa De Palma.
Went the week before school hols, and the end of the week it was so busy though and slightly less enjoyable. Food good excellent with a 7yr old for some entertainment, dancing and food. Clean and what you'd expect. really close to the airport which was an absolute must for us and made it really easy.
Checkin was the best - fast friendly and great language skills. Room great - exactly like the pictures. Air con good. Pool area great. Bar good value. The only issue was the scrum for the buffet at peak times.
Great location. Walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. Nice pool and amenities
We were very disappointed with this hotel. - Most of the staff speak to you in German or French and when we spoke English, we sometimes got blank stares back as they didn’t understand us. - They run out of certain dishes (for example sides like fries and rice) very quickly, because everyone goes for the same food, and they don’t restock, especially when it’s busy. - Tables aren’t cleared in time so if it’s busy and packed you won’t find a clean table to sit down at. - Cutlery and silverware was always dirty and you had to find ones that were clean. - The fridge in the room was old and useless. - We bought an apple juice for €3 one night and the glass was only filled 2/3 of the way, not to mention it was warm. The first night at dinner I was sat at the table by myself whilst my family was getting their food, I didn’t know how the drinks worked and an older waiter came over and was quite disrespectful. He persistently asked me my room number in German then French whilst I was eating and I replied in English once I swallowed my bite but he was very being very insistent. It was quite humiliating as people sat on the tables next to me were laughing at the whole interaction. We also booked 2 rooms online based on which room number we’d like so my family could stay next to each other. They sent us an email to let us know that they changed our room numbers and we then replied and only got a response back 2 days later. Considering this is a 4* hotel, we were extremely underwhelmed. We stayed in a 3* hotel last year that was much better than this.
Nice pool
Could have been cleaner
Waves Cristina is perfect on every single way. We checked in and accepted a lovely welcome drink on behalf of the hotel which was a lovely touch. The room, 378, is so comfortable and nice and bright and airy: The bed is so comfortable and the room is immaculately clean and very well maintained. The air con is at a perfect temperature and a nice balcony and 2 chairs with a garden view. Every single one of the staff members are so amazingly friendly and this is so nice for us both, There are so many areas to sit around and the building flows through perfectly, The breakfast is plentiful and really great. Every single room is decorated so amazingly with so much attention to detail, We are still staying at the hotel, until 12th September and feel very lucky and honoured to staying in this absolutely perfect and totally faultless hotel. It is perfectly located and only a 5 minute walk to a lovely beach and plenty to do so in an ideal location. There are rooms providing entertainment and something for everybody, There was a man singing and he was brilliant and so polite and friendly, an absolute pleasure to listen to, claps galore. We really have Never stayed in such a beautiful hotel ever before and will certainly recommend it to everyone we know: We had the best nights sleep ever, Waves Cristina deserves to be a 5* Rating as it’s so prefect and so welcoming and friendly, We can absolutely not thank or praise this Hotel enough, Thank you to every single member of staff for a perfect stay and we are so looking forward yo spending a further 10 nights with you, The Best hotel ever, thank you very much Great nights sleep
We just returned from a three-week stay and I want to share the good, the bad, and the ugly. The Good: The entertainment team was great, especially the girls. Our baby absolutely loved the mini disco and Starky and Stella. Some staff truly stood out for their kindness, like Vero, Emma, and Cassia, who always took time to greet and interact with our baby. We also enjoyed the 20:30 live music in the bar. The Bad: We paid a €30 deposit for an iron, which we were fine with, but the one provided was dirty and unusable. Food was repetitive, almost the same every day, and it was very difficult to find anything suitable for a baby. Even simple, plain options like cooked broccoli and cauliflower or chicken/turkey were hard to come by. Vegetarians will struggle too: only sides, endless pasta, and no real variety. On top of that, food labeling was unclear and often incorrect, which makes it especially difficult for vegetarians or anyone with allergies. No soundproofing at all from the hallways. Sometimes housekeepers shouted in the hallway, even with a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door and other guests were even less considerate. The elevators were a constant frustration. Always occupied, often too long to wait with a stroller, and used by staff as well. One time it even stopped three times in a row, full of housekeepers with carts. We booked all-inclusive thinking it would make things easier with a baby, but it wasn’t worth it given the food situation. There were no activities specifically for 0–3-year-olds. The Kangaroo Club only held one activity during our entire stay, even though we were told it would be daily, with the explanation that “there wasn’t enough interest.” The Ugly: Our bed on the first night was unimaginably squeaky, to the point where we couldn’t move without risking waking the baby. It was adjusted the next day and it improved a bit, but it still squeaked enough that we had to be careful how to sit up and lie down. On top of that, it was pretty uncomfortable. The bathroom sink backed up with black grime and wouldn’t drain. Curtains were badly moldy. Shockingly, our baby slept next to them for nearly two weeks before we noticed. They were replaced the same day after we complained, but mold should never have been an issue in the first place. (also the whole place smelled moldy) The pans in the restaurant were in awful condition, with the Teflon coating completely peeled off. It’s a health hazard, those should be replaced the moment they’re scratched. I was even told the black flakes in my food were “pepper” but they certainly didn’t taste like it, and pans were not addressed. When we raised concerns about baby food, a manager invited us to create a simple menu, which we appreciated. But after I did, we were told it was “too detailed” and redirected to whatever was already on the buffet, like porridge, vegetables, or pasta with pesto. In practice, this meant nothing extra was offered, and since those items weren’t consistently available, the problem remained unresolved. Overall, the whole experience felt like a budget stay dressed up as a 4-star hotel. For the price we paid, we expected much better. Between the squeaky and uncomfortable bed, the sink clogged with grime, moldy curtains by our baby’s bed,, we honestly had the same experience in our first apartment rental, down to the mold problem, for far less money.
Just returned from a lovely 4 night stay here. We had a family room for myself, 13 year old daughter and my mum. Room was really clean with a double balcony overlooking the pool. The room had a fridge but we had to ask for a kettle and some mugs so we could make a cup of tea in the morning (absolutely no problem though). The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff were always happy to help and looked happy to be there. The entertainment staff were absolutely brilliant, looked like they were always having fun and never too busy to stop and have a chat/say hello. We did a couple of the cocktail workshops and bingo in the afternoon and really enjoyed them as the entertainment staff were so entertaining! My daughter enjoyed the pool party, foam party, Acro aerobics and all the free inflatables/pool noodles from the recycling point at the back of the pool. We stayed half board and always found there to be a great selection of food, lots of freshly cooked to order options too. We appreciated the free glass of prosecco and chocolates on arrival, very welcome! Lots of lovely little touches that made the hotel special - free paella and sangria one lunchtime, nachos and Corona another time, staff handing out watermelon wedges around the pool. Hotel is about 3-4 minutes away from the beach so very accessible. There is a land train that can take you along the beach, lots of bars and shops to mooch around/get food shopping. We would definitely stay again!
Had a wonderful 5 night stay at this hotel. Excellent customer service from all the staff. The front desk staff were always happy to help. Welcome drinks and chocolate were a nice touch upon arrival. There were plenty of food choices to cater for all and quality was very good. Dinner theme was different each night. The room was clean and bright. Air conditioning worked well. Only gripe was the sofa bed was on the soft side to sleep on and the walls are thin, could hear noise from neighbouring rooms. WiFi connection was straightforward and signal is strong enough around the hotel. The app is very useful, contained all the information about the hotel and provides instant breakdown of what you have spent and the invoice. You also get a message on your phone informing you the room is cleaned. Great location, 2 mins from the beach, 15 mins from the airport by taxi, and buses run every 10 mins into Palma Old Town which takes around 25mins. Fun activities and great entertainment were put on by the wonderful animation team. Tennis and Padel courts next to hotel were easy to book. Overall a great experience and would happily stay here again.
Brilliant stay! Everything's just so good here. If I were to be perfectionist, I would only hope that the aricon can be a tiny bit more controllable - it could be either slightly too cold / too warm. Other than that I really enjoy my stay with my mate so much!
We have just come back from a week at the Iberostar Waves Cristina. Having stayed at several Iberostar hotels this one was my favourite. Positives: I liked the layout of the hotel and the way it flowed, it was easy to navigate and find things simply. The decor was fresh and white and clean and modern which I love, and we had a ground floor family room which was a great location and very central for the pool and dinner. The staff were super helpful everywhere you went, from the reception to the cleaners, and the bar staff. All happy to be there too which is not often the case at all hotels so it was great to see everyone friendly and smiling and happy. On reception, everyone was really helpful especially Suanny who really went above and beyond to help facilitate requests. A big thanks to her. The entertainment team were REALLY fantastic, full of energy and great at getting people up and involved. They worked so hard doing all different kinds of roles from morning until late at night! There was a constant range of activities and programmes throughout the day to keep kids and adults entertained - we all really enjoyed this. There was often an afternoon adult activity like Sangria making or Mojito making which Omar was very good at doing and we all enjoyed. The playground facilities were excellent, having had a newly fitted trampoline and swing area located perfectly near the dining area but also near the evening entertainment area meant that children could play safely without being out of sight which was a HUGE highlight for me. I could relax knowing they were busy and happy and safe. They also had a separate bigger play area at the bottom of the pool which my child and the friends he made used every afternoon to have a break from swimming. The proximity to the beach was great, it looked further away on a map but it was just a 3/4 minute walk. Supermarket at the end of the hotel too which was handy. There were however some parts that definitely need improving. Negatives: The sofa beds. We made friends with several families and every single one of them complained about the ‘sofa beds’ in the family rooms. They are completely inadequate for sleeping on and have zero support. Had we known this we wouldn’t have booked a family room as the sofa bed was for my dad who is 70 years old. He woke up so sore and in pain from the sofa bed and we were told nothing could be done as every room was the same. They literally had cushions underneath the frame pushing it up to support it from collapsing and a metal bar across the middle which went straight into your hips. We ended up converting it back to a regular sofa and he just slept on the ‘L’ part of the sofa for the whole week which was really a huge downside to the holiday. If the bed was being used by a small child I imagine it wouldn’t be as bad but an adult can absolutely not use that as a bed which we were not aware of. Evening entertainment variety: the downside of having stayed at several Iberostar hotels meant we had seen the majority of the evening shows. Some of which were fine to watch again but a couple were not great and very cheesy like the magic show. Would’ve been great to see a better variety of shows that lasted longer! Evening entertainment length and disconnect: The night time entertainment lasts for 90 minutes and then it’s all finished. The quizzes start at 8.30pm for 30 minutes and then there is a 1 hour show 9pm - 10pm. At 10 everything is pretty much finished and you have no choice but to go to bed. Again this was a huge talking point amongst guests we met there as some nights you want to be able to stay up later and have some live music on, or a bar environment. At other Iberostar hotels once the main show finished you can move into the main bar until 1am where you can play cards, games, have drinks, hear live bands or DJ sets…. But no vibe after 10pm here. They also really need to sort out the disconnect between the children’s entertainment which starts stupidly early at about 5.30pm when the majority of guests are still in the pool. This finishes around 6.30pm and then there’s nothing on until 8.30pm. Seems silly, the kids entertainment should just start later so that adults don’t have to cut their evening short, and then continue straight into adults entertainment so you can make an evening of it. Dinner drinks: we were half board and obviously knew we had to pay for drinks, but at evening dinner if my 6 year old wanted water there was no option to have a glass of tap water even though there are water machines everywhere! They are not in use during dinner time and we were told each night that we had to buy him a large glass bottle of water in order for him to drink, which is crazy. This needs to be rectified as it is a stupid policy. Water at dinner should be free. Dinner: the dinner options were mainly good but quite hard to find options for children to eat, the childrens food station really didn’t have very much for them to choose from except chips and some hotdogs. My child hardly ate anything at breakfast or dinner and I ended up having to buy lots of things throughout the day that he would eat. All in all it was a fab hotel and we really enjoyed it, they just need to improve a few things to make it excellent!
We stayed in room 100 pool view trust me it has to be the worst i’ve ever stayed in. Every morning at 7am the whole room vibrates and has a very loud humming noise much like from an extractor being outside the door and window you cannot sleep past that time it is horrendous. Reception not helpful at all. The pool beds are very uncomfortable and there are not enough of them. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room which is very disappointing and no iron and ironing board to touch up anything that may have got creased on your travels. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep all night as walls and doors are so thin you would think they are made of paper. Really disappointed we came for our 24th wedding anniversary so booked a double pool view room and was given a twin room, they did eventually make it a double but I had to ask three times for this to get done. Overall a clean hotel, good location as only a short walk to the beach and restaurants some very nice staff. The money we paid to stay here could have been better spent elsewhere.
Super Hotel! I was very pleased with the services offered, from the receptionist to cleaning, food services. The staff of the hotel with which we interacting consist of a team of very cute, universally and dedicated people. Breakfast and very good dinner, clean hotel, with very kind and competent staff, very spacious room, the same way.
Spent 5 days here at the start of July. It's a lovely hotel in a great location - only 10 mins from the airport, a short walk from the beach and loads of shops/restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is lovely and modern and very very clean - everywhere was spotless! The food at the buffet is decent quality and pretty healthy but we are a vegan/vegetarian and there was very few options for us, particularly at dinner. The labelling of allergens was very hit and miss and some of the food at breakfast was cold or even still frozen in the middle. The hotel is much bigger than it looks online and I'm not sure the buffet and pool are big enough to accommodate the number of guests as both were very busy. One huge plus of the hotel is the staff, they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and if you're travelling with kids they are so lovely and make such a fuss of them. There are 2 outdoor play areas and also 2 indoor ones for babies/toddlers with play mats, toys etc which is brilliant for getting little ones out the heat. Overall it's a nice hotel, the food did let it down for us but still an enjoyable stay and the positives really did outweigh the negatives.
Amazing stay! The hotel is really clean, amazing rooms, great pools and sport facilities like paddle courts. Food is delicious. What really made the experience were the people. From reception to restaurant and especially the animation team. Atmosphere was really friendly we flet welcome all the time.
This is our second family holiday at Waves Cristina. We loved this hotel last year and it was even better this year. My 4 year old adored the new wooden play area particularly the trampoline. The entertainment staff were great with the kids and plenty to do. We particularly enjoyed the water games, t shirt painting and pastry making… The Frozen show was also a big hit for us! Our house keeping maid was fabulous and made sure we had clean towels daily and made our beds each day and tidied my daughters toys on the bed - a real personal touch and she also made a swan out of a towel and left chocolates on the bed! If I had to be critical of anything it would be the kids soft drinks! The orange was so sour my 4 year old couldn’t drink it! It was like bitter syrup and the apple juice wasn’t any better! Can you not get any squash? Also no access to tea or coffee machines or soft drinks during evening meal (we were half board) Quite frequently the water dispensers around the hotel were not working so we had to go up several floors to find one that was working! Finally… just a tip for those planning to sit by the pool - everyone was putting their towels down from ~7am! If you went down any later than 8:30am you wouldn’t get a sun bed! They do put a note on the beds stating not to reserve the beds but the towels were not removed. Everyone seemed to have their own system and once you knew what you were doing it was ok! The bedrooms could also do with a bit of a refresh in terms of the paintwork. Brilliant location short walk to the beach and we took the road train to the aquarium which was a fab day out! ANOTHER brilliant holiday and we will be back! Thanks again to all the staff at Iberostar Christina for all of your hard work and making us feel welcome!
We stayed here when we arrived into Mallorca . Was only a 10 minute taxi ride from. Airport which was fantastic. Rooms were great and really comfortable . Entertainment and bar area excellent and really e joyed it . Had breakfast on the terrace and it was fantastic . Only 2 minutes walk from the promenade which was stunning . Would 100% return
- close to the beach. - nice pool, and the bar is open until midnight - great for friends chill out. - abundant choices of breakfast.
This Hotel is More than 5 star. From check in to check out every member of staff made me and my daughter feel welcome. The entertainment staff are just outstanding. We arrived at the Hotel early and whilst waiting for our room to be ready we sat outside on the seated area. The Entertainments manager was passing and stopped to introduce himself and asked out names. Not only being very welcoming he was so funny. Making us aware that he has a new team and some of the activities available throughout our stay. He was so enthusiastic and this gave us a positive impression before we had even checked in. Reception had taken our number and said they will make us aware when the room was ready. Allowed us to store our luggage whilst we explored the Hotel and its facilities. Before we new it they had gone out of there way to check us in as early as possible and even presented with a glass of procecco and homemade chocolates on checkin. Prior to our arrival we had asked for a high floor for security as I was alone with my daughter an an amazing view. Well hands up to this hotel they has exceeded my expectations. The room was perfect with and outstanding view and I really do want to say thank you Hotel Cristina for you consideration and creating a true IHG experience here. Every day there was entertainment from am to pm. One day the entertainments team put on an excursion to the markets inwhich they paid for the bus ride there and back and this was very well organised. There was bear pong, bingo, salsa dancing live football musicians... this hotel has something for every one. Very clean housekeeping were amazing. Breakfast was filled with choices but a special shout out to the omelette station and the older lady chefs she was amazing... The female and male Hotel Manager were present every day being a great source of problem solving when arisen. Waiters/waitresses we so friendly and there was such a good vibe day and night. Offering crisps to the table was a lovely touch. I can not fault this Hotel in any way. The personal touch was outstanding and they really met every expectation above and beyond. THANK YOU HOTEL CRISTINA
Just finishing off our 2nd stay at the Iberostar Cristina (first holiday was in Aug 23). The reasons for our return are simple - see below list. Great relaxed atmosphere. Superb food. Good location - near to the beach plus bus stop to Palma just outside the hotel. Friendly , professional staff. Clean and tidy surroundings plus fantastic room service. No negative comments from us - so we’ll be back in 2027 for sure.
Probably the best hotel resort I’ve ever stayed at. The bed was comfortable and the room nice and spacious. The air conditioning worked WONDERFUL. Nice shower and bathroom. We don’t have kids but the resort had tons of things for kids to do like toys, activities and shoes just for them. I could see it being great for families but It does mean the pools more crowded with kids and stuff so be aware. We did only breakfast there but it was delicious with so many options that were so good. There was a water fill station so we could fill our water bottle all the time. Close to a bus stop to go to town literally the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Super close to the beach, less than 3 minute walk to playa de Palma which was an amazing beach with lots of eating options nearby and a nice walkway that runs the whole beach. We absolutely loved it.
Great last minute option. I did find mold in the room.
Stayed here for three nights, overall a good experience. The good stuff: 1) Well located, 10 minutes from the airport, 2 minutes from the beach and right by the bus stop for buses into Palma City. Also close to loads of restaurants and bars in Playa Del Palma and C'an Pastilla. 2) Clean and recently refurbished. 3) Excellent choice for Breakfast, didn't eat lunch or dinner so can't comment on these. 4) Really powerful shower. 5) Comfortable bed. 6) Lots of sunbeds. 7) Staff really friendly and all speak English and German as standard. 8) Love the wrist band which unlocks your room and allows you to charge drinks to the room. Room for improvement 1) The air conditioning is weak and doesn't cool the rooms sufficiently, needs to be more powerful especially in the height of summer. There is no air con is the reception area at all. 2) The charging for the safe in the room is ridiculous, this should be free for a four star hotel. 3) Although there are lots of sunbeds, there are not enough parasols, there should be one for every two beds. 4) The pool has a shallow end (1.3 m) and a deep end (1.8m). As this is a family hotel all the children gather at the shallow end with balls and other inflatable toys. If you don't have kids there is nowhere to stand as the deep end is too deep to stand. 5) The pool doesn't open until 10am, this should be earlier.
The hospitality was fantastic!
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location to visit the beach. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The pool area is lovely and the pool is massive. The rooms were very roomy and we found the aircon was pretty good as well - perfect temperature. Food choice in restaurant was a bit meh (we weren't AI) - we wanted a sandwich but the choice was limited but on the other hand, we found the food and drinks to be quite reasonably priced to say you're in a hotel. We really did love the hotel and will definitely look at it as an option for our next trip in September.
Rooms comfortable, needed more storage really, asked for extra hangers came no problem. Very clean Al staff excellent, very curteous, Just a suggestion, web site does not make clear it’s a “no cash” hotel , card only, could be a problem for some people. Will be back either Bahia, or Waves great Iberostar hotels
Hotel de qualidade. Excelentes quartos refeições excelentes atendimento ótimo. Está muito bem localizado
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and creating a warm atmosphere throughout my visit. A standout highlight was the spa — I had a lovely treatment with Carina, who was both skilled and attentive, making it one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve had. However, there were a couple of issues that impacted my comfort. The air conditioning in the room seemed to be preset and couldn’t be adjusted, which led to the room becoming uncomfortable during the night. Additionally, the shower temperature fluctuated unexpectedly, going from warm to extremely hot without warning, which was a bit frustrating. Despite these setbacks, the kindness of the staff and the exceptional spa treatment helped balance the experience. With a few tweaks to the in-room amenities, this could easily become a top-tier stay.
I'll start the review with the not so good (although fortunately it will be small!): Rooms - the rooms have very little soundproofing and you can hear conversations in adjacent rooms and the noise from the corridor feels as though it's in your room. I sleep with earplugs on holiday which meant I slept fine, but just to warn others! The rooms also have a quirk where if you don't move for a certain amount of time the power cuts out completely. When it goes back on, so does the TV....waking you up! The good: Food is excellent. Buffet is huge, breakfast has gorgeous bread, granola, honeycomb honey, waffles, pancakes, cooked to order pancakes, cheese - incredible variety of very good food. Location is excellent - 2 minutes from the very nice sandy beach. Kids and adult entertainment is fantastic. Our sons loved Stella and Starkey, got their faces painted every night and really enjoyed the excellent kids' team. They were all amazing so big thanks to the Italian-Argentinian woman in particular who built a lovely bond with my two. The adult entertainment is great too - something every night and they have a great set of board games that we really enjoyed trying as well. This is a hospitable hotel - they hand out ice creams/ice lollies around mid morning and lunch even if you're not all inclusive! The pools are OK, nothing special but warm albeit very exposed.
We had a brilliant holiday at this hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed using the large swimming pool and visiting the nearby beach. The restaurant was excellent at catering for my gluten free diet (coeliac) and prepared fresh pasta and pizza in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. The bedroom and hotel communal areas were kept very clean and tidy and it definitely felt like an excellent quality 4 star hotel. We visited 7 years ago and were impressed and we felt the same again this year. Next time we will have to return sooner! Well done to all the staff for a lovely family holiday.
Great customer service, location, and amenities.
It took me 1 year to write this review. We stayed last year and witnessed a 6 year old drowned boy in this hotel in pool. Lifeguards were not paying attention, there was no defibrilator in the hotel, 4 hotels share 1 defibrilator (cost of 2000eur…). Coackroaches in the toilets, i have seen this first time in my life in hotel. Lady (waitress in the hotel) hit by umbrella and it took good 3mins until they called ambulance and arrived. We have seen her crying from pain during breakfast and there was no professional help. If you care about your safety, avoid it.
Stayed at Cristina Waves for 3 nights - been recently refurbished apart from the rooms and pool area. Food was great, really yummy and great selection. Not your usual bland all inclusive food. Labelled with allergens which is helpful. Layout of the buffet is chaotic and people everywhere… breakfast is a nightmare to navigate with the people. We loved sitting outside for dinner. Not enough sun beds around the pool for the size of the hotel, we went to the beach and paid €18 do 2 beds for the day. Loads of space to add extra beds. Rooms are clean but need a bit of revamp vs. Rest of the hotel. Bathroom odd shape and door didn't shut properly. You can hear everything outside in the corridors, also we were garden side and the entertainment is extremely loud. We had housekeeping knocking on our door to clean the room at 8:30am when we were still in bed a few morning. We loved the indoor pool and the gym as it was very quiet! Location is nice in playa with the bus into palma for €2 and takes 15 mins ish. Okay hotel for families, just not made use of the outside space for most guests.
I just returned home from a fantastic vacation at this hotel with my two young kids, and we loved it so much that we even considered extending our stay! Location: The hotel is conveniently located just about 10 minutes from the airport, costing around €20 for a taxi. It's also a short distance to the beach, surrounded by numerous restaurants, spas, and supermarkets. Room: Our room was spacious and clean, thanks to the hard-working staff who maintain the cleanliness of both the rooms and the hotel environment. We received a kettle for our little one, and I think it would be a nice touch if this were complimentary for all rooms to enhance the overall guest experience. Food and Drinks: The food was truly outstanding, earning the hotel a 5-star rating for its amazing buffet. I had no worries about hygiene, as everything was thoroughly cooked. With such a wide variety of dishes, I think I may have gained a few pounds — so pack some larger clothes because you might find it hard to resist! The themed restaurant nights were delightful, and receiving roses one evening was a lovely touch. The desserts were simply divine, and I have no complaints about the food whatsoever. The drinks were fresh and delicious, with my favorites being the virgin mojito and pineapple smoothie. A big shoutout to the team and the fantastic bar staff — we were never thirsty! Entertainment: We never missed the mini disco, which really caught my son's attention. The entertainers did a fantastic job keeping us all entertained, and there were plenty of activities available. The newly refurbished playground and star camp was a hit with the kids, so be sure to download the app to keep track of all the happenings. Staff: The staff were proactive, friendly, diligent, and always greeted us with a smile. We felt right at home. If any issues arise, please allow them the chance to resolve it; they truly care about ensuring everyone has a wonderful holiday. One suggestion I have is to update the decor of the rooms and common areas to match the high quality of service provided. This hotel has the potential to easily earn a 5-star rating. I usually don’t revisit hotels, but I would gladly make an exception for Iberostar Waves Christina if I return to Mallorca. I recommend this hotel for families with young kids.
4 star hotel in great location and just one street back from the beach. Nice public areas, pool, and plenty of seats and sun loungers Given glass of cava and chocolates at check-in, which is a nice touch. You are given a wrist band with a disc which is used to enter your room and to check in to dining room, order drinks etc. Good choice at breakfast. we decided not to have dinner as I'm not a fan of a buffet. You can opt for b&b, half board or all inclusive (but there is a limit on the number alcoholic drinks you are permitted) There are a number of daily activities organised by the events team, and a show every night, which was actually and surprisingly good. They also organise various sports and fitness classes - spinning, yoga etc and there are 3 padel courts and 2 tennis courts for hire (€20 per hour including bats & balls) Staff all very friendly & efficient. Rooms fairly basic but clean & comfortable and good shower (hairdryer not the best) Lots of activities for families with kids, so there are a lot of families with kids at the hotel, so expect a bit of noise. I feel the hotel could benefit from having maybe a family wing and then a non family area/adults only area. We could hear kids running about out in corridors early in the morning, and the rooms are not very well soundproofed, as could hear neighbours on their balcony too. One huge bug bear for me was all the smokers right outside the front door of the hotel, so you often had to navigate them and walk through clouds of smoke, I feel the smoking area should be away from the front door as it's not very pleasant at all. There is a spa and indoor swimming pool too which we didn't use, and a small gym. All in all, nice hotel, but if I was returning to Palma Beach, I'd probably choose to stay in Selection Playa de Palma across the road, which i think is adults only. Overall we had a really nice stay.
COCKROACHES!!!!!! I just woke up in the middle of the night and turned on the bathroom light to a huge cockroach scurrying around the room where my children were sleeping!!! We are leaving in the middle of the night with two small kids. Note, we were transferred to this hotel after staying in another Iberostar and complaining about the conditions there. The other hotel only transferred us after coercing us to sign a disclaimer that we will not post any negative reviews; an illegal and meaningless document. AVOID IBEROSTAR, PERIOD!!!
Went as a family with kids (3 and 4), parents and grandparents and absolutely loved it! The hotel and pool was lovely and really well located for the beach and cafes, the food was great and drinks were plentiful! But what really made the stay excellent were the staff who were all so friendly and so helpful and really made us feel welcome. I normally don’t go for the entertainment in hotels but Lucas and the animacion team were so good, we were all joining in! They were also absolutely fantastic with the kids and they always had something to do. We had a perfect holiday and I would definitely recommend it!
Great facilities, good food, nice entertainment team. Have been returning there with my kids for years now.
First time at an Iberostar and the Waves Cristina team really do you look after you. I was also quite surprised with the level of activities/entertainment on offer. A clean hotel and the staff really are the people that make this hotel - every single person we encountered just wanted to look after us and were always cheery and happy. A credit to the Iberostar chain! (A special shout out also to the kids club team!)
We liked this property, staff were friendly. Although we didn’t receive the bottle of wine in our room as Expedia said. We also asked for a robe and additional towel and these never came. The pool area was nice, food was good. There are a lot of German guests, not so many English. Very eco friendly which was nice! We liked the little all inclusive extras - ice cream, chocolates, arrival drink etc.
This hotel was fantastic, lovely food, not busy, great service and friendly staff. I massively recommend it and would come back agsin
We had a great trip celebrating a Birthday, Please note that this hotel does not have unlimited alchol as part of the All Inclusive. The manager at the hotel Jhosen is very accomodating. Look out for him. The hotel is clean. The food is delisious with good variety. There is good entertainment at the hotel.
Lovely hotel. Quiet area with plenty of street parking. Breakfast was comparable to that of a cruise. The beds and pillows were not very comfy, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay in Mallorca.
Great stay, staff were very helpful especially Ricardo and Margo
Late check in at 1am. Was checked in by Ricardo. Fantastic guy, very friendly and welcomed us nicely to the hotel. Great start to our 1 night. Breakfast was amazing, a huge selection. Outdoor Pool area relaxing as well. Room was in average condition needs an update for sure, however it was clean. All staff nice and friendly
The rooms were very comfortable. A bit aged, but in good condition. We need 2 family rooms for our family of 6, so they put the rooms right next to each other. That was great, except for the fact that there was a water leak, presumably from the bathroom above us, that caused us to be moved. They only had one room available, so half of us went to the 5th floor while the rest stayed on the 2nd floor. They graciously moved us at 11 pm one night. The breakfast buffet was great and the pools were good. The outdoor pool was open but very cold in the beginning of April. Nice facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.
I thought the food quality and variety was exceptionally good. Service was also to a high standard. Well done Iberostar Cristina!
Lovely hotel with great breakfaat choice. Good size rooms comfy and in vwry good condition.
A great find! The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable with lots to do. We came for a 3 night stay and everything has been lovely. The staff are friendly (Blanca on reception and Juanlo the waiter especially were so lovely and helpful) We booked a padel tennis court for 1 hour which cost us €20 and was so much fun! We really recommend this. The food is really varied and tasty, there’s something for everyone! The room was clean and it was my partners birthday whilst we were away and we were left a cheesecake, a bottle of Prosecco and a lovely card as well, which was a lovely touch. We really recommend staying here! It’s close to the beach and nice restaurants as well.
We stayed for a week with our daughter and my mother and were extremely satisfied. The food is incredible, great choice, all fresh,.lots of healthy choices and the themed evenings were spectacular. The staff are friendly and work extremely hard to make you feel valued, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The entertainment team go above and beyond; catering for all ages throughout the day. The outdoor pool was closed during our visit but the indoor heated pool is such an asset. The wristband is a really smart idea and saved having to carry round a key card. The Park on site and the mini kids area at reception were both ideal spaces for our 1 .5 year old to use. I would happily return and cannot thank the staff enough for a wonderful week away.
Gutes Hotel, preiswert, guter Service, Qualitätsbuffet, empfehlenswert.
Myself and two friends have just returned from staying at the Iberostar Waves Cristina. We have all had the best time, the hotel is absolutely spotless and we cannot speak highly enough about all of the staff. Bar (Lorenzo, Daniel, Sandra, Seanad, Essbai, entertainment (Lukas and Patrick), restaurant, cleaners etc all were absolutely wonderful, so friendly and honestly made our holiday. Sadly the weather was not great and the surrounding area is run down. We did however use the bus every other day (2 euro per person per journey in cash) visiting Palma Cathedral and old town and we also got the bus to the local market (on a Wednesday - unfortunately this was not great). The hotel is surrounded by German bars and restaurant - we however used the hotel bars in the evening instead as I said the local area is not particularly nice - maybe in hotter weather the area changes? I do feel all inclusive should include all alcoholic drinks as one of my friends does not drink beer or wine so we had to pay and this should also be available all day and not just lunch and dinner. The outdoor pool was not open and the indoor was not open to adults for a long period of time. Saying all that we did have a lovely holiday.
Amazing hotel, close to the airport. The beach and shops/restaurants are all in walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were all brilliant. There was an excellent variation in the breakfast buffet.
We stayed at the Iberostar Cristina Waves during the February half term. We had a great stay. The staff are very attentive, great with the children and very friendly! The hotel is clean, tidy and well maintained. The food was varied and very good! The only criticism that we have is the bedrooms only provide a single pillow and the beds are single beds pushed together with separate bedding. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed when we visited but we knew this in advance but are unable to comment but it certainly looked great! In terms of the area, the bus which is adjacent to the hotel will take you to the Cathedral for a small price of a few euros per person. You can walk (we walked home) it’s about 9 miles along the coastal path where you can stop for food or drinks. In terms of cycling, great facilities for maintaining or storing your bike, easy routes from the hotel including Puig De Randa climb or if you want something easier, take the coastal path to Palma and back (16 miles).
Sehr schöne Anlage. Freundliches personal.
Every was great, relly team and food!!!You made my holidays unforgettable. The room is always clean and big, with balcony. They also have a swimmingvpool, and activities different every day. thank you again foeveverything i will come back
Great stay. Great value. Super breakfast.
The staff were multi lingual and very friendly and helpful.
Wonderful stay.
Fantastic stay great staff and facilities apart from the spa which was a bit of a let down
Property was great, lots of activities. The only problem we had was the walls were super thin we could hear everything our neighbors were doing.
Everything was Great! Best Café cortados at the Bar, thank very much to all the Team for all. The Food is excellent and the room is Always so clean. We are going to come back in Summer with My wife and Family. I Highlight recommend it and again thank You to all the friendly team
Amazing ! Surprises everyday for the whole Family ! Hôtel is super clean and the staff is incredible!
Great resort with friendly staff and excellent buffet breakfast we opted for during our stay. Highly recommended for young families . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again .
Everything was more than expected. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel, room, and pool were all clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. Next time in Palma, we will definitely stay at this hotel again."
Ambience was good. But the key card could have been better with a card instead of a tag. More choice of food .sound proof doors
Good value
nice hotel
My first solo trip and booked 5 days at the iberostar waves cristina. Had a fantastic break. Staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. Food was great, so much choice and different everyday. I had a treatment at the spa almost everyday with Natalia who was spectacular and so kind. The treatments with her made this a super relaxing break. I would come back just for that!!
alles ok, gerne wieder.
Really good stay food excellent and plentyfull. Only quib using glass around pool area. Broken bits under sun bed.
Pros: This hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and a nearby supermarket adds to the convenience. The area feels safe, which is a big plus. The pool is large, and there’s also a designated play area for kids. Cons: The room condition shows a bit of its age, which is noticeable but didn’t significantly impact our stay.
It wasn’t good at all! Vi payed 2000£ for a week and it was so many ants in the room, we even had ants in the bed. We changed room but it was ants there too. We had wiew by the pool before and after we had changed the room it was on the back side. We didn’t get any money back or somethimg else. The food didn’t taste good at all and it was very much noice. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
From checking in to purchasing drinks at the bar all the staff were amazing, the food was exceptional with the hotel absolutely spot less
Don’t know where to start overall this was a scam and horrible experience. On the website it says ALL INCLUSIVE and u do have to pay extra for that so I did that. The day I arrived they told me I can only get 3 drinks at lunch time and 3 during dinner which wasn’t describe on the website when I was booking. They told me I can get drinks at the bar which they were charging me for. And the all inclusive was only when u were eating lunch and you couldn’t get what u wanted u were only allowed beer or wine. On top of that no room service and food was ONLY in certain hours open u were not allow to eat whenever u wanted to. My room smelled so bad I complained a million times they finally said they will change my room for additional cost which I don’t think was fair. No towels in the room tv was broken mold on the walls just disgusting and not worth any money. I have pictures and proof of this terrible hotel. Also when I was checking out I got charged for all the drinks I got which was supposed to be included and the food. Not fair. I did eat out and drink out of the hotel. I do request a refund this was horrible. And on top of that we had people walk with iPads telling us to put 5stats for everything for a free drink.
The reception staff especially Ivan were very efficient & congenial. Our first time here & enjoyed our stay immensely. Negatively, we had to attend reception 3 times before they were able to designate late checkout until 2 pm.
Average hotel with good cleaning. Rooms have paper thin walls so night sleep can be a challenge. However breakfast was nice but hectic.
Good
Well organised hotel with entertainment and attentive staff. Food was generally a 6.5/10. Always fresh and good quality ingredients but the food never had the wow factor and sometimes a bit bland.
Best hotel ever!
Fab hotel super clean x Large hotel with good facilities a throw from the beach. Breakfast is outstanding couldn’t fault the food. Air conditioning wasn’t great but okay. Rooms spacious and modern
Lovely hotel - clean, safe, plenty of pool chairs (end of June). But area a bit busy and touristy - prefer something more off main track But can’t fault hotel - it was just great!!
