La hospitalidad y que estabamos a 15 minutos caminando de la caleta y el centro mismo

Excelente experiencia. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado. Todo fue tal como se describía en el anuncio y la comunicación fue rápida y amable. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

Proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Casa spaziosa e comoda, bella vista sull'oceano, vicino un piccolo supermercato e ad 1 km quello più grande. Girare a piedi per la città non è mai un problema. Veramente grazie.

Super espaciosa, cómoda, todo lo necesario para estar muy muy bien!!! Lugar muy silencioso por lo que puedes descansar durante la noche y disfrutar las actividades de dia. Muchas gracias!!!

En general el lugar es amplio, seguro y tiene practicamente lo que uno requiere si es que quiere cocinar. Paulina siempre está atenta para responder y ayudar en lo que uno requiere.

Experiencia increíble en Rapa Nui! Me quedé alojado en TUPUNA LODGE y fue absolutamente fantástico. El servicio fue muy bueno y la amabilidad de la anfitriona fue excepcional. Me sentí como en casa gracias a su atención y cuidado. La calidad del alojamiento fue excelente, superando mis expectativas. Sin duda, lo recomiendo a cualquiera que busque un lugar acogedor y con un trato personalizado en Rapa Nui. ¡Muchas gracias por la hospitalidad!

El entorno es muy tranquilo y tiene una linda vista al mar. Los espacios son amplios y cómodos.

Como sugerencia, instalar mallas en ventanas. Asi se podrían dejar las ventas abiertas para que circule el aire.

La amabilidad y buena disposición de Paulina para ayudarnos a resolver cualquier inconveniente o darnos los datos prácticos . Las habitaciones comodisimas, frescas con el uso de ventiladores. Un lugar super agradable para ir con niños

The location was great. It was very quiet and just a 10-15 minutes walk to the main street with shops and restaurants with the seafront (which also has lots of lovely restaurants overlooking the sea) only 5 minutes away. The highlight was our generous hostess who was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, giving us lots of recommendations. She even transferred us to and from the airport and allowed us to check in early and out late, making our whole stay stress free.

Buena ubicación, cercana al centro y la costa. Muy buenas terminaciones del recinto. Pauli que nos atendió, muy amorosa, nos ayudo en lo que necesitáramos.

El lugar era muy bueno, se podría considerar tener más losa, ya que estaba un poco justa y tener microondas. Todo el resto check.

Pauli ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Danke noch einmal für den tollen Austausch und die Tipps. Ich wurde persönlich am Flughafen abgeholt und wieder gebracht. Das Apartment ist auch gut und sehr geräumig sowie in Fussdistanz zum Meer und auch in den Ort.

The location is not central but close enough to reach the town and the beach on foot. The apartment and the patio are very large. The Owners are super nice!

The electric stove in the kitchen was very slow to cook. The owners addressed the problem by moving us the a different unit with a gas unit and it was perfect.

Great location for a tourist. Close to sea cliff and perfect place to see sunset. The hostess is super friendly and pleasant. She came to the airport to bring me the hat I forgot to pack in the apartment. Apartment is spacious and adequately equipped with all things you need as tourists. Will choose this lodge when next time to vacation in the island.

La terraza, ya que daba amplitud y podías ver el.mar, y horizonte

No esta tan cerca como pensé del comercio, si bien lejos no es, para ko caso que estaba sola con mi hija de 1 año se hace mas tedioso. Lo otro es que en 6 dias no existió aseo o recambio de toallas o papel u otro... pero quizas debí pedirlo no lo se. De todas formas en la bienvenida se mostraron muy amables y abiertos a consultas.

Maravilloso días pasamos en tupuna lodge. Bien equipado y hermosa vista. La amabilidad de Paulina es superlativa…‘siempre atenta y amable para los requerimientos que nos surgían.

Lugar muy tranquilo, Paulina y Ximena fueron muy amables en todo momento, siempre respondiendo rápidamente y dando recomendaciones que fueron muy útiles. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, con todos los artefactos necesarios para nuestra estadía. La ubicación es muy buena, se puede llegar caminando al centro del pueblo.

La preocupación de Paulina y Ximena, que estuviéramos cómodos y muy bien, además nos fua a buscar y a dejar al aeropuerto como se programaban en Brookings.

The location was perfect - slightly off the main areas but close to pretty much everything! The place was spacious and spotless, communication was frequent and easy, and I loved having a patio to relax on at the end of the day.

It's a really good place and I enjoyed my stay here. It is away from the busy main streets but within walkable distance to all the good restaurants and stores.

Ubicación excelente, con una vista hermosa al mar. Cerca de la costanera, miradores, restaurantes y calle principal. Paulina y Ximena, muy cordiales y cercanas. Paulina preocupada en todo momento, sobre todo que nos tocó vivir la alerta de tsunami, además nos sugirió lugares para visitar y comer. Departamento impecable y además tiene servicio de transporte, para arriendo de vehículos, el cual estaba en muy buen estado. Estamos muy agradecidos y conformes. Recomendado el hospedaje 🤍

Neat clean nice deck for leisure, all around comfortable.

Overall, a great place to stay. Wonderful hosts. So very helpful with suggestions for things to do and places to stay that saved a lot of money. The view from the patio is wonderful. A couple of little nitpicks. There's no air conditioning so on hot nights the windows need to stay open to catch the sea breeze. Unfortunately the windows are unscreened so some mosquitos do get in. It's an easy walk to the ocean and multiple great restaurants with sunset views One of the things I like to do is visit very remote islands so I've had lots to compare and this is a lovely place with great people.

No breakfast offered. But it's easy to walk to the supermarket and buy things for breakfast. With the refrigerator, stove and all the pans, cutlery and plates you need, I made breakfast myself every morning. It was easy. If you don't want to do this, there are breakfast places within 10-15 minutes walk of the property.

There was only a dirty sponge and dishcloth. If they’d supplied a clean one it would’ve been great. So would basic supplies-oil, sugar, salt and pepper.

We were met at the airport by the staff who kindly gave us a lei on arrival and brought us to our accommodation. There is a lovely see view from the balcony and walking distance into the main town. The accommodation has great facilities and Paulina had been so helpful from day one of booking. Thanks for our stay.

Paulina was likely the very best host I've ever had. She was so responsive and helpful. We took her advice on everything on the island (eg tour guide, car rental, restaurants, etc) and she was spot on every single time.

Paulina the host was very attentive in everything from sending the invitation to checking up every couple of days to see if anything was needed via WhatsApp. My room was a Seaside View room.The location is right next to the sea, I was able to capture the Milky Way and sun sets right from the balcony. Lodge was clean, hot water, WiFi. Working kitchen with stove, fridge and dishes. Within walking distance to Hanga Roa.

That fact that I didn’t stay longer.

Wonderful proprietor and associate who picked us up and dropped us off at airport. Paulina was extremely helpful with paperwork to visit RapaNui. And she was very responsive when propane tank went empty so hot water. Fixed quickly. Staff were the best! Rustic, but comfortable accommodations. Nice seaview from balcony. Generally quiet location away from main street. Yes, Hanga Roa has many roosters and unleashed dogs. Both have their moments crowing and barking, but not really a problem. The dogs are mellow and enjoying just enjoying the island life. Nice to have refrigerator for food and drinks. (Great grocery store nearby). Nice to have two bedrooms (one queen and a bunk bed)

Cleaning agents had strong fragrance, which I had difficulty adjusting to. No space heating or cooling, but blankets were nice and comfortable. No screens on windows, but that seems typical on the island. Not enough towels and the ones we had shed a lot. Pauline brought more, but need to be replaced altogether. Hot water only in shower so washing dishes required resourcefulness. A small microwave to reheat the amazing local empanadas would be good. All in all, I'd stay there again, but likely not my city-boy husband.

They were kind enough to meet us at the airport and transport us to the property. We felt very cared for and settled as soon as we arrived.

* Host Paulina was helpful, communicating often 1-2 weeks ahead, and efficiently provided us with the important PDI immigration paperwork needed for Rapa Nui * being met at the airport * Place was comfortable * A five minute walk to the shoreline * A 15 minute walk into town and grocery store * Local tour operators easily found us each morning * WiFi - albeit slow * Kitchen was handy !

* Spouse expected a hair dryer, so you'll want to pack one * The four burner, electric stove top had no markings so it took some time to map each control to each burner * TV streaming (OK, we're news junkies) was marginal but we coped; my guess is that the Starlink dish atop the building was stretched to capacity servicing the other rooms and WiFi needs. * The local dogs are easily triggered into bouts of barking, so light sleepers may want to pack ear plugs (it didn't bother me, but did bother our son).

Paulina is so accomodating. She knew I was alone and she pick me up and took me to the airport. The room that I booked has a sea view. It's nice to hear and see the ocean. She also gave me towel cause I didnt bring one.

Paulina was so lovely and helpful during our stay. Facilities were great and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Also loved being greeted by the neighbour's very sweet dogs every time we returned. Would stay here again if lucky enough to return to Rapa Nui in the future!

To be honest, our stay was absolutely amazing. Not only for the island being so incredible but also to our apartment and Paulina was the absolute best host you could wish for. She helped us with organizing the whole stay and even picked us up from the airport. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Location is great and Pauli was super nice in helping us organizing our time in rapa nui Also the bunk bed in the second room is quite big and confortable for adults (110cm probably)

The place doesnt have mosquito nets and gets super hot at night so its impossibile to sleep with the window closed resulting in dozen of bites. Not great in a place with Dengue.

THE BALCONY, THE VIEW, IS SUPER

Pauli and team were fantastic. We had a lovely ciew of the sunsets from our balcony. Location was also very good, as the Main Street was just a short walk away.

WiFi is weak, so be prepared with booked and movies already downloaded!

Some basic items are missing at the kitchen like cutting board, frying pan. Floor was dirty. Overall apartment could be arranged in a more cozy way. There was no cleaning

Everything great just WiFi never really worked

Booking process with the owners was extremely easy, they sent us everything we needed to know in advance. You need a letter from your accommodations and to complete paperwork for Easter Island before traveling to the island and you need to book a guide and pay a park fee ($80usd; valid for 10 days with the exception of select single entry sites) to visit any area of Rapa Nui park other than Tahai (in town) and Anakena. You need several days with a guide to see all of the island (they recommend at least 3 days and we paid $150,000 CLP per day for a group of 3 including transport and guide). They even set up transport who were waiting for us at the airport and dropped us off after. Sunset from the patio was stunning, the location was easy walking distance to the beaches, grocery stores (Henua Market was best), fresh markets, vehicle rentals, and Tahai. We highly recommend Ata for your tour guide; his parents were some of the original archeologists on the island and his english, spanish, and rapa nui were perfect, making it very easy to see the island in only 2 days (we wish we had more time). The owners can give you his information and he can be contacted easily by whatsapp. The room was very spacious, beds were comfy, great kitchen space, and really happy to have stayed here!

There wasn't a single thing we disliked about our stay!

Appartement confortable et bien agencé sans luxe particulier mais très pratique. Situé près du littoral à 1km du centre, il permet une agréable promenade le matin pour aller déjeuner. Les propriétaires fournissent un téléphone qui sert de hotspot wifi, extrêmement pratique pour joindre un ami en ville lors des déplacements.
