Tivemos uma excelente estadia em Ibiza! A localização do hotel é muito boa, facilitando o acesso às principais praias, restaurantes e atrações da região. Além disso, a vista é realmente linda e torna a experiência ainda mais especial. O quarto era confortável, limpo e bem cuidado, assim como as demais áreas do hotel. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e atenciosos durante toda a estadia. Um ponto que poderia melhorar seria a questão do estacionamento para quem aluga carro. Como é muito comum explorar Ibiza de carro, ter uma opção de estacionamento disponível para os hóspedes seria bastante conveniente. Outra sugestão interessante seria criar um sistema de reaproveitamento de barracas de praia, semelhante ao funcionamento de algumas lojas de aluguel de carros: os hóspedes que compram ou utilizam uma barraca poderiam deixá-la no hotel ao final da estadia, para que outros hóspedes pudessem aproveitá-la. Seria uma iniciativa prática, sustentável e muito útil para quem passa o dia conhecendo as praias da ilha. No geral, uma ótima opção para quem busca uma boa localização, conforto e uma vista linda para aproveitar Ibiza. Com certeza voltaríamos!

Vi har besökt hotellet i snart fem år i rad samma tid i september. I år var jag besviken dels för rummet dels känns det väldigt opersonligt bemötande för en inte så stor hotell. Hade varit trevligt med en " välkommen tillbaka" hälsning och en blomma på rummet då jag fyller år ( därför vi åker den tiden). Istället fick automat mejl från hotellet med erbjudande att boka nästa vistelse med rabatt. Vi fick rum 309 som jag ville byta direkt. Den ligger bredvid receptionen och man hör folk hela tiden samtidigt väldigt bullrigt från air kondition i korridoren som dessutom var helt mörk inte en enda lampa lyste. Det börjar kännas slittet. Baren har konstigt regel att ta betalt för varje beställning istället för att öppna en nota och det går inte att lägga nita på rummet. Personalen verkar inte heller trivas på stället . De verkar lite trötta och inte ät glada där. När jag frågade om att jag ville byta rummet sa de att komma nästa dag och kanske det går då istället att orda så att det är klart för dagen efter om det fanns möjlighet.

This hotel was perfect for what I wanted during my trip to Ibiza. I was there mainly for the parties, so my routine was basically party, beach club, sleep, and repeat! 😎 The hotel was fantastic, with a lovely breakfast and easy access to other areas of the island. It was also within walking distance of the town centre, which was very convenient.

Personnel de l’accueil extrêmement désagréable. Je n’avais encore jamais vu un tel manque de respect envers des clients. Lorsque vous venez signaler un problème ou faire une réclamation, comme pour nôtres cas en découvrant la chambre qui est simplement un emplacement de camping car et non pas une chambre double supérieur certains membres du personnel se permettent littéralement de rire devant vous, au lieu de vous écouter et de chercher une solution. Nous avons clairement eu le sentiment de les déranger et d’être considérés comme des personnes venues « les emmerder », plutôt que comme des clients ayant payé leur séjour et en droit d’attendre un minimum de considération. Une attitude méprisante et absolument pas professionnelle. À fuir.

A good hotel that offers great value for money, and the location is also excellent. However, the reception staff really needs to be changed, especially the older bald man and the man with a moustache. They were extremely unfriendly, rude, and unpleasant. Their attitude towards guests is very off-putting and gives a bad impression of the hotel. It is especially disappointing because their behavior can put off tourists and visitors to Ibiza, as well as guests staying at your hotel. I strongly recommend that management pay attention to the behavior and attitude of the reception staff. Apart from this issue, the hotel itself is good and offers very good value for money.

The hotel had a damp smell as soon as you enter and the room decor and furniture really was scrappy - not the standard we expected for what we paid. It made up for it with a great breakfast though.

Sehr gut hat meiner Frau und mir das Frühstücks-Buffet gefallen. Sehr große Auswahl und lecker. Vom Hotel hat man einen ganz wundervollen Blick über die komplette Bucht und das Meer. Der Pool ist wundervoll und da das Hotel nicht ganz ausgebucht schien, gab es auch genug Liegen. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und am Pool und der Poolbar. Die Preise der Poolbar sind gut und man bekommt auch tolle Lunch-Snacks.

Leider hat der Frühstücksraum nur 3 Tische direkt vor dem Fenster. Im Urlaub schauen wir gerne nach draussen, es wäre sogar schön gewesen, draussen zu frühstücken - das ist aber hier leider nicht möglich. Morgens waren somit diese 3 Tische immer zuerst besetzt, danach die Tische in zweiter und dritter "Reihe" weil der großteil der Urlauber ebenfalls gerne das Tageslicht sehen wollte.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ibiza. The breakfast was one of the highlights, with a great variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. The staff were also very nice, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. We stayed in a sea view room, which was absolutely lovely. Waking up to the beautiful view made the experience even more special. The location is excellent as well. It’s close to several beautiful beaches where you can swim, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the Old Town is also within easy reach. It was a very convenient location for enjoying everything Ibiza has to offer. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ibiza!

El gimnasio no hace funciones de gimnasio, pequeño, sin apenas máquinas y unos pocas mancuernas, para colmo el horario es de 9 am a 9 pm. El check in lo hacen a las 3 y el check out a las 11 am, ni siquiera el standard normal de 12 medio dia. El aire acondicionado de la habitación funcionaba como le daba la gana, no respondía la temperatura de arranque, parada, etc.

The Hotel was located directly at the waterfront and was surrounded by restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was extensive with fresh fruit, pastries, a huge assortment of cheeses, and much more.

The door to the balcony of our room could not be sealed properly, so we were able to hear the sounds from the street. The key cards to the room took some time and tries until the door could be opened.

El hotel estaba bien

Que nos pusieron en la habitación 610 y no se podía dormir con un ruido continuo recurrente que creemos que era del ascensor pero no se podía dormir.

Boa localização e bom pequeno almoço. Quarto muito pequeno, antiquado, ruido de àgua a passar pelos canos e barulho exterior vindo do ar condicionado.

Charging for the safe deposit box in the room a 7 EUR per day is outrageous. The explanation given by the staff was "this is Ibiza" :-(

Goede locatie aan de boulevard met mooi zeezicht. Dichtbij het centrum en met de taxi ben je ook zo bij populaire clubs als Pacha, UNVRS en Hi. De kamers zijn netjes en het personeel is vriendelijk. Bedden liggen prima.

De kamers zijn gehorig. En onze airco werkte niet optimaal en zag er wat vies uit. Daarnaast heeft het restaurant geen vegan optie op de menukaart staan. Ik had geen ontbijt of diner inbegrepen, dus daar kan ik niks over zeggen. Aan de boulevard genoeg vegan opties gevonden. Maar zou fijn zijn als hotel tenminste een of meerdere vegan opties op de menukaart heeft staan.

Bardzo czysto w całym hotelu, choć niektóre pokoje wymagają już remontu. Bardzo wygodne materace i poduszki. Urozmaicone i bardzo dobre śniadania, oraz tematyczne, pyszne kolacje. Bardzo miła obsługa.

Drinki w barze kiepskie. Złe wygłuszenie pokojów - słychać bardzo sąsiadów.

El desayuno que pagué en mi reserva no pude acceder a él, porque el servicio comenzaba a las 8 y yo necesitaba que fuera algo antes, a las 7.30 h por ejemplo, porque a las 8 tenía que salir. En la página no se informaba de ese detalle. Cuando pedí si podía cambiarlo por la comida o la cena pagando la diferencia, la respuesta fue no.

No me gustó cuando fui a recoger una toalla para ir a la piscina a las 6.30 de la tarde y ya no quedaban. Pregunté al personal donde estaban las toallas y me dijo de manera seca y sin solución que el servicio de toallas se cerraba a las 6 de la tarde. Esa información tampoco la ví en ningún lado. Cuando le dije que me sirvieran una tónica y me la llevaran a la hamaca me dijeron: espérate que te la preparo aquí y te la llevas tu. No se pasaron por la zona de las hamacas en la hora y media que estuve en la piscina. Vamos, que el servicio es bastante mejorable por los más de 400 euros que se paga allí por dia.

il ragazzo dello staff check out è stato scortese alla mia richiesta di emissione della fattura, mi h liquidato bruscamente dicendo che avrei dovuto richiederlo prima del check in, cosa che avevo già fatto!

La posizione, si raggiunge il centro città con una passeggiata a piedi inoltre l’hotel si affaccia sulla spiaggia di Figueretes, con tanti localini molto carini. Ottima colazione. Lo staff cortese. La pulizia.

L’unica cosa informarsi bene sul tipo di camera assegnata (non basarsi sulla foto di Booking in fase prenotazione); quelle senza il balcone sono ovviamente meno pratiche per stendere costumi e salviettoni. L’assenza del parcheggio; sarebbe auspicabile una convenzione con un parcheggio a pagamento che è situato nelle vicinanze (comunque il parcheggio resta un problema in tutta la zona di Eivissa).

Die Lage ist wirklich ganz toll und das Frühstück ist phänomenal. Die meisten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren auch ganz toll.

Leider waren der Rezeptionistin bei meiner Anreise einfach unmöglich. Hat sich überhaupt keine Mühe gegeben, mir ein Zimmer zu organisieren, sondern hat mich bis 15:00 Uhr weggeschickt, ohne auch nur ein kleines bisschen entgegenkommend zu sein. Ich hatte versucht mit ihm Spanisch zu sprechen, aber auch das ließ ihm nicht freundlicher werden. Ich hätte dem Hotel sonst zehn Punkte gegeben. Es ist erstaunlich, wie ein schlechter Mitarbeiter die Bewertung eines Hotels beeinflussen kann. Schade.

Ik heb gevraagd om een andere kamer zonder bad want ik was immobiel en heel gevaarlijk om in en uit bed te stappen. Rede was dat de poetsdoek al weg was ik vond dit onacceptabel. Ik zal dit hotel niet aanbevelen aan mijn werkgevers. Mijn kamer was boven allerlei machines maakte veel herrie en airco deed het heel slecht

Het bovenstaande Ook had ik gevraagd om een early incheck ik was al om 1.30 van huis vertrokken en kon pas 15 uur in kamer. Bij mij. Collega was kamer al schoongemaakt. Naar om zo behandeld te worden door een chachrijnig oude dame aan de receptie Die is niet empathisch en ook niet klantvriendelijk.

Très belle vue mer, piscine très agréable, très bon petit déjeuner, varié, et bon snacking au bar de la piscine. Beau balcon avec fauteuils et table et un grand placard dans la chambre. Le mini frigo dans la chambre est très appréciable, le nôtre ne fonctionnait pas, il a été changé dès le lendemain.

Manque d’une petite étagère dans la salle de bain. Pas de cafetière ou à minima une bouilloire, étonnant pour un 4*. Petite bouteille d’eau dans la chambre mais uniquement le jour de l’arrivée. Personnel peu souriant au petit déjeuner, poli mais juste le minimum. Pas beaucoup plus souriant ni avenant à la réception. Mais tout de même correct.

piscina muito pequena para a dimensão do hotel. o staff do pequeno almoço tem simpatia e disponibilidade zero para os clientes. Para quem aluga carro o estacionamento nas imediações é um problema (tem um parque a 200m mas é pago e com tarifas altas)

The location was great for a family stay

I booked 2 rooms with sea view but when I arrived they gave me 2 standard rooms without giving any other better options. I requested to pay for the standard rooms price that is lower than what I paid and again they did not accept it saying they could either refund me in full and I would look for other options by myself or they could offer me free dining and two bottles of wine which again it did not match my expectations or even compensate for I paid. Last, in one of the rooms I had to single beds I asked them to make it a double bed they said yes but never did despite my continued insistence. It was very disappointing and the staff acted as something normal because I saw other guests with same concern.

I paid 300 Euros for a seaview room, I received a tiny room facing the street because they overbooked. The AC didn‘t work properly, the ventilator also didn‘t work properly, the room had a bad smell from the humidity and there were bed bug spots on the garment of the bed. The staff wasn‘t able or willing to help me in any regard. It really couldn‘t have been worse.

L’hotel è in una buona posizione, lontano dalla movida di Playa d’en bossa e vicina, tramite una strada sterrata, al centro della città vecchia, 10 minuti a piedi. Hotel was extremely basic, had issues with room key cards everyday!!! And to top it off on last day decided to grab a quick bite to eat before we had to leave. To say it’s the worst Caesar salad I have ever seen is an understatement!!! I didn’t even attempt to eat it and was refused my money back which I thought was utterly shocking. My partner had a pizza… how can you get a pizza so wrong? Burnt to a crisp and again inedible staff were very rude

The only thing I appreciated of this hotel was the kindness of the staff. Apart from that, this for me has been the worst hotel I ever stayed at in Ibiza. And I come to Ibiza regularly, every month. But I had to reserve this hotel last minute and had no other choice as everything else was fully booked.

Room with mold, impossible to sleep Noisy rooms Sat on a sofa at reception to have a call as in my room it was too smelly, and immediately got bitten by several sofa / bed bugs and now my back is full of bites.

Location wasn’t bad, facilities were modern and clean. Good breakfast, nice bar staff and beautiful views on the beach.

Front of house staff were not at all attentive, welcoming or friendly, could definitely improve on customer service standards. Many machines in the gym were not working, Was not impressed with having to pay 7€ per night for a key safe either.
