Hotel Cenit & Apts Sol y Viento

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut auch wenn im September 26 der Zugang durch viele gesperrte Treppen beschwerlicher war.

Ich bekam ein Apartment auf der untersten Ebene, was keinesfalls mit den beworbenen Bildern überein gestimmt hat. Ein Tausch wurde abgelehnt. Kein Wunder das Geld wurde ja schon im Vorfeld gezahlt.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die große Frühstücksauswahl, der schöne Pool, die gute Zimmerausstattung und die tolle Aussicht. Besonders die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist natürlich unschlagbar – zentraler geht es kaum.

Verbesserungsbedarf besteht jedoch bei der Schalldämmung der Türen. Diese sollten besser eingestellt oder gedämpft werden, damit man morgens nicht durch abreisende Gäste geweckt wird. Auch der Check-in war leider nicht ganz überzeugend: Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption wirkte unaufmerksam. Da wir zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel waren und unser Zimmer in einem sehr verwinkelten Bereich lag, mussten wir zunächst mehrfach hoch und runter laufen, bevor wir es gefunden haben. Eine genauere Wegbeschreibung wäre hier hilfreich gewesen.

Parkeren is een drama in het hoogseizoen. Hotel heeft zelf heel weinig plekken. Sommige receptionisten niet vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Nice location and facilities.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and loved it which is why we booked it again. However this time our room was absolutely not the room that we had booked. It was half the size from last time and from on the pictures of the booking. We had to literally squeeze against the wall to get to the other side of the bed. Really disappointing as a returning visitor, so unfortunately we wouldn’t stay here again incase we got this awful tiny room again. We asked the staff to change and apparently nothing could be done. I also asked for a partial refund and that was a no aswell. Sad as our first stay here and everything else about the place is lovely.

Uitzicht vanaf het zwembad en restaurant op het dak. Echt heel mooi. Je kunt makkelijk te voet naar de oude stad lopen.

Parkeren is een ramp, er is bijna geen plek te vinden omdat het op een heuvel ligt moet je soms behoorlijk klimmen en als er geen plek is een groot stuk omrijden omdat het eenrichtingsverkeer is.

We needed somewhere to stay kind of last minute before we could check in to our next accommodation and I'm so happy I came across Hotel Cenit and booked it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous (despite the steps to reach it) and so worth the views over the water and islands. An easy stroll into the Dalt Villa as well as the beach. Our room had a gorgeous view over the sea and it was great to have the balcony. The room was spacious and the aircon worked well, bed was comfortable and we slept well. The pool area was fantastic too, plenty of lounges and different areas to relax including the bar, the pool was big and great to cool off in. The lifeguards were friendly and helpful. Towels are available (with deposit) which was great. We were also able to store our luggage after check out and were able to use the pool area while we waited to check in to our next accommodation :)

The only thing was the showerhead in our bathroom would keep falling down in the handle so you would have to hold it which made washing my hair etc. tricky.

Solo pasé una noche y todo el personal fue super amable. Los recepcionistas, tanto el que me atendió a la llegada como el que me atendió a la salida me ayudaron con las maletas a pesar de que iban bastante cargadas, y las instalaciones están super bien, muy cuidadas y bonitas.

Había varios tramos de escaleras, de normal no me hubiese importado, pero llevaba bastante equipaje y se hizo un poco pesado andar con ellas para arriba y para abajo. Aunque como comenté anteriormente los compañeros de recepción se ofrecieron a ayudarme.

Kakkerlakken in de kamer, personeel bij incheck niet vriendelijk. Ze waren vooral met elkaar aan het praten. Ik kreeg een appartement ipv een hotel kamer. Voor dit geld had ik meer verwacht

Estaba muy bien equipado. La piscina muy guay, las habitaciones grandes y las limpiadoras limpiaban muy bien. No hacían ruido por las mañanas.

El aparcamiento reservado está abajo de la montaña, muy lejos de los apartamentos, hay que subir muchas cuestas y escaleras. Lo mismo ocurre cuando quieres ir al centro.

Everything was quite good. We particularly appreciated that room cleaning was available until later in the afternoon. The pool was also quite good, with stunning views and good service. The staff was helpful and the price was reasonable. Would return and also recommend the place.

The apartment was on the lowest floor and there was a little mold inside, but nothing scary. When booking, it wasn't very clear where the apartment is situated, we would've preferred something higher up, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

L’hôtel est très bien avec à la réception des personnes très sympathiques. Nous étions déjà venu l’année dernière et la chambre était très bien et propre. La piscine et la vue sont très belles.

Nous regrettons le manque d’amabilité dans la partie restaurant et piscine malgré le fait de venir tous les jours et de consommer. L’hôtel est situé dans les hauteurs d’Eivissa, peu pratique car énormément d’escaliers à monter et rien autour ni restaurants, ni magasins pour acheter le nécessaire.

WHEN WE ARRIVED I INSPECTED THE ROOM AND FOUND THE SHOWER HEAD HOLDER WAS BROKEN, I REPORTED STRAIGHT AWAY AND WAS INFORMED IT WOULD BE FIXED IN THE MORNING, IT WASNT FIXED THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE JUST MADE SHOWERING ABIT AWKWARD APART FROM THAT IT WAS LOVELY

Piscina e zona bar/ristorante in terrazza con vista davvero stupenda. Anche il cibo era ok.

La quasi totale assenza di parcheggio in loco rende "faticoso" raggiungere le struttura se si arriva in auto e se si prenota il posto auto dell'hotel che è non lontano ma ci sono un centinaio di gradini e strada in salita)

Hotel davvero bello, mi è piaciuto tutto, pulito elegante letti comodissimi e a piedi vai dovunque

Great place, fantastic roof pool and 10 min walk to the old town. We loved it

Our room was part of an adjoining family room, therefore we could hear every thing next door, and they could hear us too. This wasn't great, but we still loved the place.

Moi qui est l'habitude d'aller à Ibiza en général le personnel et très compréhensif j'avais demandé des appartements l'un à côté de l'autre six mois à l'avance et nous ont séparés complètement l'emplacement est pas correct du tout ayant plus de fait sur playa d en bossa nous devions prendre le taxi régulièrement pour aller en discothèque et en plus tellement hauteur qu'il faut tout descendre l'écoute et les escaliers pour pouvoir accéder à la plage pour des fêtards prenez plus tard plutôt playa del bossa sinon vous allez avoir très peu d'ambiance

Some amenities need to be updated, for example the tv. The balcony door is not secured, therefore a metal bar is needed to prevent theft.

Hotel was brilliant, great facilities, friendly staff. The room was really spacious with small kitchen facilities. The rooftop bar and restaurant were excellent and surpassed our expectations.

It was at the top of a rather large hill, which was a struggle up all of the steps when really hot, but without it you wouldn't get the beautiful views.

Mi habitación no era con vistas, pese a eso la terracita estaba monísima puesta pero claro podría haber escogido otra con vistas y otro precio.

Location was excellent for getting in to town easily. Pool area was beautiful and made for a lovely respite before the nightlife. Value for money and definitely recommend.

It wasn't an issue but travellers may need to note you need to pay a bond for your towel use in the pool area.

Der Pool, das Restaurant und die Aussicht sind absolute Highlights. Das Essen war hervorragend und das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Der Weg war kurz, ca. 15 Minuten.

Hellhörige Zimmer und die Partys anderer Gäste. Das kann, wenn man selbst nicht zum Party machen dort ist, den Schlaf massiv stören.

The pool bar/restaurant was great and staff where lovely

The pool bar/restaurant would close early for private events which we were never notified about and ruined some of our plans. My room was also smaller than my other friends who booked the same. It also had a smokers signs which I’m a non smoker and made the place feel unclean.

Good size room with kitchen, powerful shower, comfy beds and large balcony. Pool area really lovely with fantastic views. John was really nice!

The bathroom smelt of damp and we had a cockroach in the kitchen.

Всичко беше страхотно. Успяхме да се настаним даже по-рано от 15:00. Страхотния басейн и вкусната храна при него. Всичко беше перфектно.

Няма такова нещо. Само не бяхме преценили фитнеса от хотела до долу. Бая стълби си изкачвахме , но пък после когато влезнем в хотела всичко се забравя 😁

L’accoglienza è la disponibilità generale del personale

Colazione completa e varia, con ampia scelta sia di dolce che di salato. Piscina non molto grande ma molto piacevole, soprattutto per la posizione sulla terrazza con ottima vista. Comodi i lettini con ombrelloni e perfetto il bar sulla terrazza. Molto utile la possibilità di fare la doccia nella sala palestra anche dopo il check-out.

Bagno cieco e non ventilato. Si può fare di più sulla pulizia.

Hotel raggiungibile a piedi con troppe scale, molto scomodo.. soprattutto se si hanno valige

Mooi verblijf met zwembad en een heerlijk uitzicht op zee. Elke dag schone handdoeken en je kamer werd schoongemaakt. Vriendelijk personeel. Op de laatste dag werden we om 16:25 uur opgehaald om naar het vliegveld te gaan. Als service konden we nog gebruik maken van een douche, zodat we nog heerlijk naar het strand konden gaan.De locatie ligt ook op een prima afstand van het strand (5 minuten lopen) en de stad (15 minuten).

Eigenlijk niks. Ik had er alleen niet bij stil gestaan dat het hotel op een heuvel lag. Veel trappen lopen en steile hellingen.

Very nice hotel

Gostamos bastante da área da piscina, do restaurante e do café da manhã. Ficamos no Studio e era muito confortável.

A localização é boa. É próxima do centro, do Porto e da praia. Porém se for fazer tua a pé, é necessário disposição para as escadas e ladeiras.

È già il secondo anno che torniamo e ogni volta è sempre tutto fantastico! ❤️ Struttura bellissima, personale gentilissimo e atmosfera unica. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e ormai è una tappa fissa per noi a Ibiza. Ci vediamo sicuramente il prossimo anno!

Muy cómoda la habitación. Está muy bien que nos dejaran usar la zona de la piscina antes de hacer el check-in y después de hacer el check-out. Incluso nos permitieron usar la ducha del gimnasio antes de irnos al aeropuerto, eso hizo una gran diferencia.

Attention pour se garer! Il faut réserver le parking de l’hôtel s’il reste de la place mais s’il n’y en a plus, se garer dans la rue de l’hôtel en donnant sa plaque d’immatriculation à la réception qui transmet … et c’est gratuit. Avons toujours trouvé de la place sur 4 jours en plein mois d’Aout mais il faut marcher un peu ! Et notre studio était dans un bâtiment en face du bâtiment principal avec plusieurs escaliers car pas d’ascenseur alors que le bâtiment principal en a 1!

The property is a very unique layout which I liked, we had an apartment with the most amazing view! The air con as well was a massive saver in the heat! The pool area is lovely and chilled with some good drinks and lovely food on offer!

There’s not really much to fault about this hotel in my opinion very impressed with the stay!

Al tener los departamentos con acceso con escaleras fue muy difícil llegar con las maletas y no cuentan con servicio de maletero ni siquiera voluntarios para ayudar. El cheking se demoró también para ingresar al departamento.

Wow what a gem of a hotel - lovely and clean and staff were lovely Views were stunning from roof top pool and bar and our room. We stayed in room 320 and the room is massive and a side sea view which was amazing.

The hotel is at the top of a hill - we walked down to beach or Ibiza town but got a taxi back which was around €10-€20 euros but if you want a view like that it involves a hill

Was soll man dazu noch sagen? Eine solche Poolanlage ist einfach traumhaft! Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar. Es stehen jederzeit genügend Liegen zur Verfügung, und die coole Musik am Pool sorgt für echtes Ibiza-Feeling. Getränke und Essen haben ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Personal ist äusserst zuvorkommend und stets freundlich. Alles wird direkt an die Liegen serviert. Auch das Restaurant oberhalb des Pools ist traumhaft – dort den Sonnenuntergang zu geniessen und etwas zu verweilen, ist einfach wunderschön. Das Zimmer erfüllt seinen Zweck vollkommen, ist komfortabel, das Bett sehr bequem, und es gibt nichts zu beanstanden, zumal sich das Leben hauptsächlich draussen abspielt. Die Altstadt ist in etwa 15 Minuten bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Dieses Hotel hat auf jeden Fall mehr als die angegebenen Sterne verdient. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen zu 100 % wieder!

Esperienza davvero fantastica, tutto perfetto! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La piscina è bellissima, curata e con un’atmosfera davvero piacevole. Siamo arrivati appena 5 minuti dopo l’orario di chiusura e, con grande gentilezza, ci hanno comunque permesso di fare un bagno: un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo e che dimostra una grande attenzione verso gli ospiti. Anche il cibo è stato ottimo, tutto molto buono e ben presentato. La camera era perfetta, pulita, confortevole e molto piacevole, e la vista semplicemente spettacolare. Staff gentilissimo, ambiente rilassante e servizio davvero eccellente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremmo senza alcun dubbio. Assolutamente consigliato!

The hotel is very beautiful, with a lovely view, and it has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, a great restaurant, bar, and swimming pool. What impressed me the most, however, was how much the staff genuinely care about their guests. I would especially like to mention the reception team, as every single person there was friendly, helpful, and always willing to make an extra effort. I had a wonderful stay and I truly hope to come back and stay at this hotel again in the future.

- Die Lage ist super und zentral, mit wunderschöner Aussicht. - Die Zimmer an sich sind schön.

Ich habe das Hotel wegen der Lage und den guten Bewertungen ausgewählt. Aber wir hatten wohl einfach etwas Pech: - Wir wurden leider nicht wirklich freundlich empfangen (Spanisch sprechende Gäste wiederum wurden super lieb behandelt). - Keine Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer. - Ein ständiges, lautes „Rauschen“ in der Nacht von einer Lüftung oder Kühlschrank. Ich habe nicht gut geschlafen.
