The pillows are very bad considering the old pillows were made from feathers they were excellent. These new pillows are made of stones as if they are making sure no return clients.

The hotel needs thorough and detailed cleaning all over. hotel is out dated and needs renovation. the breakfast buffet is very basic.

The property was clean and very well maintained

The bed was super uncomfortable, and was not pleasant to sleep on - when we complained, they said we could have gotten a mattress topper. The pillows didn’t help either, as they were hard and lumpy - when we complained, we were told that we could have asked for it. However, what was the worst was the AC - it was reading at 30 degreed when we got into the room, so we set it to 18 degrees, yet - the room did not get cold, and the reading did not change. The two things that constitute a good and basic hotel stay were not met - at all.

Very clean and quiet all staff very friendly and helpful from entrance to reception to waiters and housekeepers

Needs to have more entertainment at nights and need to work on food the food is very average

The human touch from the staff. Maryam and farah at the front desk are exceptionall. Ahmed dakeoruy at the restaurant is extremely good an nice. Mahmood the duty manager is wonderful and really really nice. This guys made me feel at home

More variety for breakfast. And I suggest they put water dispenser during lunch and dinner at the restaurant

El trato del personal, la limpieza, el ambiente que hay siempre en el hotel, sin ruidos, sin nada que moleste,... ya que, la gran mayoría de clientes somos trabajadores de compañías internacionales que pasamos el día fuera y cuando llegamos buscamos tranquilidad.

Did not like the Open wardrobe in the rooms Balcony sliding door should be noise proof. Mild noises from the air conditioning and bathroom. No toiletry.

Качество уборки в номере оказалось очень низким. Полы были убраны плохо, в душевой остались короткие мужские волосы, а на плинтусах лежал слой пыли. Даже после повторной уборки ситуация не изменилась — уборщица приходила, но эти недочёты, к сожалению, так и не были устранены.

Tutto. Colazione eccezionale. Bel ristorante. Impianto piscina bello e funzionale. Un po' lontano dal Cairo (40 minuti in auto), ma funzionale, comodo e tranquillo come base per ĺe visite.

I have been staying at Novotel during every visit to Cairo for the past three years. The staff is exceptionally polite and supportive. Ali and Farah went above and beyond to assist me during a particularly challenging time. I sincerely appreciate their efforts, along with the outstanding service provided by the entire team.

My room was on the 5th floor, and there was some faint equipment noise, likely from the AC unit above, but it was tolerable.

Zimmer muffig, hat sehr unangenehm gerochen Frühstück war leider auch wirklich nicht gut. Da das eigentlich die Zwei Hauptkriterien auf Dienstreisen sind, war es eher eine Enttäuschung - vorallem für 140€ die die Nacht.

yemekler güzel ve lezzetliydi, gayet temiz buldum. odalar da temizdi. personel çok iyi ve kibar davrandı. oda görevlileri çok yardımseverdi. bir su istedi fazlasıyla verdiler. böyle bir hizmeti türkiye'de bulmak bile zordur. gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. herkese çok teşekkür ederim.

bazı yemekler özellikle köfte ve tavuklar baharatlı olduğu için kokuyor, bir de az pişmiş oluyordu. bakteri kaparım diye korktum ve onları yemedim. belki bu konuda daha dikkatli olurlar. onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi.

I liked that everyone did their best for a good service and they were always super kind - the security, the bellboys (especially Mr. Ahmed El Tayar), the reception and the restaurant. And they always offered a smile and kindness. Great club sandwich by the way!

The rooms never got cooler than 20 degrees. The breakfast was pretty disappointing. Also, the glasses in my bathroom were ‘packed as if new’, but they were dirty. I didn’t tell anything to the reception as there was no point - I’d simply have expected the glasses to be clean and not re-used from someone else, but okay - a small detail.

I think the service was exceptionally fast by Egyptian standards.

- Receptionist and management - Room is renovated - Breakfast was ok This was not my first stay at Novotel, as I have previously stayed at Novotel properties in KSA and the UAE; however, it was my first stay in Cairo. Upon arrival, the reception staff were very welcoming and kindly offered a complimentary dish of assorted cakes. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned. I found hair in the bathroom and on the bed, and the toilet had not been cleaned adequately. After raising this issue, the reception and management responded promptly. Housekeeping was sent to clean the room again, and they also offered a room upgrade along with a complimentary fruit platter as a gesture of apology.

Staff as always are amazing but the blankets are very heavy with an aircon that does go below 23, so sweating every night

Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable, and staff were professional and helpful. The food was also decent.

Pleasant staff. Nice pool and green area. Quiet and safe.

Arrangement of bathroom means toilet is difficult to access behind door and floor gets very wet from shower. You must press the door button to get the room cleaned, which no one tells you, so one day I didn’t have any towels because they were all sopping wet on the floor! Some towels feel very rough and old. Housekeeping is also a bit hit and miss in replenishment of creamer and coffee. Room colours are a bit gloomy if you are staying for a week. Pool was too cold to swim in.

I requested a non connecting room upon check in Salem from reception confirmed then gave me a room with connecting door I had no time to change the room I came back after midnight they changed with another room after the move I found the AC very noisy and loud didn't sleep well the whole night then upon check out I told them about my complaint they didn't even apologize and only they care to charge me because I got double room
