Payer le parking 10€ pour meme pas 12h, la personne à l'accueil que l’on ne comprend pas, ne pas apprécier que l’on payé en espèce et on nous l’a bien fait sentir, des personnes qui parlent tout fort dans les couloirs à 4h du matin, l'accès au lit superposé avec une échelle qui ne tient pas et les barreaux de l'échelle qui détruisent les pieds.

Extra charges for almost everything, including bag storage after checking out. Hardly any space to dry towels. Requested to clean rooms (3 nights stay) and change towels but refused to do so.

Bed was comfortable.

I was given first room and had to change the room as aircon was not working. There was no facilities like basic needs like kettle and hair dryer. There was no water, tea, coffee and milk in the room. Water is something at least the hotel could provide free in the room. There was no privacy as i was still in my room and the cleaner opened my room door with her own key without warning, luckily i was fully dressed.

First of all rooms are very ..very small, bathroom also very small & Inconvenient Staff on reception are not polite and co operating ** just our group of 8 friends today asked to keep small cabin bag for 3 hours down stairs coz we have to go for lunch, but they refused and asked to pay €3 for each bag So we all friends were very upset and surprised coz we are frequent flyer all over word, this first hotel that refused our bag to keep for 3 hours. ** even towels not change in 3 night stays, not came for cleaning even We never recommend yr Hotel at all

Falta de limpieza. Debajo de las camas y en los rincones había mucha suciedad. No había secador de pelo.

Habitación para pasar una noche al salir del parque Disney. Baño minúsculo tipo cabina, habitación antigua pero camas nuevas y cómodas, buen descanso. Desayuno justo. Aire acondicionado correcto. Parking en la puerta. A 10 minutos en coche de Disney y con un Mc Donalds cercano por si es tarde y necesario.

Habitación antigua, poco insonorizada (no hubo mucho ruido, lo justo de la gente en el pasillo cuando iba a su habitación), baño y habitación pequeño. Desayuno justo: croissants, pan y mermeladas, jamón dulce y queso. Correcto para hotel de paso.

The rooms were tidy, and the beds were comfortable. And location was ok, not as close as I thought.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and fell well below expectations. The bathroom was extremely small, to the point that I could barely turn around in the shower cubicle. The sink was also blocked, which we reported, but no one came to fix it during our stay. The room itself had no particularly pleasant view, and the breakfast offering was very limited and unappealing, so we ultimately chose not to have it. Rather surprisingly, even tea and coffee were charged separately rather than being included. Another frustration was the hotel's approach to luggage storage. We were charged £3 per bag simply to leave our luggage after checkout. More concerning was my uncle's experience: the hotel had booked him into two different rooms because they were unable to accommodate his stay continuously in the same room. Despite the room change being caused by the hotel's own arrangements, they still attempted to charge him to store his luggage for approximately three hours between checking out of one room and being able to access the next. This seemed particularly unreasonable. Access is also inconvenient. Taxis and Ubers were not permitted to come to the hotel entrance, meaning we had to walk around five minutes to the compound gate with our luggage to meet our Uber. The hotel itself is a considerable walk from the gate, which is especially inconvenient when arriving or departing with bags, travelling with older family members, or in poor weather. Overall, the combination of the extremely cramped bathroom, unresolved maintenance issue, poor breakfast offering, additional charges for basic items and luggage storage, and inconvenient vehicle access made the stay much less comfortable than expected. There are several relatively simple areas where the hotel could substantially improve the guest experience.

La ducha no tragaba y se nos inundó todo el baño era una sola noche y solo se pudo duchar una persona Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y el desayuno no pudimos aprovecharlo porque era a partir de la 6h y eran más de las 630h no había nadie (recepción vacía y nadie cogió el teléfono ) un trabajador nos dejó pasar a coger un café y trozo bizcocho que ya estaba en la mesa eso sin luces

Accoglienza con chekin 24 ore. Molto gentili . Struttura pulita. A 25 minuti a piedi dalla metro rerA. La colazione dolce e salata ottima

Lo mejor que dispone de habitación para 5 personas adultas. Es cómodo, práctico y sirve como lo que es un hotel. Está limpio, tiene una ducha(pequeña) con su aseo y WC y es cómodo. Cerca de los servicios del lugar y de la estación RER que te lleva en 5' a Disney. Además (aunque de pago) pàrquing cerrado del hotel. Repetiría si volviera en condiciones similares.

Solamente nos dieron un tarjeta de la habitación, y es algo incómodo ya que el ascensor usa también la tarjeta para subir. Pero es un detalle nimio.

Nothing. Everything about this hotel was screaming at us not to ever come back or recommend to anyone. Staff are unhelpful. Room size is terrible and showers are built for people the size of small kids.

Only 16 minute drive form disneyland paris.

The first night we woke up to ants. We stepped on them and headed to disneyland paris. Came back that evening and loads of ants everywhere on our stuff. We had no food in the room either. Husband went tto reception they gave us a different room he asked if we had food in the room. No we didnt not! The new room was fine no ants so was able to enjoy the next night stay.

Good location convenient to Disneyland. It was nice and quiet locally not much around at all. Rooms visibly nice small and basic. Staff were nice and very welcoming.

Beds we're terribly uncomfortable. Felt like you was sleeping on cardboard. Under the beds was dusty. Couldn't get an extra pillow as theres literally one per bed and hotel was fully booked. Shower crazy small your screwed if your tall like me and like to scrub below your knees. Also slow draining so leaked all over the bathroom floor especially if multiple showers being had in sucession. Breakfast was very basic. Need to invest in more than 1 toaster for 20+ people.

- De ligging is een kwartier van Disneyland Parijs!

- Het stapel bed, om er in en er uit te komen. Je moest over het bed rand heen klimmen, er zat geen opening. Dit maakte het heel lastig vooral 's nachts. - Het ontbijt, weinig keus. - Bij aankomst zat er één personeelslid voor twee hotels om in te checken en die moest ook de telefoon beantwoorden. Dit duurde erg lang.

Letto a castello scomodissimo, meglio invece i 2 singoli. Nonostante sapessimo che le camere degli hotels budget sono molto ridotte e spartane, questa era davvero troppo piccola, va comunque bene per una notte di passaggio

Hebben een goed ontbijd veranderd naar matig, karig ontbijd. Valt tegen als je eerder bent geweest en het toen prima was.

Quarto limpo e arrumado. O funcionário Mamadu no pequeno almoço teve o cuidado de voltar a colocar croissants, quando reparou que já não havia mais. E ainda havia duas famílias a comer. Foi um ótimo funcionário.

Quando cheguei a noite para entrar com o carro o portão estava fechado. Toquei a campainha ninguém atendeu. Liguei para o contacto que vinha no email enviado pelo hotel, era o contacto da mesma cadeia, mas de em outra localização. E que não conseguiu ajudar, nem a dar o contacto certo. Valeu um transfer estar a sair do parque e o portão abrir. Quando expliquei na recepção, o funcionário respondeu que depois davam o código. Enfim, no final do dia na Disney o stress que passamos ao portão era desnecessário, visto que se é necessário código, então deviam enviar no email. Dar o código quando estamos já lá dentro não resolver nada. Tinha estado 3 dias antes mas quando entramos o portão já estava aberto. O sr. Da recepção estava meio perdido, pelos vistos o único que sabe tratar das reservas do Booking. É um hotel ok para passar uma noite, muito limpo.

Point positif : l’hôtel est très bien situé pour aller à Disneyland, à environ 10 minutes en voiture et seulement 2 stations de RER. C’est malheureusement le seul vrai avantage que j’ai trouvé.

Pour le reste, très déçue de mon séjour. L’hôtel est vraiment très bruyant : dès 6 h du matin, les portes claquent tres fort toute les 2 - 3 minutes impossible de se rendormir + l On entend également beaucoup de personne parler très fort dans les couloirs (agent d'entretien et clients), sans respecter le sommeil des autres. Autre point décevant : le parking est facturé 10 € alors qu’il n’est pas surveillé. Les grilles et les portails restent ouverts toute la nuit. Je trouve donc ce tarif vraiment abusif pour un parking qui n’est pas sécurisé et non surveiller. Dommage, car la situation est idéale pour Disneyland, mais le manque de calme et les conditions du parking m’ont vraiment décu.
