1 je déconseille d'arriver avant l'ouverture de l'accueil opérations trop complexes pour obtenir le n° de chambre et le code d'accès 2 fenêtre chambre avec vue sur le toit de l'accueil , pas de climatisation , on ne peut pas laisser la fenêtre ouverte car beaucoup de chambres donnent sur le toit ( sale en +), donc intrusion possible et trop chaud la nuit

Chambre très petite, peu d’espace pour une famille de 4 personnes, salle d’eau très petite également, literie peu confortable. Propre d’un point de vue général , le parking est sécurisé. Mais le plus gros point noir c’est l’autoroute qui passe juste à côté dont le trafic ne s’arrête jamais et où le bruit est un véritable cauchemar toute la nuit. Nous ne reviendrons pas,

Near to Disneyland only 2 stops away thats the best thing for this hotel and prices is reasonable. Just can improve room stuff at least provide kettle and cup and glass which is good.

Nous occupons la chambre pmr du rdc assez vaste pour la rotation du fauteuil. Le tabouret de douche est conforme, c est bien ma suggestion : rajouter une rampe horizontale perpendiculaire à celle de la robinetterie pour augmenter la sécurité et peut etre des rideaux un peu plus longs. Très bon rapport qualité prix double de mon avis transmis à l association Francaise des paralysés nous reviendrons

Wir haben 2 gute und ruhige nächste hier verbracht. Die Matratzen sind jedoch wirklich sehr hart. Jedoch alles in allem sehr ordentlich und sauber.

Bis auf Nimmerwiedersehen,Das grauenhaftes Hotel, was ich je gesehen habe, sehr unhöfliches Personal, vorallem die Chefin. 0,0 hilfsbereit, keine Stunden Verlängerung des Hotels möglich gewesen, da es angeblich ausgebucht sei. Aber als wir fragten, ob wir verlängern könnten, meinte sie ja LOL. Kein Föhn, Wasserkocher. Zimmer stinkt. Flur stinkt. Die Tür ist extrem schwer zuzumachen. Sehr sehr kleines Zimmer. Jeder, der dort bucht, möchte Geld sparen, aber jeder wird nach dem Aufenthalt seine Meinung ändern. Das Hotel interessiert sich nicht für euch, da sie genug Gäste bekommen wegen Disneyland. Disneyland übrigens nicht 7 km entfernt, sondern 15. tschüss

Minimalistic but clean, renovated property, 10 min drive from Disney Park and Val d’Europe. Friendly person at the reception. Private free parking is a big advantage.

It was an ideal base for 2 days in Disneyland just a 15 min walk to rer station and 6 minutes into DP and 40 mins into Paris itself hotel was spotless and rooms were cleaned daily I could not fault this hotel

Waren 8 Tage dort und haben das kleinste Eckzimmer bekommen. Werde daher beim nächsten Mal wieder ins Campanille nebenan gehen.

Une nuit en famille, l'hôtel est très mal insonorisé. On entend les portes des couloirs claquer. Le personnel est souriant et agréable. Le parking est gratuit ce qui est un plus non négligeable. Attention aux gens malpolis qui prennent les places PMR sans aucun justificatif. Ca oblige les PMR à prendre les places avec charges électriques ce qui n'est pas forcément plus courtois

Unterkunft sauber , Zimmer waren neu angestrichen. Matratzen sind sehr hart da ist definitiv noch luft nach oben. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war okay, leider immer das gleiche.

You get what you pay for and this was a cheap one night stay for us. Bed was uncomfortable but we were so tired that we all slept fine anyway. Room tiny but we only slept there for one night. Clean enough and in good repair. Car park secure.

Wird gerade alles renoviert. Ein neuer anstrich tut mal gut. Personal war bis jetzt immer freundlich. Sehr gut gelegen für Disneyland. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und fast food schnell erreichbar.

L'enregistrement n'était pas prêt lorsque nous sommes arrivé. Nous n'avons pas reçu les informations en amont ce qui aurait permis de récupérer notre chambre sur la borne automatique à l'entrée. Très compliqué pour l'opérateur de retrouver notre réservation mais après de longues minutes nous y sommes parvenus. L'hôtel en lui même reste correct pour l'usage que nous en avions (une nuit avant de rejoindre Disney). Des restaurants sont accessibles à pied depuis l'hôtel sans difficulté. Petit déjeuner très basique mais OK.

Je n’ai jamais reçu de numéro de réservation, on a mis plus d’une heure à pouvoir rentrer dans l’hotel

1 night stay. Not much space in the room. No kettle, fridge etc. Clean and tidy and only needed a place to rest after a day of driving before we went to Disneyland Paris.

Dans l'ensemble c'est correct. Le seul problème! L'isolation, on entend les personnes dans le couloir et étant dans un chambre à côté de l'escalier, et bien jusqu'à 1h30 la porte claqué

Room was super tiny but for 1 night, it was ok. I wouldn’t recommended anymore than 1 night if you have children.

This hotel is horrible. Beds are hard like a bed of bricks. Bathroom small, you can’t swing a mouse never mind a cat! Breakfast is minimum, no selection. The man was welcoming on arrival, that is the only reason why I’ve given overall 3 stars, plus it’s close to Disneyland.

I shall never stay in this hotel again! In the evening, on the day of the stay, we received a message from a woman of the hotel, stating that she wanted our card details to be sent via the message service. She said that the card that was used to book the hotel had expired, even though she confirmed the card details to me (noting card expiry was still in date!) She threatened to cancel the booking if we could not provide her with card details. Luckily, a phone call to her directly and we were able to maintain the booking. On arrival she decided to say the card had expired (even though I offered to prove it was not an expired card) and she blamed Expedia, what a lie! Beds hard, bathroom small, towels horrible, breakfast terrible, rude staff and a liar and scammer receptionist!

A good hotel. no frills and does what it says it will. Basic but clean. Its rated 2* so dont be going in with massive expectations. It was a base for us to go to disney! Only thing wasnt that only had 1 pillow per person. It was about at 12minute walk to the RER station which is 2 stops/10mins from disney. Which is good but on a open to close dah at disney that 12mins feels like alot. Rer is 7 euros per person each way. But a bolt or uber is only 18euro so was sometimes easier using that. Apart from at end of park day when price shoots up

It was just right jist what we needed after walking in paris all day and then disneyland and wasnt far at all! We would go again here.

I stayed for 2 nights there not in a row. The first time it was okay, the room was like a 7/10 in terms of cleanliness, and we didn’t need more than sleeping and showering so it suited. The next day the breakfast had a wide selection but there was a smell of rotten eggs in the whole room, as well as all cutleries and plates were smelly too which made us nauseous. The second night was a last minute booking, so they gave us a room where i suppose wasn’t cleaned after the last stay, and it was a long time ago. It was super smelly, super dusty. And cherry on top all the bed sheets were covered with hair, and the towels covered with poop!!!!!! Unacceptable really…

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel ! Les chambres sont d’une propreté irréprochable, parfaitement entretenues et très confortables. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : ils sont toujours souriants, chaleureux et très sympathiques. Chaque membre de l’équipe a fait preuve de professionnalisme et de gentillesse, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

Very friendly reception , car charging without blocking cost. Room for 4 people is small. 15 minutes from Disneyland Paris.

Only stayed at the property for one night as a short sleep over post Disneyland before driving home the next morning. Overall the property felt safe and clean, all facilities you could need and staff very helpful. Everything we needed for the night, would definitely recommend.

Self check in did not work and subsequently we could not enter the hotel. Stuck outside until reception opened at 5pm, though check in is from 2pm. Photos on Expedia are misleading, quality and decor of rooms no where near the same as reality. Rooms are compact, as expected, but more than an overnight bag and your luggage will not fit in the room!

This hotel was a perfect stop over before we went to our disney hotel. 10 minutes from Disney and a quick and easy drive to the shopping centre. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate for one night. I download the bolt app (similar to uber but a bit cheaper) it was £37 from the hotel to the eiffel tower. Took around 50 mins

Room was small but clean, staff were friendly and helpful, good location as bus and train station were only a 5 min walk away along with shopsand supermarket, train ride was only about 8 mins from disneyland paris.

The room itself was basic but oerfect for our needs. Our issue was in gaining access to the hotel as we were arriving late at night. The phone number didnt work when i tried to call the day before. I got a response via the contact hotel section on hotels.com and was advised to go in pedestrian gate and use the automated machine at check in. Sounded easy except on arrival the pedestrian gate was out of order as the pavement was dug up either side of it and the main gate shut. After standing with another family my friend climbed the gate to gain access then the hotels.com reservation code didnt work in the machine it had the incorrect amount of digits. Someone on the help line at the machine through broken english managed to sort it and meanwhile other guests had arrived and opened the main car gate. It was daunting and stressful being stranded outside in the dark in the middle of the night. We were on the verge of looking for an alternative local hotel to book into. Not a great start to our disney holoday and i wouldnt stay again.

Very compact room! Barely space to open cases, but adequate for a short stay and ensuite facilities good enough.

I could see on the confirmation email it states to call property before hand for access code. Not knowing what this meant. I tried to make contact and failed. Hotels.com tried as was made aware that for security reasons access code cant be given until you arrive. I arrived around 3:30pm. Main doors closed. Machine outside of property to check in. Also a button to press for help. Pressed buzzer. They took my details. They then gave me a booking number to check in on machine. I checked in gained my access code and door number. Got into hotel. Room is keycoded (your access number) room is clean and basic. Shower is fantastic. Good pressure. We stayed here for disney. Not even a 10 mins drive away. Easy enough.

Small and compact room but was just a place to sleep as at Disneyland early to late. Very clean and pleasant, bunk beds in family room. 10 min walk to RER, 2 stops to disneyland.

Very basic hotel. You have to do self check in on a machine in the car park to gain access to the hotel. We never interacted with a human at all!! Room was clean but very basic and a little cramped for a family of 3. Great location though, 5min walk to train station (2 stops from Disney, about 10 to Paris) or 10min drive to Disney. Served it’s purpose but glad we only had one night there

stayed here after 3 days in Disney, last night before travelling home, as a good price, clean and comfy beds. room was compact but as we were only sleeping it didnt matter to us.

I stayed with my 14 yo daughter, my son, his fiancée and my 9 yo granddaughter. We had two rooms. Our room was quite hot, but the window opened very wide to let in air. The beds were firm but comfortable. There were not enough towels or toilet roll but I got more from reception. The floor was not very clean, which was disappointing. My son's room was OK, but the shower flooded the bathroom out as their drain was blocked. The shower is very hit and miss, with the water being either scalding or freezing. It's an art getting it right, but the pressure was good. We had breakfast each day and that was very good. Lovely selection including French bread and croissants, cereal, yoghurts, cheese and scrambled eggs and bacon. The coffee is dire, but the rest was enjoyed by everyone. The staff are very busy but try to help with problems if they can. The hotel is great as a budget place to stay for a visit to Disneyland. It is a short 7-8 minute walk to the station and 2 stops to the parks. You can buy 10 tickets for about 20 euros. There is a supermarket on the way to the station and quite a few restaurants with a MacDonalds just across the field opposite the hotel. I would highly recommend it as a budget option and would happily stay there again.

Bed sheets were coated with ?sand? Rooms very small, could barely move around. Only way to contact desk is to go to desk and wait in line!

Was a nice stay

Bed was comfy and staff friendly - though we were a bit miffed when the desk closed on Sunday without us realising, and after a bit of confusion we did manage to get through the locked doors with our room card. If you plan to stay here I would avoid sundays for this reason (as if we hadnt hecked in the day before we would have been stuck like some other unfortunate souls we ran into), and also keep in mind the station is a good 15 minute walk away for Disney. If you dont mind the walk, the location is lovely and there are plenty of restaurants near the station. Air con worked well and room was a fair size for being paris. We had no issues.

this is only a place for an overnight stay. Tiny but overall clean room. While there were 3 sachets of hand gel on the desk, the sink could do with a bar of soap! which hotel wouldn't provide soap? I had to use the shower gel to wash my hands.

The room was just what we needed. It was exceptionally clean. Beds comfy. Shower nice and powerful. Staff very helpful, easy check in. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to Disneyland parks. Have already booked our next stay. 10/10

It is what it is. If you have been in a travel lodge before expect that but smaller. Only thing I wasn't happy about was if your late to check in (after 10pm) you need to ring a central office who then check you in on the phone and give you codes to get into the building and get keys. You get 1 pillow and its 10 euros per extra pillow. Check in customer desk says its multiple languages but couldn't understand English and was quite aggressive after trying to get a pillow that I never took. Wifi good. No kettle in rooms. However I would stay again but now I know what I know I would try to arrive at a better time.

Standard b&b hotel room, basic. Aircon worked well and was nice and cold!

This hotel is one of the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed out in my life and I’ve traveled my whole life and I am 50 years old. I went inside the room and it was disgusting. The room smells like someone’s armpits. The beds were concrete. The restrooms do not get me started. There was no trash bag in the trashcan no towels. Also the shower in the floor were filthy. Do not I repeat do not stay here. I will never in my life stay at this hotel . I think while staying here I caught a disease. Also the hotel staff are rude!!!!! Save yourself the money and stay in your car.

Small but clean room. Beds were good. The room was for ob6e night with two adults and two kids. For a longer stay, more space would be nice.

The curtains in the bathroom have verrry bad smell and the cleanliness is to be questioned... im not sure about the level of the housekeeping staff. You get based on what you pay!!!

800m away from RER Train station, 2 stops away from Disney, 40 minutes away from Paris Central. Great Location! Breakfast simple but very handy. Bed very comfortable.

Great for what we needed. Small room for me and my son to visit Disney. Ideal location for that. Buffet breakfast good value and plenty of choice. Would happily recommend.

Very convenient location if you’re going to Disneyland. The train station is a 10 min walk and the train ride to Disney is around 10 min. There were some problems with the payment, so I hope to get my money back (I paid twice). The room was very basic and small, but has everything if you just only need a place to sleep.

For the price is 10/10. Fast check in and check out. The food was delicious. The room was very clean. Its on the highway so its easy to find. Private and safe parking for the car.

As Brits we booked this hotel as it looked very similar to our Travelodges. Cheap and decent value, however what we received couldn’t be any further from that. The welcome wasn’t great. The room was very basic, disgustingly dirty floors. Realising the bed had only 1 pillow each, I asked reception if I could have another pillow. I was told that I was to pay €10 for it and because I didn’t have cash, I instead needed to leave either my passport or driving licence as a deposit, for a second pillow!! I had none of the above to give so I was forced to fold the rooms two towels underneath my pillow to sleep. Breakfast was okay for the price. The days being served by an extremely bossy woman made breakfast almost unbearable. I completely understand that not everyone in France speaks English and that is totally fine, but this woman yelled at me in French requiring another customer to answer for me because I didn’t understand. As a result of staying at this hotel, with its cleanliness standards shot, I spent a good 3/4’s of my holiday with the most horrendous cold and aching all over. I would never ever recommend this hotel to friends, family or even anyone who needed to do France or Disneyland on a budget. It is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and as I have previously stated, I am quite accustomed to having to ttravel on a low budget, in a budget hotel. As much as I loved the Disneyland part of my holiday, I have never been more grateful to get back home.

Room was very basic and small, but was adequate to simply sleep in.

Bed was hard. Bedding was minimal (1 thin pillow, very thin quilt). Room was cold and didn’t heat up very quickly. Room was cramped, particularly the bathroom - barely enough room for 2 people in a double room. Overall decoration of the hotel and the room, especially the bathroom, was tired and in need of improvement. There is a gap underneath the bedroom door which lets in light and noise so ear plugs and an eye mask are definitely required. Check-in staff were helpful and friendly but were the only redeeming feature of the hotel. Pay the extra and stay at the other B&B hotel nearer Disneyland, which is cleaner and slightly more comfortable, although still basic.
