Aspen Hotel Kaleiçi

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel was beautiful, and we really enjoyed our time there. I travelled with a friend, and we both absolutely loved it. All of the staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Volkan at reception and Ayaz at the bar, who were both so lovely and attentive. I would also like to mention the gentleman who worked the night shift. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he was also very kind and helpful. It was a pleasure staying here, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. We had a great experience and would happily recommend it!

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the cleaning was excellent. They were constantly helpful with our requests. Its location was very close to Mermerli Beach, and everything you might need was nearby. Breakfast is good enough.

If you have difficulty walking, this area might not be very suitable for you. The mini-fridge and television in the room were old—in case those things are important to you.

Run down property, needs some work (photos don’t give an accurate representation). Staff were very helpful though and location was excellent. Parking was difficult - would recommend investigating thoroughly and getting specific direction from staff before you arrive.

Понравился сам отел и его расположение, симпатичный сад, красивый холл, уборка ежедневная, довольно тихо было в номере и идти на пляж 2 мин.

The best thing is the location, stayed here before couple years ago and location was mainly reason we chose it again. Friendly and helpful staff, accepting cats in the hotel is another good thing.

Stayed at same hotel in 2022, it was nice and clean. This time noticed that it wasn’t that taken care of as last time, chose this hotel with good location and also had a pool which I’ve used before but not this time, it was dirty and wouldn’t even get close to it. Pillow covers got dirty or at least with some stains so had to change it. Also too expensive this time for the quality.

The staff made my experience wonderful, so friendly and accommodating. All of them are helpful and happy. The room was comfortable, pool is nice and the lounge room is stunning, very comfortable.

Номера в отеле были очень маленькими и тёмными. Освещение в номерах было очень слабым. Поскольку до этого мы 10 дней отдыхали в Окурджалар у нас были большие чемоданы.Было очень трудно поднимать большие чемоданы по лестнице.

La ubicación del sitio es muy buena para ir andando a todos sitios del casco antiguo. La limpieza del hotel era buena y las camas bastante cómodas.

Había mucho ruido y se escuchaba TODO lo de la calle. Música por las noches muy altas que impedía el descanso. Llamamos a recepción pero no tenían tapones, en otros sitios que saben que hay ruido ambiente, los proporcionan.

Excellent location. Staff was amazing, young man helped us with the co fusing roads to get our car where we needed to be. Room was clean and spacious. Close to beach and marina, so many restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay.

A charming hotel located right in the old city. We really liked the pool, a great way to spend an afternoon lounging by water. You can order food and drinks by the pool. I really liked their burger salad. The staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is right in front of the ethnographic museum. I recommend checking it out, it's free. The room was what we needed, three separate beds. We stayed at different hotels in the old city before. This one so far was the best.

The hotel is on a hill, make sure your taxi takes you as close as possible so you don't have to walk up the hill with your luggage. The hotel is old, rooms probably need some renovation. But a lot of hotels in the old city are in similar shape.

I was checked into the wrong room on arrival. When I tried to explain that I thought it was the wrong room, I was told to contact my booking agent. After actually looking at the booking, the property discovered I was correct and was in the wrong room.

1. La ubicación es excelente. Muy cerca de la playa (2 minutos andando). La playa privada de pago (13£) el lugar es hermoso y vale la pena ir. 2. Las calles están un poquito estrechas y también hay muchas subidas y bajada (si piensan ir con personas con movilidad reducida seria un poquito dificil pero no imposible). 3. El hotel para mi fue una maravilla, al igual que el personal, la gente muy amable, siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Aunque hay un poquito de barrera en el lenguaje ellos hacen lo posible para ayudarte. La limpieza impecable, el personal de limpieza merecen 100☆☆☆☆☆. La comida en el hotel (el desayuno) es maravilloso,muy sano, también mucha variedad, cada día hay comida diferente. También hay una piscina y sauna. El ambiente en el hotel es tranquilo y acogedor. También hay un restaurante cerca llamado *Blue (algo mas, no recuerdo jiji)* que recomiendo. Tienen unas vistas hermosas y la comida es excelente. Básicamente este hotel está en un lugar que fácilmente llegas a la playa (2 minutos) y a la ciudad por si quieres ir a algún mercado (7 minutos andado), aunque también en las calles hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Quieria agradecerle a Ayaz que fue muy amable conmigo, me trajo tarta 🎂 para mi cumpleaños. Fue un momento muy hermoso, que apreció de❤️, y también a Lilia (la recepcionista) por su amabilidad, y por tomarse el tiempo de felicitarme. Расположение чудесное , уютно, приятно находиться там, могу сравнить с другим отелем , где была … Данный отель был в сравнении с тем идеален. На рецепции работает прекрасный и отзывчивый сотрудник Лилия, понимающая с полуслова, очень ответственная, готовая в любую минуту помочь, показать, предложить варианты, показать номера, довести до библиотеки , включиться в абсолютно любую проблему отдыхающего. Какая редкость такое неравнодушие к отдыхающим! Спасибо ей огромное ! Это вкупе с уютом сделало мое недолгое пребывание там практически праздником…

Удивило одно: часов в 23 раздался громкий телефонный разговор русскоговорящей дамы . Я полагала : человек у бассейна разговаривает, даже выглянула . Каково было мое удивление, когда я поняла , что это голос из соседнего номера. Практически у моего уха. Не верилось … Потому как в течение вечера ни с улицы от бассейна ( окна выходили туда) не проникал шум ( я еще подумала о хорошей звукоизоляции), ни сверху, ни из другой комнаты. В итоге была удивлена . Вот это сразило. Полагаю , что , возможно, это было лишь в моем номере, соседка абсурдно громкая.. не знаю даже … не очень видела в отзывах такого, о чем я пишу . Но удивительно…так что вопрос остался к звукоизоляции. И второе: тяжело давалось ощущение закрытых окон, их нельзя открыть.. Я за свежий воздух , мне кондиционером дышать долго бы не хотелось . Но все же, пересмотрев много отелей теоретически и пожив в одном из таких, несмотря на все вышесказанное, я бы вернулась сюда , в Aspen. Чисто, уютно, комфортно, улыбающийся персонал, прекрасная Лилия ..

Отличный бутик отель в центре старого города. Чистый, ухоженный, близко к достопримечательностям и старому порту Антальи. Выглядит очень круто, внутри несколько дворов, все очень ухожено и выдержано в едином османском стиле. Номера с высоченными потолками. Персонал отличный, вызвали нам трансфер с мамой в 3 утра без всяких наценок, по счетчику доехали до аэропорта. Тяжелые чемоданы донесли до номера.

Все было отлично.

Rooms were clean. Staff were helpful, helping us navigate the very narrow streets to park our car and also putting on the football for the World Cup!

One of the rooms overlooked the restaurant next door, which seemed to have entertainment until 1am each night we were there!

Charmant hôtel de style ottoman dans le centre historique d'Antalya. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Piscine agréable. Petit déjeuner tout à fait satisfaisant. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

RAS. Peut-être peu pratique pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou avec poussette. Plage un peu loin.

Salíamos muy temprano al aeropuerto, pedimos por favor si nos podían preparar algo dejo de desayuno para llevar y nos dijeron que no. Teniendo el desayuno incluido, no costaba nada meternos en una bolsa una botella de agua y una pieza de fruta. Pero nos dijeron que nanai. Mal.

Отель аутентичный, красивый, чистый, с садом и небольшим бассейном (это очень здорово в жару) Ближайший к пляжу. Я заехала поздно, но на ресепшене меня встретила администратор Лилия. Разместила, апгрейдила номер, он такой милый оказался! Чистый, все удобства, не уставший! Сделали поздний выезд. Я часто летаю через Анталию, снимаю в этом районе специально разные отели, этот очень рекомендую.

Специфика строения такова, что такси подъезжает метров за 30 до отеля. В отеле лестницы и переходы, с чемоданом сложно бегать. Это бутик отель в старом городе, просто надо принять к сведению!

The location was very convenient. The room was nice and clean, big enough. There were some nice communal areas. They did a really good job with breakfast, you could tell it was something they took pride in. The Ottoman decor was charming.

They gave me twin room instead of a double, the seemed really small. It was pretty noisy at night, there was a live band across the alley. The shower was super small, I had to open the door to have a shower and I'm not that big.

Perfect location. Clean and really charming room. Loved it. Safe for solo traveler. Hope to be back again.

Отличное расположение отеля, вблизи от пристани и набережной, в сердце старого города. Вежливый и внимательный персонал, вкусный свежий завтрак (хотелось бы больше мясных блюд). Приятный дворик с апельсиновыми деревьями и турецкими котами. Небольшая комната с удобной кроватью и чистым текстилем. Поскольку отель находится в центре тусовочного места с большим количеством кафешек вокруг, шум с улицы слышен, музыка играет ровно до часа ночи, потом город замолкает и спится прекрасно. Я отлично отдохнула и вернулась бы в это место еще.

Возможно сделать бОльшую шумоизоляцию окон. И добавить в меню завтрака мясные блюда.

Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf wird es schwierig. Mehrmals am Tag Stromausfälle wegen überlasteter Sicherung.

Location and staff were excellent. Great value for money. The shower was one of the best I've experienced in a hotel.

The room was quite old fashioned and the button for the toilet flush came off the wall. I also had an outside table right in front of my window so I could hear people eating and chatting.

Gute Lage in der Altstadt

Новогодние каникулы мы провели в этом чудесном отеле, хотели отдохнуть, наслаждаться старым городом Калеичи, любоваться морем. Расположение отеля выше всякого ожидания, можно спускаться к отелю, не спешно подниматься к отелю, гулять и гулять. Номер нам достался с балконом с видом на пешеходную улицу и музей, кстати великолепный. Номер достаточно большой, многие отмечают отсутствие чайной зоны, но это не проблема, на первом этаже в баре вам нальют кипяток и даже дадут чайник и кружки, так что при наличии своего чая и кофе проблем не будет. Интернет зачетный, пришлось немного поработать, всё нормально. Великолепная территория , всё ухожено. Про котов писали, с ними всё в порядке. Рекомендую для спокойного времяпровождения. Были в январе, шума от баров не было от слова совсем. Завтраки достойные, голодными не останетесь, кофе хорош. Зимой наверное то только в этот отель. Кстати посетите рынок продуктов по средам, это не далеко, до конечной трамвая а там 10 минут пешком, таких дешевых продуктов и вкусных нет в остальной Анталье. Ферментированный чай в два раза дешевле чем в старом городе. И ещё смотровая площадка, закаты огонь.

Super gelegenes Hotel, nahe am Hafen, ausreichend Restaurants drumherum, der belebtere Teil der Altstadt ist nur 5 Min. entfernt. Da ich im Dezember dort war, war es sehr ruhig und tagsüber/nachts sehr angenehm zum Schlafen, Service 24/7, super leckeres Büfett oder Einzelfrühstück, je nach Anzahl der Gäste. Außerhalb der Frühstückzeiten gibt es keinen türkischen Tee, heisses Wasser auf Nachfrage. Handtücher, Seife, Duschgel/Shampoo gibt es vor Ort, Klimanlage, Getränke (kosten extra) können vom Barbereich genommen werden. Die Altstadt selbst ist schnell erreichbar. Die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist mit dem Taxi oder mit der neuen Stadtbahn T1 möglich (Einstieg am Flughafen Terminal 1, Ausstieg Haltestelle Ismet Paşa (Dauer ca 20-30 Min.) & Laufweg ca.20 Min. zum Hotel). Ich hatte aufgrund einer anderen Rezension ein Zimmer zum Hof hin gebucht, um ggf. dem nächtlichen Lärm draussen besser zu entgehen. Hotelpersonal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist ein kleiner Park, in dem man einen Überblick über den Hafenbereich & Blick aufs Meer zu sehen bekommt. Um zum langen Strand zu kommen, sollte man ca. 30 Gehminuten einplanen. Da wir sowieso viel gelaufen sind, war es für uns nicht weit. Ggf. kann man aber auch mit der alten Straßenbahn dorthin fahren, die zumindest in der Stadt an den gleichen Haltestellen wie die Linie T1/T2 hält.

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Altstadt mit den normalen Emissionen einer touristischen Altstadt; für Antalya Altstadt ruhig gelegen gratis Parkplatz in der Altstadt Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet okay, wenn auch nicht übermässig

Matratze und Kissen eher hart Zimmer eher klein und Badezimmer etwas verlebt
