Elegance East Hotel

I absolutely loved the location of Elegance East Hotel. It allows you to easily walk around Antalya's Old Town (Kaleiçi) and quickly reach Mermerli Beach. For other beaches like Lara or Konyaaltı, there is public transport nearby that takes you straight to them. Additionally, it is a very central pickup point if you want to take a tour.The breakfast was delicious and well-stocked.The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly. I didn’t use the swimming pool, but it looked beautiful.I would say it offers excellent value for money.

Det eneste, der godt kunne bruge en lille opgradering var morgenmaden. Den var god, men lidt mere variation ville gøre det endnu bedre.

Lo único que cambiar es que en la habitación que nos hospedamos la cama hacía ruido, simplemente por darte la vuelta sonaba. Esa es la única pega que tengo de todo.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait et il dispose d'un parking. La piscine est très agréable et permet de se détendre entre les visites par temps chaud. Les restautants recommandés par l'hôtel étaient délicieux.

Les chambres sont très mal isolées du bruit et Antalya étant une ville festive, ceux qui comme moi ont le sommeil délicat ne pourront pas dormir (ni sur la rue, ni sur la cour ou la piscine). L'hôtel est un peu dans son jus et mérite une rénovation (joint des sanitaires, éclairage, vitres sales).

Lovely staff, the pool was amazing, the breakfast was diversified and new items were added everyday. The rooms are victorian style and the view out onto the street is just amazing. But best of all is the absolutely great location because all daily-trips-agencies pick you up and drop you off right from the doorstep. And all the stores (modern and old) are a walking distance away. The restaurant next door "Luna Garden" is out of this world as well and it's fine if you don't like it since all sorts of restaurants and price ranges are close by as well. All in all, we'll be going back !

Perfectly located in the heart of the city center, with everything within walking distance. Quiet hotel, stunning pool area, and such a relaxed atmosphere in the evenings. Do yourself a favor and stay 1-2 nights — dinner by the pool is a must. Our stay was fantastic thanks to the great care from Huseyn Bey and Omer Kewer.

Ik heb een heel prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Alles was netjes en schoon en het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Iedere keer als ik iets nodig had, werd ik goed geholpen. Er werd ook regelmatig gevraagd of alles naar wens was en of ze nog iets voor me konden betekenen. Dat vond ik erg attent en gastvrij. Ik ben eigenlijk over alles tevreden en zou dit hotel zeker aanraden! Dhr. Ömer: Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, bedankt voor de goede service! Mvr. Kevser: Supervriendelijk en gastvrij, bedankt voor alles! Dhr. Hüseyin: Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, bedankt voor de fijne service!

De ligging is perfect, binnen is het een rust aan oase en buiten ben je in de drukte van het stadsleven van Antalya

Красивый бутик-отель с уютной территорией, приятным внутренним двориком и хорошим расположением. Завтраки были вполне хорошими. Мы путешествовали вдвоем с мамой. В день моего раннего выезда персонал разрешил маме бесплатно остаться в номере на час дольше и подарил небольшой набор сладостей в качестве извинения за возникшие неудобства. Это было очень приятно, и мы благодарны за этот жест.

К сожалению, впечатление от проживания испортило большое количество организационных недочетов. При бронировании мы сразу выбрали номер с двумя отдельными кроватями. Затем несколько раз заранее связывались с отелем через Booking, чтобы подтвердить это, и еще раз напомнили при заселении. Несмотря на это, нас разместили в номере с одной кроватью. После повторного обращения нас переселили, но хотелось бы, чтобы подобные просьбы выполнялись с первого раза. Мы приехали уже после официального времени заселения, однако нас все равно попросили подождать около 15 минут. Сам номер был уже заметно изношен. Сиденье унитаза не соответствовало размеру унитаза, фиксатор душевой лейки был сломан, поэтому пользоваться душем можно было только удерживая лейку рукой. В ванной также были поврежденные элементы и следы износа. По отдельности это мелочи, но для отеля с таким высоким рейтингом они производят странное впечатление. Самым большим разочарованием стал мой ранний выезд. Я заранее дважды попросила подготовить breakfast box, так как мне нужно было выехать из отеля в 4 утра. Просьбу подтвердили, однако утром никакого завтрака не оказалось. В результате мне пришлось отправиться в долгую дорогу без завтрака. Бассейн довольно маленький. Если гостей много, воспользоваться ими практически невозможно.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Hotelanlage ist gepflegt und sehr schön gestaltet. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und hat uns gut geschmeckt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter. Vor allem Ömer Bey und Hüseyin Bey haben sich mit großem Engagement darum bemüht, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten und jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass unser Zimmer mit Teppichboden ausgestattet war, was wir aus hygienischen Gründen nicht optimal fanden. Außerdem wirkte die Duschkabine etwas in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel aber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die zentrale Lage ist hervorragend – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Very well located. Only a 7min walk to old harbour and swim spots. Very lively atmosphere during the evenings. Lots of coffer shops around in the area + if you like shopping this is the area to be. Onsite restaurant. stunning terrace and outdoor pool area. Staff duper accommodating and always tries to help

The property was very nice and relaxed with a gorgeous kidney shaped (s shape pool) tiled lovely ….. and was very clean and lovely overflow rim pool …seamlessly level at all times … rooms very clean and very good size / large …. The restaurant around the pool all night set for romantic meals …. Is a stunning romantic look !! The design of the hotel is very good and has a smart villa look from all angles ….. staff amazing and very very helpful morning was too much trouble at any time …….. breakfast was very good …. Lovely Turkish breakfast with much salad / melons eggs cooked to liking …. I love my food and eat more than any one I’ve ever seen…. And it’s plenty for me / healthy !!! Can eat super clean or indulge … your choice …… breakfast staff amazing …. Like all staff ….. was a pleasure to say bye to them !! Front of staff/ reception is Huseyin is very very nice and makes you feel wanted and a special guest and helps you at all times 10/10/ Omer is breakfast and restaurant and works the bar and is a pleasure to say hi to every morning etc…. Well mannered great smiley bloke ….. and Bora another restaurant worker in charge of spreads in morning / makes sure workers are doing it to his liking and yours 10/10….. well worth the money 💰….. I’ve done 2+ weeks in Antalya this visit and 4 hotels ….. ranging from 5 star 🌟…. Es ist eine sehr nette Anlage, klein aber fein. Frühstück ist gut und vielfälltig. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, uns wurde in diversen Punkten sofort ohne zögern geholfen. Die Anlage ist sehr gut gelegen, ist wirklich mitten drin, in der Umgebung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, Umgebung mit Palmen, Bäumen und Blumen ist sehr gelungen. Es ist ein relaxen mitten in der Stadt.

Salam. Mən Elegance East Hoteldə 4 gün qaldım. İlk gün otağın havalandırma sistemində problem yarandı. Bu barədə məlumat verdikdən sonra bizi daha rahat VIP otağa köçürdülər. Otel çox təmiz, səliqəli, geniş və rahat idi. Personal son dərəcə məsuliyyətli, nəzakətli və qonaqpərvər davranırdı. Axşamlar canlı musiqi, ləzzətli yeməklər və hovuz kənarındakı xoş atmosfer istirahətimizi daha da yaddaqalan etdi. Otelin şəhərin mərkəzində yerləşməsi də böyük üstünlük idi. Ətrafda çoxlu restoranlar və alış-veriş mərkəzləri var idi. Bir sözlə, bu oteldən çox razı qaldım. Yenidən həmin şəhərə getsəm, mütləq Elegance East Hoteldə qalacağam.

I was actually expecting it to be not that great since some of the other reviews complained about noise. We stayed in 203 and it was quiet at night. Nicely designed rooms and comfortable beds. The grounds are pleasant and the staff helpful, and friendly. I don’t like buffets but the breakfast here was pretty good to my surprise. Fresh produce, and a nice assortment of options without diminishing quality.

I’m giving this place 9/10 because the shower heads need work to stay up. Other than that, perfect stay.

Breakfast near the swimming pool with great food. What you see on pictures is the same thing you get . In the evening you can enjoy your dinner in the calm & lovely pool restaurant. Personeel was very welcoming and friendly : Hussain, Sevda Nur, Omer, Sude.. Without hesitation from me & my family we recommend this Hotel.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la camera era spaziosa e molto pulita, la colazione è varia e di altissima qualità e viene servita a bordo piscina, in un ambiente molto raffinato. the location is brilliant for the old town and getting around the city, staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much for them, pool area is clean and tidy and plenty of space considering the location of the hotel, rooms are cleaned daily and always fresh water left if you have used the ones provided free. nice little touches like travel toothbrush and toothpaste long with razor and cream just in case you have forgotten yours. the food was great if something isn't on the menu they will do their utmost to sort it for you,

Aircon not the most powerful even when on full, was a few occasions where it was warmer in the room than outside and this was June when t was 32 degrees outside this would be my only issue but i'm sure they will work hard to sort this small issue for other guests and by the time i revisit the hotel, even though i have mentioned this i have still scored this hotel a 10 as this was just an inconvenience for a couple of days out of my 10 day stay.

Det var mitt i gamla staden, nära till allt, vi behövde ej boka taxi, förutom två gånger kanske. Poolen var fin, fint att sitta ute och det var mysigt.

1.Frukosten var inte bra. De serverade frukost mellan 8-10, om man gick kl 09:00 var det redan gammalt, och t.ex vissa sorter var slut. Dem fyller på om man säger till. Men de flesta sorterna av ost och salami mm var gammalt. Salamin var torrt för att det hade stått ute länge. Frukosten var verkligen dålig. 2. När man duschade inne i rummet så kom vattnat in till toaletten och rummet, det blev för mycket vatten för rummet. Vi var tvungna att torka själva. Väldigt jobbigt att det var så mycket vatten varje gång 3. Vissa av personalen var otrevliga.

The staff were amazing helpful and always went above and beyond, breakfast is really good with a great layout. Aslan and Hisseyin in the bar and restaurant are friendly helpful and make the best cocktails the corona cocktail is a must to try. Omer is helpful and proud of the hotel which is lovely. The pool area is stunning and so nice to sit in day and evening.

We had a wonderful 4D/3N stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The accommodations were exceptional, as was the housekeeping. Mr. Erhan, Huseyin & Omer were warm, friendly, efficient, and quick to attend to any special requests. Within walking distance of Kaleici (Old Town), Hadrian's Gate & Mermerli Cove, there are numerous options for food and shopping in the area.

Einfach alles, es war perfekt! Wir waren 4 Tage dort und hatten ein perfektes Frühstück , vielen Dank Besra aus der Küche und Hazel/Sinan aus dem Service! Auch das Housekeeping Dizek war wunderbar . Die Reception tat alles um uns den Aufenthalt so perfekt wie möglich zu gestalten, vielen Dank Ömer und Erhan.

Alles, Zimmer, Frühstück , Lage , die perfekte Pool Anlage ! Aber das allerbeste waren die Mitarbeiter! Diese waren jeden Tag gut gelaunt und Motiviert den Gästen den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wider!

Hôtel vraiment très beau, petit déjeuner vraiment bon et plutôt varié. Et que dire de l’emplacement, idéal ! En plein cœur du centre-ville historique, c’est vraiment idéal si vous voulez tout faire à pied.

Forcément qui dit hôtel situé en plein centre ville, dit bruits qui va avec. Surtout si vous avez une chambre dans la première partie de l’hôtel. Autre point, l’hôtel était en travaux/rénovation pendant notre séjour, ça peut être un peu bruyant dès le matin et en journée. Et le spa n’était pas encore ouvert, ça aurait pu être judicieux de le préciser sur le site.

Room is 0 floor like basement and even hard to walk to. The bed wasn’t clean No window No door for the bathroom as a cell no a hotel. The neighbours hang their clothes outside The breakfast is 😡 You can’t use the kettle to make coffee or tea. And many more bt this is in short

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cet hôtel et nous avions pris une chambre classique. Nous sommes arrivées tard donc nous n’avons pas tout de suite vu la réalité de cet hôtel avant le lendemain matin. Tout d’abord, une piscine VIDE, aucun transat, des sacs de chantier absolument partout et tout le bruit qui va avec et cela dès 8h du matin... Ce n’est absolument pas normal d’arriver dans ce genre de contexte sans être prévenu en amont... (sauf bien sûr pour continuer à faire de l'argent). Ensuite, la chambre semblait ne pas être terminé. La fenêtre ne s'ouvrait pas, le robinet de la salle de bain fuyait, la clim ne marchait pas et il y avait une forte odeur de javel. Étant deux femmes sans hommes pour appuyer notre mécontentement, nous avons du faire appel aux services linguistiques de l’ex compagnon de mon amie qui parlait la langue afin d’avoir plus de crédibilité auprès d’eux, ce qui a marché... On nous a assuré que la piscine et les autres travaux seraient terminés le mardi, nous sommes arrivées le vendredi soir... Cela a quand même bien été respecté mais nous ne n’y sommes pas allé finalement, d'autant plus qu’il y avait constamment du passage d'hommes ce qui nous mettait assez mal à l’aise... Nous avons aussi exigé un remboursement partiel et un changement de chambre sans frais que nous avons obtenu. Concernant le remboursement, nous avons dû en revanche relancer plusieurs fois avant de l’avoir finalement en cash la veille de notre départ car il y avait soi-disant une incohérence entre la carte utilisée et celle qu'ils avaient... Cela ressemblait plutôt à un prétexte plus que bidon pour ne pas nous rembourser du tout. À noter que nous n'étions pas les seules à nous plaindre... La réception était quasi constamment occupée. Concernant le petit déjeuner, nous nous attendions à un buffet mais nous avons eu droit à des assiettes déjà faites sans choisir mais cela nous convenait en terme de variété.

Nous avons passé une première nuit à Elegance hôtel avant notre trip en Turquie. Malheureusement, on nous a donné la chambre 505 juste à côté de l'entrée donc très bruyante, mais aussi malodorante et pas très propre. Lors de notre arrivée, le voiturier a récupéré notre voiture pour la garer, ce qui est très appréciable, sauf que le lendemain matin nos clés ont été égarées (un client de l'hôtel a confondu avec ses clés). Nous avons dû attendre près de 2h. Nous sommes revenus à la fin de notre trip et pour nous dédommager, nous avons été surclassés. La chambre était spacieuse mais encore une fois, pas très propre. Les équipements sont vétustes, il y a des fuites. Nous avons voulu nous rassurer par rapport à la voiture garée par le voiturier, sachant que notre vol était le lendemain matin. La personne à l'accueil nous a assuré qu'il y aurait quelqu'un le lendemain à 6h pour aller chercher notre voiture. Mais nous ne reviendrons pas.

A bár személyzetének kedvessége, figyelmessége kiemelkedő. Tökéletes a szálloda elhelyezkedése, hangulata, medencéje és kertje, valamint a reggeli.

A napi takarítás kétszer is elmaradt, egyszer még külön kérésre sem történt meg. Az ágyak matracai már cserére szorulnának.

The location was great, with most places nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was amazing.

Het hotel op zich is een pareltje: mooie binnenplaats met zwembad, gezellige bar, fantastische locatie en verzorgd ontbijt.

De kamers waren in sterk contrast met de rest van het hotel. Ze hadden de “landlord special” gekregen: losse stopcontacten, gaten in muren, siffon die niet aangesloten was waardoor het water op de grond lekte als we tanden poetsten, pompbak die losstaat, etc. Ook vuil vast tapijt op de kamers vol met vlekken. De kamers zijn toe aan een grondige renovatie.
