The bathroom was designed for handicap. No one thought about countertops for toiletries, very inconvenient.

The faucet was broken and leaked and the overhead light didn’t work. The lighting needed to be fixed. The door stuck. Little tweaks. The faucet definitely could be replaced. I feel like these should all be addressed. They are not expensive fixes for the property to do and would elevate the rating

On arrival my rooms windows were open a bit and there was an unpleasant odor, I thought possibly from dishwashing or trash from the neighboring restaurant

Unser Apartment hatte kein warmes Wasser, das war ein bisschen blöd. Außerdem sind die Wände zu den anderen Apartments ziemlich dünn und hellhörig.

I had to pay a steep price for the room because of poor planning on my part, and there was no cancellation with refund allowed. This colored my feelings about the hotel. Based on this, and the noisy location, I would not recommend it to others.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Wir bewohnten das Apartment Nr. 18 und hatten kein Frühstück gebucht. Da wir uns mit dem Irischen Frühstück nicht ganz so sicher waren. Auf Grund eines American Football Spiels war die Stadt sehr voll. Das Hotel Management hat uns im Vorfeld schon darüber informiert und Hilfe für Buchungen von Trips angeboten. Die vielen Fans, 40´0000, waren der Grund, dass das Hotelteam der Ansicht war, dass es für uns schwierig sein könnte einen Platz zum Frühstücken zu finden. Deshalb haben Sie uns unser Frühstück geschenkt. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für Ihre Einladung, das ist nicht selbstverständlich!

There was a mini split but it created a mildew smell when turned on so we were concerned that mold may have been built up in the unit.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026The location is very good. Close to the attractions and St Stephen’s green shopping centre. We booked 1 hotel room and 1 one-bedroom apartment. We arrived at around 10am. We were very grateful that the staff offered us to check-in to the hotel room early. The hotel room has an ac. The apartment has a fan in the bedroom and living room. These are very helpful as it can get quite warm at night during summer.
Just minor things like the floor of the apartment need to be mopped and the furniture is a bit worn out. But who cares.. the property has a lot of plus points. 😂

The staff, especially Fiona at the front desk, were super friendly/professional/and would go out of their way to help with anything you need. The location was fantastic. So many restaurants/pubs/shops all just steps out of the hotel. I will book this place in the future. We got lucky with getting an early check in!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming . i travel alot for work and chose this hotel for it's location which is only a few minutes walk from Stephen Green. Lots of cafe's and restaurants around the area. The bed was very comfortable. For some people the room could be slighly noisy as it was facing the street.

The room was decorated nicely and clean but there were a few bit of paint removed from the skirting boards where luggage has impacted them. The location is great and next to a few bars and a few streets from the shops and theatres. We were on the 5th floor and the room was quiet for us to sleep even though there were people outside in the local bars. Overall a great place to stay and I would recommend to others.
There's one lift, it was fully operational but if it wasn't then it would've been a long climb to floor 5.

There truly are no words to describe the love, care and excellence that is reflected throughout every aspect of this entire operation. EVERY MOMENT and EVERY INTERACTION WITH THE HOTEL and RESTAURANT STAFF WAS SIMPLY INCREDIBLE. The location is perfect. The staff SO THOUGHTFUL AND CARING and the restaurant team COULD NOT BE MORE LOVELY. This entire hotel team is the best I have ever experienced in my 40 years of travel. I LOVE the Drury Court Hotel and savor all of our memories here.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Le meilleur hôtel dans lequel j'ai séjourné à Dublin. Les hébergements y sont chers et pas toujours recommandables. Là tout y est, l'emplacement, la chambre, le petit déjeuner et l'équipe sont top. C'était un super séjour et je ne chercherai plus d'autres hôtels à Dublin.
Nous étions dans une chambre pour 3 qui donnait sur l'arrière du bâtiment donc c'était parfaitement calme. Les chambres donnant sur la rue au-dessus du bar doivent être bruyantes par contre.

Parking is not at hotel. Had to drag luggage from garage. Room view was terrible. Basically just look at garbage on others roof tops. Even though paid for breakfast, combination of long drive to airport, rental car return etc resulting in breakfast not starting before we had to leave. You should not have to miss the hotel breakfast to catch a 10:00 flight. Little to no phone charging amenities (usb ports) provided. Better bring your own adapters and charging blocks.

The included breakfast was excellent as well. We had great weather but that also meant the street noise was louder, the windows helped a lot and we had AC. The night life did not last long and really wasn't an issue but it's there. I would stay here any time I am in Dublin.
