Sehr großes Zimmer, gutes Bett und sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbuffet mit a la carte Optionen außerordentlich gut! Direkt gegenüber ist die Strandpromenade und jede Menge Strandclubs, perfekte Lage für einen Badeurlaub. Parktipp: Zum Parken in den Zonenparkplätzen nicht den ersten Häuserblock am Meer auswählen, sondern ab dem zweiten Häuserblock Richtung Stadtinneres parken. Kostet dann € 18,40 statt € 27,40 für 24 Stunden. Bezahlung ganz einfach über die easypark App.

A reggeli választék kiváló, megfelelő arányban volt hideg és meleg étel, ráadásul külön étlapról lehetett kérni extrákat (pl. angol reggeli, ham and eggs), figyeltek az étel intoleranciára is. A recepciósok kedvesek és segítőkészek. A szobához járt papucs, köntös és strandtörülköző is.

A főút zaja eléggé behallatszott, de nem volt annyira problémás.

Fantastic hotel at the beach in the heart of Viareggio. Very classy feel, outstanding staff, extremely comfortable and well-appointed room with two balconies and sea view. Great breakfast buffet. The hotel cooperates with two beach clubs that rent out two beach chairs and an umbrella for EUR 25/day. 15-minute walk to the train station. Hotel also helped arrange transport to get us back to the hotel after the Puccini festival at Torre del Largo; much appreciated.

Ikke hotellet sin feil, men skal man på stranden nedenfor hotellet, må man leige senger og parasoll på strandklubb til 35 euro pr.dag…Veldig langgrunt.

Очень хороший отель с радушным и отзывчивым персоналом. Я рекомендую так же вкусный завтрак. Кстати на завтрак можно заказывать из меню. . На ресепшене вы можете оплатить так же место на пляже и взять с собой полотенце. Хотя в отеле есть свой ресторан, мы попросили забронировать нам столик в городе и на пляже. Персонал заботливо нам перезвонил и сообщил о заказе.

Жаль что у отеля нет собственной парковки, поэтому пришлось объехать пару раз по окрестным кварталам в поиске. Но в целом даже на муниципальной парковке безопасно. Ее тоже можно оплатить на ресепшене.

Konstrukcja prysznica jest niepraktyczna, szczególnie dla ludzi w wieku podeszłym, a takich było sporo pośród gości - bez osłony i parawanu woda leje się na podłogę łazienki, antypoślizgowych mat lub powłoki brak.

We arrive and check in to our room, the room was full of sand, and we ask the stuff to re clean the room and the AC wasn't worked in this room at all, we ask the reception 3 times to fix it or to give us some solution, they didn't fix it or communicate that they can't fix it, we arrived after midnight when the AC is not working and the room extremely hot and just then they give us keys to another room In the morning we ask for some compensation and they lie about it that they will give us something "we can't do it, we need to ask booking"

Very near the beach. Excellent accommodation. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel, like many in this area does not have parking and street parking is not easy to find in the peak season. I went to a private parking and it was 40€ for 24hrs even though we just parked for 12 hours.

I’ve never been to a hotel where the male receptionist was so rude, we asked for room service yet to be told the restaurant was full by people coming off the street?? It’s room service??? Spent €700 in 5 days just on drinks etc absolutely no appreciation, the air con was absolutely trash, spent the last night in the hotel down the road so much better!

The staff are pretentious and rude, if my staff acted like that to paying customers they’d be fired

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man musste nur über eine Straße und schon war man auf der Promenade und am Strand. Das Frühstücks Personal war sehr gut.

Unser Zimmer! Es war nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel würdig. Einige Dinge waren kaputt und dass die Bettwäsche bei einem Aufenthalt von 8 Tagen und heißem Wetter nicht einmal gewechselt wurde.

Ottima struttura con ottimi servizi e posizione che permette facilmente l'accesso alla spiaggia e al mare.

Personalul, locație

The hotel was very well located, and the staff were very friendly, however I would say they were not always the most helpful, they gave a lot of information on how to do things, like booking a taxi, but would never offer to do it themselves. Hotel was clean as well.

Overall, the hotel did a feel a little bit outdated, a bit like a hotel from 90s. Everything was clean and nice, but just didnt feel so up to date. The beds were quite hard and rooms quite bare.

Es war alles sehr schön. Tolle ausgestattete Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Sehr netter Service. Das Frühstück war Mega lecker. Wir bekamen jeden Tag pro Person eine Flasche Wasser. Die Lage war perfekt, ach wenn es an der Straße lag. Wir hatten direkt vor der Haustür einen Parkplatz.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Het ontbreken van een zwembad was een grote teleurstelling. Hierdoor waren we dagelijks verplicht om naar het strand te gaan, waar we telkens €45 per dag moesten betalen voor twee ligstoelen en een parasol. Het zou eerlijk zijn om dit duidelijk te vermelden bij het boeken. Daarnaast was er geen gratis parkeergelegenheid. De badkamer was erg klein; het was onmogelijk om er met twee personen tegelijk in te staan. Ook ontbrak er een spiegel in de slaapkamer. De matras was van slechte kwaliteit en bood weinig comfort. Tot slot was de kleerkast veel te klein voor twee personen. Een groot deel van de kast werd bovendien ingenomen door de minibar en de kluis, waardoor er onvoldoende ruimte overbleef om onze kleding op te bergen.

Great location, very clean hotel, wished I had booked a balcony room, as there is no outdoor space at all. The days we spent on the beach, we did through beach Irene, and paid 42 euros a day for a kazebo, as it was very hot, and needed the shade. The buffet breakfast was superb, and all the staff were helpful, I didn’t like the A La carte breakfast, undercooked poached eggs, but was not a deal breaker, the bar area is lovely, but no atmosphere,,,, but the Campari sodas were excellent. Great base for lucca, Pisa, Florence, and fabulous fish restaurants in Viareggio. Overall a very good small hotel.

Posizione ottima. Colazione buona con servizio al tavolo delle bevande calde. Varia scelta tra dolce e salato di ottima qualita'. Pulizia eccellente.

Camera sotto le aspettative, piccola e con climatizzatore rumoroso. Sui vetri non c'erano gli oscuranti elettrici come riportato sul libro dell'hotel in camera perche'questi sono previsti solo fino al quarto piano, il quinto è panoramico e non ci sono ..(????) ..togliere sto foglio sarebbe meglio. Letto corto , credo 190 cm. Ormai nei 4 stelle i letti sono tutti due metri e per me che sono 194 cm non e' stato comodo anche perche il materasso era piuttosto molle. Era un letto matrimoniale con due materassi singoli uniti...questo anche non va bene. Staff freddino e poco empatico , un sorriso in piu nn costa molto . Menomale che empatia e sorrisi li ho trovato nello staff colazione.

A savoir l’eau de mer était très trouble avec des algues et il y avait des méduses. L’hôtel n’est absolument pas responsable de cela mais c’est a prendre en compte surtout si on va à la plage avec des enfants

This is one of the best stays in a hotel we have ever had! The location was perfect, right across from the promenade, shops and beach. We weren't aware that we had free access, with deck chairs and an umbrella, to Amadea and Irene beach clubs for the whole of our stay so that was a nice surprise! The room and bathroom was superb, clean and well appointed. There was a weekend festival close to the hotel but we couldn't hear a thing unless we opened the doors onto the balcony so it was not noisy at all. The service and friendliness of ALL the staff was five star. Special mention must go to Marcello and our lovely friends Leila and Guisy. We had such a fantastic experience that we are going to book again for 10 nights (we were there for seven the end of June) for the same time next year. THANK YOU to all at the Hotel President! We can't wait to come back!

Cred ca se poate imbunatati ceva acolo.Noi am ales ambele zile plaja Amadea.Am inteles ca Ireme ar avea recenzii mai bune si diferenta este ca e chiar in dreptul trecerii de pietoni

Broneerisime Panoramic sea view toa, kuid kohale jõudes saime tavalise merevaatega toa, sest tol hetkel oli kõik täis bronnitud. Õnneks leidis personal lahenduse ja saime järgmisel päeval soovitud toa. Kahju, et selline olukord muidugi tekkis. Hotell on väga puhas, rätikuid vahetati mitu korda päevas ja hinna sees oli iga päev pudel vett. Personal ülisõbralik ja abivalmis. Bussiliiklus väga hea edasi liikumiseks. Võimalusel tuleme kindlasti tagasi.

Da un hotel 4 stelle mi sarei aspettata un letto e dei cuscini così di basso livello

L'hotel è molto pulito e confortevole. In camera erano presenti anche le ciabattine di cortesia. Il personale è molto gentile e, all'arrivo, ha chiesto di eventuali intolleranze da comunicare. La colazione era molto varia e buona, sia dolce che salata. Vi sono anche delle pietanze da poter richiedere al momento, comprese nel prezzo della camera. L'hotel ha due spiagge convenzionate. Un servizio interessante sono i teli spiaggia offerti per il tempo del soggiorno, che ci hanno fatto tenere anche l'ultimo giorno per poi riconsegnarle alla partenza. Hanno tenuto anche i bagagli.

Veldig bra frokost. Super beliggenhet helt på strandpromenaden. Hotellet var rent og pent.

At de ikke hadde kaffemaskin. Måtte bestille kaffi når vi kom til frukost, og det tok litt tid. Så vi anbefaler å få en kaffemaskin. Så var det vanskelig å tørke klede etter bading på rommet da der ikke var noe tørkestativ.

Die Lage des Hotels war für unsere Reise ideal auch für unseren kurzfristigen Badeaufenthalt wann wir damit sehr zufrieden Personal äußerst zufriedenstellend und freundlich hat uns immer bei jeglicher Frage weitergeholfen also würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen

Das einzige Manko was man vielleicht anmerken kann ist dass wir absolut keinen deutschen Sender hatten russisch Chinesisch alles andere nur nicht deutsch das ist ein ein wenig befremdlich da es ja auch sehr viele Deutsche in diesem Hotel gegeben hat bzw Österreicher wir kommen ja aus Wien vielleicht könnte man das eventuell mal überdenken

Pillows were hard & heavy. Kettle and tea bags in room but no coffee. Hallway carpet is stained. Toilet constantly ran on after each flush. Overpriced. You are buying the location.

Posizione ottima, staff preparato e cordiale, colazione molto buona e arredi dell’ingresso molto belli.

Camera tremenda. Nelle foto avevo visto una camera bella, arredata bene, di pregio. Mi è stata data una sala operatoria: luci fredde, zero arredo, ventola sempre accesa il bar sennò non puoi avere la luce. Ma io dico: avete fatto tanto non potevate spendere anche per le camere e avere delle accortezze maggiori? Le luci elle camere devono essere CALDE, il piumino non può essere di acrilico e comprato su Amazon, la ventola del bagno deve avere interruttore a parte.

Having spent a week at Hotel President we left feeling very disappointed. Firstly, on booking directly with the hotel via their website, I gave my credit card details which, of course is standard practice to guarantee a booking. However the hotel then put a shadow on my card of over £200. This meant that, although no money was debited, £200 of my credit was no longer available to me. After a week the shadow was still there and I asked the hotel to remove it. I was assured that this had been done. However it had not, and it was a full calendar month before my funds were available to me again. The hotel do not tell you that they are going to do this, which I find an unacceptable practice. On checking in we were directed to the lift, but no offer to help with our luggage was offered. Apart from the very young waitress, and another waitress with long curly hair, who was extremely nice, we found the rest of the staff to be unfriendly and unwelcoming, especially one of the women on the front desk. On only 3 of the 7 mornings that we were there, we were asked what we would like to drink at breakfast. On the other mornings, after waiting for an unacceptable time, I had to approach a waitress and ask for tea/coffee. With regards to dinner, as vegetarians in Italy we would normally partake an antipasto, a primi and a dessert (as secondo is normally meat and/or fish). However despite seeking confirmation that vegetarian food would be available, the menu was extremely limited. One evening there was not one single vegetarian antipasto. Another evening the primi offering was vegetable soup! This is extremely poor for a 4 star hotel. The dolce at 10 euros for a tiny portion was also a disappointment so we mostly chose to eat elsewhere. At check-out I was not asked if everything had been satisfactory, or thanked for my custom, I was simply told the amount I owed and handed a receipt, I was not even afforded a smile. This type of attitude does not encourage a return.

Die Betten waren nur 1,80m lang und 70-80cm breit. Dadurch dass das Bett so kurz ist hängen die Füße heraus. Durch die geringe Breite hat man Angst herauszufallen.

Buona colazione, con buffet e un ricco menù di piatti da preparare al momento. buon ristorante con piatti originali e curati. Aria condizionata di facile regolazione ed efficiente. ,

Absolutely delightful stay at this stunning hotel. The views were breathtaking, staff so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was abundant and all you could possibly ask for. The room and facilities were spotlessly clean with all you could need. Only hope to return again one day soon.

Just spent a week at Hotel President in Viareggio with my UK coach tour group. Overall we had a great stay and were made to feel very welcome throughout. The front desk staff, porterage team and restaurant front of house staff were all friendly, attentive and very hardworking. Special mention to Laila, Giusy and Clara who looked after us brilliantly all week with big smiles despite being constantly busy. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed with kettle and minibar included. My only criticism would be the food, which was a bit inconsistent. Pasta was often undercooked rather than properly al dente, and some dishes lacked flavour or creativity. The Tuscan evening meal of pasta bolognese followed by meatballs in tomato sauce felt rather uninspired, and the bacon and scrambled eggs at breakfast were unfortunately not great at all. Thankfully there were still plenty of other breakfast options available. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

We there for 14 days with a tour group. Location is wonderful for walking many places along the waterfront and is very close to the bus and train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and we lucked out by having a balcony that faced the beach. Our criticism is more about the breakfast buffet. Staff were amazing but you tire really quickly of scrambled eggs after 14 days. More variety would be nice in both breakfast and dinners. Location makes this place and excellent option.

Would be good to add public parking facilities locations clear statement, we have cancelled our car rent due to delayed flight, but when asked in prior ,the hotel did not provide any nearby recommendations about available parking, as we have discovered on place in fact, We see that Palace hotel ,as example ,are indicating available parking nearby,

Es ist Geschmackssache direkt an der Hauptstraße aber uns hat es gefallen,wir hatten Meerblick 200m zum Strand und mitten in der Stadt viele Gaststätten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw.
