Staff were so friendly and professional also - like the old italian service from years ago but still going -

Only thing I would mention is that the hallways are very dark which isn't helped by the dark red and blue carpets which made it all a bit gloomy.

The venue and restaurant was impeccable

Mycket trevligt bemötande från det att vi kom tills vi åkte. Vi blev uppgraderade till ett lyxrum med stor terrass. Fantastiskt fint hotell med mycket bra läge, nära strand, restauranger och butiker. Restaurangen på takterrassen, vilken vi åt på flera gånger under vår korta vistelse var mycket bra. Fin utsikt, bra service och god mat. Åker vi till Viareggio kommer vi definitivt att bo på Palace hotell.

Struttura vecchia e fatiscente, le foto di Booking sono ingannevoli, camera piccola, umida e con odore sgradevolissimo sia nel corridoio che in camera tanto da aver richiesto l’intervento del personale, cortese, ma che più di tanto non ha potuto fare.

The hotel provided a wonderful base to travel to other towns if you want to. However, the hotel itself is wonderful and very clean and traditional in style with the Italian way. It is superb, the staff are beyond helpful and friendly, and cannot do enough for you. The breakfast provides a huge selection, that leaves you with a superb choice of foods both local and international. The roof top restaurant is mesmerising and the food is delightful.

Zimmer Top, Frühstück Sehr gut und vielseitig.

Strandsituation ist eher schwierig. Kosten pro Tag 30Euro für Sonnenschirm und 2 Stühle, kein Liegestuhl. Dieser kostet noch extra. Manchmal gab es auch einen Liegestuhl dazu. Sehr ambivalent. Nur kurz an den Strand zum Baden und verweilen ist nicht möglich. Auch das mieten für einen kurzen Zeitabschnitt ist schwierig bis unmöglich. Wir kamen um 16.00 und wollten nur eine Liege für 1-2 Stunden diese bekamen wir dann für 20 Euro. Das Schwimmbad musste mit Badekappen benutzt werden. Dies ist in Italien aber üblich

Totul a fost perfect de la micul dejun la personalul hotelului care chiar daca e mai vechi e foarte cochet. Mulțumiri in special domnului Simone pentru ajutor la rezolvarea problemelor apărute si doamnei Gabriela care ne a primit cu căldură in fiecare zi la micul dejun Tutto è stato perfetto, dalla colazione al personale dell'hotel che, pur essendo datato, è davvero gentile. Un ringraziamento speciale al signor Simone per averci aiutato a risolvere i problemi che si sono presentati e alla signora Gabriela che ci ha accolto calorosamente ogni giorno a colazione.

Amazing view from the rooftop -perfect for the sunset. The breakfast reached a lot higher up from our expectations -it was wonderful and the staff were really active and helpful and kept everything very clean at the breakfast. The style was interesting old building and one could have stayed more nights to observe all the details of the building and eat the the dinner place -or have more drinks at the rooftop bar. Our bags were nicely waiting ready in our room and carried there. Stuff also helped us with taxi and we had the opportunity to keep our luggage safe meanwhile we did some tours at the city nearby.

There were some problems in the hotel's system of the payment and also registration of our documents so we needed to make everything twice. But at the end everything went well.

L'hotel è sicuramente un edificio con una storia, dove ogni elemento è valorizzato e conservato con amore. Particolarmente bella la sala della colazione, abbiamo notato la mobilia raffinata, i fiori, e gustato un'eccellente colazione. La camera era comodissima, i guanciali altrettanto e abbiamo gradito i cadeau per gli ospiti. La hall e gli altri ambienti raccontano una storia dove l'arte e il buon gusto creano un'atmosfera intima, ma raffinata. Lo staff è stato perfetto, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Infine, al quarto piano, la terrazza si affaccia sulla passeggiata e il mare. Anche questo è un ambiente elegante, sobrio ma ricercato. Abbiamo preso l'aperitivo e cenato al fresco e goduto della vista di un bellissimo tramonto.Penso che ritorneremo presto qui.

Mi è piaciuto tutto.

Hotel affacciato sul lungomare, finemente ristrutturato rispettando lo stile di inizi Novecento, ma con tutti i comfort moderni. Stanza ampia, pulitissima, luminosa, elegante ed accogliente con vista mare, inoltre bagno finestrato. Colazione servita in un salone con grandi lampadari e poltrone in velluto, completa di dolce e salato. Personale gentile, disponibile e adeguato al tenore della struttura. Possibilità di parcheggiare sulle strisce blu a dieci euro al giorno direttamente in hotel. Rooftop mozzafiato e lido convenzionato con piscina esattamente di fronte la struttura. Super consigliato.

L'unica pecca all'arrivo abbiamo trovato tutti i posti dell'albergo adibiti allo scarico e carico occupati, quindi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare temporaneamente davanti ad un passo carrabile con tutti i disagi che ne conseguono. Magari, siccome avevamo comunicato l'orario di arrivo, avrebbero potuto farci trovare un posto libero per svolgere il check-in con maggiore tranquillità.

Прекрасное месторасположение — отель находится прямо у моря, а с террасы открывается потрясающий вид. Очень понравились вкусные и разнообразные завтраки: каждый день был хороший выбор блюд. Great location as it was close to the beach. The staff was very helpful and kind. We had 2 rooms at the back of the hotel. They were very quiet. The best part was the breakfast as they have great variety of sweet and also savory food. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and we also had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious.

Excellent location( in the middle of the promenade), perfect breakfast with many options of the best quality, cleanliness and quietness (room 123). The room was litlle, but very comfortable. The beach is very close and it costs 40 euros for two sunbeds and an umbrella. The historic building where the hotel is located has a wonderful decor, full of color and art. A thousand thanks to Gianluca, Gabriela and Lorenzo for their effort in making us feel great.

Das Team an der Reception war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit zu allen möglichen Themen. Auch die Gastronomie beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen im eigenen Restaurant ist hevorragend! Der Service auf der Dachterasse am Abend ist manchmal etwas überfordert aber trotzdem freundlich.

Zwar hat man in zwei Lidos gesicherte Sonnenschirme und Liegestühle vom Hotel aus, dafür kostet es auch mehr via Hotel. Wir hatten dann die restlichen Tage direkt online gebucht im Lido Diulio für 39 Euro pro Tag anstatt 50 Euro am Tag.

Prima impresie este aceea a unui hotel ingrijit, bine administrat, cu o imbinare armonioasa intre nou si vechi, asigurand o atmosfara relaxata, eleganta, calda, prietenoasa. Remarci speciale pentru un mic dejun divers, bogat, restaurantul de la etajul 4. De asemenea sericii excelente asigurate de Gabriela la micul dejun unde era foarte amabila cu toti clientii si oferea multe informatii. valoroase si importante. Am remarcat aceeasi calitate profesionala foarte buna si la receptionera Ida, asa am inteles ca se numea. Aprecieri pentru barmanii de la etajul 4 si in general la tot personalul de la receptie, cameriste, ospatari. Un loc unde ne vom intoarce cu siguranta!!!

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, es fehlt an nichts. Hausgemachte frische Kuchen. Hierfür und für die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an Rezeption, beim Frühstück und der supertollen Roof-Top-Bar ein ganz großes Lob! Vor Ort sehr entspannte Parkplatz-Situation. Lage am Meer perfekt, nur über die Straße und schon ist man am Strand.

Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers war schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Durchgang zum Bad etwas eng. An der Baddecke waren Wasserschäden zu sehen und es tropfte auch leicht durch. Haben wir gemeldet. Wurde sicherlich schon behoben.

Location is good- just in front of the seaside. Staff on reception were very friendly and attentive, they gave very useful instructions about the parking.

Hotel needs serious refurbishment. Furniture needs reupholstering- it looks filthy. Wooden furniture is really worn and falling apart. Hotel doesn’t provide iron and iron board. We didn’t know about it and had to go to opera in creased clothes- it was too late to order laundry service..

The staff was incredibly kind. That would make anyone just feel so comfortable and safe. They gave great suggestions for travels. The rooftop was exceptional. The bed is comfy. The food was to die for.

Price was heavy for a solo traveller, still worth it if you are looking to treat yourself

El desayuno es completo, el servicio muy bueno, la ubicacion perfecta, frente a la playa, y alrededor de comercios donde uno encuentra todo lo que necesita, nos resolvieron el tema del parking para el auto al menor costo.

Public parking can be very busy in high season. Having some reserved spots for the guests would be more comfortable. In general very good hotel but still a bit overpriced.

What impressed me the most is that, out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this is one of the very few where the staff genuinely care about making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. It’s not just something they say, it’s reflected in their attitude and in everything they do. Every single member of the staff we interacted with was absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The food is absolutely phenomenal. The breakfast is excellent (a special thank you to Gabriela, who took great care of us and made our mornings even more enjoyable) and you should definitely try the restaurant’s menu. The octopus was my favorite dish, and the panna cotta was absolutely delicious. I’m really going to miss the place, the people and the food.

From start to finish, everything was perfect, and there was nothing I didn’t like.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sehr bemüht z.B. Sektempfang. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig z.B. frisches Obst. Täglich andere Torten. Balkon, Safe, Klimaanlage, Rooftop-Bar, frisches Obst + Wasserflaschen im Zimmer. Genügend Parkplatzmöglichkeit in der Nähe vom Hotel gegen Gebühr. Ruhige Umgebung. Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe.

Die tägliche Reinigung hätte ein bisschen besser sein können z.B. Staub unter dem Bett. Nur Kleinigkeiten z.B. der Klorollenhalter gehört fixiert. Im TV waren nur italienische Sender zu finden. Klimaanlage in der Nacht könnte leiser sein.

The hotel was fantastic. It feels you like a little Palace. The room was quiet big and comfortable. Bathroom is excellent. Terrcace view and restaurant is great. Breakfast was more than expected you can find in Italy. The location is very convenient just acroos the street there are too many beaches, the other side a very nice park. The staff was also very helpful.

Das Palace ist ein wunderschönes Art-Deco-Hotel mit einer fantastischen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Promenade und das Meer. Die Zimmer sind super geschmackvoll gestaltet, das Frühstück ist köstlich! Und die Mitarbeiter sind ausnahmslos grandios!

Mi é piaciuto molto l'albergo il personale molto accogliente e pronto ad ogni tua esigenza soprattutto la Signora Ida della consierge che ci ha accolto e aiutato in ogni nostra richiesta e poi la posizione dove è situato l'albergo proprio vista mare . Noi avevamo tre cani e ci hanno accolto in maniera egregia dandoci anche la possibilità di fare colazione con loro. Ottima la colazione abbondante e ricca di ogni cosa.

From start to finish a wonderful stay, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, from Lorenzo at reception, to the excellent bar staff in the Blue Bar and the friendly breakfast waitress who gave me such a warm welcome every morning. The terrace bar was a real highlight and what a location for dinner and drinks. The room was very comfortable and the location couldn't be better. I'll definitely return, thank you to everyone.

We had a nice stay at this hotel staff were very nice and helpful at anytime, they also helped us to put our heavy luggage in our car, for the parking you can ask them to register your car for how many days you are staying (for the public street parking) with a little lower price than the usual parking ticket price (It is hard to find a parking space on weekends). the rooms are clean and nice, the space inside the rooms are good enough (we had the double or twin room with balcony and the classic double or twin room) We didn’t get to use the balcony unfortunately because it was really sunny during our stay. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. The lobby are very nice too. الفندق و تعامل الموظفين ممتاز، الغرف نظيفة وليست ضيقة، الغرف تفتح بمفتاح عادي ليس الكتروني، يوجد مصعد في الفندق، الاستقبال واللوبي مرتب وجميل، ويوجد مطعم في الدور الاخير مطل عل البحر إطلالة جدا جميلة. لا يوجد مواقف خاصة في الفندق، مواقف عامة في الشارع متوفرة لكن صعبة في نهاية الاسبوع، بالنسبة للسعر من الجهاز في الشارع 12 يورو في اليوم لكن لو دفعتو عن طريق الفندق راح يعطونكم الموقف 10 يورو في اليوم (ممكن على حسب الوقت يختلف السعر )
