Room service is overpriced and the portions are small. The room phone didn't work, had to use the cellphone to call the reception. Kids in the adjacent room were screaming and running around in the corridor, with nobody saying anything, so I had to step out to ask them to calm down.

Reviewed May 19, 2025The staff was great, all of them were very nice and professional, it was so close to the mall that it is very convenient.
The restaurant's breakfast buffet was horrible,all the trays were empty I had to ask for things to the staff but it seemed they released food in very small batches, so by the time they had something it was over very soon, the food wasn't good, coffee was horrible and burned. The pool looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months, the water is not clear and you can see all sort of things floating on it. The card system fails very often and sometimes you can't even use the elevator due to that.
