Cogimos media pensión y para ser un 4 estrellas, las cenas deficientes y muy raro el horario, de 19,30h a 21h. Pero es que a las 21h ya recogian la cena.

Tja dass man nicht im Freien frühstücken oder essen konnte aber das kann man dort bei keinem Hotel weil einfach die räumlichen Gegebenheiten nicht vorhanden sind

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Glasbalkon mit tollem Meerblick, super war die die Lage und Erreichbarkeit aller wichtigsten Dinge wie Strand, Shops, gute Restaurants, Busbahnhof etc….der Pool auf dem Dach war gigantisch haben wir aber aufgrund der der Meeresnähe nicht benutzt.
Der Frühstücksraum hatte wenig Tageslicht, und wenn er voll war, war es natürlich entsprechend laut. Aber beim internationalen Frühstück hat es einem an nichts gefehlt. besonders lecker waren die vielen frischen Früchte und die knusprigen Croissants.

L'accueil à la réception, l'organisation, la chambre, la piscine, le personnel au bar absolument charmant! L’hotel è bellissimo, stile moderno, camere pulite, cibo buono e con parecchia scelta
Unica cosa negativa, in sala da pranzo, si apprezzerebbe che sul cibo vengano messe coperture perché spesso e volentieri si posavano gruppi di moscerini su alcuni pasti e veniva da non mangiarli. Siamo rimasti delusi solo su questo aspetto, abbastanza importante

Son muy amables y atentos, las instalaciones son detalladamente hermosas y estéticas, la piscina privada es otro mundo! Muy contentas con haber elegido este hotel para vacacionar en la Costa brava,lo recomiendo mil veces!

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Les chanbres sont très bien, propres ,spacieuses, avec une belle salle de bain. Les buffets pour les repas sont bien garni et la nourriture est correcte ,le personnel est très bien.
La piscine n’est pas propre et pas bien entretenue. Il y avait de la crasse sur les skimmers. il manquerait quelques parasol pour les personnes qui veulent un peu d ombre. La salle où nous prenons les repas est un peu petite par rapport au nombre de voyageurs. Pas toujours évident de trouver une table.

l'insonorisation des fenêtres avec l'extérieur est très insuffisant. Le bruit toute la nuit a vraiment nuit à la qualité de la chambre, de l'accueil et du personnel.

L’établissement devrait préciser que les chambres ne donnant pas sur la mer n’ont aucune vue (elles donnent sur des ruelles très étroites). Grace à la gentillesse de la réceptionniste du matin nous avons eu une chambre vue mer. En revanche celle ci était extrêmement bruyante du fait des bars/restaurants de la rue principale. Insonorisation insuffisante pour couvrir les bruits extérieurs et ça toute la nuit… De plus le jus d’orange du petit déjeuner n’est pas frais, il a un goût très chimique… En demi pension, l’eau et le vin sont en supplément le soir mais ne le sont pas au petit déjeuner Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre pour un quatre étoile c’est un peu léger… et au restaurant l’eau chaude est payante…

Que no tiene nada de áreas para estar con las mascotas, a pesar de que son pet friendly, y aunque me cobraron suplementos por los perritos primera vez que no nos dan nada para ellos. Al final no es que sean pet friendly es que simplemente dejan a las mascotas dormir allí. La piscina es súper pequeña y el área de las hamacas igual de pequeña

Zdjęcie basenu zdecydowanie przerysowane, to raczej mała sadzawka na dachu. Okolica bardzo głośna, obok trwa remont w budynku i jest to uciążliwy aspekt pobytu. Śniadania ok, bez szału, kawa okropna. Zdecydowanie nie warty swojej kwoty.

Hou er rekening mee dat als je hier verblijft het ‘s nachts niet stil is op straat. Slapen met de raam open is dan ook geen optie.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Ohne es gebucht zu haben bekamen wir ein Zimmer mir Meerblick. Wirklich sehr schön vom Balkon auf die Promenade und das Meer zu schauen. Obwohl es Abends/ Nachts sehr belebt an der Promenade zugeht, ist im Zimmer nur sehr wenig davon zu hören.
Das Ausladen des Gepäcks ist durch die sehr eingeschränkten Parkmöglichkeiten sehr anstrengend und nervig. 15 min in einer gelb markierten Parkzone mit Fußweg über die Promenade sind sportlich. Aber so ist das halt wenn man im Zentrum, bzw. direkt am Strand ein Hotel bucht.

Nous étions 3 dans la chambre et nous avions 2 lits double collés. C’était assez difficile pour bien dormir. L’autre chambre louée avait 3 lits simple, ce qui était mieux.

Safe in room is free to use and there is a small fridge too. We asked for a kettle, but ended up buying one as I couldn't wait until the next day for my cuppa!! Our room was on first floor and overlooked the restaurants and bars outside. View was ok, but it was far too noisy to sit out on balcony at night. Best to choose a room higher up. Customer noise ended around midnight but still noise if shutters closing etc. This is obviously not the fault of the hotel and the downside of being by the beach. We had bed and breakfast. The breakfast was substantial with choice of bacon, eggs, beans or fruit, yoghurt and more continental style. My only issue was there were no warm plates and sometimes the hot food was barely warm; when this happened we just waited for them to replenish. A great base to explore the resort. Clean, staff helpful and efficient. Would stay again but ask for higher floor next time.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Отличное расположение. Поскольку номер был с видом на море, то очень приятно было посидеть на балконе и наслаждаться видом. Отель прямо возле мерии. Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак.
Персонал в ресторане русскоговорящий, который не умеет себя вести и громко переговаривается с одного конца ресторана в другой и обсуждают громко свои дела. В итоге туристы едят молча, а персонал "разбавляет" атмосферу своими громкими криками.

Reviewed May 17, 2026- die Lage vom Hotel war an einem super Ort - zu Fuss alles gut zu erreichen - Sauberkeit ist TOP! - Zimmer gross & geräumig - Wir hatten das Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen, alles war fantastisch. Sehr abwechslungsreich & köstlich! Ein besonderen Lob an die Frau (Name unbekannt, blonde Haare und einen längeren Zopf) die uns täglich bedient hat: Sie ist sehr lieb, hilfsbereit & stets freundlich! Natürlich bedanken wir uns auch bei dem restlichen Personal das auch sehr freundlich war! - Unser Hund war auch Herzlich Willkommen im Hotel das hat uns sehr gefreut und der Preis für denn kleinen war super! Danke fürs Geschenk!
