Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Location is top notch, right in front of the beach and the boardwalk. This is great but consider it if your are a light sleeper as during the night you might hear street noises even though the windows are pretty solid. Breakfast is great, continental buffet style. Staff is very friendly and kind. Pool is great although I thought it might be deeper (it's like two / three stair steps deep)

Очень шумно, если ваши окна выходит на сторону моря. Вы находитесь в самом центре всех событий, к этому нужно быть готовым, но проблема именно в плохой шумо изоляции, при закрытых окнах слышно все так, как-будто вы находитесь на улице. Обязательно нужны беруши (их кстати могли бы предлагать на ресепшене - как идея :) ) Немного странная идея, пусть и современная, но туалет и душевая со стеклянными полупрозрачными дверьми. Раковина находится в самом номере, тоесть по факту нет предбанника, где можно было бы элементарно раздеться перед принятием душа.

Lo staff non erano per niente cordiali anzi il contrario mi hanno fatto sentire piu di una volta discriminato. Sono arrivato in anticipo di un ora prima del check-in e una settimana prima li avevo avvisati, ho dovuto aspettare un ora alla reception fino all orario esatto del check-in. Mi hanno piu volte accorciato la validita del pass per entrare in camera. Non avendo il braccialetto al polso perche non siamo degli animali mi hanno trattato con sguardi e parole come se fossi un criminale.

Die Anfahrt zum Hotel war sehr sportlich. Achtung: Die Fußgängerzone darf nicht befahren werden, die Polizei hält sofort an. Man muss das Auto in der Entladezone stehen lassen, geht dann zum Hotel und bekommt dort eine Karte für einen Parkplatz. 24 Stunden kosten 15 Euro.

Vistes al mar són regulars, hi ha un edifici que ho tapa parcialment, o sigui és segona línia de platja no primera. No entenc perquè ho venen com si fos a primera línia. A part que l'ascensor no funcionava. I a partir de les 10h ja no se t'obra més l'habitació i et comencen a trucar perquè marxis ja abans de l'hora.

La tapa del wc estaba rota y la tv no funcionaba aunque nos dimos cuenta por la noche y ya no pudimos avisar El mayor problema es la insonorización con la calle y al estar en pleno centro de ocio y Agosto no se podía dormir bien por el ruido constante de los grupos de jóvenes extranjeros. Fuera de temporada seguro que es genial

El aire acondicionado apenas funciona. El suelo en la habitación estaba sin limpiar y sobre todo debajo de la cama. La ducha no tiene puerta y no tiene luz propia lo que es muy incómodo para ducharse porque no ves casi nada y no tienes intimidad. ( sobre todo si sois 3 personas) Y la puerta del baño es de cristal matizado lo que también hace estar incómodo. Y tener en cuenta que solo tienen un recepcionista que atiende. En plena temporada alta para hacer checking se forma mucha cola, sobre todo apartir de las 2.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026TOUT !!!!! je recommande cet établissements sans aucun doute, très bien situé, le personnel exceptionnel. Le petit déjeuner parfait et très bon. On peut se garer dans la rue ou a proximité, pour un prix correct, c'est non négligeable. Un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre, c'est top, surtout pour avoir un peu d'eau fraiche. A proximité de la plage, a peine 5 minutes à pied. Rapport qualité/prix excellent.
Je n'ai rien de négatif à souligner.

Un seul gros souci: la climatisation était en panne en ce temps de haute température. Pas seulement dans nos deux chambres mais dans tout l'hôtel. Comme la réception nous l'a dit, nous avons effectivement vu une équipe externe qui est venu à 10h00 avec deux camions pour remplacer tout le système de climatisation de l'hôtel.

The hotel was extremely noisy and very poorly sound proofed. The noise form the youngsters partying all night is quite unpleasant as well as people constantly knocking on other hotel room doors at all hours of the night. The room was incredibly sparse with no coffee/tea making facilities etc.

Fönsterna till rummet är inte ljudisolerade så man hörde massor av ljud fram till 03 utifrån .

La única pega sería que la piscina solo era de medio metro y era para tumbarse , es aceptable pero podría ser mejor … al final es entendible ya que esta ubicado a pie de playa

Petit-déjeuner varié et excellent. Personnel très gentil. Un parking privé selon disponibilité, à 3 minutes à pied,au tarif de 15 euros par jour,c'est une gros point fort car pas de place ailleurs pour se garer.

la salle de bain était ouverte sur la chambre ce qui a été vraiment génant, voyageant avec mes ados. Manque d'intimité. la porte des toilette est une porte en verre qui ne se ferme pas, et la douche n'a pas de porte.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026A destacar la amabilidad y buen servicio de todo el personal, todos se esforzaron al máximo, en que todo fuera correcto y estuviéramos cómodos. El confort de la habitación y el baño. La ubicación inmejorable. Las buenas vistas al mar desde la terraza de la habitación. El desayuno muy bueno y variado.
Es complicado encontrar el aparcamiento al llegar en coche, si no se conoce el pueblo, tuvimos que llamar al hotel para buscar solución y poder acceder por las calles que estan cortadas con pilones, seria bueno que el hotel pudiera informar sobre este tema, antes de llegar. El minibar enfría muy poco.

J'ai oublié mon portefeuille dans la chambre et la femme de ménage l’a donne a la réception qui m’a appelé une honnêteté rare de nos jours je recommande cet hotel qui a le meilleur personnel de tout lloret un grand merci pour ce séjour

Cabe destacar la amabilidad del chico de recepción (Alexander) y la cocinera (Marcela). Aunque nos hospedamos una noche solo, creo que es en el hotel que mejor he dormido. El buffet de desayuno muy variado, estaba todo muy bueno.
Por decir algo, es que se escucha mucho la gente que pasa por la calle por la noche. Pero eso no es culpa del hotel. Así que nada malo a destacar.

Das Parkhaus ist weit weg und das Auto steht unter freiem Himmel.
