Reviewed Dec 30, 2024Oda soğuk, zemin çıplak, halı yok, klima yetersiz ısıtıyor, banyo buz gibi, neyse. Akşam yemeğe çıkmak için asansöre bindik, 3 ncü katta birden durdu. Alarm zili zayıf, kimse duymadı. Tel gsm çekmiyor, tam 20 dk asansörde kaldık. Sinirden titriyorum ama şükrettim çıkabildik diye. Gece klimanın sesinden uyuyamadık. Berbat bir deneyimdi.

Reviewed Oct 3, 2022Otele girişte resepsiyonu algılamanız çok güç. Karşılama "Niçin geldiniz?" der gibiydi. Oda çift kişilik olmasına rağmen tek kişilik sarf malzemesi ve bardak vardı. Yatakta yastığın altında saç vardı, nevresimin değiştirilmiş olduğundan şüphe duydum.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2021The hotel was ok. Staff, namely the front desk office, need to be more motivated and trained by the hotel management particularity by improving their communication and hospitality skills. It is advised that breakfast meals be included in the service in the future. Overall, I liked the hotel. Thanks
