Rengøringen på værelset kunne godt være bedre. De kommer ikke ud i hjørnerne, f.eks. under skrivebordet. Og så var det ikke en varm indtjekning, jeg fik. Den var ret kold og ligegyldig. Jeg fik også et rygerværelse desværre. Det kan tydeligt fornemmes.

الفندق نظيف وغرفه واسعة نسبيا الطاقم فيه إطفاء خصوصا في المطعم العلوي لكن الفندق بعيد جدا عن مركز المدينة

Insgesamt war ich zufrieden mit der Preis Leistung und werde gerne noch mal buchen.

Personalen i receptionen var inte service inriktad man skulle behövd fråga efter chefen då fungerade att få hjälp. Frukosten och personalen där var mycket bra.

I been there for 2weeks very far from everything and stuff is no useful. And breakfast oh my god 15 days same breakfast make us sick . They should change the menu a least once a week .

Kahvaltı çok kötü olmasa kötü bir hotel değil ama çalışanların gözlerindeki hayat ışığı gitmiş.

Väldigt dålig hotell, samma frukost varje dag. Personalen var dåliga, ingen engelsk talande alls.

Otel çalışanları çok değişik. İnsanlara yardımcı olmak yerine ukala ukala cevap vermeleri. Giriş yaparken Çocuk yatağı istemem rağmen 2 saat sonra size yardımcı olamayacağız demeleri. Neden sorusuna Oda kapalı açamıyoruz. Ayrıca büyük yatak iki kişilik ortası açık insan araya düşüyor. Çarşaflar düzensiz özensiz Yorgan kılıfı açık yorganın arasına insan girer yani. Giriş yaparken odaya bakmak isteğimizi belittiğimizde Yönetim kararı var gösteremeyiz demeleri . İnanın bir gece için bile kalınmayacak bir otel Paranıza yazık.

İki gün kaldım, ücretsiz spa, hamam vs. mükemmel bir hizmet. Odalar temiz, personel saygılı ve güleryüzlü. Lokasyon harika. İşyerime yakın olması nedeni ile devamlı tercih edeceğim bir mekan. Bayramoğlu Holdinge teşekkürler.

Gayet güzel bir şekilde seyahatimizi tamamladık. Güzel ve temiz bir otel fiyat performansı olarakta çok güzeldi ulaşım rahattı.

İstanbula geldiğimizde düzenli olarak tercih ettiğimiz bir otel, odalar ferah ve çok temiz fakat son konaklamamızda duşakabin su akıtıyordu banyo su içinde kaldı birkaç defa düşme tehlikesi atlattım onun dışında gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edebileceğiniz bir otel.

The lights in the room is not working very little light

Rooms are neat. Food good and moderate prices. Staff are excellent especially Serva Dora in the cafe, Betse and Yasin in the reception. Manager of the hotel is very good and treated us with kind hospitality.

Nothing works: the elevator is constantly broken, the pool remains closed despite promises to fix it within two days, and nothing has been done. The only good thing is the staff, who are nice people, but the hotel itself is bad.

It was a lovely hotel and lovely staff but shame the pool was out for maintenance but spa and massage was nice .

As usual it’s my dad only favourite and comfortable hotel. If you have extra person, they charged 400 Turkish lira per night for a double room.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

There is not a lot to say about this hotel except is AMAZING, rooms are big and nice, breakfast is fantastic, location is good and with a supermarket just a cross the street, restaurant next to hotel, even a pharmacist, all is perfect.

It was a very nice hotel more than four star appearance and facilities. Just in two minutes back of to Hotel was a big place for shopping and restaurants coffee shops and everything you need. Wonderful place

The room key does not work all the times. The save also has to be fixed at every room we got. The air-condition does not work at all times. The bathroom is very small that the door can not be opened all the way, also when you take a shower the water goes all over the floor which makes it dangerously slippery. The elevators are busy at all times you have to wait long time.

The name of this hotel is different with the name you mentioned in your website. I gave my shirt to wash and ask them I need it for same day evening they told me it is okay but they didn’t bring my shirt and I check out the day after with out my shirt 😠

Wir konnten keine Nacht ruhig schlafen, da man durch die Zimmer alles gehört hat bzw wir genau unter dem Restaurant unser Zimmer hatten, wo man vom Lärm aufgeweckt wurde. Weiteres sollte man vielleicht Hausregeln offensichtlich aufhängen weil es für den einen oder anderen ARABISCHEN KUNDEN NICHT Verständlich ist dass mitten in der NACHT nicht geschrien werden sollte bzw man NICHT DIE TÜREN ZUKNALLEN SOLL und EIN RESPEKTVOLLERES VERHALTEN gegenüber anderen Gästen.

stuff was very helpful and friendly. bathroom wasn’t clean. a lot of mold in bathtub and sink food wasn’t great. olives were gone bad and flies on food

I stayed for 2 night in Suite room and have space but Old furniture .cleaning need to improve for better. uncomfortable pillow need to change. helpful staff. Breakfast its Ok. close to super market Carrefour. can say overall good.

Hi I booked that hotel just because of swimming pool for my Son but they're told me we have a water problem if they have a water problem why they updated the website secondly the room it wasn't very clean.

Everything’s were good I have for them a note to be more stick for the non smoking room as even the white their non smoking floor many are smoking. And you need to correct the location one your map as it not direct to the main road the hotel is 10 min walking from the main road

Very good place to stay, clean, rooms are nice and spacious, big lobby, hotel restaurant is very good as well, near to a lot a shops. transportation, and staff is very helpful and welcoming

Great Hotel - Wrong Holiday location A beautiful hotel with lavish rooms, great housekeeping, good food & a warm welcoming. Only gripe was all the spa, sauna, steam, pool & gym facilities were closed due to COVID & not clear enough about this when booking on-line. Even the snooker table was closed! Location is a long way away (1 hour) to the main tourism of Istanbul with nothing to do locally, the location is mainly residential, (mainly Turkish speaking only) if the spa facilities were open then it would have been better & much less boring.

The location for hotel is very good, near to main road E5 it take about 10 min. walking

Awful customer service. Never got the visa approved by person to attend, tried to contact to move the date or to cancel for a refund, very unprofessional waited until date was over to say there's nothing to do about it. I had to call the hotel from San Francisco, and got charged over 100$ for conversation where no-one wanted to speak to me or respond emails or calls, moved to responses that manager is not on duty, can't speak, call tomorrow for a solid week. Very very very bad experience, nothing good to say about it.
