We’ve just returned from a 10-day family holiday with our children, aged 10 and 14. We visited last year for a week and loved it so much that we had to come back. We were a little worried that it wouldnt be as good, but it was even better. This resort is just perfect, so much to do. There aren't too many English tourists, and you know it's good when the locals choose to holiday here. The resort is huge, giving you the choice of being right in the heart of the action or enjoying a slower, quieter pace. Staff, food, drinks, pools, entertainment, rooms - Gold Star from us We had another fantastic stay and would not hesitate to return again.
We had a lovely week at club tuana the grounds are beautiful and really well looked after by all the keepers. The hotel is very big but once used to it it’s fine. We had a room in the sienna area of the hotel which was situated out of the hotel which we loved we spend most days by the main pool with music, aqua aerobics, water polo etc but to have a quieter area to go back to was lovely. The rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels changed, room was great very spacious considering some bad reviews we read. All the bar staff are lovely special shoutout to musa and melis musa worked the sienna area and main pool bar he was lovely, and melis mainly at the cocktails bar by the beach always had a smile on her face. Drinks are good beers cold! Cocktails spirits all there if you prefer premium drinks ask for it and you can have. My daughter loved the kids club and kids aqua park spend most days there she loved all the staff especially alara. Food was superb you can’t possibly complain about food there is so much choice even at breakfast. All taste really good the snack bar we loved, the restaurants we went to were olive tree and posideon both nice are favourite was olive tree. We got a taxi to Calis beach was €15 one way really nice area. All in all a great week we would 100% return we all loved it
Had a lagoon room …the room was basic but with a nice balcony and clean..overlooking the fabulous pool …I’m a swimmer so got up early and swam whilst quiet ..it’s a family hotel so yes lots of kids and ideal for 3-12 yr olds …entertainment was a bit sparse for 9-12 yr olds but pools are a good size and water sports available . The beach was Rocky and not particularly clean so we stayed around pool with plenty of loungers , the sea was murky and went out in a boat snorkelling ok when further out but still rubbish floating …it’s a £20 taxi to the market and marina if shopping for copies same bags dif logos 🙄not my thing but plenty doing it . Lagoon bar and pool was an eye opener on pool rooms where drinks snacks etc just left on The water edge I found myself swimming and clearing up before the staff came on lazy guests yes but bar staff didn’t attempt to clear glasses etc til next morning looked like an Ibiza party some days …love a pool bar but guests should be more responsible ……food queuing fir the kebabs at snack bar so could do more if that ……buffet was good but found 7 pm late to open so lunch 12 -2 dead on then til 7 just snack bars …its not near anything else to walk to so felt a bit isolated …so on that with small children where kids club and pools suffice yes a good choice …
This resort is amazing. We booked a club room which was spacious and very modern. The whole complex is immaculate with manicured gardens. Food in the main buffet is also very good. We ate at Olive Tree restaurant which is one of their A La Carte and the food was good. They offer branded spirits and drinks on their all inclusive package. We have been to Turkey many times and this is the first hotel that I will happily rebook again. They have main pool and two small pools for little children. One with next to kids club with slides for small children and another one is a splash park next to a main pool. They also have slides for older children & adults which was a lot of fun. Service at all bars and restaurants is also very good. Their staff seem generally happy and always happy to help. Beach area has rocks but scenery is beautiful. Only downfall is that they dont have lifts so if you have buggy and small children this could be an issue.
We stayed from 8th–18th August 2026, and overall, we absolutely loved this hotel/resort! Our room was clean and tidy when we arrived. We needed two additional pillows and a blanket, which were brought to us quickly and without any hassle. After the first night, we found the beds a little too hard for us. We reported this to reception, and memory foam mattress toppers were delivered that same day. Again, the service was super efficient, and the toppers were very clean. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided, and the beds were changed regularly. The facilities across the resort are amazing! We stayed at Siena Tunana, which is just off the main complex but only a short walk away. Personally, I preferred this area as it was lovely and quiet. If you wanted a peaceful day, there is a smaller pool with its own bar/snack station, which was clean, relaxing and very quiet. It was also nice and peaceful at night, which suited us as we like an early night. I was up by 6am every morning and went running. You can run a loop of around a mile around the resort, so a few laps makes a nice 5k route. I felt completely safe running around the resort, and it was a lovely little route. The gym is excellent, with great facilities for weights as well as some really good treadmills if you want to do longer runs. There is also a fully stocked fridge with water, and clean towels are available to help yourself to. The gym was very clean too. The larger pool is much livelier, with plenty going on throughout the day. The animation team give everyone a great welcome each morning, singing and dancing poolside. If you want a poolside bed, definitely get your towels down early! The water slides are also open for a few hours every afternoon. The beach, however, isn't anything to rave about. The jetty is nice to walk along, though, and it's great fun jumping or diving off it! There is a pool bar and main bar right by the pool, which is really convenient. The snack bar for dinner was amazing! There was plenty of choice, and it was easy to find a seat. The main Veranda restaurant was also fantastic. The food was excellent, and we genuinely didn't have one bad meal throughout our stay. I don't drink, but I would 100% recommend the iced coffees! 👌 They were delicious! Coffee is also available 24/7 at the main bar, or from the self-service machine in the main reception. The staff were generally great. I think the cleaning staff and gardening/technical teams are the unseen heroes of the resort. They work incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep the whole place clean, tidy and safe. The bar staff were friendly, and the waiting staff in the restaurant were also pleasant. I would say that, at times, it felt as though guests who gave a little extra in tips received slightly more attention, and perhaps some things were overlooked for others because of this. However, it didn't really affect our stay. Overall, we would 100% recommend this hotel. It's perfect for families but also has plenty to offer adults. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return! ❤️
We went in late October. Still very busy but pools were cold, the adults in our group barely got in. Several pools dotted around, always plenty of beds. Kids in our group were ok in the pools although often reemerged with blue lips! Shame they didn’t heat the pool up, I think several people asked! Food was great, lots of veggie options, plenty of drinks etc, bottled water everywhere to help yourself to. Didn’t leave the complex so can’t comment on location. Rooms ok, pretty dated. We asked to move as was given a really odd room away from our friends, they moved us without hesitation. The lagoon area did us lovely cocktails!
We’ve just come back from an amazing stay at Club Tuana with our 15‑year‑old son, and it was honestly one of our favourite family holidays. We stayed in La Siena, which is a peaceful area with beautiful gardens and only a short walk to the main resort. The entertainment blew us away — Flashback, Aero Africa and the White Party were incredible and good for the whole family. Even though there weren’t loads of English teens, our son made friends straight away with Russian and German boys thanks to the water polo and darts activities. There’s plenty to keep teenagers busy. After that, he was off living his best life and we barely saw him. He loved the freedom as there’s not around the resort, it’s very safe and we were confident for him to wander about after we had gone to bed for an extra hour or two. There was lots of families with younger kids too, it was a good mix. We spent most days at the big main pool, which was brilliant. The entertainment team were full of energy, and Artem deserves a special mention. There was loads of activities to keep the whole family busy. We used the gym too which was good. The Food was a real highlight too — Roko and the Italian restaurant were genuinely outstanding. When we go back the olive restaurant had lots of good comments so we would like to try that and the fish restaurant. They are set menus you get four courses and they are 10:10. The main buffet and snack bars were also really good, and the drinks were spot on. The room and room service was good and air con was a godsend. The beach area is gorgeous, with clean bars and plenty of space. Sunbeds were easy to get, though if you want a prime poolside spot you’ll need to be up early. There are loads of others around the resort if you’re not fussed. Our son did end up with an ear infection, but the on‑site private clinic was a lifesaver. It cost £100 for the consultation and medication, and he was sorted quickly. We went to fethiye Tuesday tourist markets which is a half an hour bus trip and cost us 300 Turkish lira each way for the three of us. The bus stop is right outside the hotel entrance. The staff at the hotel were all really friendly and helpful, especially on check in and the bus drivers were really helpful too. This was our first holiday to turkey and it won’t be our last. Only downside: the mosquitos love me, so definitely pack strong insect repellent! A brilliant resort with great food, entertainment, and a lovely atmosphere for families with teenagers. We loved it
The place is insanely big and the staff are so welcoming. We stayed in the swim up room which has its own bar and the staff there made the best drinks. Hatice and Arda were especially friendly and helpful. Really couldn't fault a thing. The food was so lovely, it wasn't repetitive and they had fresh bread and people cooking fresh food throughout the day. Drinks are INSAAAAANE. The cocktails are so good. Make sure you try the Pina Colada but you must request this ;). Would love to give a special shout to can and have who worked in the restaurant- you made our stay extra special and you were so kind to us on our stay. Hava you remind me of my aunty I love you! Honestly book this place. It's worthit. The market is a short ride away. Just 10/10 - just to add they do have loads of birds and I really hope the hotel look after them. This is the only thing that I would question as some did look a little bit sad - I would suggest to the hotel to make it clear the animals are well looked after as for some holiday makers they may think they are not.
We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is nice. The staff were ok. The ultra all inclusive part was very disappointing as the was not a variety of food during the day time.
Just to say right off the bat, extremely happy with this trip! When we booked this holiday, the Travel Republic website really did not do this hotel any justice with the pictures and description. This place is huge! Huge in the sense we got lost some nights looking for our block, but its not a bad thing as there are signs everywhere. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The big one is food. I didnt go in with high hopes because normally hotel food is pretty standard and catered for the western audience so its kind of bland and safe. I was very surprised with the calibre of food that was available here, varied, SEASONED and tasty. I don't think I have eaten as much as I have on a holiday at a hotel like I did here! FYi the freshly made lahmacun and the mini choc croissants are to die for! We stayed in adjoining rooms which is of good standard. Clean and housekeeping were on point everyday. Plenty of storage space and toilet/bathroom was clean. The toilet has a bidet which took us a day to figure out we actually had, but very useful! The hotel itself is quite remote and literally on the coast of the Mediterranean sea with a private beach! There is lovely pier with cabanas you can hire and honestly, such an amazing view! My only gripe about my stay is the cost of the activities/excursions available in-house. For example, 10 minutes of jet skiing cost 60 euros which is INSANE. I would've liked a more varied range of activities too. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and kids absolutely adored the place. There was a kids area which included a childminding service that keeps the kids busy with structured activities, as well as a child friendly pool and slide area. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back here.
We stayed three nights at Tuana, Fethiye. Room was nice, with a porch where you could hang laundry. Shower was roomy. Buffet was lavish, both breakfast and dinner, and alcoholic drinks were free at dinner (all kinds)! Pool and beach were nice. Many families with children come there.
Another great holiday for me and my 8 year old daughter. Was great to see so many of the same staff from previous visits as they are all so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the kids club team especially Irem and Zanad you was fantastic as usual. Cannot say anything negative about this hotel as it has enough going on for everyone to get involved if the choose to? Food was excellent as usual with a very good variation each day. All on all a 10 out of 10 from us, my daughter is already looking forward to returning next October
We visited as two families with 4 adults, 4 children aged between 22 months and 13 years. Food - lunch 12.30-2pm and tea 7-9pm - fantastic, always kept topped up, fresh, lots of food cooked fresh in front of you, lots of choice. Options for plain pasta, sauce, chips etc for those younger fussy ones! We visited at the end of the season and at teatime there was sometimes queues for the freshly cooked food, everyone was polite as queued fairly. There is a steriliser, liquidiser and plastic plates for babies. Loads of tables and plenty of places to sit. There is also a playground in the outside seating area of the main restaurant. Water in big fridges to help yourself, of drinks available from staff or the bar. Pools - the pools were cold, and sometimes the kids wanted to get out after a while due to this, but it didn’t put them off getting back in again once warmed up! The sea was warmer than the pool, I don’t think this would be an issue in the warmer months but we travelled end of October so was about 24/26 degrees. Despite this, we all had a great time in the pools. There is a baby pool with slides next to the main pool , slides , and also a separate kids pool with slides open for 2 hours morning and 2 hours afternoon. There is no sun loungers around the pools with slides, only the baby pool and main pool. You cannot use the lagoon pool/bar unless a guest in the lagoon rooms. You have to get up early to save a sun lounger if you want one, most were full by 7am. Snack bar - open 10.30am-5pm. Usually salad, chips, pizza, burgers etc. Later in the afternoon mini doughnuts and chocolate sauce is available. All food cooked fresh there are kept well topped up. Turkish pancakes and ice cream are available free next to the mini zoo (behind the gym). Rooms - we stayed in a deluxe club double room, this was one room with a double bed, a single bed and a travel cot. If you have 2 bigger kids then they add an extra single bed so they can sleep 4. The rooms were clean, made up everyday with fresh towels, large shower that was lovely and warm. Very small patio/balcony only really suitable for drying swimwear and storing inflatables. The club rooms are all really near to the main facilities. Shopping - there is a mall with shops and hairdressers, but it is cheaper if you go offsite to Fethiye, olu deniz or Calis. Transfer - we had a private transfer and it took 45 minutes from Dalaman. Shared transfer would be slightly longer. Cleanliness - the whole hotel was spotless, a whole team of staff and cleaning and tending to the gardens all the time to keep it looking great. Beach - loungers available, lovely jetty, beach pebbly but there is steps to get into the water to where is is more sandy. Steps down off the jetty for swimming and also a dive board. Lifeguards on the jetty during the day. The sunset is beautiful and a must see. Going out - we went to Calis (20 mins) , Fethiye (30 mins) and Olu Deniz (45 mins). There is taxis outside the hotel. We used the hotels mini bus as there was too many of us for one taxi and the driver was great and came back for us at the time we asked. You can book this at the reception. Olu Deniz blue lagoon is a must, great day out, shopping and lunch then a walk down to the blue lagoon (100 lira per person) for a swim. It’s lovely, still and shallow enough for a nice swim with kids too. Kids club - only used once but was enjoyed, there is a programme of activities for each day. Entertainment - this was great, kids disco at 8.30pm , main entertainment at 9.30pm each night. The entertainment team were really good, talented and professional. They also sometimes have acts coming from outside the hotel to perform which were also really good. Bars - cocktails only available from the beach bar, branded alcoholic drinks at all bars and also including coke, fanta, sprite. Nuts available behind the bar which we ate bucket loads of! Large bar in the centre where the snack bar is, pool bar, and a coffee bar near the slides for flavoured coffees and iced coffees. We thought this hotel was fantastic and cannot fault it, we had a really lovely time, the staff were great, friendly and the hotel was super clean. I would recommend booking If you are thinking of doing!
This was our 7th time at Club Tuana. We were in the Lagoon Apartments, all Staff from the Maid to Bar staff were excellent especially the twins Husain & Husan. The food has a great selection of the patisserie to all main meals. You have a choice of 4 pre- bookable specialist restaurants. We have already booked for next year, 3 weeks this time. Hopefully get the same Lagoon Room we had this year. Room 1018. The Entertainment is for all ages, kids clubs to fabulous shows. Adam & his team are superb. We highly recommend a visit to Club Tuana, you won't go anywhere else.
Tuana has everything you need for a brilliant family holiday. Despite what must be a long slog of a summer all the staff were still smiling and putting in their best effort. Entertainment team especially make you feel welcome, Sadam and Anastasia especially. Top tip - if you play football in the evening go on Vlad's team!
Just returned home after spending October half term in Club Tuana. It was our first visit to Turkey and we are a family of 3 (two 45yr old adults and one 8 year old boy). We stayed in a deluxe family room and like other reviews have said, they're definitely dated but we weren't too bothered about that, they were fine for what we needed. The beds however are also just like other reviewers reported and are rock hard. My husband didn't mind at all but wow, I did really struggle. The weather was great, hotter than Kos same time last year. It rained one day and I would say to take little brollies with you if rain is forecast during your stay. The food was really nice, loads to choose from. We opted for the snack bar in the day and the restaurant at night. The snack bar served freshly cooked pizza, chips, salad and burgers. Our 8yr old is football mad and we didn't see him all day as the pool was too cold for him so he would play football all day with the plenty of other football crazy kids who would turn up throughout the day. He enjoyed the slides, they're open in the morning and then later on in the afternoon, again freezing at this time of year but a must to cool down after hours of playing football. Top tips: we took Turkish Lira and had no issues using this, they're quite happy to accept any currency, download the Tuana app, anything you need you can get via the app, the hotel responds to it very quickly. If the mozzies usually like you, take the strongest spray you can find, they will get you! They are most prominent on the grass football field and by the 3G pitch, I couldn't even walk past it without getting bitten, in the day! Hire a cabana for the day £53 and well worth the experience. Unless you're up early, you won't get a sunbed but chilling on the pier is great and sunbeds are a plenty. Sunsets are out of this world. Take long sleeves for the evenings, it gets nippy when the sun's gone in. Go see the birds by the ice cream bar, they are beautiful and sooo cute. Take water shoes if you like going in the sea, there are shingles, alternatively just jump in from the pier if you're brave enough. If you are a lover of bread and pastries, do not book this hotel, you will be a stone heavier when you leave, it's irresistible. You can shower in the spa on your last day so don't need to book your room for extra time if you've a late flight. Finally, go to the Tuesday market, take the bus outside the hotel as it's cheaper than a taxi and a great experience. Write a list and get all your Christmas presents! The fresh produce is stunning and delicious, have a small breakfast on this day! There's a toilet there, but it'll cost you (£1 or so lol). Try the fresh rose Turkish delight if you're a lover, you won't be disappointed. The Turkish people are so friendly, the hotel entertainment team work tirelessly and are all so happy, even at the end of the season. Would highly recommend this hotel for a family getaway!!
Upon arriving after a horrible delay due to the signal failure this summer, we were greeted in a lobby that was dark and creepy. The night manager was rude and had such a sour expression on his face. He was rude and redused to sort out any of the problems we had regarding the rooms. The porter who took us to our rooms was trashing our luggages and even left some of our party outside the wrong room and just drove off, they had to haul their suitcases to the right room number which was up a flight of stairs. Although the morning reception team were more helpful and approachable and were able to deal with all the problems. Besides a select few staff majority of the staff were unresponsive and it felt like you were annoying them when asking for anything. There was no designated smoking area, everywhere you sat you were inhaling smoke. There was no room service and hot food was unavailable after 12. You could only eat dry salami sandwiches if you had the munchies at night. The resort was poorly lit all over, I even fell down the steps because the lights were nonexistent on the staircases at night near the lagoon rooms. Make sure to bring your mosquito repellent, we were bitten like mad! It was a pretty resort. However, the park rooms were a joke. The amount we paid and the quality of the rooms were horrible. Most of the party had to upgrade to have a semblance of a decent stay. The lagoon rooms were pretty, however they were quite run down on the inside. Floors were cracked and I could feel the crunchy parts under my feet. And the bathroom just did not match the rest of the interior. There was good entertainment and the food was tasty. Those were the perks. Had the morning staff not presented with a friendly disposition and helped sort out all the queries from the horrible check in experience, I would have to say I would have absolutely rated the hotel a lot lower. Over all the holiday was saved by the fact that our whole party of 12 made the most of the time and tried to look past the negative.
We just returned from an 10 day stay at this hotel. The positives are the food was good although usually cold by the time we got it. The grounds of the hotel are lovely, well maintained and plenty of greenery. Plenty of things to do for kids although we were just a couple. The entertainment was very good most of the time. The down side for us was there was no indoor lounges where you could relax on comfy sofas. I was very surprised to find there was smoking at all bars which for a non smoker was absolutely awful. The restaurant was like a canteen it was far too busy and noisy. The staff were clearing plates into a large mobile bin right beside the tables, very off putting. We didn’t really find the staff friendly apart from one of the ladies who was always keen to help in the canteen. The decor in the room was nice although it needs some TLC, the beds were uncomfortable with a hard mattress and the bedding consisted of a thin blanket which reminded me of a hospital blanket. Sorry to be so negative but I don’t think the hotel is of a 5 star rating in any way.
Stayed for 8 nights in Club Tuana in October, family of 4 including 2 adults and 2 kids age 13 and 15. We were in Parkside in a 2 bedroom family room. Ground floor large balcony. Room was fine was clean and plenty wardrobe/drawer space for clothes. The walls were absolutely paper thin, could hear the neighbour snoring and getting told off from his wife for farting 😂😂. It was around a 7 minute walk to the main pool and restaurant. We had our own pool at Parkside with snack bar. The room was fine for us yes they are a bit dated but it was spotlessly clean. Cleaners cupboard was next to our front door and every morning they would congregate there for a mothers meeting as I called it and sit on our doorsteps, usually we were up and awake by then but a couple of times they did wake up with the chatting. The grounds round the hotel were spotless. Plenty sunbeds no sunbed wars when we stayed although most days we stayed over at Parkside and was quieter and more chilled. We found food and drink fine, plenty choice of food although I just wish it was a bit hotter as most of the time we found the food to be lukewarm sometimes cold. Mosquitos are a problem , we got bitten both inside and outside, mostly outside but a few times in the room too. Despite us using plug ins, sprays, creams etc. Hired a pavilion at the beach one day it was nice, you got served twice with drinks once in morning then once in afternoon they came with champagne, fruits, cakes etc all other food and drinks you had to go get yourself. Used the Tuana app on phone when there, told you what was happening and when, you could also contact guest relations and housekeeping etc , on arrival I asked on app for extra pillows and they were delivered to my room within 10 minutes. Then I also asked for the room to be sprayed as was suffering with mosquito bites, again within 10-15 mins they arrived at door with plug ins and sprays for us to use. Shop on site is very expensive, we bought 2 roll on deodorant to, shaving foam and a bag of crisps and got charged £21 😳 Wish I had know about the wee shop beside the hotel before I bought them in the hotel shop. There is a little shop down the road in between the security guard main gate and Parkside much cheaper in there. All in all we had a lovely time at Tuana and would possibly return if we got a good deal
We just come back and i wouldnt not reccomend so many slippy surfaces everywhere i thought could be more staff moping around poolside and cleaning there was litter everywhere disgusting. Floor was very slippy whrn rained it rained threw and no one cleaned up was a death trap. My main concern is the black and white disco when we went under age children being served alchol they was ages 14 15 16 17 staff no checking for ID i discussed with the manager who looked only young himself he rolled his eyes and blamed bar man there was drama each night we went and found men creepy and one pestered stalked that evening my daughter they did nothing about it poor safeguarding and heard he had done same previous night to another lady. Also the toilets there was shared ladies cubicle didnt lock very unsafe toilets smelt unclean dirty the floor was wet slippy. Restaurant was crowded people pushing in poor choices for veggies as well. Didnt find the evenings kids club was repeative daily didnt understand the host spoke too fast and mostly in turkish enternainment was poor and mostly dances with same people which we found boring. Dont think its a very safe or secure place no wrist bands which i found strange i think saftey isnt considered there .
Best food ever in an all inclusive hotel. Our first 5 days were great, plenty of space around the pool and no need to get up at the crack of dawn for a sunlounger, unfortunately our last 5 days overlapped with mid term holidays, rowdy parents and kids singing football chants, lots of pushing in the pool, piles of food left in the restaurant and running around the restaurant like it was a race track. It’s a family hotel so you expect the kids to enjoy themselves but not to the detriment of everyone else. It’s a pity the hotel management didn’t show face at anytime during our 10 days to witness what was happening.
What amazing hotel. We have been coming to ClubTuana for the last 8 years. Its like our 2nd home. The staff are amazing will do anything for you . They are so friendly helpful. Mehmet lsik is amazing hes the head bar man . He looks after you from the day your there. Hes great with children they all love him. All the bar staff are great. The food is amazing you definitely won't go hungry. The waiters in the restaurant do a fantastic job. They look after you . The hotel grounds are kept so lovely. The garden team do a fantastic job. The rooms are great always cleaned daily. The towel art id fantastic. The lady's that clean the room are very friendly too. The entertainment team do a great job always something to do. Very friendly too. Looking forward to seeing you all again in April 2026
Everything was fine until my glasses were stolen — expensive, branded ones. Because of this, despite some positives, I cannot recommend this hotel. It’s simply not safe. Here’s what happened. One day, I suddenly couldn’t find my glasses before going for a walk. They were nowhere to be found — I searched the entire room, even lifted the bed. I tried to recall my steps: around noon, I met with my tour guide, and the glasses were definitely on me. After that, I went to the bar and then returned to the room. My wife and I soon left again to exchange money at the reception, as we were planning to walk to the A101 store outside the hotel. When we came back to grab our things and change clothes, the room had already been cleaned. Before leaving, I just remembered about the glasses, tried to find them and realized that they were missing. I went for the walk without them. When we returned from store, I went straight to the reception and reported the loss. I asked if they could check the security cameras to trace what had happened. They assured me they’d do their best and sent me to Guest Relations. I suggested checking the camera footage to trace my route — maybe I dropped them somewhere or left them unattended. They told me it was impossible because there were “no cameras” in the area of our rooms — for “privacy reasons.” But what about safety? Our room was located outside the main hotel area. How can the absence of cameras be considered secure? I then asked them to check my route on the main territory, but they said that was also impossible. They could only review footage from specific places and times — if I provided them exactly. Note that this hotel promotes its “innovative facial recognition system” instead of wristbands, yet they can’t even track guest movement on camera? Seriously? These two facts just don’t add up. Anyway, I gave them the exact time I visited the bar so they could confirm I was wearing my glasses then. My theory was simple: if I still had them in the bar, they must have been stolen from the room; if I didn’t, I might have left them there. The footage showed me leaving the bar wearing the glasses. That means I returned to my room with them and didn’t stop anywhere along the way. So the last known location of the glasses was clearly our room. I can only conclude that they were stolen during cleaning. What disappointed me most was the staff’s reaction — they were cold and indifferent, as if this happens all the time. They didn’t seem to care at all. It felt like they were just covering for each other. If their “innovative” camera system really existed, they could’ve easily checked the footage from the bar to the room. Even if the cameras showed that I accidentally dropped the glasses outside, I would’ve accepted my mistake and apologized. But the only logical explanation left is theft. It’s sad to see that the hotel’s management doesn’t care about its reputation. When I told my guide about it, he reacted calmly — almost too calmly — and even gave me step-by-step advice on how to call the carabinieri. He said that usually makes the staff take things more seriously. So apparently, this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Staying at this hotel feels unsafe. The staff’s attitude toward guests is terrible — you’re just a number with a wallet to them. The rooms are old, the furniture is shabby. The air conditioner is very loud, it is impossible to fall asleep. Sure, the hotel has its pros. But after what happened, none of them matter. There are plenty of better options in Turkey. I do not recommend this hotel
Friendly staff; gorgeous grounds. Only criticism is the unnecessary piped music everywhere and 'nature' sounds at night.
We had a fantastic family holiday – it really had everything we needed. The planned activities throughout the day kept the kids busy and made things easy for us. Highlights The entertainment team were great and really personal with the family. A special shout-out to Ahmet, who greeted my three boys every morning and made them feel so welcome. He even gave us fun nicknames – calling me Frank Lampard and my son Cole Palmer – which was a nice touch that made the boys smile every day. The restaurant staff worked incredibly hard, and Saliha deserves a special mention. She couldn’t do enough for us and is a real credit to the hotel. Food The food was a bit hit and miss. Some days it was absolutely fantastic, while other days you had to piece a meal together. There’s a lot of choice, it’s just about finding the right combinations. Tip: Go for the evening meal around 6:45 pm to avoid the big rush after 7:15 pm when it gets very busy. Other Tips Bring mosquito spray – it’s definitely needed. Overall, it was an amazing family holiday and we’d definitely go back. The only thing I’d change would be the pool music – the same playlist on repeat for 10 days got a bit much. I’m sure the staff would appreciate a bit of variety too!
So.. I'll start with the positives. The complex was well maintained and clean overall... That was quick.!!.This is OUR own personal experience. So we have to say we will not be returning. We booked 2 weeks in the Lagoon area in a 1st floor room (swim up rooms below and 1 floor above.) to have a nice break away to celebrate our joint 60th birthdays. So for a start the 'cleaners' didn't.!. all our cleaner did was make the bed. The surface around the bathroom sink was probably wiped no more than 3 times in the 2 weeks. The surface area around the kettle was not wiped and has the same 'cup ring' mark and sugar spillage for the whole 2 weeks. So that was very disappointing. The walls and floors may as well have been made from paper. We were woken up EVERY morning by noisy kids above us running about and scraping chairs for the whole 2 weeks. Next door's kids TV could be heard each morning along with toilets being used/flushed.!!. Quite unpleasant.!. Along with everyone being incapable of closing their room doors quietly and just letting them slam shut, the overall noise was awful. We gave up being considerate after a few days and decided to join the selfish door bangers club and just let ours slam too. Quite satisfying it was too. LOL.. All of the available Lagoon Area sun beds were grabbed by the people using the swim-up rooms by them getting their towels down very early if not the night before which was quite selfish so we were forced to use the pool area where again fighting for sunbeds was a daily thing as towels were down VERY early. The food hall (canteen as we called it.) was a no-go area before 8 o'clock as there would be no where to sit and the volume of shouting kids was hard to bear. The food was always 'warm' at best. The main bar area where lunchtime food was available was ok if you could hear yourself think over the racket made by everyone scraping their chairs when sitting down to eat and getting up again. The rentable huts on the pier were a god-send as it got us some much needed peace and quiet. The Spa was very nice too.....So these are just some of the niggles that we weren't expecting and what made our stay here very disappointing. We won't be returning or recommending the place either. However if you have kids then it's a great place. For us, it spoiled what we were hoping for as a 60th birthday holiday in the sun.
This is for the Pelagos restaurant. Food was good. Lamb chops overcooked. Service was a little slow (waiters clearing plates etc) lady sat next to us had to get our plates for ours and their Salads. Cheesecake still frozen in centre, not sure if it was meant to be.
Amazing place Amazing staff especially Emine at the bar who is by far the friendliest person I have ever met! A smile that lights up the whole place she is without doubt a credit to the hotel
Club Tuana isn’t just a hotel, it’s truly a second home. I’ve visited five times in the past two years, and I’m already counting down the days until visit number six (and beyond!). Every time I return, it feels like I’m coming back to family. This isn’t just a holiday destination it’s a community where friendships are made, memories are created, and every moment feels special. Whether you’re sunbathing by the pool, dancing the night away at the disco, or chatting small talk over dinner with someone random, you’ll always find a connection here. This hotel is perfect for everyone, families, couples, kids, and even solo travelers. And honestly, you’ll never really feel “solo” here because there’s always someone to talk to, laugh with, and to share a moment. A huge shoutout to the amazing team who make every stay unforgettable, especially the bar manager/supervisor Mehmet, who always makes me feel welcome and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. Also, big thanks to Kadir, Yousef, and Curly Mehmet for the great chats, the laughter, and of course, the legendary cappuccinooooo for my dad! We can’t forget about the Entertainment Team especially Anastasia & Adem who make everything run as smooth as possible throughout your stay! and of course Azer the best DJ in the house! This place has my heart my second family. Can’t wait to be “home” again soon. ❤️
Absolutely gorgeous holiday We upgraded to the lagoon area which is highly recommended if you can (well worth the money) it totally changed our holiday for the better. Most staff were friendly and helpful - a few problems with reception staff who we found rude and unhelpful at times but we didn't let it spoil our stay. I would definitely return in the future.
Lovely room nice decor roomy, requested a ground floor and when we arrived they managed to find a twin room. We were a little cold so used the blankets in the cupboard. Asked for 2 more pillows and they were provided straight away. Not much hanging space and only 4 hangers each. So most of our clothes were on the shelves. Bar food wasnt to my liking, ok if you want burgers pitza chips etc. The resteraunt served a good variety but sometimes the food wasnt very warm, so we used the microwave to heat the food. Very busy in October and a bit manic at times having to queue quite a while for food. The soups were tasty and salad selections plenty. We were a party of 6 so sometimes found it difficult to find a table. No service at the tables fully self service, which meant we had to jump up for food and drinks. Being used to a smaller hotel in olu deniz i found some staff looked fed up and some were brusque and rude especially the bar where the snack bar was. The pier was great and away from the noise during the day. The huts to hire were £55 per day with a fruit and drinks package included. Also drinks were supposed to be offered regularly but we only saw2-3 times staff came to take orders. There was a dolmus to use at just under £2 each way not far from the hotel barrier it took approx 45-50 minutes to get to fethiye mosque in the town centre. We booked a boat trip in the port and paid extra for transfers £23 per person. Shop around and barter. You get lunch included. Very expensive drinks ice creams on board. Photographer costly too on board. We went on to olu deniz from the mosque bus stop approx 35 mins which was worth a visit. Water sports very expensive. Entertainment good but only lasted an hour at most. No where local to shop had to go on a dolmus to fethiye each time we wanted to shop.overall would try there again but maybe May or June.
Lovely stay with my daughter and son-in-law 3 children age. 11. 9. 6. And a 16 year old tenager ,we all enjoyed it great choice of food and different restaurants entertainment was very good for families . Lovely boat trip that we booked at the hotel nice trip to the market by taxi booked at the hotel we would all go again lots to do and the weather was fabulous.
We visited in September 2025 as a family of three, with a 3 year old, staying in a ground floor swim up room in the lagoon area. We absolutely loved the room and the access to the pool, it made life with a young child so much easier. The swim up rooms have a small shallow area in which our son could paddle around in while we were sat with him or stood in the deeper area. The swim up rooms had a really nice feel of privacy despite it being a shared pool, it never felt like you were crowded. The lagoon area in general was really nice, the staff were exceptional and there was a range of sandwiches, pastries, coffees (including ice coffees) and cocktails on offer that weren't in other areas of the hotel. The whole hotel was kept clean and the grounds were beautiful. Our son really enjoyed the ponds with the fish and frogs, as well as the area with birds, lizards etc. The main negative for us was the food. We are vegetarians, so are used to being a bit more limited however it did become a serious problem for us. The main restaurant advertises a vegan section but this was predominantly steamed vegetables (and bizarre ones at that). Most nights we could pull something together that resembled a meal, but it took several laps of a busy restaurant to figure out what that would be. The a la carter restaurants were not an option. They were set menus and the main always included meat. I asked at the entrance of the Mediterranean restaurant if they could accommodate us as vegetarians and the answer was "no, it's a set menu. No vegetarian". This was incredibly disappointing as I believe you are paying for the a la carte as part of the package. All in all, a lovely hotel, but food is restrictive. We would genuinely consider returning next year, if only we had some guarantee we'd be fed better.
8th time at Club Tuana for me and it never fails to feel like home away from home! My favourite hotel in Turkey by far. The hotel has amazing facilities, food is great, the staff can’t do enough for you and the entertainment team are amazing. An extra special thank you to Leyla at kids club for making my daughter Wynter so happy and comfortable and always going above and beyond making her time that much more enjoyable, she really did have such a special bond with you and also to Ahmet who really is amazing at his job. The team as a whole are incredible but these 2 really did make our time as a family that much more amazing. I can’t recommend Tuana enough to anybody thinking of booking, we already can’t wait to return!
We recently returned from a 7-night stay at Club Tuana, and I can honestly say it’s one of—if not the—best 4-star hotels I’ve ever stayed in. In fact, we were so impressed that we’ve already booked again for next year! Below is a summary of what stood out, as well as a few areas that could be improved. I also shared most of this feedback directly with the hotel. ⸻ The Positives Cleanliness This hotel is spotless. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every day (you could even smell the bleach), and the pool areas were regularly tidied throughout the day. Grounds The hotel grounds are extensive and beautifully maintained. Gardeners are constantly at work, and the abundance of flowers, trees, and greenery creates a stunning environment. Gym The gym is modern and exceptionally well-equipped — easily the best I’ve used at a hotel. My only suggestion would be to add another bench, but otherwise, it’s excellent. Lagoon Area The Lagoon area feels like an exclusive, ultra-modern section of the hotel. Even though it’s technically for Lagoon guests, you can still grab food or drinks there, and the quality seems a notch higher. We’ve already booked this area for our next stay! Spa We booked a couples’ hammam (30 mins) and massage (60 mins) for £120 and were extremely impressed. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Staff The staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seem happy to work there. One employee mentioned that the owner looks after them well — and it really shows in the atmosphere throughout the hotel. Kids Club Our daughter loved the kids club and went regularly. The staff were great and made her feel right at home. ⸻ Areas for Improvement Wi-Fi The Wi-Fi can be patchy, and it doesn’t remember your login details, so you have to keep logging back in. Dinner Seating During busy times (around 7–8 pm), finding a table at dinner can be difficult. It would help if staff assigned tables rather than guests having to search for one. Evening Children’s Animation The kids’ evening entertainment was quite repetitive. Also, children are only invited on stage if you buy the item they created earlier in the kids club — which felt a bit like a money grab. À la Carte Restaurants Families with young children may find the à la carte options limiting. Menus are set, and the Asian restaurant is adults-only (16+). We skipped these as there weren’t enough choices for kids. Drinks There’s a wide range of drinks, but cocktails are often too sweet and syrupy. The fruit juices are diluted, and freshly squeezed juice costs €5 — which feels a bit unfair given it’s an all-inclusive resort. Park Family Room We paid around £400 extra for the Park Family Room. While it offered more space and an adjoining room, it felt dated, the bed was small and firm, and after seeing the Club Deluxe and Lagoon rooms, we wished we’d upgraded further. Pool Temperature The pool was quite cold, which discouraged our kids from spending much time in it. ⸻ Final Thoughts Despite a few areas for improvement, Club Tuana stands out as the best 4-star hotel we’ve experienced. You can clearly see that management cares about the property and guest satisfaction. We’re already counting down the days until we return next October for more sunshine and another fantastic stay! ☀️
How is this acceptable?! This resort is 5 * yet the Park rooms aren’t even the standard of a 2 * resort. They are quite frankly unliveable and a hazard and SHOULD NOT be sold until they are refurbished! Firstly they are such a far walk from the main resort, which isn’t ideal when you are travelling with kids. The room is on the first floor with no lifts and as a solo parent there is no way of getting the pushchair up to the bedroom, if the baby falls asleep in the day I can’t go back to the room. The room is dirty, damp, mouldy with broken fixtures everywhere. It’s honestly a safety hazard. The shower doesn’t work it completely drowns the whole bathroom every time we go to use it, the fridge leaks water all over the floor which makes it a huge hazard as one of my children skipped. The room has so much damp and mould, the windows stream with water every evening and morning, my youngest has had an awful chest ever since we have been here. The management have been so unhelpful and rude towards us, we had rang previously and told we could upgrade on check in no problem. That wasn’t the case. I couldn’t really care what the room looks like but this room is really unsafe and a disgrace, you would stay in better hostels.
Came here last year with the family and 2 grandchildren, staying Parkside. It needs refurbishing desperately. This year just my wife and I, Parkside. This is a beautiful spot, own pool bar, snack bar, plenty of sun beds and quiet. It’s a well established gardens, Colonial style apartments make it somewhere special. The decor inside is typical old Turkey, its tired, it’s a mess, its cries out for refurbishment, broken tiles, hard beds, mastic everywhere in the bathroom, it’s not good for the price paid, but you know, it’s a great position, beautiful area, they need to expand on it. It’s ideal for people who like everything on the same level, easy on the legs and those with disabilities. It’s a couple minute walk to the rest of the resort, which is again well kept and gardens beautifully maintained. The big pool area is ok for families, if you can put up with the pounding boom, boom, boom music all day long. Seems to be plenty of sunbeds, obviously some reserved early on, a trait, all countrymen world wide adopt these days. For us the Parkside area was more relaxed and quieter. Beach is stony and a coarse dark sand, we took some cheap beach shoes which were ideal, especially on the hot sand, the sea the time of year was so warm, despite the rain storms on arrival and our first real day. Rented a Cabana on the beach (11) it’s so relaxing and makes you feel a million dollars, orders taken for drinks in the morning, just the once though, could of stepped that up a bit. Served up with a fruit platter and bottle of sparkly wine in an ice bucket about 2pm, the cocktail bars a few steps away as was the big bar and snacks. Main restaurant: It’s a buffet, it’s there everyday, so why put something of each on ya plate then complain it’s boring. The food is of good quality, the salads are amazing, so usually had a starters, just restaurant size, then the main and a selection of desserts. The themed nights were brilliant, but don’t be a pig and cram it all on your plate, make out you are going out a meal and pick out what you would want, I found it much better that way. The breads, Pides and Pizzas are freshly cooked and simply the best. Breakfast, much the same, so much to choose from and you can get stuff freshly cooked, good choices of breads, fruits and salads, though was disappointed, no kiwi, dates or prunes. Evening entertainment, wasn’t on our list, but for the kids show, they love it. Adult stuff,a bit same as last year, repetitive. The bars were running down on certain drinks coming to the end of the season, even though the place was fully booked, saw someone getting the last of Captain Morgan’s Spiced rum, gutted. Staff: cleaning staff done a great job, even though Parkside was less than complementary on decor, bar staff and dinning room staff were excellent ( you always get the odd sour faced one) but overall happy lot. Our biggest disappointment : our leaving time was at 5pm, we had to check out of our room by twelve midday, so obviously, we like to enjoy the sun and facilities right up to the last minute. We couldn’t get an extension on our room or pay for another room so we couldn’t get showered and changed. Our cases were in a stowaway room, so had to get our change of clothes and toiletries and use the spa showers, these are communal for either men or women, there is no privacy for men or especially women, unacceptable. My wife just washed in the toilets and got changed, hardly the ideal scenario ladies want to be faced with. Just a lockable space for privacy, with a toilet, shower and changing facility would be ideal. Conclusion: Would I come back? not until Parkside sees some much needed refurbishment, I prefer being away from the noise and enjoy the nice stroll to the rest of the resort. The rest of the resort is ideal for families and is updated. Food for us was ideal, good choices, atmosphere is restful or active depending on your preferences
It was a very good experience and also if im not wrong i think it was Semih that treated us veryyyy good it was awesome it was a very good vacation
Where do we start with reviewing this hotel. From the welcome at check in, to our amazement to seeing our Swim Up Room, we were stunned. The cleanliness of the hotel is second to none, the staff are constantly on the go and never miss a step. Constant entertainment, food & drink galore with coffee points, bars, pool and the beach all within a stones throw from each other! I never come back to the same place but this may have to be the exception. Totally the best place I've stayed in a while! A massive thank you to the staff who are a credit to the hotel!
We came here with my family and friends last week in October 2025. The hotel is nice and big, food was good the weather great too. We also did some water sports activities and the highlight of our holiday was the speed boat trip. We saw great places and the captain was so professional. The family who runs the water sports is very kind and Nataly was very helpful. Thanks!
Our last day at Tuana and we are gutted to be leaving. What an absolutely beautiful place! The grounds and gardens are kept immaculate, you can walk right or cycle around the whole place and you never feel like your stuck on the complex. Unfortunately it rained 3 days, one of the days being a wild storm! The days it was sunny was amazing, there's so much going on around the pool and so many activities for the kids to take part in. My 15 year old daughter loved the air rifle and archery and my 11 year old son got involved with playing football. It can get a bit noisy around the pool with the music being a bit loud but that was fine, there is a lovely beach bar you can escape to for a little while with a book, literally a stones throw from the main pool with bean bags and views out to the med. That was my favourite chill out place for an hour or two! The food was outstanding, the best I have ever had at an all inclusive,, and I've been to quite a few! There was so much choice and variety and many themed nights, also the food was very high standard and tasty. I would love to return but there's just a couple of little things I would perhaps change. I would ask to move as far away as possible from the main complex as the disco is very loud and doesn't finish until 2am and it's like banging music too! So if you are a light sleeper like myself then this might pose a problem. And ear plugs didn't work either! Lastly would ask if we could have a top apt as we had the usual problems of young girls coming in their room at 3am , scraping furniture at all hours and being mega noisy, however that's not something that ruined my holiday and I have to remember I was probably just as bad at that age! We are now off for a week to the orka sunlife but my daughter wants to stay here!! If you are reading this and havent booked it yet, then get it booked, you will an amazing time !! Xx
Facilities great. Food was really good. Lots of variety and had special areas for dietary needs etc. Staff were great and captured everyone’s attention whilst we had several days of heavy rain. Staff ensured safety of everyone and kept the holiday atmosphere through some challenging weather conditions. Last time there 9 years ago. Lots of changes but still really good.
WOW …… WOW …. WOW We stayed in the lagoon area- room 1140 21st of September 14 Nights Entertainment team are all fantastic but the legends pictured made our sons holiday and need a special shout out , also the two spa men who took time out to chat with us every day Food- Amazing Drinks -Amazing Pools -Amazing Entertainment - Amazing Beach-Fantastic but need beach shoes Weather- one rainy day We are looking to come back already in May and we only got home yesterday :( Daily entertainment fantastic especially darts , and water polo, the sunset party brilliant and the other party nights I would highly recommend this hotel
We were very kindly upgraded to a 2 bed club side room on arrival and after staying in this area I wouldn’t book park again if we did decide to return as the complex is very large and adding an extra 5 or so mins to the walk to get around wouldn’t have been ideal. Rooms were nice but basic and a little rough around the edges. Plenty of mirrors, plug sockets etc. and it was a true 2 bed 2 bath which was perfect for 5 adults. No lifts but luggage is dropped off and collected for you. Food is standard AI. Lots of choice, not the highest of quality but you most definitely can’t go hungry. Drinks we didn’t struggle with, all were nice that we tasted including the cocktails and we preferred the local spirits. The 24hr bar is the best I have experienced at an AI, it’s bright and has a lovely atmosphere (I usually find them quite soulless!) The party on the beach was one of our best days and we wish we could have done it again! The pool area is large and very clean and tidy, as are all of the grounds which are so well looked after. If you want a pool side bed you have to get up early but if not there are plenty to choose from. The Pavilions on the pier are FAB and we rented one twice, absolutely well worth the price and a real asset. Staff were all delightful and the app is brilliant to be able to ask quick questions. Overall I was incredibly impressed especially as the price point is significantly lesser than competitors in the area. I favoured Tuana over Jiva and although Liberty Fabay has the wow factor I didn’t rate it any higher as I found that to be lacking in some areas different to this (for example the bar areas which I preferred at Tuana). As a side note we happened to be there during a storm and the staff worked tirelessly to keep everyone safe and well looked after, they were incredible!
Arrived at night, very friendly welcome and driven to our room. We had upgraded to delux room after seeing reviews of park rooms online. Honestly nothing delux about this room. The room was tatty, full of ants. The bed was also the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. Aircon was good, fridge not restocked which is strange for an ultra all inclusive/delux room. Food was mostly very good. One bad experience of asking for a burger without cheese where the chef scraped the cheese off with his hand. Food poorly labelled again not great for allergies. They did have soya milk in restaurant at breakfast time which was good. Snack bar for lunch was also very good. Drinks at mealtimes, some staff offered to get you drinks most of the time we would go to the bar to get our own. Found staff to be quite rude. Was told no to a coke as he had no glasses, I asked for a beer glass instead and he was very rude. Plenty of water in the fridges to take back to your room. Drinks were ok, you can ask for branded so can easily get Jack Daniels etc however cocktails were awful! Not every bar did cocktails, Poseidon bar did but again standard poor. I walked to lagoon bar which is exclusive to lagoon guests just to get a decent drink. I’d avoid the iced coffee at poor bar, the milk sits in the sun all day and it made my husband quite unwell. Didn’t see the point of the coffee hut around the pool. No alt milks or flavoured teas as advertised. The hotel grounds are stunning and well maintained, the pool area was very clean. Easy to get a sun lounger, there were the usual sun bed hoggers that reserved loads of beds and disappeared all day but there was always room. Beach area clean, take beach shoes as shingle is sharp. Sea lovely and warm, although fish do like to nip lol Dolmus stops right outside the hotel if you want to explore. Shocked at how cheap the Dolmus was for a journey. Highly recommend a trip to Fethiye town and Babadag the views are stunning. Overall a lovely holiday
We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this hotel. It's clear that continued investment is a priority, with several impressive new additions since our last visit — including a kids’ club with water slides and a pool, a 3G football pitch for children, and a new restaurant, just to name a few. One of the most valuable additions, especially from a British perspective, has been Leyla in the kids’ club. While the entire kids' club team is fantastic, having a fellow Brit like Leyla made a real difference. Her presence helped create a more balanced and inclusive experience, particularly in contrast to our previous visit, which felt more heavily geared toward Russian guests. If there's one area that could be improved, it’s the inclusivity of the evening entertainment. The male and female MCs leading the nightly shows could make more of an effort to engage with the British audience, especially given the fairly even mix of Russian, German, and English guests. Overall, this hotel continues to impress. If you're considering booking, you won’t be disappointed.
We stayed in the Lagoon area and enjoyed our stay but I would be careful where you leave things in your room. We had a bag that was taken from our room that had car/house keys and wallet in it. We think it possibly was put in the bin by housekeeping but keep any valuables out of sight
The good - great weather. Food was mostly delicious. Staff were friendly. The pier and beach bar are great. Unlimited drinks at the bar, as many as you want per bar visit. The pool has music during the day. The bad - Nightlife absolutely dies at 10pm and there is nowhere outside the hotel to go since it’s in the middle of nowhere. Entertainment stops at about 10pm. There is an onsite little nightclub but nobody goes to it. The main bar is open 24h and has zero music or entertainment in it after 10pm also. Some of the hotel entertainment isn’t great also. One night just had some obscure football on, another had us guessing celeb pics. Not enough staff in the cocktail bar. Breakfast isn’t great, sausages were cheap frankfurters. There is only one bar with TV’s and if you want to sit and watching the football at it, you have to pay for drinks as it’s independent from the rest of the resort, which is all inclusive. Ridiculous
We just came back from Tuana. Good hotel , I was concerned after few reviews I read but all was good. We had a great time. Food was good and good entertainment. Great time playing darts with Sadam. The only negative from our side is that games was overlapping so we had to choose what we played. I would go back. We stayed in deluxe room we been very close to all.
We stayed in swim up rooms . These were the best part of the holiday / stay. Came with 16 year old and 3 adults . We booked two rooms and were not together even though it was same booking which wasn’t great but we managed. Swim up rooms was lovely , bar lovely and drinks better . Could get snacks which were 100%. The rest of the hotel looked tired .. dining experience was awful. Tables dirty and not cleared away promptly . Unable to find tables and it appeared chaotic . The beach was lovely , nice pier to walk out to . I would day it depends on what you want and what makes you happy . My 16 year old loved it ( met lots of kids his age and the disco / nightclub was a hit ) . For us it was not a hotel i would visit again for lots of reasons . If you are going get a swim up .. however anyone can walk in and use it and does which is a little frustrating when you have paid extra for this !
We've been back a week now and I thought I would give our opinion on this hotel. Firstly its a beautiful hotel, the grounds are well looked after and the views are stunning. Food in the main buffet restaurant was varied and plentiful. Never ate the same thing twice in the 2 weeks we were there. We found some people absolutely loading their plates and wasting so much. Even taking full plates away, obviously for midnight snacks. Snack bar was very repetative and got rather boring after a few days. Sunbed situation was same as everywhere, people looking for shady spots in the afternoon heat. Our patience wore thin when one day, 6 beds were taken up and nobody on them by 2pm. So we removed towels and gave someone else the chance of them. Staff should keep an eye on that situation. A few things we didn't like were, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, therefore cant walk anywhere. Its a 'no band' hotel. One day a load of men and boys turned up and were all jumping in the pool aggresively, never checked by the lifeguard. We suspect they came from the caravan park further along the beach. Not challenged, yet my hubby was when he came up from the pier. The ice cream counter is too far away from main pool, wouldn't feel comfortable letting children out of site to get a cone. Entertainment around the pool was very lame. Darts, football, yoga. Again, very dreary. Other hotels we've been too, the animation team are in the pool with inflatable assault courses, surf boards etc. encouraging people to join in. Not even a pool party. Our bathroom in our room was never cleaned until 2nd last day. We shouldn't have felt the need to ask them to do this. Evening entertainment in the ampitheatre was fantastic. Something different every night. We really enjoyed our stay here, very relaxing, but we would probably try somewhere different next year.
Friendly staff, fantastic food with lots of choice, stunning gardens, excellent fitness facilities, particularly the gym and yoga area. HOWEVER, the rooms are tired, dark and poorly maintained. Our room in the Park area had several cracked wall and floor tiles, extremely rough grouting and cracked sanitary ware. Definitely a potential health hazard and others we spoke to agreed. NOT anywhere near 5 star.
Just back from our 5th visit to Club Tuana ! Another amazing week in the stunning grounds of this resort. The staff are all Fantastic! From the restaurant to the bars. They cannot help you enough, there was a couple of staff who couldn't be bothered, but you get that anywhere! Grounds are always well mentained and clean. We had a Club Deluxe room, which was spacious, clean and balcony big enough for 2 of us to sit out on. Meal times where hectic, but you have all holiday makers wanting to be fed so they could enjoy the rest of the night. Food was good, there was always plenty of choice, even for the fussiest of eaters, theme nights, always good choice. Food could be luke warm sometimes, but depending what time you went to eat would have been the issue. People skipping was an issue but again you get that back home. We didn't do the Olive Tree or Ristorante as its been the same menu for the 3rd year, we don't like fish and the Roka had avocado (don't like) on most dishes, which i thought would have been a waste for us. As being non-smokers, i do think there should be designated areas and no smoking in snack bar or eating areas. Didn't have any problems with reception on arrival or with the WIFI. Our only proper moan is that the slushi bar wasn't there!! It has been replaced by a coffee cafe instead, which you can get from anywhere in the hotel !! A big shout out to The Mehmets's, Anastasia, Saliha, Ahmet ! Another FANTASTIC HOLIDAY! See you's next year guys ! <3
The Bar tender at the lagoon called talip was very friendly and very welcoming when coming to the bar and made the best drinks.
Amazing experience, not knowing that we booked the lagoon but totally recommend. Bar service amazing Talip especially made the best drinks at the lagoon bar.
I stayed at this hotel for the first time on my own, after always traveling with family or a partner before. It was also my very first solo All-Inclusive experience – and it couldn’t have been better! What I loved most was the variety of activities, especially the sports and fitness options that kept me moving and energized. At the same time, if I just wanted to relax, it was easy to simply enjoy the sun and rest. The Entertainment team deserves a special mention – everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and I’d especially like to thank Olya and Sadam for making my stay so much more fun and memorable. The food was always delicious, the evening shows were entertaining and creative, and everything around the hotel was spotless with great attention to detail. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether you’re traveling with others or, like me, enjoying a solo trip.
Ok Club Tunana is really nice, the best I have ever stayed in food there's so much choice and really nice to try different dishes weather unreal what else do you want
We stayed at Club Tuana for 14 nights and had a good time overall, it is very family friendly and definitely a place the children will love. I would give it a 3.5/5 (good). *I must note that the rating for this hotel would have been a 2 or lower if we had of remained in the standard park rooms which were bad based on the money we paid. The first night we arrived (party of 7 including infant) we were offered an apartment which could accommodate 7 people. The general consensus amongst us was that we wanted our own rooms and privacy so decided to stick with the standard rooms we had initially booked, however we instantly regretted our decision as soon as we saw the standard park rooms. Luckily we were able to still opt for the apartment which ended up working out well in the end. I know people spend limited time in the rooms while on holiday so some people may not mind this, however we did care and believe you should get what you pay for (and the holiday wasn’t cheap). The standard park rooms we were given didn’t look anything like the photos. They were very small, quite dated, a 2-3 minute walk from the main hotel and the A/C really wasn’t good, it was almost like a fan just blowing hot air around the room. That being said we were fortunate to be offered an apartment and snatched at it. The reason I’m even mentioning the standard rooms is because if you’re not so lucky, you will likely remain here your entire holiday which would have negatively impacted the holiday and scoring respectively. Please see below summary of pros and cons as well as some tips for anyone looking to stay here: Pros -The resort is really well kept and very clean -There is a variety of pools and small aqua parks including the main pool with a swim up bar, small kids pool (beside the main pool) with a slide, a kids aqua park, adult / older children aqua park (3 slides) and then you have the option of the sea as the resort has a private beach with pier -There is a good gym for those like myself who look to alleviate the impact of an all inclusive holiday around the waist -Plenty of activities throughout the day for adults and children. If you do book here there is a chart at the towel station with each activity and times; we didn't realise this until our first week into the holiday. The staff do walk around and let people know about the upcoming activities however its easy to miss them or not hear them hence why we never really knew about the activities the first week. -The kids club is amazing, they are very good with the kids and keep them well occupied. Our son was only 3 at the time of our stay so we had to supervise him while he attended so only went on certain days and he loved it. Kids aged 4 and above can be dropped off and stay there all day at a cost so you can get some much needed break from the kids lol -Food is outstanding, I really couldn't find a fault with it. There are so many options from the main restaurant buffet to the 4 al a cart restaurants you can book into via the app, the latter are set menus for each and the same everyday I believe, however the buffet and snack bar tends to change most days for certain themes -Staff were generally quite pleasant except for a few, generally the service was good around the resort and they were friendly -Mall complex with pretty much all the essentials including shops, spa, smoothie station, games / amusement area, toilets, TV showing the main football fixtures and other sports etc. The mall pricing for certain shops will be mentioned in the cons below, however think its worth mentioning the services located here as a pro because you will never really be stuck for the essentials even if it is at a higher cost -The evening entertainment is good, there are a variety of shows with the odd bingo and quiz nights, we regularly attended the main theatre for the entertainment after dinner. They also do a kids disco at 8:30pm followed by a kids club reward ceremony, our son came first in some of the activities and got called up to stage and awarded with a lolly and a diploma so its a nice touch -They have plenty of water stocked in fridges around the resort so you can help yourself during the day and evening Cons: -The cocktails are not mixed well at all, they are too strong to the point that they are undrinkable except for a few i.e. Malibu sunrise which seemed to be the only one we could enjoy -WIFI is shocking and always makes you sign back in using your passport number pretty much every time it disconnects. I know you're on holiday and its good to get a detox from the phone which is a bit of a pro but it can be quite annoying when you have kids that want to unwind during parts of the day and watch their programmes on the phone / iPad -The cost for some of the items in the retail shop, sports shop and bag shop are an extortionate compared to what you would pay in Fethiye town or even the shop just outside the resort. You can haggle to some degree for the clothes and bags however the grocery shop doesn't budge on anything -The standard room (full details mentioned above) -The beds are horrendous, I honestly don't think we got a single decent nights sleep, they're so hard its like laying on the ground -There are photographers that walk round the pool and resort offering to take photos of you and your family. The photos are very good and my son got a few amazing photos with a parrot, when I went up to see the photos and enquire about payment I was told each photo is 10 euro, needless to say I was taken back by that and did state that was an extortionate amount however they said that was the price. I purchased four photos due to the pressure of the other half and feeling bad as when will my son ever get a photo with a parrot again so 40 euro later I have digital and 4 13 x 8 photos. Btw its the same price if you want digital copies only Tips for future stayers: -There is a shop outside of the resort; please make sure you go here. Do not go near the main shop in the resort mall, they just charge silly prices i.e. 40 euro for a pizza laylow -As mentioned above, check out the chart at the towel station beside the kids pool to see the schedule of activities -The towel station also offers sports equipment to play table tennis, basketball, tennis etc, there are courts at the other end of the resort -Download the resort app, this is helpful and allows you to book into the restaurants etc -You get ate alive here by insects, I don't know what it is that bites you but you can feel it and it leaves a mark. This is the first time I have been chewed to pieces like this so stock up on insect repellent -Go through your travel provider (they have reps on site on certain days in the main mall area) to book excursions and Turkish baths etc, they offer a much more competitive rate and also explain everything to you that's include and do all the booking so you don't have to worry about he language barrier
I travelled with my husband and our 8-year-old son, and we had a fantastic stay at Club Tuana – loved every minute! We stayed in a Lagoon room with pool access via stairs, which worked brilliantly for us. The room size was great for the three of us, and instead of a sofa bed, our son had the luxury of a proper single bed – a big plus for families. The balance of shade and sun throughout the day was ideal, and the Lagoon Lounge was an added bonus, offering a quieter, more relaxed vibe – it really felt like two holidays in one. Service there was always fabulous – a special shout-out to Talep and Melise who looked after us so well during the day. The cocktails, both from the menu and off-menu creations, were amazing! The resort itself is stunning, surrounded by greenery and beautifully maintained. Staff work incredibly hard to keep everything spotlessly clean. The main pool was busier, but that’s to be expected and it balances out nicely with the calm Lagoon area. Food and drink were excellent throughout. The snack bar serves a great selection during the day – from late breakfast to burgers and chips, which was perfect for our son and those fussier eaters. Ice cream and pancakes were also served, but tucked away enough that it was never too busy. The main restaurant always had plenty of choice with something to suit everyone. We also tried the à la carte Olive Tree restaurant, which was a real highlight – attentive service, a beautiful outdoor setting surrounded by trees, and an excellent set menu. The tenderloin was outstanding and the ambience made for a really special evening. Activities and entertainment were another highlight. My son loved the slides, the giant chess, and although he didn’t join the kids’ club, he really enjoyed the Kids Fest – a great addition we hadn’t expected. Evenings were full of atmosphere with great shows, and the sunset cruise from the jetty was absolutely fabulous – highly recommended. From the warm and informative welcome at reception to the very end, everything was spot on. Club Tuana gave us relaxation, fun, and wonderful family memories. Although there are so many places in the world to explore, I always say I’ll never go somewhere more than once – but Club Tuana has changed that rule. I’ve finally found my exception, and I look forward to visiting again one day!
Please give the review a like if you find it useful…I’ve 200,000 read reviews, so smash a like if beneficial! This hotel was a pick by the Mrs and specifically based on a fair priced family of 5 holiday to Turkey. I’ll do a quick pro’s and cons and round it up. PRO’S Great for family’s - room size for a family of 5 with the double room, great. Pools were good, warm and clean with loads of Activities for the little ones and relaxing enough for the adults. We loved all three pools and moved around as the day moved on to get out the mid-day sun. Plenty of sun-loungers, some people moan on here that they are coming down late and not getting one, we saw loads free everyday (although we booked cabanas all week, mainly for a base for the kids to retreat to out the sun) All staff we found very helpful and full of smiles. Food - considering the hotel runs a buffet style service, the quality and range was excellent. (I’m talking mainly main tea) The traditional Turkish food is right up my street but all the other options were great and the Turkish pied ..unreal! Breakfasts and dinners also all good. Communal spaces - All very clean and well managed. Entertainment - the kids club at night, very short but our 3 absolutely loved it. Big shout out to the tall pirate guy, who gave it everything when on stage! (But all the entertainment crew are excellent) Cabana’s - We booked different ones all week…really good space to relax and sunbathe and it comes with some ‘table service’ and wine and fruit in the afternoon. We found the beds at 4 and 8 the best…we did 20 which was out the way and in the shade a touch. There is a small area for animals on site and a large and small football pitch…me and the little man enjoyed taking a walk round before the evening meal. CON’S Sleep quality - Awful, sorry to say, beds really hard, creaky and bedsheets like towels. We both slept awfully. Rooms - spacious but dated in areas…the hotel rooms do not take into account the ‘adult time’ as in, when the kids are asleep, there is no balcony space to sit out with a drink and take the holiday in…once the kids are down, your also down (as we had a child in our room also) Our room was in the park area. Drink quality - Unless you like beer, you’re knackered. The general quality of cocktails and drinks is very poor…some bars the drinks (mixers) are from bottles and warm…the ones on draft tend to be ‘better’ but generally…it’s a shame the quality is poor. Restaurants- Main restaurants, if your a family you need to get down early to get a table (in the air-con) the hotel needs to work on making sure couples don’t sit on tables of 4/5 which should be reserved for families…I mean, what couple has the cheek to sit on a family table of 4 when your a couple? When the restaurant gets busy, it’s also very ‘wacky races’ and getting your own drinks when on evening meals, is annoying on holiday. The ‘Camera guy’ As a photographer myself…charging people £10 an image and then putting them in ‘pirates of the Caribbean portfolio from 2010’ isn’t on…I asked the guys how much for just an emailed version of the images…same price? Makes absolutely no sense? As a marketing tool…offer the customers a bundle of 10 images for £30 via email and you’ll shift twice the volume because double the people will buy them..so you’ll lose no revenue, but gain more exposure….come on marketing team! I paid £70 for 6 images but would have been happy to walk away had it not been for the kids wanting them! Midge’s - It’s not like there is loads, but you’ll 100% get bitten and the bites are harsh…so bring some good repellents. The ‘al la cart’ restaurants are good…we only tried the seafood one closest to the beach….really nice. Price point….due to a last minute date change (due to work commitments) we had booked Liberty hotel not far from this one….but had to book here due to those date changes….liberty was only £500 more for the week. I think this is a ‘pricey hotel’ for what it offers…we enjoyed the fact that the kids loved it here and had great experiences, so we are grateful for that! If we got this hotel in the off season at 3k a week…I’d be happy, but 6k for the week, I expect much more from an adult point of view (which I believe would have been met at Liberty)
I had a brilliant time nice food and always something to do huge thanks to Ahmet with the air shooting my grandad is a 4x undefeated champ 😂
So this is a tricky review as the lack of service in one area of the hotel affects our view of the remainder of the hotel which on the whole is good ! So we are a family of five 3 adults and 2 children we requested adjoining/neighbouring rooms in the Lagoon area (exclusive and more expensive) when we checked in we discovered we were 4 rooms apart which doesn't sound too bad but for us it was a deal breaker - we would have gone somewhere else to get that facility. this was requested both by TUI on our behalf and directly with the hotel - at no point did they let us know they could not accommodate this request. I think what added insult to injury was we were dismissed rather flippantly, I was visibly upset but not raising my voice, I remained calm but upset. At no point did staff even apologise, or offer an explanation apart from they were full ! I am sure you make plans for your rooms and customer requests in advance to avoid such situations ! A couple of days later I went to Guest Relations to express my disappointment and to be honest I was met with the same attitude - we are full - once again no apology or even an ounce of empathy - I was so upset, the whole holiday was to be a shared experience with our grandchildren - we had an episode where we we could not get into our sons room and our granddaughter was locked out (age 7) it was horrendous seriously they would not let us gain entry the booking was in my name for 2 rooms side by side - what transpired was dreadful. So thank goodness for the lovely lovely staff who ran the bars in the Lagoon area they were charming, attentive, funny and we had the best service, the houskeeping staff were also amazing - clean rooms and bedding every day - the teams of folk serving in the restaurants were equally fabulous....they coped very well indeed with demanding customers, who insisted on being served at their tables ! I am sorry to say we shall not return - so the moral of the story is - if your trip goes smoothly then your are likely to have a great time but if you have any requests or you need anything from reception - you will be disappointed Last note - the hotel is very well equipped for Russian and German visitors - they are well represented by mother tongue staff in Reception and Guest Relations and even the entertainment staff speak Russian, German then English - It might help if they employed English speaking staff also.
Was close to giving this hotel a 3 or 4* rating after a poor first night but after getting home from a 10 day holiday to club Tuana anything less than 5 wouldn’t be fair. My stay here got off to a bit of a rocky start. I had paid extra to stay in a deluxe room but on arrival was told that they didn’t have any deluxe rooms available and I would need to stay in a park room for the night and it would be sorted in the morning. After a very long day of travelling etc I think everything can seem a bit worse than what they are. The park room was very basic. There was a strong sewage smell and the room was just generally poor. The following day we were moved to our deluxe room and from then on everything about this hotel was amazing. I’m always a bit hesitant doing an all inclusive hotel as you’re not sure what the food and drink is going to be like but I couldn’t fault anything this hotel put out. We went out for a meal 1 night of the 10 and although the meal was perfectly fine it was still the worst meal of our holiday. Alcohol and soft drinks were all proper as well. The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you. The entertainment team are all very friendly and do a fantastic job. The evening shows although they’re short everyone we watched was brilliant. They have a great kids club and kids disco every evening. There is also different restaurants that are all amazing although you do need to book into them. Highly recommend doing this especially for the Italian. The hotel has its own private beach which offers different water sports and boat trips. Honestly if you’re on the fence about staying at this hotel and are reading this please take it as a sign to absolutely book although my only tip would be to give the park rooms a miss.
Just home from a 2 week holiday at Tuana. Positives & negatives... Negatives - Don't book the Park rooms at this hotel & expecta 5 star facility. The Park rooms are 3 star at very best. Rooms like something from the 70s...Its also about a 10min walk up to the main pool from this area. - The beds are rock hard, works for some... not for me. - Some of the staff at the bars/coffee station are so miserable. Never had this before at other hotels , ut sometimes its like you are insulting them asking for a drink. Positives -Drinks & food are good quality. Some branded spirits to choose from & the buffet restaurant has something for everyone. - Restaurants are all ok, nothing special but nice settings & good service. -hmet from the activities team is fantastic. Always smiling, always up for a chat & is a great asset for the hotel. - Lots to do for kids, pool area is great. Jetty is fantastic to spend a few hours up there & the water slides are great for the kids. Would i return? No, but we had a good holiday. We were ready for home after 10-11 days.
Honest review from returning home yesterday.... Firstly this is not a 5 star resort! If you are used to any form of 5 star luxury you will not find it here. You are not greeted on arrival, you are not provided with a warm welcome or welcome drink, none of your requests in advance will be given. We travelled as a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child 9yrs, 1 baby 9 weeks) and also had our 2 friends with us in a seperate room. Our room was a club room which was spacious enough inside, however very worn in some places with broken floor tiles and a bit of wood screwed to the internal of the shower (guessing a poor repair) and what is failed to be mentioned is the size of the so called balcony (it has 1 chair and that is about all the space you get) if you are all staying in 1 room, it's worth noting this as there is nowhere to sit and chill while little ones fall asleep. Our friends had a room in the park side, understandably it is cheaper and we knew it would be somewhat dated. The room itself was fine with some minor issues as to be expected, however it wasn't until 3 days into the holiday when one of our friends switched on the light above the mirror in the bathroom to be showered in electrical sparks before the power for the entire building being blown. This is totally unacceptable, after a few debates with reception the room was changed (albeit to another room on the park side) I would of thought they could of at least offered some sort of upgrade to the room but it appears that nothing can be done by the reception staff without the say so of the manager. We were offered a 'complementary ' pavilion which we had booked in our room number by mistake instead of theirs and on check out they were still trying to charge us the €60 instead of just moving the charge to the other room. We ended up walking out of the hotel and leaving them to it. In regards to food, the buffet was actually pretty good but very very repetitive, the breakfast is the same every morning, if you wanted omelette it is not cooked fresh for you (as you would expect at a 5 star resort) it is cooked in mass on a hot plate the rolled up and kept 'warm' the fried eggs come complete with bits of shell and broken yolks if that's how you like them 😋 The snacks in the day again were repetitive with burgers, Onion rings, chips, salad, pizza and usually chicken or lamb doner, however it was very good and always fresh. We had our lunch from here most days as opposed to the buffet. I have to say the lamb doner is so much better than at home. I did find it very strange how you could get food here with no clothes on so bodily hair in food was one of the risks you take. Again not the standards I expect from a 5 star resort. Now onto the A La Cartes.... firstly this is a lie.... you do not get to order what you want, you are served a set menu, nothing can be changed, it is what it is. Watch out at pergolas because the 'salmon roll' was served still frozen inside which was so dangerous and the the lamb chops are not what you expect. They come incinerated and coated in burnt breadcrumbs. We also tried the Olive Tree and the meat was so fatty there was nothing tender about the beef tenderloin. We gave up on the a la carte restaurants after these 2 experiences and found the buffet to be better. Again this is not what you would expect from a 5 star. Sun bed wars!! Yes it does exist, those that say its fine are lying. In order to get a sunbed round the pool you had to be up around 6am to put your towel out but be prepared for people having to squeeze down past your sunbed to get to the pool. We were happy with the 1st row back on the grass but again, in order to get these ones we still had to be up having coffee around 6.45/7am. Towels are not removed after s certain amount of time either. However at this resort you have 2 choices either do nothing or if you can't beat them, sadly you have to join them. Drink selection was plentiful to a degree however the cocktails were the worst I have ever had at a 5 star resort. To the point in order to get a proper espresso martini I went to the pool bar for the espresso and took it over to the beach bar and told them how to make the espresso martini on day 5! A mojito is supposed to be made with lime but here they use lemon! Pina coladas are not blended ice!!! Actually there are no blended ice drinks. Some staff measure the spirits and some pour it in making it actually undrinkable!! These was so much inconsistency here, oh and you basically had to tip everyone before your drinks in order to get a decent service and what you actually ask for. One example was our first morning at the resort and I went to get my wife and I coffee, I took our reusable cups and asked for cappuccinos in these to be told 'no it will take too long' I explained i didn't want them full, the barman still did not want to do it but once I placed a tip in his hand nothing was a problem. Usually I like to tip each time for the service I receive but it seems you must tip first here the receive the service. On a positive note, the pool was amazing and clean and very warm, the beach was lovely and the sea was perfectly still in the mornings. Would I return to this hotel - NEVER Is it a 5 star hotel - NOT AT ALL What rating would you give the hotel - mediocre 4 star purely for the facilities and selection of spirits Did you enjoy your holiday - yes and created some wonderful memories amongst ourselves given the circumstances Would you recommend this hotel to your friends and family - NO How about your least favourite person - NO not even them lol What did you enjoy the most - Our boat trip with Gemo Boat and being transported around by Tunay Ekinci Tunay did our private transfer to and from the airport, a daytime to Dalyan and the turtle sanctuary and also our morning out to Fethiye for the market. He is very highly recommended and the best prices out of everyone I spoke to prior to coming. Gemo boat did us a private all day boat trip from Fethiye and organised the transfers in the price. We stopped at 4 different swimming stops and treated with an exceptional lunch and drinks with 3 crew on board. They were amazing so if you are looking for transport or a great day out please speak to either of these. Apologies for the the lovers out there of this resort and the hate mail I am likely to get but this is all based on my experience here and the luxuries of the world I have experienced so far Please if you are unsure about booking this hotel DON'T DO IT!! Go elsewhere unless you are happy with subject standard and a fake 5 star!!
This place is fab for kids, we took our 6 year old and both the big and small pool are close together and it felt safe, plenty of slides, the kids club is amazing, its free and i cant speak highly enough how good they are with the kids, you dont tend to worry about them because if they take them outdoors they always find a shade for them to play in, the kids/ adults entertainment are superb, however a little let down the kids T Shirt thing goes on for way too long, the kids just want to get on the stage and dance, they dont want to sit and watch one kid go up at a time to collect a shirt, the rooms are basic but clean which is good, and the cleaners do a good job, every day, they left our balcony door open from time to time so watch out for that, most of the staff are polite but you do get a few bitchy ones around the swim pool, you sometimes feel like a pest asking for a drink. the food is lovley but expect to get your own cutlery / drinks also, the beach is pebbly but it was lovely sitting on the seats around there and the cocktail bar near there is fab, all in all it was fab and we will be revisiting in June
Just returned from a weeks stay at this fantastic hotel. We were a family of 10 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We stayed at parkside which are the more basic rooms. The rooms were fine. Yes, furniture is old fashioned and yes mattresses are hard (but I find this to be the case in most Turkish hotels); we had plenty of storage, air conditioning was good and showers were hot.., that’s all I need. Parkside is quieter with its own pool and bar so nice to chill at the end of the day. We spent most time st the main pool. We usually went for sunbeds at around 9-9.30 and always managed to get 6-7 beds together at this time of the day though usually on the grass at the back of the pool. I did yoga. Few times which wax great as was aqua gym. Food was excellent though a bit manic in the buffet but this was peak season so exactly what I expected. Evening entertainment was good as were the cocktails. We used the spa for hammam and masssge which we all enjoyed. Beach is shingle and lots of stones for getting into sea (though there is a boardwalk) sea is also a little choppy and shelves quite quickly. We will definitely be back and would have no hesitation in staying parkside again though if I came as a couple would probably opt for lagoon room. All in all a great family holiday
Really enjoyed this holiday, the swim up rooms are great and the entertainment was excellent. Gorgeous weather and nice swim up bar in main pool. The all inclusive was very very good including all drinks
Currently staying here now at club Tuana.. Firstly this is a beautiful hotel, so much so this is our 7th time returning here. Unfortunately this time our holiday has been ruined by inappropriate behaviour from other guests. The hotel doesn't seem to have a zero policy in place to make guests especially younger guests feel safe. Our two 17 y/o daughters were approached by another very drunk guest who was bothering them and making them feel very uncomfortable and vulnerable. Guest relations only removed him after we demanded he was removed from pool area. They also still til this day have not even come to us and checked that our girls are OK or even apologised that this has happened to them. Their response is that he did not touch them so this is OK! They have offered as a goodwill gesture a voucher for one of the onsite restaurants which is poor really considering you get 1 free visit per restaurant included in package and we haven't visited any whilst here anyway! Overall beautiful hotel, entertainment staff can't do enough for everyone, housekeeping amazing, servers in bars/main restaurant can't do enough..management and guest relations poor!! Will we return?..probably not which is a big shame...
Having spent many a happy holiday in Turkey I can say that Club Tuana is a good hotel. Firstly, the Kids Club and entertainment is superb, my children (aged 8 and 6) loved it. There are endless activities on offer for children and the entertainment/kids club staff are great. Vova is a wonderful asset to the team and is great with the older ones. The evening shows were very enjoyable and entertaining. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well kept, although the excessive watering did make for muddy/swampy areas no doubt attracting yet more mosquitoes. The jetty with Cabanas/sun loungers and diving board is one of the hotel’s best assets- it’s just a beautiful place to be. The hotel is advertised as ‘Ultra all-inclusive’ - this simply is not the case. Fresh fruit juice is available at breakfast, but at an extra cost. Smoothies/branded alcohol and cocktails/bottled beer/cider is available, but at an extra cost. Proper milkshakes are available, but at an extra cost. The mini bar is stocked with a small amount of beer and sparkling water upon arrival, refilling is available, but at an extra cost. These are all things that have been freely provided at other ‘Ultra all-inclusive’ hotels that I have stayed at. Given how much it costs to stay at this hotel I feel like these added extras are greedy. Sun loungers- be prepared to get up before sunrise if you want any chance of securing a sun lounger. Rumour has it you can tip certain members of staff who will save sunbeds on your behalf- this I definitely saw evidence of. The pool is lovely but, in peak season obviously is very busy. There is a quieter pool on the ‘park side’ but I unfortunately did not visit so can’t Incan’t comment. The rooms have been updated but are very small for a family of 4, there’s no room to unwind and no space. The 4th bed is squeezed in and all are hard as rock. Do not expect a good nights sleep here. The staff work endless at the hotel but it is still not that clean which makes me think perhaps they need more staff? The room was ‘cleaned’ every day but the toilet and sink were never cleaned, under the beds was grim and the floor was always dirty. The balcony might as well be non existent and ours was covered in animal faeces. FOOD! The main restaurant is like many other all inclusive hotels- manic, loud, dirty and similar to a canteen. There was always plenty of options and they have such a hard job to provide for all those people. What I would say to anyone with any kind of a food allergy is take snacks so you don’t go hungry. Although there are allergy advice boards next to each dish, I’m not convinced how accurate they were. I am coeliac and, having previously been told that they ‘don’t have allergies in Turkey’ I come prepared with my own bread and some snacks. I was very limited on things I could eat. I did not eat at the a la carte restaurants so cannot comment but they looked lovely. Unfortunately, I became very unwell 7 days into my holiday which has continued since my return home. I would be interested to know if anyone else staying at Club Tuana has suffered similar having stayed there in mid August. Whilst I do not know what it was that has made me so unwell, I know that is was picked up from this hotel. It is a great shame because, overall, my family had a nice holiday, but for this and other reasons outlined, we would not come back. The staff try so hard but there are lots of things that let it down.
We have previously visited Lara Barut Collection, and taking into account the price difference between the 2 hotels we weren’t expecting the same levels of service at Club Tuana. I’ll start with the positives: The setting is lovely and the sunsets are beautiful. Lagoon rooms are nice, we had a swim up room. Our friends stayed in Park Side and were very disappointed with their room. There is plenty for kids to do. The cabanas are really nice for an added touch of luxury and it means you don’t have to get up really early to get sunbeds. The beach is lovely but very stony at the shore. Now to the negatives: The sunbed situation is awful. We ended up spending £200 on a cabana for the whole of our holiday as we didn’t want to get up really early to get beds. Every day all sunbeds were taken and I’d say half of them were not used all day every day. I never saw anyone from the hotel removing towels. We saw countless people walking round trying to get sunbeds. Our swim up room only got sun from 3pm for a few hours. Had we not been travelling with our friends I would have been very disappointed to not be able to sunbathe at our room. The pool was also very small for 6 rooms to use and soon would have become crowded. The main pool was so busy too. You can only get all inclusive cocktails at certain bars. Hubble bubbly man does nice cocktails but these are not included in the all inclusive. The buffet restaurant was awful. It was too crowded so each meal time we would have to walk round to try and find a table. When we would eventually find one it was normally dirty with no cutlery. No one would bring cutlery so you would have to go and get your own. You also have to go and get your own drinks, which is not 4 or 5 star service. The only way to describe the buffet restaurant is chaotic canteen. It was so noisy in there you couldn’t talk to anyone at your table. The food was quite tasty but very repetitive. The mosquitoes are relentless there too. We took all the necessary precautions but have all come away with some pretty nasty bites. We have had a nice holiday but felt that the buffet restaurant massively lets the hotel down and because of that we wouldn’t return which is a shame because the setting is really nice. We could definitely see what the extra money for Lara Barut gets you.
Club Tuana is a beautiful hotel with amazing facilities and honestly I couldn’t fault a thing. We stayed in a Lagoon Zone Room which was worth every penny to upgrade, the rooms were lovely and the Lagoon pools were quiet and clean. The snack foods at Lagoon were delicious and the drinks were unreal… cocktails were amazing and they offered both virgin or alcoholic… which my kids loved. The evening entertainment at Club Tuana was so good! Every night we wanted to go party with the amazing Entertainment Team who put on the best shows! The girls especially loved Ahmet who performed in the Aura Dance Show and was also part of the day time entertainment around the hotel which included waterpolo, darts, shooting, football, the kids club and so much more!! The pool parties were amazing and the shows they put on were so entertaining!! All in all this was a fabulous holiday and I can’t wait to go back!
First day here, massively disappointed with the room, the fuse box is hanging off the wall, there’s a light fitting that’s clinging on for dear life, there’s a bare electrical cable on show in the bathroom above the mirror, and in general the room just feels very dark and grubby. It’s other than that we’ve had a good first day, the hotel grounds, pool, drinks etc we have no complaints with. The rooms are awful though, avoid 3104.
Great pools and service, disappointing rooms. We booked an annex double room and, upon arrival, realised there is a significant difference between these rooms (called park rooms) and those inside the main club area. When you book a hotel room, you usually expect it to be similar to the more expensive options, apart from size and a few amenities. However, the difference here is far greater than expected. Our current room is relatively small and sparsely furnished. The third bed is very uncomfortable, and we’ve had issues with mosquitoes and even spiders. Although staff sprayed the room after the second day, the problem persists. There’s no sofa, no tissues, and while the room isn’t filthy, the bathroom and toilet fall short of what you’d expect from a five-star hotel. That said, there are many positives: the pools are excellent, the food is wonderful, the staff are friendly and helpful, and overall, we do enjoy our time whenever we step outside the room. WiFi also works well. My advice would be to book a lagoon room if possible—the difference is substantial and worth the extra cost. Unfortunately, none were available during our stay, so we remain in the annex room (we are still here for another three days).
Location and set up really good but food and drink average. Drinks are limited in range and the a la carte restaurants (bookable through an awful app) have the same set menu each night with no alternatives. Limited snacks through the day and smoothie bar / cocktail bar at added costs (so hardly anyone used them!). Reception and guest relations service was the most disappointing. Had 3 issues with the room (safe, leak, aircon) and took multiple visits to find answers and finally had to liaise with our holiday company before we finally got information from reception. "Computer says no" was the attitude and the final straw was offering us a pavilion as a solution to not being able to have a late check out and because of our recognised issues. Imagine our surprise when this was offered to us but we were still expected to pay the full price for it of 60 euros!! (Even though there were pavilions not being used that day) To say we were annoyed is an understatement and not the way we wanted to spend our final day there! Could be so much better with improved processes and staff :-(
Great for the family! We booked the lagoon and had a top-floor room with plenty of space. I went with my partner and his little girl, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The lagoon area is perfect if you want a quieter pool. We spent most of our days there. It has two sides with different seating areas, and the bar (open from 9 a.m.) serves coffee, cakes, sandwiches, and cocktails. Drinks are all branded (Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Captain Morgan’s, Gordon’s Gin, Baileys). The only local items I noticed were the milk and wines. The main pool was nice but too busy for me. There are also three slides/flumes open at set times, plus two kids’ pools, though we didn’t really use them since we were happy at the lagoon. Shops on-site stock essentials and some tasty local snacks. I used the gym, which was well-equipped, with fresh towels and water available. The beach is rocky, so bring water shoes. The pier has a diving board, which was a lot of fun. The main restaurant offers plenty of variety and is great for trying new dishes. Go early, though — one evening we arrived later and had a hard time finding a table. We also tried one of the à la carte restaurants (Italian-themed, set menu). If you have a picky eater, it might not be ideal, but we enjoyed it. The staff were wonderful — friendly, helpful, and great with kids. We used the kids’ club a couple of times, and she loved it so much she wanted to keep going back. We also visited the zoo area, which was okay. That’s where the ice cream stand is — the ice cream had a chewy texture, which was unusual, but the mango flavor was tasty. They also had chocolate and strawberry. At the main bar, drinks included Efes and a beer that tasted like Budweiser (possibly Belfast Beer?). They also stocked Havana 3, Omega Tequila, Johnnie Walker, and Jack Daniel’s. Sometimes the bartenders measured with a jigger, sometimes “with their heart,” which added to the charm. We went to a few of the shows — most were great! Only one wasn’t really to our taste, but that’s personal preference. Would I recommend it? Absolutely — especially if you’re looking for a family-friendly place with the option to relax and unwind.
Me and my other half stayed at Club Tuana, Fethiye, for ten days through TUI, and the overall experience was nothing short of fantastic. Our deluxe double room upgrade was worth every penny—modern, spotless, and with great air conditioning for those warmer days. We were on the top floor, where the balcony was almost double the size of the regular ones, which was a lovely bonus. For anyone with mobility issues, I would recommend requesting a ground floor room as there are no lifts, but for us, the stairs were no problem. The freshwater pool was lovely—massive in size and it never once felt crowded, even on the busiest days. Plenty of space to swim, relax, and enjoy the sun without feeling packed in. The service at Club Tuana was exceptional. Check-in was quick, and when we had a minor issue with our safe, the hotel team helped to resolve it within 30 minutes. Staff insisted to carry our luggage upstairs when we arrived, and even arranged to collect it before our shuttle to the airport—seriously going above and beyond. A special mention goes to Mehmet and Berkan at the bar, who were absolute stars—always smiling, efficient, and attentive even during the busy evening rush. Needless to say, every staff member we encountered was friendly and polite, always making us feel welcome; we honestly couldn’t fault anyone. Food was brilliant. They have three additional à la carte restaurants (Olive Beach—local cuisine, Roma—Italian, and Ivriz—fish) as well as the buffet restaurant, which were all included in our stay—we just had to book at least one night prior in advance for à la carte, and were provided one of each à la carte per week. We used the Club Tuana app for this, which made it super easy. My partner is quite a picky eater, but every night he left the buffet with a full plate (or two!) thanks to the huge variety and themed evenings. Again, the Club Tuana app also allowed us to view the à la carte restaurant menus, as each à la carte is a set menu, so we knew exactly what was going to be served. In addition, the various bars within the resort had a wide variety of good quality drink choices, not watered down at all. The location is on its own—away from the city of Fethiye—but Club Tuana have their own taxi service, where it cost us around £5 to get into town one day. There is also a local minibus service that runs frequently just outside the complex, where the price was equivalent to approximately 80p, which is really affordable if looking for days out. But if you’re there to really relax and unwind, which is what we decided on, the beachfront location was perfect for us. The beach itself was lovely—pebbly near the water (which is nature and cannot be helped!) but where our sun loungers were, the sand was soft on feet. Going late April/beginning of May, there always seemed to be enough room on the beach, giving us the choice to move into the sun or stay under the shade of canopies when it got warmer. The entertainment at Club Tuana was also a world on its own! There were themed nights and something different happening every evening at the amphitheater. Even during busy evenings, it always seemed there was enough seating to accommodate everyone, and the atmosphere was lively without feeling overcrowded. I honestly could not recommend this place and enough, and truly want to thank every team member at Club Tuana for such a wonderful holiday we had!
The hotel and grounds are absolutely stunning!!! However, if you are booked into the any of the park rooms then it’s like staying in a 2 star hotel. They need to renovate this part of the hotel or knock it down. Our first room was a park family room and it was absolutely disgusting - dusty, old, the air conditioning didn’t work, the beds were tiny (my feet fell off the end!), the twin room was so small that you couldn’t open the wardrobe properly without being squashed against the bed, no chairs on the balcony, the lights didn’t work properly - omitted a orange glow. The whole setup was well below a 5 star hotel and frankly embarrassing!!! Jet2 should NEVER allow a holiday maker to book these rooms. We knew it would be slightly old fashioned but nothing prepared us for what we checked into. We requested to move and offered to pay more, the reception team were extremely reluctant and said they were fully booked. Eventually we did get moved, but it was such a rubbish start to our holiday. Ruined our first day. Our new room was still in the park area but thankfully was more spacious, but certainly not 5 star. Ignoring the room situation, we went to the main hotel area everyday and it was everything we expected - superb staff, food, drinks, pool areas were spotless and the pool was clean. The beach was gorgeous and the pier was lovely to walk along and dive off the end. We played darts and a big shout out to Ahmat who was really lovely to us and our children. The Veranda restaurant offered everything you’d want to eat and we tried 3 a la cartes with the Pelagos being our favourite. We caught the local bus into Fethiye which was very easy and we would then taxi it back for ease. We also did the morning boat trip to the islands which was very relaxing. The shows were educational - especially the African one which left us all stunned! As a family we loved our holiday, but Club Tuana, you need to seriously upgrade the Park area - it lets your entire hotel down. We would return but wouldn’t even consider the older style rooms. Tip - take mosquito spray we all got bitten to death!!!
Cannot fault the facilities as this resort, has everything a family of 4 needed. Food was great and the staff were amazing throughout. Down side was the room, deluxe family room is not deluxe, far too small for a family of 4 and shouldn’t be advertised for 4. Balcony enough for 1 chair, so when little one sleeping we all had too. Issues with AC, mozies, shower flooding the bathroom & very tired, stayed in better 2* rooms.
Second time for us to visit this hotel and it was still as amazing as 6 years ago..will definitely be back as we all love it here..food was the best all inclusive we have had and the staff can't do enough for you and very clean..we stayed at park side so a little walk over to the main pool but we was happy with this because our girls liked to go back to shower about 5 so we then used the pool and snack bar over by our room which was brilliant because you walked out of our room 2 seconds down the path and we was by our pool..missing this place so much..
An exceptional hotel all round. Reluctantly deducted one star for a very tired bathroom and intermittent air conditioning
We had a lovely stay at Club Tuana with lots of memorable moments. Guest Relations and Housekeeping went above and beyond for my partner’s birthday with a beautifully decorated room , a truly thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Special thanks to Anna Salman from Guest Relations for arranging these special touches and for making our trip more memorable. It definitely improved our overall experience. Food was excellent and varied throughout our stay, and the à la carte restaurants offered a nice change of scene (though portions were a bit small, especially the Roka restaurant - we left the restaurant still feeling hungry). The entertainment team was fantastic — full of energy and fun. Housekeeping was also spot-on , our room was always clean when we returned from the beach, unfortunately our last night the cleaning was missed in the room. We did have an issue with Pavilion 17, which was located next to the diving board area and very noisy — not the relaxing experience we had expected. That said, Anna Salman from Guest Relations handled it well and kindly offered us at a quieter pavilion, which we really enjoyed. Our club room felt dated, especially considering it was meant to be an upgrade. The TV was also very small and offered limited viewing options, which wasn’t a big issue for us since we spent most of our time outdoors, but worth mentioning for those who like to unwind in the room. The only other areas we’d love to see improved are the WiFi, which was nearly unusable, and the sun bed situation, many guests would reserve beds with towels and disappear for the day, making it difficult for others to find space. Perhaps a better system could be implemented during peak times. Overall, we had a great holiday and would happily recommend Club Tuana to friends and family, especially for its beautiful setting, amazing staff, and memorable service touches.
We visited Club Tuana at one of the busiest times of the year. The hotel was fully booked but we never felt overcrowded. The staff were busy but always happy to help. All of the pool areas were well maintained and clean. There were plenty of sun loungers available although the ones in the shade and next to the pool were taken quickly. There is plenty to do at Club Tuana with activities being hosted every half hour throughout the day such as volleyball, aqua gym, aerial yoga and football; as well as this there was a wide choice of activities to do independently such as tennis, pool, table tennis and boccia. The beach is right next to the main pool with even more activities on offer. Our room was on the park side, it was a little outdated but clean and comfortable with good aircon. The bonus of being on the park side is the smaller, quieter swimming pool and bar which was lovely for an afternoon chill time. We made use of the a la carte restaurants (we visited the Italian one and the world cuisine; there is also a seafood restaurant and Asian restaurant), these were 4 course set menus which the teens were a little worried about but the food was delicious and enjoyed by all of us. We were staying at the hotel with 4 adults and 4 teenagers and all came home happy and relaxed from a very enjoyable holiday.
We had a fabulous stay from start to finish. We have no negative comments at all. We stayed in a lagoon room which was wonderful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The cleaning staff were great and made us smile with daily little touches in the room such as towels in heart shapes. Having the pool to cool down in just outside the room was a great addition. The two bars near the pools had lovely staff and great selection of drinks. The grounds were very well kept and beautiful to stroll around. The selection of food at the veranda was excellent and as a foodie, I really enjoyed both the quality and range on offer, something for everyone. The staff went above and beyond and the lovely Saliha made meal times lovely and she was great with our 8 year old. The evening shows were of very good quality and we looked forward to the shows. The kids club was great and offered a great selection of activities and it is very well run. They also had a kids festival one afternoon which was fun for both kids and adults. My son is already hoping to return next year. Our week went far too quickly.
We stayed at Club Tuana at the end of June for 10 nights. Our room was a Deluxe Double Room only downside not much space to store your clothing. The whole complex is extremely clean and well managed the grounds people do a fantistic job. Everyone works really hard (shame some guests don't treat them kindly). On our first morning we had a turkish bath cannot recommend enough, the Spar is fabulous, what a way to start a holiday. The evening shows are amazing different each night, these guys work so hard. Sorry can't remember his name but we referred to him as 'David Beckham' his enthusiasm and fun is infectious, we did archery and rifle shooting with him. Poseidon Bar of an evening having a cocktail or two watching the sun go down, beautiful sunsets, again these guys are so busy and keep on smiling. The meals never got boring something different and tasty each day. I keep saying it but the staff work so hard and nothing is too much trouble, breakfast time, they happily ask if they can get you a coffee and love when you have a chat with them. The beach is a little harsh under foot but they have put in a couple of 'walkways' into the sea so no problem, sea lovely and warm, then there is the huge pool plenty of space for everyone. I really cannot fault this place we had our sixteen yr old son with us and we all agreed this is somewhere we would come back to. Whilst the complex is tucked out the way, there are taxis which we used and the bus stops outside, so getting out and about is easy. The excursions we did were only a short coach journey away and fabulous. Whilst it is easy to stay at the resort as there is so much going on should you wish to get involved, it is lovely to get out and about and see a bit of Turkey. Club Tuana, we will be back.
Club Tuana is absolutely great😍 Everyone is polite and smiling. The food is something for everyone🥰 full of variety. The evening shows are great. The hotel spa (massage) I absolutely recommend it🥰 worth every penny🙏 A hotel worth recommending and coming back next year🇹🇷❤️
Elman suggested that I try a package including a hammam, peeling, and massage when I arrived, to prepare my skin for tanning. I followed his advice, and it was fantastic. The experience included a medical massage, a hammam, and a body scrub in a private setting. I especially loved the massage and decided to book another one before leaving. Once again, I trusted Elman's recommendation, and it was the perfect choice for me. Thank you to Elman and the whole team — I highly recommend this spa!
My boyfriend and I stayed here May 2025 as our first holiday abroad alone and absolutely loved our holiday overall. We stayed in the Lagoon which I would definitely recommend as we spoke to a family who stayed in the normal hotel rooms and they did not enjoy their experience. The lagoon was beautiful, there's a pool on either side of the hotel as well as two bars which served amazing snacks and cocktails/smoothies. The staff were honestly so lovely and made you whatever drink you wanted. The lagoon is sort of secluded off which is nice and makes it feel a bit more private, there's like bushes going all the way round it and calming spa-like music playing from speakers at a low volume which i really liked it felt so relaxing. The rooms were standard nothing overly amazing but nothing to complain about, the beds however were pretty hard to lay on but we got used to it, it didn't affect us too much but this would be the only downfall. Decent little balcony with sunbeds, we were on the top floor so unfortunately couldn't access the lagoon from our room which would have been unreal but its a bit extra to pay for that. You can only access the lagoon from middle and bottom floor (there's 3 floors). The staff were all amazing and i loved that there was entertainment every single night, we saw a few different dance groups, acrobats etc. we loved it. There is a 24/7 bar which if you like to drink is great however we're not really drinkers so couldn't make most of this, there's also a little club if you like clubbing. Our favourite part of the hotel had got to be the Sports Direkt haha, we loved getting fake clothes/shoes etc the man who owns the shop is great we had a laugh with him. The whole complex is pretty big, there's so much to do you wouldn't need to leave the hotel. There isn't much around the hotel however we did two excursions that we booked with the easyJet staff in the hotel, we did the Dalyan day trip which i would 100% recommend it was amazing and we also did a boat trip to Rhodes which was lovely. I love how it's got its own beach too which is lovely, the hotel had everything we needed/wanted with shops, spa, beach we couldn't of asked for more. We went all inclusive, the food was honestly great had no complaints however we had one A la Carte meal and on the last day we went to the seafood restaurant Pelagos, which was a beautiful restaurant however my boyfriend got food poisoning later that evening so wouldn't say we would recommend. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone, couples, family's, friends. It caters for all.
I want to share my positive experience. The resort is beautifully situated, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The food was diverse and delicious, catering to a range of tastes. There are a la carte restaurants to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although perhaps a little dated in some areas. The pools were well-maintained and a great place to relax. Overall, Club Tuana provided a fantastic value-for-money holiday experience, and I would highly recommend it to families and couples alike. While some minor improvements could be made, the positive aspects far outweighed any negatives.
My wife and I have just spent a memorable week at the hotel with our teenage boys. We stayed in the Lagoon which added the extra luxury. The facilities throughout were excellent and the staff were really pleasant. The food was great, plentiful with lots of variety. The evening shows were very good and the daily activities are well recommended. My sons really enjoyed the football sessions which were very well run by the staff whom were extremely friendly. We also enjoyed the Turkish bath and the spa which we would certainly recommend. Ask for Okan as he was brilliant. We also enjoyed sharing a few drinks at the Lagoon Bar with Melis and Talip who made us feel most welcome everynight. Our holiday highlights were the sunset boat trip and the speed boat to Olideniz which were amazing. All in all we we rate the hotel and destination very highly and would definitely return again. Thankyou for a memorable holiday
We have just returned from a weeks stay at the hotel as a family with 3 young children. We booked deluxe club room which was great. Highly recommend hotel if looking for somewhere with lots to do for kids. Kids club staff were fantastic, various pools with different slides were a hit. Entertainment was fab. The beach area and Poseidon beach bar is gorgeous and lovely to watch the sunset. Only negatives I would say are the no irons in room and WiFi not great.
We stayed at Club Tuana at the beginning of April as a family of 4 with a 15 and 10 year old. We stayed in the top floor 2 bed family rooms in the lagoon area which were perfect for us. There are a lot of stairs to climb though so if you struggle walking these rooms are definitely not for you as no lifts. The lagoon area was amazing. Very peaceful and the beds were large and very comfortable. The bars on both sides were great and staff were lovely. Never had to queue for drinks. Better cocktails here than other bars. My daughter is missing her daily chocolate milkshakes. Also had lovely chocolate croissants and strawberry doughnuts along with other snacks. We had one day round the main pool but found this too chaotic and loud after the lagoon pool. We spent one afternoon over at the pool on the Park Side rooms which we really enjoyed. The pool is deeper there and they have ice cream at that pool which is an added bonus. It was very quiet as well. Would recommend trying this pool if the main pool is too loud for you. Don’t think a lot of people realise this pool is there! Food was great always found something to eat even though as with all AI by the end of the week we were getting fed up with it. No dodgy bellies though which is always a plus! We didn’t try any of the a la carte restaurants as they are set menus and myself and the kids are quite fussy so nothing really took our fancy. Evening entertainment was actually OK compared to other places we have been. The kids loved the dancers from the Philippines and the 2 acrobats who performed with the rings were amazing. All in all we had a great holiday. Only a couple of things that could be improved. Mainly the WiFi is absolutely awful. If you will rely on this for anything important while you are away this is not the hotel for you!! Secondly would be good to have ice cream closer to the pools so you didn’t have to walk so far to get them. Our last Turkey hotel had a bike that came round twice a day with Walls ice cream lollies which was perfect. We actually loved the Turkish ice cream but I’ve heard people moaning about it. The chocolate one is really good. We had a really lovely time but would probably not return but only due to the fact we want to try other places as done Turkey 2 years running now.
Had a great time here! The rep was really nice and helpful! Big shout out to the entertainment team who were amazing especially elif she was so nice and friendly and made our family feel so welcome! So many food and drink options, right on the beach will definitely be back at this hotel next year
First and foremost, we would like to thank Ms. Saliha from the main restaurant, whose incredibly positive energy, daily smiles, and warm greetings to everyone inspired us to create a Tripadvisor account and write this review. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Ayşen from Guest Relations, who kindly assisted us with a birthday surprise for my father and even added an extra touch to make it more special. As for our overall experience at the hotel, I can confidently say you will never regret it — every single day is guaranteed to be full of joy and great memories. As a family that usually prefers to rent private homes for vacations, this stay truly changed our minds in a positive way. We hope to see you again next year ❤️
We visited Club Tuana at the end of May, it was wonderful. The hotel is very clean, I was positively surprised to see someone cleaning the pool areas few times a day. The food was beautiful, and I need to mention the service. All the staff work very hard to keep the hotel clean. Staff at the restaurant was helpful and the most friendly. Always making sure that we were looked after. Our kids loved kids club, the girls and the lad (Anna, Christina, Leila, Vova, Mira and I'm sorry if I missed anyone). My kids and my niece used to ask to be taken to the kids club. The girls and the lad were lovely, even at the hotel grounds, they used to stop to have a chat a cuddle with the kids. Do not worry about some negative comments, you will have the best time there!
Me and my partner went as we were going to a wedding nearby, and had the most amazing time! As 20 year olds it was absolutely perfect for us, with a nice balance of things to do around, but also able to just chill. We're not the earliest of risers, so on days we opted to lie in, you wouldn't get a poolside bed, but we preferred the ones a bit further back. Amazing choices of drinks and food, especially the cocktails! You could also opt to book in for one a la carte meal, and we went to the Olive tree restaurant and loved it. We stayed in a Park side room, in the furthest block away, but found it to be better as it was absolutely quiet, and just made sure to take everything with us in the morning. The room didn't blow me away, but it did the trick and had everything you could need, and you don't always need a fancy room as we found ourselves to barely spend anytime in there anyway! The entertainment of an evening was great, as well as the waterslides!! Couldn't recommend it more!
We have just returned home from an incredible week at Club Tuana. I went to turkey over 10 years a go and didn’t really enjoy it - my wife found this holiday and I was a little hesitant - but I am so glad I went with it. Upon arrival it was instantly clear that a lot of time and effort is spent to make this place look immaculate. As the days went on this became more evident as a massive team of gardeners etc are working around the clock to ensure the grounds are kept visually perfect. Check in was simple and efficient. We arrived at 2145 and they asked us if we were hungry after our travels - which we were. They directed us to the restaurant which was a 2 minute walk, where we could have some food before going to our room. Once we got to our room we were happy with the size and decor. The balcony was a good size overlooking the pool and it was quiet on the top floor. My one issue would be the extra bed isn’t suitable. We have a 7 year old, and the 3rd bed was a small sofa that folded out. It was rock solid. My daughter couldn’t get comfortable on it, so I had to sleep on it. I didn’t sleep well, but they are the sacrifices we make as parents! Later in the week we discovered the swim up rooms have proper beds as the 3rd bed - so this needs to be put in place on the top floor as well. A sofa bed is not suitable or acceptable for 7 nights. We don’t watch tv when on holiday which is just as well, as the tv in the room is very small and out dated - it’s also plugged directly into the mains via a connector block rather than having a plug socket - not sure what regulations they have in turkey but this is extremely dangerous. The next morning we checked out the hotel fully. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and wasn’t too busy. There is a snack bar, which is fantastic, and the food here can be amazing. We ate there for lunch most days. The evening buffet is also very good with more choices than I’ve seen before, and it changes each day so you don’t get bored of the same thing. Again, you can tell how much effort goes into the catering at this hotel - it was fantastic. We lay by the main pool on our first day, sun beds are plentiful and can be found any time of the day, the pool was big enough to have plenty of space - but things like water polo happen and this limits the pool space available. After the first day we only used the lagoon pool which was really quiet and generally a much nicer place to be - but this is only for lagoon guests. Towels are provided and sun beds are always available. We were fortunate to have been able to upgrade our room to a Lagoon room at a cheap price due to holiday price changing, so we did that, and I would highly recommend these rooms. Another highlight to the lagoon area is access to two bars, one each side, which serve round the clock drinks and snacks. All the staff at these two bars were brilliant, but I want the hotel manager to take special note of Melis and Talip. These two are a real credit to the hotel. They were so good with our daughter every time they saw her. They let her make non alcoholic cocktails which she loved. They were just wonderful people and the hotel manager needs to reward them accordingly - these two members of staff are the reason we will return to this hotel next year. Please do something to recognise these two. There is a shopping centre on site. The spa is worth every penny. The Turkish bath peel was the perfect start to our holiday and my daughter had a kids chocolate massage which she loved. There is a fake “sports direkt” shop selling fake brands but in my opinion they are massively overpriced. The mini supermarket shop is also horrendously overpriced. There is a little shop just outside the hotel which is far fairer price wise. The evening entertainment, admittedly we didn’t bother with, as we had good times by the bar and pool with other guests in the lagoon. We did venture to the kids disco once but it was heavily aimed at Russian guests with Russian songs - so not really our cup of tea. On that note - Russians out number Brits massively at this hotel. It was no problem. We have no view on this and treat everyone equally. We view them as just other families on holiday. We are polite, and often would say morning when passing - but you get NOTHING back. They don’t thank you for letting them pass in a corridor, they don’t talk, not even to each other. It feels really awkward and uncomfortable. My daughter went to play with a Russian girl who also appeared to be an only child, and the parents pulled her away and made her sit on a sun lounger. I know cultural differences, and they don’t speak English etc - but they will not speak, Smile, acknowledge anything you do - so don’t bother. Just leave them be. This is frustrating at the buffet as well - they will push in, get in your way, and generally just have no common decency. A lot of the staff said they look forward to when Brits are there as we are polite and say thank you to them. This speaks volumes. We used 3 of the 4 included a la carte offerings. The only one we didn’t use was the Asian one as it was over 16’s only. Pelagos was the worst one. Again, heavily catered for Russians. We are not fussy eaters but of the several starters we were served, nothing was anything like we would eat and physically couldn’t eat without washing down with a sip of beer. The lamb was really bad. We had to leave as we couldn’t eat it. I have never experienced this before anywhere. The olive tree is the standout one. The food was exceptional. Roma Italian was also great. The staff at all 3 were really good - just unfortunately pelagos wasnt to British taste and this was an opinion shared by everyone we met. The WiFi needs massively upgrading. It’s barely usable. It disconnects every time you stop using it and you have to re enter your passport details to reconnect only for it to barely work. I bought an eSIM online from nomad which was great. I’ve never used one before but it ensured I could use data for £11 for 10 days unlimited. If anyone wants one go to Nomad and use referral RICHNAQFJX for discount. One other slight quibble that affected us. Outside our room, on the wall was an electrical box. The second and third night this was sounding an alarm - ALL NIGHT. I rang reception who sent someone to turn it off but a few minutes later it was going off again. After 2 sleepless nights I went to reception and asked if we could change room and they told me it would cost £240. The manager at the time seemed less than interested in resolving it any other way. I didn’t change room and fortunately after two nights it stopped - but a bit of customer satisfaction training might be required. We also asked for complimentary late check out as a goodwill gesture but this was refused and they charged me £50 for 3 hours. Also be careful in the bathroom. My wife slipped in the shower and tore her ligament in her finger meaning she can’t bend it. We went to reception to let them know and ask about a doctor. They didn’t seem too interested and just pointed us in the direction of a doctor. The doctor didn’t really know what he was doing - just stuck a bandage around her hand. She has since been to a&e and confirmed torn ligament and splinted correctly. Just be careful as the showers get very slippery with no non slip mats. In the evenings there are photographers who hound you for family photo shoots. On our last day they came around with a parrot. My daughter wanted some photos which we bought. They were £10 per photo and the quality really isn’t great. We were also told we would receive an email with the rest of the images on file which we never did. We spent £40 on four poor quality photos. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. It exceeded our expectations massively. Other than the minor issues I’ve mentioned, there really wasn’t anything major to fault. We would definitely return - I just hope a few issues are ironed out.
Having read some harsh reviews, I can only assume we had a completely different experience! This place is genuinely brilliant. Travellers: 2 adults, a 17yr old boy, a 16yr old boy and a 4yr old boy. Heading down the road on the lead-up to Club Tuana, I had a bit of a "Oh no, what have I done?!" moment. The wife and I had some interesting conversations about booking this holiday, with me being "It's cheap, it looks amazing!" and her being very "It's Turkey, it borders Syria and has regular earthquakes." She let me make the final purchase which was via EasyJet, 8 nights, late June, costing just over £5k. Once you get to the site gate though, that feeling dropped immediately, the place looks awesome. We were greeted by a happy reception clerk who checked us in and made the comment "Ah, you have one of the really nice family rooms, with two bedrooms, you'll love it." and love it we did. It was the top floor in apartment block 1700. What we learned is the site is split into nice newer blocks, which are located close to the pool, shops, activities, arcades, sea, etc - and then there is the Park Rooms, which is basically across the road from the gatehouse in its own community. They do not advertise this area any longer, I think it was probably their first hotel with pool, and kids pool. It's certainly less maintained garden wise, and the pool has slippery marble-effect around the area. Even though Club Tuana do not advertise the older area, they should as it's still lovely, if not more antiquated/classic. It's around a 5-minute walk from that part of the resort over to the food-hall and main pool. If you're a foody, you're in for a treat. Everything is freshly cooked and prepared, including breads and pastries. I once found what I believed to be mould on a piece of bread, and spoke about it to the chef who was almost hurt I thought it was mould, explaining that the bread was baked fresh daily and what I'd seen was charcoal from the oven. A main evening will have a theme such as seafood, or Italian. However, every day they will give you a classic British chips/fries/wedges/chicken nuggets to keep the kids (and some of the less food-adventurous adults) at bay. You'll also find an Indian area (a rice plus 2 other dishes - usually a chicken and a vegetable) and a Vegan section (different vegetables cooked in olive oils, mostly). Most nights, there are around 8 dedicated chefs constantly cooking and preparing different dishes on the front counters, but behind the scenes there are loads of kitchen staff preparing a plethora of foods including cheeses, meats, fresh fruits (the melon is amazing!), salads (another dedicated area), soups, you name it. The table staff are generally awesome, and plates and used glasses are whisked away at lightning speed, ready for you to go up for seconds, thirds and fourths. I'd like a special shout out to Ülkü who made our table service top-notch, bringing drinks and wipes whenever she saw that we were in need. On top of this, there are a few included and bookable restaurants which have a special set menu. The wife and 16yr old experienced the PELAGOS restaurant and said it was some of the best food they've eaten. The presentation was excellent, but there was too much for them to get through. The pool bar is great, with a swim-up section. I will state that getting service on the swim-up side of the bar is very hit-and-miss, it isn't manned. The staff on the other side of the bar, the dry side, are always engaged there and occasionally look down to see if anyone is waiting on the pool side, but there are only 2 seats viewable from the dry-side of the bar, hence service is not good if you won't leave the pool to get a drink. I'd like to say a big thank-you to Mert for his amazing Mert-Special drink, it was delicious, and we still have no idea what it was. I will say for all staff at the resort, there are two types: those who know hospitality and are lovely, and those that are super direct and don't care for the guests - those people are just showing up to work to get paid. Unfortunately, they are about evenly distributed in all areas, so expect great service and some not-so great service. You usually find the non-so-great service staff congregated together, scrolling phones. The Entertainment Team are AMAZING. There is always something going on and to do, no one should be bored throughout the day. The Kids Club is pretty much 10am to 5pm, with a lunch break. It's the same hours for the Chameleon Aqua kids play area, located on the back of the central complex. My 4yr didn't want to get out from that pool. It's 40cm deep with 3 slides, 2 of them are slow and the fast green one. This is manned with a staff member keeping an eye, but it can be a little boisterous if the older kids show up without their parents, which happens a fair bit. The 10am dance that the Entertainment Team do is also brilliant, make sure you're at the main pool for that one. Don't forget to have a look around the main complex at the darts, archery and air rifle going on as well. You'll also bump into some funky characters such as Shrek and Elsa along the way. I did a fair amount of walking and exploring of the resort, due to its size. The sheep and bird enclosures are a nice-added touch, although the sheep could do with some extra care. Extending their paddock wouldn't be a bad idea as there is some hidden-abandoned space to the left side of the enclosure that is beautifully green... hint hint! There were some more significant issues along the way, though they were handled well. The room we were given was lovely, however it came with a family of jumping spiders in the top corner, which were removed pretty swiftly after a call to reception. By family, I mean a full nest. The extractor fan in the bathroom must make a wobble noise when the bar of soap wedged behind it is removed. There is also a large piece of toilet paper being used as a buffer in the curtain rail. The apartment block had an air conditioning leak which was in the stairwell, at the bottom. The ceiling was open as it was being investigated, but that allowed for water to pool on the marble tiles, creating a really bad slip hazard. Again, a message in the Tuana App and they rearranged a huge plant pot to catch the water. By the time we had left, that had been repaired and already had been plastered over. The one which I never reported was the safe: It wasn't even bolted down in the wardrobe, so your belongings were more of a false sense of security. The grounds are kept VERY well. Every morning, the maintenance crews are out doing something. Mowing, bedding new flowers or weeding, slicing off old palm tree leaves, it's just constant and the place looks lovely because of it. The beach isn't white sand perfection, if that's what you're looking for. It's a grey grit, with stones and sand. There are so many beds with shade on this private beach, and wooden walkways so you do not burn your feet (always have shoes at the ready, the sand gets RIDICULOUSLY hot). The sea is steady, no high and low tide to worry about. There is a nice pier with sun loungers and private areas you can rent, and you'll find a lot of kids pier jumping into the sea. They've even added a dive board so you can go even higher on the dive. Located on the beach is the amazing Tuana Water Sports company. They are independent of Club Tuana, and family run. They're extremely nice people who took my 16 and 17 year sons out parasailing, sofa-ring surfing and jet-skiing, as well as the whole family booking a nice 7 island cruise with them; that was beautiful and allowed for three stops to swim and snorkel in crystal clear waters. We left at 9:30am, back for 1pm for lunch, drinks included at €50 a person, and they let the 4yr go for free. There is so much more I could write, and most of it would be extremely positive. I'll sign off saying that this is a beautiful and relaxing holiday destination. You can never be bored if you do not wish to be, and you can also just veg-out on a sun bed the whole day if that is more your thing.
The facilities around the hotel were amazing for adults and kids, room very clean and comfortable, there was a lot of varieties of food, staff really friendly ,our daughter loved going to the kids club as she felt happy around staff especially Leyla who was amazing with her, my only disappointment was kids splash park which shuts between 12:30 until 14:30 ???
We returned to Club Tuana for another year, and it was just as brilliant as we remembered. The rooms are beautiful, the food and drink options are great, and the animation team provided great entertainment and activities all week. A special shout out to Sadam from the animation team, who kept us smiling the whole trip 😊
