Sehr freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Angebot beim Essen, viele Sportmöglichkeiten und angebotene Kurse, Bestellservice am Strand ist top, sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, es wird auf Wünsche oder sonstige Anliegen der Gäste eingegangen.

Badezimmer sind sehr veraltet, Preise sind überteuert.

Unser Aufenthalt war vom ersten Moment bis zur Abreise rundum gelungen. Bereits beim Empfang haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, und dieser positive Eindruck hat sich durch den gesamten Aufenthalt gezogen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Egal, mit welchem Anliegen man sich an jemanden gewandt hat – man hatte immer das Gefühl, dass sich gerne darum gekümmert wird. In allen Bereichen war zudem spürbar, wie professionell und gut ausgebildet das Team ist. Besonders schön fanden wir auch, dass man von wirklich allen Mitarbeitern stets freundlich begrüßt wurde. Auch kulinarisch hat der Aufenthalt keine Wünsche offengelassen. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und qualitativ sehr gut. Durch die verschiedenen Restaurants gab es viel Auswahl und immer wieder die Möglichkeit, etwas Neues auszuprobieren. Was diesen Aufenthalt für uns besonders gemacht hat, waren die vielen persönlichen Details und liebevollen Gesten. Willkommens- und Abschiedsgeschenke, persönliche Nachrichten und weitere kleine Aufmerksamkeiten haben dafür gesorgt, dass man sich nicht einfach nur als Gast, sondern wirklich persönlich willkommen und wertgeschätzt gefühlt hat. Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns das umfangreiche Sport- und Fitnessangebot. Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr groß, modern und bietet zahlreiche Trainingsmöglichkeiten. Auch das Kursangebot ist ausgesprochen vielseitig – von unterschiedlichen Sportarten bis hin zu verschiedenen Intensitätsstufen ist für jeden etwas dabei. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die hohe fachliche Kompetenz und die freundliche Art der Fitnesstrainer. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Riad sowie an das gesamte Fitness- und Trainerteam, das während unseres Aufenthalts vom 7. bis 10. September 2026 im Club tätig war. Leider konnten wir uns nicht alle Namen merken, möchten aber ausdrücklich das gesamte Team einschließen.

The room was small considering the price we paid, i expected bigger. It was relatively clean, however we had ants in our room and the lights didn't work. Again, i just expected more from the price. We still had a great time and was the highlight of our holiday.

Rooms are not sound proof at all, we couldn’t sleep at all from the noise next door- pool sizes are not right capacity and we could not get a space around pool - very noisy and crowded all the time.

Good location

Due to a specific employee named Hamdi, he made me not even book a massage. First he kept forcing me and my daughter to book a specific massage ( that was expensive) he didnt even give me a chance to book. We told him that we wanted a foot massage and he got annoyed. This is not a market to bargain prices at the end of the day i am the client that wants to book something specific. Second, when he asked me where i was from because i told him the massage that he mentioned would be cheaper in my country i told him i was from kuwait and he said “ your country is not professional like ours”. This is not a way to speak. Third, we are muslim ladies, he is not supposed to keep sticking close to us! This is extremely rude i am wearing my hijab. Okay he examined my daughters back as he said her was a “ chiropractor “. I hope that you take my comment into consideration.

Tout était parfait, nous avons même été surclassé et avons pu bénéficier de la chambre avec piscine.

Pas assez de choix de nourriture

Tous était bien dans cet hôtel Il faut absolument l essayer . La propreté , le personnel , la nourriture , l emplacement .. tout était magnifique

Super breakfast, lunch, dinner! It was our 2nd time at an all inclusive and the over night dinner service was a godsend as we only arrived in the early hours due to a delayed flight.

Kids screaming greedy people eating like crazy! Beach was dirty and brown.. sand is not been cleaned in ages.. clothes hanging on balconies like living in a ghetto.

Incredible resort location with beautiful and clean pools, great beach access, delicious food, kind staff, very family friendly. Especially loved the little ice cream shop!

Rooms are smaller and simpler than other comparable all inclusive resorts. Also, the à la carte restaurants are average compared to the buffet.

Stellar location, very comfy beach. The hotel is very nicely decorated.

Almost no sports, weak.entertainment. Food for dinner was dull and simple.

Лежаки свободно, всегда чистые, полотенца пляжные без проблем, в любом количестве. Высокий сервис обслуживания! Персонал очень внимательный. Питание замечательное, разнообразное, вкусное. Десерты, очень вкусно!!! Чистота везде!

Great adults only section and pool. Amazing buffet that catered to gluten free very well. So many fun activities and entertainment. Friendly, kind and helpful staff. You can do as little or as much as you like. Highly recommend to anyone and great value for money for an all inclusive. The room was a great size and completely spotless

All the staff were amazing, but especially Mr Orçun, Mr Rıfat, Mrs Fırat (from massage sales), Mrs Meral and Mrs Rüya were very warm and welcoming, special thanks to them. Also, Gym was excellent.

Adult rooms with mountain view is facing to another hotel, and they have live music can be high volume, if you try to sleep early it can be a problem. I suggest better sound proof to these rooms.

Everything. The hotel and grounds are beautifull, staff are very freindly and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The choice of food was vast and deliciously wonderfull. I would recommend this hotel without any doubt, and would not hesitate to stay here again and again..... and again :-)

If I had to mention anything it ould be to do with the beach. Whilst the beach is very nice, loads of sand, and plenty of bed chairs etc, there are lots large pebbles on the beach, and when walking to and from the sea, sometimes it was a little difficult navigating your way around them. Thats all I can say and to be honest not a negative in anyway.

Основа вкусная еда просто слов нету те кто живут в Турции то поймут что в ресторане тяжело найти нормальную еду без запаха специй и т.д Но в этом отеле настолько было вкусно без исключения Завтрак обед ужин А персонал это вообще молодцы на все 1000000% Чисто уютно вкусно красиво очень Что еще нужно а еще и за такие деньги РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!!!!!!! Вернусь обязательно

Beautiful beach outside of the hotel complex with high pine trees. Quiet adult pool area! So nice and attentive personel, especially Emre, who worked during breakfast, what a perfect well mannered waiter!!! And HE DID NOT ASK us to give him good reviews! Nice room on top floor and great bed.

Beach with a lot of screaming children. We moved up to the adult pool, which was a great idea. Much to loud music at the family pool. More non-smoking areas for adults only would be great. Too loud music.

A beautiful place i could say it’s a new hotel, with lots of high-quality food.

The conditions for children’s stay at the hotel were not clearly specified, which caused some confusion and slightly spoiled the experience.

The level of service for hotel guests is at the highest level! All hotel staff work to make your stay better. The excellent cuisine amazes with its variety of dishes. The bars prepare professional and delicious cocktails. This hotel has everything for a wonderful holiday! I would like to especially thank the Front Office and Management for such high-quality work and care for the hotel guests! I definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday!!!

Die Location, das super nette Personal – einfach alles top! Wir waren super zufrieden und würden jedes Jahr wieder buchen.

Produsele de îngrijire personala nu sunt de cea mai buna calitate. Dacă sunteți mai pretențioși, vă puteți aduce șamponul, gelul de dus sau balsamul de par pe care le preferați.

Das Guest-Relations-Personal war sehr geduldig, sehr gastfreundlich, sehr darum bemüht, dass es den Gästen gefällt.

Das Essen war im Vergleich zu anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels höchstens mittelmäßig (zu wenig abwechslungsreich, Obst minderwertig, das gut gemeinte Kinderbuffet voll mit Süßkram - insgesamt mehr Kantine als Speisesaal eines gehobenen Hotels). Das Servicepersonal im Hauptrestaurant war ungeschult, chaotisch und am Ende auch unfreundlich. Einfachste Dinge wurden entweder ignoriert oder übersehen. Das Kinderprogramm war quasi nicht vorhanden (und nur auf die britischen Gäste ausgerichtet).

Die Anlage top! Das Personal immer freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Essen, immer große Auswahl, immer aufgefüllt, immer frisch! In den Restaurants immer schnelle Bedienung, top Kaffee, am Strand, im Foyer, im Café, im italienischen Restaurant überall Siebträgermaschinen und Personal, was auch Barista Ausbildung hat! Perfekt. In den Bars keine Billigkopien, sondern original Marken wie Martini, Efes, Miller, etc. Top!!! 10/10!

In den Zimmern etwas mehr Stauraum nötig, mehr Toiletten am Strand bauen!

Хороший пляж, вкусная еда, есть территория для прогулок вечером. Можно поехать на морскую прогулку прямо с пляжа отеля.

Никто не предупредил, что по отмене брони ресторана в день посещения в этот ресторан в другой день уже попасть невозможно.

Genel olarak her şey. Yemeklerin çeşitliliği, ama abartı olmaması. İlk defa gerçekten "sustainable" bir otel olduğuna inandım. İmkanlar, odalar, kokteyllerin çeşitliliği ve lezzetliliği: her şey nefisti. Oktoberfest organizasyonu çok keyifliydi. Bu hotel bir parfüm olsa, kesinlikle Torino 21 olurdu. Çalışanların her biri harikaydı. İnanılmaz memnun kaldık.

Puan kırmadım, belki sezon sonu olmasından dolayı, belki bizim kaldığımız dönemde yaş ortalamasının yüksek olması ya da otelin politikası bilmiyorum ama 30 yaş altı bir çift olarak, akşamları pek "eğlenemedik." Belki akşamları daha hareketli bir kaç opsiyon sunulsa daha iyi olabilirdi. Kafa dinlemek için birebir, fakat akşam yemeğinden sonra biraz sıkıcılaşabiliyor.

Tout est parfait, de l’accueil à la sortie de l’hôtel. Tout les employés font tout leurs possible pour nous servir, si vous voulez du repos c’est l’endroit à choisir. Les repas sont qualitatifs, rien à voir avec d’autres 5 étoiles faits en Turquie. Le ménage dans les chambres est très bien fait. Un passage à l’accueil car on voulait des oreillers plus fin, dans les 10 minutes qui suivent alors qu’il était 22h nos oreillers étaient changés. Les restaurants à la cartes qui sont aussi quasiment tous gratuits aussi, c’est vraiment un concept à découvrir !

Rien à dire, tout est parfait !

The Indian theme night buffet, not very authentic.

Öncelikle İnsanı/Çalışanları çok beğendim. Hemen hepsi gayretli, yardımcı ve konukseverlerdi…Konum, ortam ve olanaklar fazlasıyla tatmin ediciydi. Mutlu ayrılıyoruz…

Biraz fanteziye kaçacak belki ama yürüyüş yollarının üzerlerinin bir tür sıralı çardaklarla kapatılması şık olurdu. Güneşte yürümek insanı zorluyor.

العاملين بالمطعم لايعرفون يتكلمون الانجليزي ويتاخرون بالطلبات لامبالات بطلبات العميل والردود استفزازية للغايه لايوجد قوارير للماء وانما جاك لاتعرف مصدر مياه الشرب طلب عمل الافطار حسب مزاج الطباخ وليس ماتطلب ويقول نحن نعمله هكذا مو بكيفك الاستقبال كان تعامل سيئ من الموظفة بلغه التعالي

Restauración muy correcta con un trato excelente y limpieza impecable.

Entorno urbano un poco apartado de hotel. Creo que el hotel debería encargarse de los traslados a Dalaman. Siempre es una preocupación.

I like everything

I don't like rafting trips. It was the worst thing I did this summer too long, a lot of obstacles during the trip. I do not recommend rafting in fathyia for anyone. Also, I don't recommend massage after I did. i have back pain ( lower back) .

De service was uitstekend en iedereen was zeer vriendelijk. We verbleven twee nachten tijdens onze doorreis en kozen bewust voor een all-inclusive verblijf, omdat we even geen zin hadden om naar restaurants te zoeken. Onze grootste zorg was dat het eten zou tegenvallen. Daarnaast lazen we in een review dat het publiek mogelijk “asociaal” zou zijn. Maar het verblijf was juist boven verwachting goed. Het buffet en de à-la-carte restaurants waren van hoge kwaliteit, en alles was zeer hygiënisch. De spa was ruim en aangenaam, het strand heerlijk, en er waren leuke activiteiten te doen. Ook de app die het hotel aanbiedt om het activiteitenprogramma te volgen en je aan te melden, werkte erg prettig. Kortom: een echte aanrader met kinderen!

- основной ресторан (вкусная еда, несмотря на сезон в ресторане было достаточно просторно, были залы с кондиционером, особенно порадовали десерты) - в а-ля карт ресторан тоже все было очень вкусно - большой песчаный пляж, отличный сервис в кабане - очень неожиданно и приятно было получить сувениры на память от отеля - анимация (была полностью на английском языке)

- немного устаревшие номера - в один из вечеров были перебои с электроэнергией

Der Pool war sehr warm, eine Abkühlung war nicht möglich bei der Hitze, das Wasser hatte fast 28 Grad !! Die Abend Unterhaltung war sehr schwach, für so ein tolles Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet.
