Prachtig en heel schoon hotel. Op goede plek in de stad. Op goede afstand van de luchthaven.

Een beetje in de jaren gekomen. Het nadeel bij ons was dat de airco kapot was en maar 1 stand (voluit) had.

Las habitaciones y baño son muy amplias. La piscina es es un oasis y el hotel es precioso. Los desayunos completos. El personal de recepción y del desayuno super amable. No encontrabamos taxi para unos familiares por la zona y con la ayuda de recepción pudimos encontrar uno.

La camas son comodas pero se nota que son antiguas

La piscina, el entorno, el desayuno buffet, el silencio que hay, el patio interior que tiene el hotel, las vistas. Te dan toallas para la piscina.Hay taberna y restaurante para poder comer y cenar allí mismo.

No había en la habitación percheros de pared donde colgar la ropa. En el baño faltaban también. Solo uno. Te dan solo champú. Falta gel. Aún para huéspedes el parking subterráneo es de pago (15€ al día).

El hotel es precioso, con unas instalaciones muy buenas. Cómodo, habitaciones grandes, baño grande y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es estupenda, cerca de todo y de bares para cenar muy bien. El bar tabanco del hotel increible con tapas ricas y a precios buenos. Repetiremos seguro.

El desayuno era algo flojo para el ñrecio que se oaga y ser un 4 estrellas.

Spacious, clean room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The girl at the front desk went above and beyond to get our Netflix working. Beautiful hotel, nice pool.

Smart tv in room would not connect to Netflix even though it was an option.

Lovely old building, great pool area and we had a great night having tapas and a few drinks in the bar in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful

We upgraded our room before arrival to a junior suite but the room sadly we encountered problems, the main concern was that the air conditioning unit wasn’t working and given it was 42 degrees this was a major problem. We reported it immediately, the hairdryer wasn’t working or the fridge in the room so all the drinks were warm. We went to the pool and had a drink there. On returning to the room the air conditioning wasn’t working, they did offer us another room but again it wasn’t working. The main areas of the hotel, reception and bar/restaurant was we’re working perfectly. We had no sleep due to the heat in the room, on check out we asked about compensation and we were denied any form of reimbursement. The room cost was €189 it wasn’t worth the money.

Great location, fantastic staff, and the pool is a complete bonus. The restaurant is also great with super friendly staff. It's a lovely hotel in Carmona.

As often happens in places with a lot of history, sometimes the bathrooms are a bit tired, but everything worked.

Très bel établissement à l'ambiance feutrée ; très beau hall d'entrée ; grande chambre avec literie confortable ; personnel professionnel, sympathique et efficace ; places de parking proches de l'établissement mais rapidement complet ; point de vue magnifique sur la campagne alentours.

El agua d la piscina no estaba muy limpia. La calidad del bufet del desayuno no me parece q esté a la altura del precio

Nos gustó todo. El hotel es precioso, las instalaciones están bien cuidadas. La cama grande y comodisima, la habitación amplia y limpia. La piscina tiene buen tamaño y todo el personal es muy amable. Especial mención a los trabajadores del restaurante Tabanco por su exquisita atención y simpatía especialmente a Mariangeles. Muchísimas gracias, volveremos.

Unfortunately, unaware that Cordoba Gate was closed due to works. Hotel is only metres away from it. As a result, we had to navigate a very difficult through the town, arrived late and bar and restaurant closed. Found what appeared to be the only bar open in town and were able to have a snack

Me gustó el sitio en general por la amplitud de la habitación, pasamos muy buena noche en silencio y disfrutamos la tarde en su piscina tranquila Ideal para descansar después de un día de bicicleta

Ubicación, parking gratis cerca del hotel. Piscina bonita y desayuno amplio.

El cabezal de la ducha estaba rota, se lo decimos a la plantilla. Se puede considerar poner una alfombra antideslizante en la bañera.

The beds are pretty comfy and the rooms are cozy.

There were barely any toiletries. The pool water was not clean and neither were the sun lounges, some of them were broken; also, some cushions were missing and the ones they did have were not clean. Barely any maintenance of the pool area with bird droppings all around

Nothing at all as we were a group of friends revisiting Carmona so v happy to be at the hotel again.

Quarto muito confortável e grande. O quarto em que ficamos ficava no segundo andar e tinha uma vista maravilhosa. A recepção e lounge é muito bonita. Piscina muito boa e extremamente necessária para o calor de Carmona. A localização é a melhor no centro histórico, perto de tudo.

A geladeira era de difícil acesso, parece que quebrou a base e foi difícil de abrir a porta. O café da manhã é pequeno, a moça muito simpática, mas poderia melhorar com um pouco mais de opções.

O conforto, cama muito confortável, decoração de estilo histórico mas muito bonita. localização mesmo no centro histórico , piscina pequena mas muito boa.

Os artigos de higiene deviam ser de melhor qualidade, considerando que se trata de um hotel de 4 estrelas.

Location and character.

Slight drain smell in the hotel reception area, possibly due to the properties age.

The property is clean but a little dated. Beds are small (even in a deluxe room). Pool area is nice but service is very slow.

Staff were, unfortunately, not particularly friendly. We had to ask several times to get some coffee capsules for the coffee machine in the room. We were disturbed early by housekeeping (around 9am on a weekend).

Mooie pand maar afgeleefd,wel in een super mooie dorp. Ontbijt meisje (Nederlandse) en Maria Angeles van de restaurant zijn wel super ,vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Leuke restaurant in het dorp” La Yeldra” voor de culinaire mensen tussen ons,echt een aanrader .

Hun regeltjes ,zwembad gaat niet voor 10h30 open . Dus op het heetste van de dag maar je begin aan de zwembad te relaxen belachelijk voor woorden . Veel duiven rond zwembad Ontbijt is heel basic en het slechtste wat ik in jaar gehad hebt ,in een oude zaal op -1 die echt als de apparatuur aan vernieuwing toe is . Parking 15€ voor binnen,10€ voor buiten /dag. Restaurant is ook niet geweldig .

Beautifully restored building in center of town. Staff were very friendly and had taken the initiative of reserving the electric charging space for me based on my response to their “we look forward to seeing you” email.

You need to be patient and careful parking (tight spaces) but super safe in the hotel basement.

Hard to get the staff to go above & beyond - not my usual experience of basic hotel hospitality - without pressing them to think beyond their job. Eg I’m only the reception desk, you have to ask at the bar. Could you freeze our bottled water?- no. Could we eat outside by the pool at the tables ? No, eat in the bar. Could we have a drink - no use the vending machine, the bar is closed.

Creo que fue un buen hotel en su momento pero está descuidado. El personal es atento y amable. Estuvimos bien, pero hay muchos detalles que deberían mejorar.

El hotel está desactualizado. Muebles de madera con marcas de vasos. Albornoces muy pasados. La cortina de blackout descolgada. La cama sonaba mucho. La almohada muy fina. El baño está desactualizado para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas.
