　大浴場のロッカーが開かず備付けの電話でフロントに連絡しようとしたが電話が壊れていて大変な想いをしました、常に備品の点検を怠らずお客様が安心して滞在できるように心掛けて下さい。

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del tranvía y junto al barrio chino y a la estación de autobuses. Las instalaciones increíbles y el onsen exterior en la azotea increíble. Habitaciones muy amplias y nuevas.

スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。 食事が美味しかったです。 駐車場が近い。

展望風呂は最高でしたが、洗面台の周りの髪の毛が渦を巻いているように落ちていてキツかった。混んでいるのでしょうがないですが…そこを通って着替えるので…。 駐車料金が予定外の金額。時間をオーバーしていないのに、チェックアウト後なのでそのまま払って帰りましたが、説明不足だと感じました。

屋上のお風呂が素晴らしい。

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend und ideal, um Nagasaki zu erkunden. Auch die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen – insgesamt ein sehr moderner, hochwertiger Standard mit gutem Frühstück. Besonders schön fanden wir den Bar- und Loungebereich. Ein echtes Highlight ist natürlich das Bad auf dem Dach: Über den Dächern der Stadt zu baden und dabei am Abend die Lichter Nagasakis zu sehen, war etwas ganz Besonderes. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit.

Eigentlich nichts Wesentliches. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden.

頂樓的大浴場開放時間長(15:00-11:00)，有戶外池，夏天在戶外泡湯賞月亮，感覺涼爽、舒服。

房間空間較小，家庭同住大概最多容納2大1小(有沙發床)，若再加1幼就要一起睡在兩張單人加大床合併的空間了。

飯店位置很不錯。浴場舒適。

房間有明顯的髒污，拖鞋使用重複的那種(但檢查不夠仔細，有明顯破損應該要換掉)。接待櫃台在11樓，很容易電梯塞車塞人，趕時間的人要多抓一點時間等待電梯。

利便性。食事、買い物、観光すべてに便利！屋上露天風呂も眺めがいいし快適です。

breakfast was tasty and the venue was quiet and with excellent view and airy.

The powder room in the women's spa was overcrowded. Storage box was impossible to open until people moved out.

最上階の大浴場は最高でした。朝食もメニューが豊富で美味しかったです。観光に便利な立地もよかったです。

Modern and comfortable hotel next to the Chinatown in Nagasaki. The room was very clean and our stay was perfect although we didn't get hot springs nor breakfast.

I stayed in 9 cities this trip and this was probably one of the best accomodations. Felt very premium. Had an onsen. Is very close to things to do, like Motoshikkuimachi.

Tout était parfait.

Personnel disponible et sympathique. Le Onsen était plutôt sympathique avec vue sur la ville, même s’il y avait pas mal de monde chez les hommes. La chambre était grande et très bien équipé. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait.

There is not even a coffee maker or hot coffee for guests. The towel is very limited in supply so we need to reuse our towel after going to the public bath.

とても立地条件が良く、8月15日のお盆に宿泊をしました、精霊流しの爆竹の音が響き、私的にはすごく感激いたしました。中華街とは目と鼻の先でしたので、食べ歩きも高評価でした。 またお世話になりたいと思いました。

入浴施設の事なのですが、 ロッカーが非常に少なく、更衣室も非常に狭く 入り口のところで、列になって並んでる状態でした。 お風呂自体です。並んでる状態でした。

Hotel très bien situé, calme, propre avec des chambres élégantes et confortable. Le spa sur le toit est superbe.

Location

We parked in the wrong parking garage. We showed the parking ticket to the hotel clerk minutes after arriving because there is a special rate for hotel guests. We would have appreciated to be informed that we indeed took the wrong garage at that point. In the end without the special rate we paid 7200 yen just for parking.

C'est un très bel hôtel : moderne et confortable. C'est une excellente base pour visiter cette ville attachante qu'est Nagasaki.

Sehr kleiner Umkleidebereich im Onsen für die Anzahl der Gäste. Wartezeit beim Frühstück. Keine Bar in der Lobby.

以前より外国人が多くなり、マナーの悪さが目立った エアコンの効きが悪い 扉の故障が放置されている

最上階の専用露天風呂付きのお部屋で家族4人がゆったりと宿泊出来ました。山側でしたが、夜景見えて充実したよるでした。朝のバッフェも美味しかったです。全体的に綺麗で清潔なお部屋、施設です

最上階には共用の露天風呂、喫煙スペースがあり、部屋の入り口がエレベーターのりばのすぐ前なので出入りの際のプライバシーの点がちょっと気になるところくらいです。

위치도 위치지만 대욕장과 그리고 아침 조식이 정말 훌륭했습니다. 종류가 많다기보단 음식 하나하나 퀄러티가 타 호텔 조식 대비 좋아서 가족들과 즐겁게 아침 식사를 보냈어요.

도심에 위치한 호텔이라, 주차장이 없는 것이 유일한 단점

It’s was in a great location close to a buss stop to get to the station, airport and major attractions nearby. Nice spacious rooms, a great rooftop public bath and lovely restaurant on the 11th floor with great views of the city.

長崎での２度目滞在でした。入口から高級感がありとても落ち着いた雰囲気でとてもきれいで快適でした。 最上階の大浴場は露店があってとても気持ちいいです。

あげるとすれば大浴場の脱衣所が少し狭かったです

スタッフの方も皆さん感じがよく、気持ちよく利用できました。朝食もとても美味しくてスパが最高でした！

Perfect location, friendly staff, fantastic view at breakfast and from my room, clean bathroom, and very comfy beds!

Western options at breakfast could have been a bit more varied/warmer, but this is no different to any other hotel in Japan. The chicken and veggie stew, while it doesn't register in my mind as a "breakfast" food, was delicious! The cleaners missed some (very little) handprints on my windows, probably from a small child admiring the view. This didn't bother me enough for me to mention it, and given the angle/light it's understandable how it was missed, but I did notice a couple of other minor things that needed addressing, like the odd scratch here and there. Nothing that should put anyone off from staying though.

The room, bed, and bathroom were huge! For its low price, the room looks fantastic and premium. They even have a rooftop spa where you can view Nagasaki's night scenery while soaking in the spa. The location is very convenient, it's near most of the attractions, and also the tram/bus stations. Plenty of food options nearby as well, with a downtown just 5-minutes walk away.

Can't really think of any. It exceeded our expectation.

Wunderschönes Hotel in toller und ruhiger Lage um die Stadt zu besichtigen. Schöner Ausblick vom Frühstückssaal und Onsen auf die Stadt, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, köstliches und reichhaltiges Frühsstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer waren relativ groß und geräumig, außergewöhnlich designed und sehr komfortabel! Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!

Das Onsen musste leider kurzfristig wegen eines Hygiene-Notfalls einer chemischen Reinigung unterzogen werden und war für den größten Teil unseres Aufenthalts gesperrt.

パンがクロワッサンなどくずがこぼれやすいものと食パンで、子どもが食べやすいロールパンなどもあれば嬉しかった。 子ども用にプラスチック製コップがあると割る心配がなく安心かと思った。 ベッドの足元に大きなシミがあり気になった。 前の宿泊客の忘れ物か捨て忘れたと思われるホテルのアメニティのブラシ(開封済）が部屋に落ちていた。

ロケーションも良く、お部屋も広くてとても綺麗でした。なにより大浴場付きなのがありがたかったですし、大浴場も混んでないのでのんびりできてとても快適な滞在でした。

Gutes Hotel und unser Zimmer war sehr groß. Das Onsen im Hotel war sauber und schön, ein echtes Plus. Die Lage ist super, um einfach drauf los zu spazieren.
