Arthouse Dordrecht

Convenient to the town, the ferry, and the train station, yet 100% residential, quiet, and private. Feels like you are living in Dordrecht with your very own (beautiful) garden, expansive en suite bedroom, and small kitchen. Breakfast on the garden patio was extraordinary. Their local recommendations for restaurants and how to beat the crowds at Kinderdijk were spot-on. The hosts were very accommodating to our unusual arrival and departure plans.

The Arthouse is a gem in Dordrecht. It’s very well Situated on the river and v close to the town. We were able to sit outside for breakfast in our hosts lovely little garden which lead to the river . The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. There is a little kitchen to make coffees and teas

There was nothing that we didn't like about this exceptional B&B. The hosts couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Attention detail was evident everywhere in the room. The breakfast was delightful and the small private garden was a lovely place to eat it. The location on a quiet street another edge of the older part of town was ideal for exploring the old city and for restaurants.

Hele vriendelijke mensen, fijne kamer met een mooie tuin waar je lekker buiten kan zitten. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. 'S ochtends een uitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijt op je kamer! En op loopafstand van het centrum met veel leuke terrasjes.

Letty und Cor sind hervorragende Gastgeber und haben gute Tipps gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen; zentral und doch ruhig. Sie ist geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit hochwertiger Ausstattung, direkt am Kanal gelegen, sehr nah ins Zentrum von Dordrecht und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Perfekte Gastgeber!

De privacy en de tuin. Heerlijk ontbijt. Duurzaam. Zeer schoon en een lekker bed. Alles dichtbij en heel vriendelijke eigenaren. We gaan nog eens terug.

It was in a great location right near the centre of town but in a peaceful residential road. The guest bedroom and bathroom were a good size with access to a small rear private garden and a kitchen to enable you to make tea/coffee etc The bed was large and comfortable. Everything had been thought about - dressing gowns, toiletries, smart TV with Netflix access, drinks, snacks available to buy. The breakfast was outstanding with a lovely variety of food all delivered to the bedroom. The hosts Cor and Letty live upstairs so the accommodation was quite separate allowing for privacy. They were delightful and so accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and thought Dordrecht was a really wonderful place.

We travelled to Dordrecht by train from Amsterdam. The Arthouse is an easy 10-15 minute walk from Dordrecht train station. Cor & Lettie were excellent hosts giving us helpful advice about Dordrecht, good restaurants and modes of transport. The waterbus to Rotterdam, recommended by Lettie, was a great experience! As other reviewees have stated, the breakfasts provided are works of art! Beautifully presented and very tasty. There was enough food left after breakfast for us to make a small snack for lunch to take out with us. The beds are very comfortable and the room is very nicely furnished with comfy chairs, a table to eat at and a very useful kitchenette with all necessary implements if required. The en-suite bathroom is spotless and very well appointed. Though a little on the pricey side, we would have no hesitation in recommending The Arthouse and would definitely stay there again if ever revisiting Dordrecht.

From the initial contact to the goodbyes, we were made to feel most welcome and comfortable. The spacious, airy room, access to the delightful garden and a kitchenette were ideal for our time in and around Dordrecht. Lots of thoughtful, personal touches and a fantastic breakfast (far more than we're used to) all contributed to a very happy stay in a lovely town. Many thanks to Letty and Cor, and I hope we meet again.

We loved it all - a great antidote to a few busy days in Amsterdam.

Einmalige Unterkunft, sympathische Gastgeber! Ein kleines Juwel in Dordrecht mit traumhaft schönen Garten und einem Sitzplatz fürs Frühstück in der Sonne. Das Frühstück wird mit Liebe gemacht und auf einem kleinen Rollwagen am Morgen vor die Türe gestellt. Der Kaffee von der neuen Kaffeemaschine ist göttlich und das Frühstück selbst ist ein Traum. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und geben einem Tips zu dem wunderschönen Dordrecht. Die Schlafqualität in dem grossen Bett ist optimal. Das grosse modern eingerichtete Badezimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen und sieht gut aus mit den grauen Platten. Der Hausherr war als Designer tätig und das sieht man an dem guten Geschmack in der Einrichtung. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
