The location is convenient, especially if you are travelling by train, as the hotel is close to Siracusa railway station. I was offered an upgrade to an apartment for an additional €10 per night. The first two portiers were very helpful then last one was not - luckily he was only there the last day I can recommend going to dinner at Donna Lina - beautiful people delicious food and really cosy atmosphere Donna Lina gets ten stars

There was a strong smell of damp and mould in the first room and a it was a bit better in the apartment I was shifted to. The bathroom did not have a proper door, which meant there was no privacy. Toilet paper had to be placed in a bin instead of being flushed. the bin was not changed for one whole day and I also found a cockroach no on the bathroom floor.

Esta molt a prop de tot el centre. Certament no és difícil d’aparcar pels carrers del voltant. L’esmorzar era correcte. L’aire acondicionat funcionava molt be i era d’agrair. Prop de l’hotel hi havia un bar “no-turístic” que ens va agradar molt (Il cuovo)

El lavabo tenia alguns accessoris rovellats, amb una dutxa poc funcional. L’habitació feia olor d’humitat, suportable.

Lokalizacja dobra, blisko do dworca kolejowego i autobusowego. Bardzo miła Pani pomagająca przy śniadaniu, choć jedzenie niezbyt dobre.

Nieładne otoczenie hotelu, śmieci za oknem. Dostałam gorszy pokój, niż rezerwowałam - tłumaczono, że tamten jest zajęty (rezerwację zrobiłam 2 miesiące wcześniej i był dostępny). Żadnej propozycji rekompensaty. Meble stare, ściany wymagają remontu. Jak na te warunki zbyt drogi.

Great location at walking distance from Ortigia, surrounded by restaurants and bars, with easy parking. Very welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

The breakfast doesn’t offer healthy local products.

The room was on the basement with little light and ventilation. The bathroom had no ventilation at all, the shower was too small and the curtain did not close so each time the water would get everywhere. The room was so humid that the towels would not dry even after 2 days. The room had the access to the elevator's engine room so it was very noisy all night. It should not be used as an hotel room.

L'hôtel est proche de la gare mais loin du centre historique.

Le bruit infernal. Un énorme générateur d'électricité a tourné non stop (y compris la nuit)m durant 2 jours. Le bruit était si fort que j'ai failli changé d'hôtel. Quelque soit la panne, il serait honnête de prévenir ou de faire un prix aux clients car cela raisonné dans toute la rue, un vrombissement horrible, on aurait dit des marteaux piqueurs. Impossible de m'endormir.

Personel bardzo życzliwy. Szczegolne podziękowania dla Pani przygotowującej śniadanie, która przed regulaminowym czasem pomogla. Dzięki temu moja 70letnia mama mogla przyjąć spokojnir lekarstwa przed wyjazdem.

Winda nie działała co było sporym utrudnieniem dla mojej 70letniej mamy. Posciel byla czysta, ale meble już brudne, dużo kurzu na krzeslach, brudne drzwi. Pokój miał mieć balkon o to mała, zabudowana nora z bardzo głośnym urządzeniem chyba klimatyzatorem...

Tres bon hôtel de par son emplacement. Confort moyen, mais hôtel tres propre et personnel accueillant. Par contre, doivent faire un effort sur le petit déjeuner, juste en qualité.

Bonito hotel, decorado con estilo. El parking es gratuito en las inmediaciones. Personal amable y predispuesto. La ubicación es buena, a unos 700 metros de la parte histórica. Desayuno estándar.

Tuvimos un corte de agua que demoró nuestros planes, pero el personal pudo resolverlo.

Beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup de panne, panne d’électricité donc pas de clim coupure d’eau ,et on était a côté d’ un générateur qui tournait pendant 3 jours comme si il était dans notre chambre. C’était pas la faute de l’hôtel c’est la Municipales qui l’a mis en bas de l’hôtel . pour régler les problèmes de coupure d’électricité.

Se si è con la macchina in zona si trova tranquillamente il parcheggio, colazione molto abbondante, il centro è a piedi di 10 min.

Well located, close to the bus and train stations, easy 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to Ortigia, also walkable to the amphitheater. The reception staff gave us lots of information abd the breakfast was good.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Hotel Mediterraneo. Toute l’équipe est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriante et aux petits soins pour ses clients. L’hôtel est idéalement situé et le parking à proximité est un véritable atout. Nous avons pu laisser la voiture en toute tranquillité et découvrir Syracuse et l’île d’Ortygie à pied, sans aucune contrainte. La chambre était confortable, le petit-déjeuner très agréable et l’accueil irréprochable. Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour visiter Syracuse.

Pulizia generale, personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione di buon livello. Posizone ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi dai ponti di Ortigia.

L'hotel necessità di una manutenzione generale più attenta delle camere. Almeno la nostra aveva impianto idrosanitario ed elettrico malandati (prese elettriche sfondate, luce in bagno non funzionante, flessibili arrugginiti, box doccia incrostato dal calcare, tavoletta wc consumata e senza smalto), finiture edili da rivedere (macchie di umidità al soffitto) e tappezzeria sdrucita e poco pulita. Tutte piccole cose che un gestore e un manutentore serio potrebbe sistemare con poche ore di lavoro e qualche euro di materiali. Peccato davvero perché la struttura potrebbe essere un gioiellino...

La situación es ideal porque está a 10 minutos andando de Ortigia. Si vas en coche se puede aparcar perfectamente en la calle. Buen desayuno

Es un edificio antiguo muy bien cuidado. Habitación amplia, con un pequeño balcón. Aceptable desayuno. La mejor ubicación con parking al lado del hotel.

Tres vetuste. Le balcon muré. Literie pas terrible. Chambre vieillotte.Pourtant joli hotel typique mais qui mériterait un coup de jeunesse. Nombreux etages et pas d ascenseur.

Hotellet lå veldig sentralt for mitt opphold. Jeg kunne gå til ulike steder i byen og ut på øya Ortytiga. Rommet var svært stort for en person. Det var et familierom med tre senger. Betjeningen hadde serviceinstilling og ringte til meg mens jeg satt på bussen fra flyplassen. De ønsket meg god tur til hotellet. Jeg var der en uke på ferie.

Nothing to dislike

Breakfast was ok. The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes walk from Ortigia. You walk along a busy commercial street where I discovered several reasonably priced good restaurants. They are less touristic than the Ortigia restaurants. My room was spacious.

The toilet seat was not properly fixed. They promised to repair it.

Stanza secondo piano senza ascensore. Struttura piuttosto vecchiotta. Notevole differenza tra prezzo booking e prezzo che praticavano loro. Colazione appena sufficiente con cornetti riscaldati e pochi altri prodotti non di qualità. Due succhi imbevibili. L'addetto alla colazione abbastanza scostante. All'arrivo non funzionavano le tv. E, infine, viene spacciato per hotel quindi si suppone ci sia servizio reception regolare invece all'arrivo siamo rimaste una ventina di minuti dietro la porta in attesa di un dipendente e per il resto è un b&b col codice

the room we got looked completely different from the photos of the website. there were steps down to thee groundfloor the room dark and small. we booked the hotel because of a private car parking. l wrote an email for a parking space for my car. but when we arrived we were told that we haven't paid for the parking reservation in advance. but we did get any parking payment information. we were told to look nearby for a parking space. but because of a public holiday the city was full of cars. we were trying 1hour to find one at 34 degrees no fun. so we were not able to park the car and had to leave the hotel . we had booked it for 2days and lost 200 euros.for the room. I also had paid for the next day 20 euros for a parking spacen this was amazenly possible.

Der Abfluss della Dusche war teilweise verstopft. Es gab Lärm aus den anderen Zimmern.Morgens war es zu hell, da die Vorhänge das Licht nicht gut abdecken.

Od trzygwiazdkowego hotelu wymagam by podłoga jednak była umyta… Umyłam się po czym przepakowywałam rzeczy z plecaka do walizki, czyli kilka kursów w obie strony. Moje stopy były czarne i tak samo skarpetki mojego narzeczonego… okropne…

Não gostei de nada. Barulhento, elevador QUEBRADO, escada muito íngreme, cortinas rasgadas, sem BLACKOUT, café da manhã sofrível!!!

questo hotel è ben posizionato sia per quel che riguarda il centro di Ortigia, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, sia per andare al Teatro Greco per le rappresentazioni classiche. La colazione è ottima ed abbondante, lo staff disponibile. Sono già stata in questo hotel in precedenza e penso ci tornerò.

unica cosa migliorabile è la doccia.

L'hotel è in una posizione comoda anche per arrivare a Ortigia passeggiando. La stanza quadrupla molto comoda e grande, pulizia impeccabile. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Volendo trovare un difetto, la colazione potrebbe essere un pochino meno "industriale", per rispecchiare in pieno l'accoglienza siciliana e l'abbondanza e la qualità del mangiare in ogni forma

Vi hadde bestilt rom med balkong, men får melding dagen før at rommet ikke er tilgjengelig. Hotellet kan enten finne et erstatnings rom eller vi kan avbestille. Vi lar hotellet ordne det. Vi får tildelt en leilighet 2-3 kvartaler fra hotellet. Leiligheten i seg selv er ok, men knapt et vindu og balkongen… vel den kan dere selv se på bildet
