Reviewed Sep 14, 2026O edifício é lindíssimo. A sala do pequeno almoço é maravilhosa e o próprio pequeno almoço muito bom. Com variedade de produtos e tudo muito fresco. A localização também é um óptima, perto da estação de comboios e a poucos passos do centro histórico de Ortigia. Recomendo!
Senti falta de toalhas de banho grandes. Durante toda a nossa estadia só colocaram toalhas de rosto e de bidé. Fora isso, esteve tudo muito bem.

El baño olía francamente mal. Se lo indicamos y manifestaron incredulidad. El segundo día el mal olor fue menor, pero no desapareció.

Parking: Easy to find public parking during the day (for 3€/4h, only needed 9 am - 1 pm and 4 pm - 8 pm, otherwise free), but in the evening it was very very difficult and we had to park further away for a higher price of 15€/day. The building was lovely, the room was spacious. The shower worked. The bathroom was clean.
The breakfast was a joke: Very little variety, everything out in the heat (the milk had gone off in the heat and curdled in the coffee and the juice had gone fizzy, see picture), didn’t dare to eat the salami the second day of our stay. It must have been a while since the last time the space underneath the bed was cleaned, as there were stuffed animals and hair clips under the bed (see pic)

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Great location: 10 min walk to Ortigia (city centre). The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed breakfast. There's an elevator, so no problem if you have to carry heavy luggage. Staff was very friendly and let us keep our luggage for the day even after checkout. There are 2 restaurants right in front of the hotel that the receptionist recommendend. A pizzeria and a place that makes amazing pasta!
The only thing that might be an issue is finding a free parking spot. We were lucky and found a free spot close to the hotel.

Ao ficar numa avenida muito movimentada, havia sempre algum barulho à noite, vindo do exterior.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026La posizione permette di raggiungere agilmente sia la parte archeologica di Siracusa sia l'isola di Ortigia. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il condizionatore ma alla mattina seguenti ci hanno spostato senza problemi.
La camera è troppo buia (una luce a muro per una camera da 20mq), il bagno non aveva una mensola o un armadio per appoggiare i prodotti, mancanza di prese di corrente. Il letto, anche se matrimoniale, è composto da due letti singoli particolarmente scomodo. Non presenza di un mini-filo/ stendibiancheria

La colazione è migliorabile e potrebbe essere previsto un orario d’inizio anticipato o con una certa flessibilità su richiesta. L’aria condizionata in uno dei due ambienti che ci sono stati assegnati, quello col termoconvettore, era appena percepibile. L’immobile è piuttosto vetusto ed avrebbe bisogno di un intervento serio di ristrutturazione.

אחת החוויות הכי גרועות שהיו לי בחיים. קשה להאמין שחברת בוקינג משתפת פעולה עם המקום הזה. מקום מוזנח, מיושן ומאובק. המקום היחיד שנראה טוב זה משרד הקבלה, כנראה כדי להטעות את הלקוחות לפני קבלת החדרים. היינו 2 זוגות והזמנו חדר קואדרופול עבור 4 אנשים, עם 2 חדרים נפרדים בפנים. כשהגענו נאמר לנו שלא יוכלו לספק את החדר הזה, אבל במקום זה הבטיחו לתת 2 חדרים נפרדים ללא תוספת תשלום. הסכמנו בתנאי שנקבל חדרים סמוכים. במלון התעקשו לקבל תשלום מראש וזו היתה טעות מבחינתנו, כי לאחר התשלום הם הפנו אותנו לחדרים בקומות שונות ומיקומים נפרדים ולא יכולנו כבר להתעקש כי לא היתה ברירה. אחד החדרים היה סביר אבל החדר השני היה בעליית גג מעופשת עם ריח מסריח. המזגן שם לא פעל טוב והאסלה עם סימן מריחה בצבע חום.. היה ממש סיוט. אנחנו זוג בשנות ה-60 שלנו ומעולם לא נתקלנו בחווייה כל כך רעה. בבוקר ביקשנו מהבעלים החזר כספי, ולו חלקי, אבל הוא חייך בזלזול ואמר שיחשוב על העניין... בקיצור, להתרחק מהמקום הזה! הדבר היחיד שטוב זה המיקום.

Es va espatllar l'aire condicionat de l'habitació per la nit. Vam trucar i sort d'un senyor que va respondre el telèfon i ens va portar un ventilador, perquè la recepció estava tancada. La calor era insuportable. No vam dormir en tota la nit. L'endemà ens vam queixar i no ens van fer ni cas

C'è tanto di migliorare la colazione! Non esiste la verdura,tipo cetrioli,pomodori,olive etc.Ogni mattina lo stesso cibo,salame,formaggio e prociuto crudo.Quadratini di burro tutto morbido .La colazione devi essere più variata,pane o altro integrale non esiste..Veramente una colazione più scarsa di questa non ho visto in nessuna parte di Italia.Chi vuole andare a Hotel Casa mia devi sapere a cosa va incontro.Resto non ho nulla da dire.

Simple hotel with simple breakfast which if you do not eat eggs there is only a few things you can have but we were ok with this. The location is great. There are restaurants and cafes along the same road as the hotel. We were able to park the car on the adjacent street for free. It is less than 5 mins walk away from Ortigia a, the historic centre etc. We walked everywhere. There is a lift as the hotel rooms are located on the first floor. We would recommend.

Les chambres propres et climatisés sont très agréable. La literie impeccable. On ajoute un petit déjeuner à l italienne…super. Je recommande chaudement.
Le café du petit déjeuner…🥹…c est pas Italien.

La chambre était sans fenêtre, et donc pas aérée (même s'il y avait la clim). La réception était fermée dès 19h30 environ, le jour où je suis arrivé ; heureusement on m'a informé à l'avance d'un moyen pour entrer dans l'hôtel et trouver ma chambre.

Parcheggio da trovare dove si riesce. Non semplice in un viale frequentatissimo di Siracusa. Bagno che necessita di una rimodernata, e con odori costanti. Anche il letto andrebbe almeno accompagnato con un materasso delle stesse dimensioni, magari fornendo un cuscino in più. La colazione è un INSULTO: non oso pensare cosa direbbero dei siciliani, abituati alle loro colazioni. Ma in nessun posto d'italia nessuno oserebbe mai servire 4 cornetti secchi piccoli e duri, una mini coppetta di marmellata solo ciliegie (o simili, non si capiva), e un caffè allungato. Il resto non è degno di menzione.

Im ersten Zimmer war Schimmel, wir sind dann in das zweite Zimmer übersiedelt, dort war noch mehr Schimmel. Wenn alle Zimmer so aussehen, dann sollte das gesamte Hotel geschlossen werden.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026L’emplacement est top ! A deux pas d’ortigia. Des restaurants et des boutiques en bas de l’hôtel. On a pu avoir la chambre plus tôt et le personnel était sympathique.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Seriously cute, decorated with great attention to detail. Excellent value for money. Good location with a short walk to Ortigia and to the train and bus stations. Shops and restaurants next door and a nice park with a playground and ice cream very near, good for families with children.
