Die Außenanlage mit dem großen Pool war schön, wirkte sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war gut. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war hilfsbereit. Wir wurden vom Hafen abgeholt uns wurden große Roller organisiert um die Insel zu erkunden. Uns wurden Bootsticket gebucht. Die Umgebung, Brocken Beach, Klingking Beach.

!!!Die guten Bewertungen sind uns ein Rätsel!!! Wir haben uns dort von Anfang an nicht besonders willkommen gefühlt. Als wir ankamen wurde hinter der Rezeption getuschelt, (wir hatten drei riesen große Rucksäcke dabei, da wir 4 Wochen mit unseren Kindern unterwegs waren, vielleicht lag es daran), der eine sagte zum anderen "Deutsche" und dann lachten sie. Das Personal war sonst nett, einige sie sind sehr lustlos wie die junge Frau beim Frühstück. Es wird nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht und nicht einmal das richtig. Unsere Milch vom Frühstück am Vortag stand am nächsten Morgen noch auf dem Tisch, die Tische werden nicht abgewischt man konnte mit dem Finger in den Staub auf den Tisch malen. Die Toilette im Frühstücksbereich, die wir leider bei der Anreise benötigt haben, war hygienisch im katastrophalen Zustand. !!!!ACHTUNG!!!!! Das oben geschriebene ist das kleinere Übel. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer, Treppe runter linke Seite. Unser Zimmer war nicht sauber, alles total schmutzig und verstaubt. Nur oberflächlich Mal drüber gewischt Es sind im Zimmer, Ratten, riesen Spinnen, große Echsen die uns nächtlich Besuch abgestattet haben und große Party bei uns im Zimmer machten. Es ging die ganze Nacht, wildes gerenne, nagen an den Wänden gescharre von diesen Tieren. Sachen im Bad, die umgeschmissen wurden. Am morgen überall Kot von den Tieren im Bad auf der Toilette im Zimmer. Es sind auf der Veranda untern Dach Rattenfallen befestigt siehe Foto. Als wir vom Essen von außerhalb zurück gekommen sind lag ein riesen Haufen Kot direkt vor unserem Bett. Auch liegen diese fürchterlich stinkenden Tabs im Bad und im Zimmer, die Kakerlaken und Ungeziefer fern halten sollen, man bekommt kaum Luft. Die Hähne der Nachbarn krähten ab 1.30 Uhr durchgängig. Müll wurde ganz in der Nähe verbrannt, der ganze Qualm zog ins Zimmer. Wir haben dann nach der zweiten Nacht beschlossen früher abzureisen,, da an schlaf nicht zu denken war.

Kiva allas, hyvin hoidettu piha-alue. Hyvä ruokapaikka Tat's melkein vastapäätä. Aamupala ok, paitsi kahvi oli aivan kamalaa. Crystal beach suht lähellä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä.

Sijainti vähän ehkä kaukana kaikesta ja se kahvi😆. Tieltä kuuluu vähän ääniä.

La limpieza, no era diaria.

Deliziosi bungalow nella giungla, con strutture tipiche indonesiane con il tetto spiovente di paglia all’interno e fuori tegole. Pulizia impeccabile, dentro e fuori le stanze, fattore che essendo in mezzo alla giungla dove animali esotici non mancano di certo non è da trascurare. Servizio cortese, disponibile e premuroso. Ci hanno aiutato a organizzare transfer dal porto, tour e attività. Hanno driver convenzionati e servizio taxi, moto o auto, gratis compreso per raggiungere Cristal Bay a 3 minuti di auto dal resort. Un’altro punto a favore della struttura è la piscina, scenografica, con bordo a sfioro che si affaccia sulla giungla, particolarmente emozionante al tramonto. A brevissima distanza a piedi si trovano Warung e ristoranti dove poter cenare la sera.

Unico punto che si potrebbe forse migliorare è il servizio colazione, organizzato come ristorante in cui si ordina da una lista e si viene serviti al momento. Sebbene le porzioni siano molto abbondanti e la scelta ampia il servizio è un po’ lento.

Everything. The pool, the staff, the rooms, the facilities… They took care of everything from the tours we did (snorkeling with manta rays, tour of the island…) to the transport and taxis. Very helpful staff.

Cudowny nocleg. Urocze domki i świetnie wyposażone. Bardzo miła obsługa która załatwi Wam wszystko. Mega śniadania i możliwość przygotowania na wynos jeśli wcześnie jedzie się na wycieczkę. Możliwość zamówienia floating breakfast na duży plus. Z hotelu jest darmowy shuttle service na Crystal Bay. Piękne zachodu słońca i basen z widokiem na dżunglę.

Bon emplacement sur Nusa Penida proche de Crystal Bay. Les installations sont très sympas et proches de la nature. Il faut toutefois prévoir ses déplacements à l’avance dans la mesure où les Bungalows sont dans la forêt.

Nos gustó mucho la piscina y el desayuno con una buena selección, además de la opción de desayunar en la piscina sin coste extra. Cerca había varios restaurantes fabulosos.

El baño tenía un olor desagradable en ambas habitaciones, así que supongo que es algo del como está construido el sistema de cañerías.

Todo. Los bungalows están muy bien equipados, las camas son muy cómodas y también tienen una pequeña terraza para tender la ropa, incluso cenar (hay warungs con delivery cerca). La piscina es increíble y la tienes para ti solo, porque nunca hay nadie. Puedes ver las puestas de sol. También proporcionan servicio de lavandería y alquiler de motos. Está a solo 5 min de crystal Bay, donde se ven las mejores puestas de sol. El desayuno es rico y abundante. Sin duda repetiría en este alojamiento. Es un oasis de tranquilidad en medio del caos de conducción de la isla.

Por poner algún pero, la piscina estaba un poco fría y las plantas al rededor estaban un poco altas y tapaban las vistas del mar, el atardecer no se veia como en las fotos...

Wunderschöne Lage mit Infinity Pool, lecker Frühstück und sehr freundlichem Personal. Man kann leicht Ausflüge buchen und es gibt einen kostenlosen shuttleservice zum Beach.

Buona la colazione con una discreta scelta, personale disponibile ad ogni richiesta, abbiamo chiesto se era possibile fare dei massaggi e ha fatto venire direttamente a bordo piscina 3 persone! Motorini a noleggio, lavanderia, e posizione in zona crystal bay

Emplacement très pratique pour visiter les incontournables de l'ile en scooter, Warung de bonne qualité à 100M à pied, Très bon centre de plongée à 500m à Pied. Piscine à débordements et jardin typique balinais très appréciables et très bien entretenu. Malgré que le personnel ne parle pas anglais, ils étaient tous prêt à nous aider avec le sourrire. Contact continu avec le manager seul à parler anglais et très serviable (location de scooter très facile, navette gratuite crystal bay, service navette payante "prix très raisonnable" pour aller au port ou à la ville principale)

Oase van rust, prachtig uitzicht en lekker kleinschalig. Aanrader aan de overkant van de weg lekker eten voor een belachelijk lage prijs en super vriendelijke bediening.

Wil eigenlijk niets slechts zeggen maar voor ons waren de bedden net iets te hard.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean, comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. The garden and pool area are beautiful, with a relaxing tropical atmosphere, sunbeds, a jacuzzi, and nice places to sit and unwind. The staff were fantastic and very friendly, kind, and helpful. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, and the small fitness corner was a nice extra touch. Overall, it is a peaceful and comfortable place to stay in Nusa Penida. We would happily recommend it.

Super, du début à la fin, le personnel spour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité, le cadre, la tranquilité, la piscine, la proximité de Gamat bay ou Cristal bay, pas très loin du port, la facilité pour demander un taxi et envisager une visite. TOUT

simplement 2 remarques, le petit déjeuner est frugal pour quelqu'un qui n'aime pas les omelettes au ti déjeuner. L"absence de penderie est compensée par le prêt de portant à serviettes.

Leuke bungalows met een prachtig uitzicht. Hoog vanaf de berg kijk je uit op de zee.

Accommodatie is prima. Het hebben van een motorbike is wel handig omdat het best afgelegen ligt. Het restaurant heeft alleen een ontbijt. Er liggen wel verschillende restaurantjes op loopafstand.

Schattig huisje. Sfeervol ingericht. Super mooi uitzicht op zee. Heerlijk zwembad. Groene, keurig onderhouden tuin. Vriendelijke medewerkers. In de buurt xijn verschillende eetgelegenheden.

Het ligt wat afgelegen. Maar dit was voor ons geen probleem omdat ze zelf een motorbike hadden.

Virkelig lækkert sted, smuk natur, dejlig pool, flotte bungalows, søde og hjælpsomme værter. De arrangerede gode, anbefalelsesværdige sightseeing ture, klarede shuttle til og fra havnen, samt tøjvask.

Morgenmaden kunne være bedre.

Velmi příjemné bungalovy umístěné v džungli. V ubytování mají nádherný bazén s přepadem který určitě všichni ocení při západu slunce, který je z tohoto místa úžasný. Ubytování samotné je velmi dobře vybavené, postele jsou příjemné, personál ubytování byl se vším nápomocný, dokonce nám zařídil řidiče na naše výlety po ostrově. Zároveň nás si vyzvedli v přístavu, což bylo moc příjemné.

Jedinou věc, kterou mohu vytknout, byly snídaně. Ty byly velmi slabé, výběr omezený a kvalita byla také nic moc. Ubytovaným bych určitě doporučila blízký warung Tot’s food, kde vaří po celý den lokální jídla.

The view, location, facilities provided was value for money . The place has its own charm. Very close to crystal bay. All the needful was provided. Excellent for people on honeymoon.

Me encantó el hotel. Y el bungalow donde nos alojamos. La zona de la piscina también genial. Está fantásticamente iluminado y es muy agradable para pasar unos días, conocer la isla y descansar. La cama me pareció super cómoda y no se oída nada. Baño estupendo (con agua caliente saliendo directamente y muy amplio). Las imágenes reflejan fielmente cómo es. La zona de desayuno y el desayuno en sí, muy bien. En general, lo recomiendo pero teniendo en cuenta la parte negativa...

El día anterior al viaje, a las 4 de la mañana, nos cancelaron la lancha rápida de Bali a Nusa Penida. Lo que hizo que no pudiésemos llegar en la fecha prevista y tuvimos que buscar otro hotel en Bali. Preguntamos en el hotel y nos mandaron un documento (con fecha del 20 de agosto) en el que informaba del "día del silencio en el mar". Con lo que no puede haber ninguna actividad. Ni la compañía de lanchas nos informó, ni el hotel. Creo que es su deber conocer las fechas claves en la isla e informar a sus clientes. No cuesta nada... cuando llegamos, ni una disculpa, ni nada de preocupación. Decían que no era su culpa... desde luego la nuestra, menos (que somos los que pagamos una noche sin usarla y otro gasto de un hotel en Bali). Nos ofrecían de compensación (después de quejarnos) el desayuno (que en realidad ya habíamos pagado porque se supone que estábamos alojados el día anterior... y el taxi para ir al hotel (ridículo en comparación con lo que pagamos). Finalmente llegamos a un acuerdo (no sin antes perder muchísimo tiempo que podíamos haber disfrutado. Luego nos pusieron en otro bungalow (nos dimos cuenta pero ya no queríamos decir nada). Cuando ya nos habíamos instalado, nos dijeron que ese bungalow se había vendido y que teníamos que ir al que nos correspondía... En fin, recomiendo informarse previamente de todo y no contar con ellos si hay cualquier tipo de problema. Un poco de interés no vendría mal... Aún así, les contratamos excursiones e hicimos gasto. No íbamos a arruinar toda la estancia por este problema.

La localización era perfecta, la piscina un plus y tiene cerca algunos warungs para comer genial. Disponen de un bus gratuito que te baja a la playa de Crystal Bay.

Todo ha estado genial, como único punto diría que en algunos momentos de fondo se escucha a los vecinos de las villas de al lado, pero el mismo hotel te proporciona tapones por si los necesitaras. Yo no los usé y dormí genial.

Very beautiful place, with the borderless pool, little gym and very cute bungalows. The staff are so friendly and helpful which we also joined the packaged tour, they all turned out very good. There are also shuttle car to Crystal bay which takes within 5 minutes. There are some good restaurants nearby, very convenient for the meals when you just wanna relax here the whole day.

If you’re sound sensitive sleeper, it’d be better to bring earplugs as there are some natural alarms to wake you up in the morning. Yet it’s village life, not too big issues for us.

Przepiękne miejsce. Spokojny hotel, niewiele bungalowów na terenie, mało ludzi. Cudowny widok znad basenu na zachód i tylko chwilę do knajpki z również cudownym widokiem z kolei na wschód. Dobre jedzenie w najbliższych lokalach. Można odpocząć i zwolnić w zwiedzaniu. Polecam chwilę dłużej się zatrzymać.

Sajnos a tisztaság nem volt a megfelelő, illetve egy felújítás is ráférne a szálláshelyre.

La piscine et la vue sont un vrai plus, et la localisation est parfaite. Le personnel est adorable et toujours disponible, ce qui rend le séjour très chaleureux. Ce sont les meilleures échanges avec les personnels qu'on a eus parmi toutes nos réservations d'hôtel à Bali.

La salle de bain a une mauvaise aération et donc une odeur humide et nauséabonde reste, et l'eau chaude n'était pas toujours au rendez-vous.

Le logement est top, la piscine magnifique.

Struttura pulita, davvero bella, letti comodi e stanza ben arredata. Lo staff super accogliente e ci hanno fornito tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno, colazione e driver top (occhio alle curve😂)

The bungalows were very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The pool with sunset views is fantastic. Breakfast was complete, and the staff were super friendly and attentive at all times.

Un hotel precioso, con un encanto increíble, tiene una piscina que da a la plena naturaleza y puedes ver el atardecer, son pocas habitaciones y todas dan a la piscina. El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. La ubicación excelente para poder ir por toda la isla y sobre todo en los puntos de más interés.

Para dar un pero, solo lo pongo en el desayuno, creo que le falta un poquito más de calidad. Pero esta bueno igual, y hecho con mucho cariño
