Les chambres spacieuses, personnel agréable, bien situés et surtout un super resto à côté 5 min à pied ( Nusava), avec une petite touche française.

Le petit déjeuner est pas à notre goût, et dommage pour le massage de ne pas avoir une pièce dédié à cela.

La vue de la piscine sur les collines, la quiétude, la taille de l'hotel pas trop grand. Il y de l'air, le joli restaurant donne sur la piscine. Personnel à l'écoute. Service rapide. Location de scooters sur place et service de laverie pas cher (30k/ kg)

Le rapport qualité prix ,la proximité du club de plongée avait un intérêt pour moi mais sinon l'endroit est un peu perdu.

Le petit déjeuner pas terrible, la porte d'entrée de la chambre coulissante peu sécurisante.

Our stay in Green Coco has been amazing! The swimming pool alone worth a visit. You have a full view of the forest. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was really helpful and friendly. They also provided a taxi service for both of the side of the island which was very convenient. Three nights are enough to explore the island but choosing this stay made it really memorable.

O pequeno-almoço podia melhorar de qualidade, principalmente as panquecas que pareciam cruas. Fiquei desiludida com o serviço que prestaram de aluguer de scooter, visto que me alugaram por um preço elevado (que tive de contrapor no final) uma scooter com a direção avariada, em estradas super perigosas. Não me senti segura e só usei a scooter por 5h porque nem quis arriscar mais

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The pool is absolutely incredible and was one of our favorite parts of the property. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. That said, the food at the hotel is so delicious that we often chose to eat there instead. The breakfast was very tasty with a great selection of options, and the cocktails were excellent as well. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again! 🌴✨

The property itself is pretty old. We had some issues with geckos that staff tried to fix. The quality of food isn’t so good comparable to the price.

Huge, clean, spacious rooms with great amenities. This hotel was lovely, the staff were great, the breakfast was tasty with lots of options. I’d highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Nusa Penida

The property is situated in the jungle with not much around (which we loved) and the roads here are very scary and narrow. - this is no fault of the hotels, but you will either need to be very confident on a bike or book tours to get around and see stuff.

A nice tree change overlooking the hills. Beautiful cool breeze. Room was clean and the bed the most comfortable we have slept on all holiday. Mozzie net over the bed to keep the occasional one away. Hired a scooter to get to most places.

Everything was clean and comfortable - 10/10 The restaurant food was really outstadning and staff super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We were not allowed to change our dates when requested because the rates were lower on the updated dates and were asked to pay the same rates to update the dates.

View is amazing from the pool, rooms are beautiful, beds are so comfortable, Staff were friendly.

Felt the staff could have been a little more proactive, instead of having to ask for things like the menu at dinnertime etc. There were many things on the menu but most things were out of stock, we wouldn't have minded so much if they told us what wasnt available upfront instead of us spending 15 mins deciding to then be told it was unavailable on ordering. This wasn't just the odd item it was a large part of the menu, daily, including drinks. I understand its sometimes hard to get the ingredients just be upfront about it before the customer decides. Additionally, the menu would list an accompaniment to a meal on the menu for example garlic bread, then because they don't have the ingredients for that they just substitute it and hope you don't realise. Again it would be ok if told but by not saying anything comes across a little misleading and very disappointing. Last complaint is the music by the pool. They play a cultural balinese song, which we like, but the same song is on repeat morning day and night, every single day, we felt we needed to avoid the pool because it was so repetitive and we just wanted some peace and quiet or even just a different song to play! Its in such an amazing location sometimes it would be nice just to hear the beautiful nature that surrounds it. I can't imagine its healthy for the staff day in day out either to hear this in repeat. That said we did ask one time uf they could turn it off or play something else and they obliged straight away. If all of the above was addressed this place would be 10 out of 10.

The view was the best that my girlfriend and I have had during our stay. Absolute divinity. Complete privacy. We will return.

Some noise from people drinking travelled into our bungalow, but this did not detract from the experience.

Hemos alucinado con las vistas maravillosas de este hotel, el lugar donde está ubicado es el más bonito en el que hemos estado de todo Bali sin duda, naturaleza, silencio, paz … la zona de la piscina super bien cuidada y decorada , una cabaña con todo tipo de extras , mosquitera, albornoz, neverita, etc…

Por decir algo, el desayuno era bastante simple.

The breakfast

Les + : la piscine à débordement avec vue sur la forêt tropicale, fournissent serviette de piscine à la demande à l'accueil, grands bungalows, dîner bon, chauffeur à l'heure et bonne conduite, nous a accompagnés jusqu'à la compagnie de fast boat où nous avions réservé. La plage est assez proche (2km, 30min à pied), nous l'avons toujours fait à pied, mais il faut être capable de revenir car ça monte beaucoup ! Mais ça permet de faire un peu de sport pendant les vacances ! Le personnel est très sympa et souriant, répond à toutes les demandes rapidement. Les - : Pas assez de prises électriques dans les bungalows, prévoir multiprises, seulement 2 petites bouteilles d'eau à l'arrivée dans la chambre jamais renouvelées, c'est payant par la suite (seul logement où nous avons eu ça !), excréments de gekko dans la chambre mal voire pas nettoyés, petit-déjeuner moyen en terme de quantité par rapport à ailleurs où nous avons payé moins cher, description des tours légèrement différente dans la chambre et à l'accueil donc à faire préciser. Dans le tour vers l'est il n'y a pas les Teletubies mais Crystal Bay beach alors que c'est à l'ouest et surtout juste à côté de l'hotel ! Nous avons globalement été déçu par rapport au prix payé. En gros on paie la piscine !

La piscina tiene unas vistas increíbles. El desayuno es muy completo y rico. La zona da bastante paz y está en un lugar silencioso. Nos gestionaron el barco y el taxi de vuelta muy amablemente. El personal en general es amable. El baño cuenta con todas los amenitis que puedas necesitar.

El camino para llegar al hotel, una vez sales de la carretera, es un camino de piedras y tierra, sin luces y difícil de conducir si no tienes experiencia en moto.

Es tranquilo en mitad de la selva. Tiene una buena piscina con vistas y el desayuno que viene incluido está bastante bien. Personal agradable. Te reciben con un coco.

Uno de los coches que tienen para servicio de recogida del puerto y alguna excursión olía fatal. La ubicación es bonita pero poco práctica, aunque creo que es más por culpa de la propia isla, cuyas carreteras son pésimas. Venden packs de SPA, pero no tienen SPA, el servicio se presta en tu propia habitación.

Nice view from the room and the pool as well. The room was big and there was a big balcony. We were gifted with a green coco after the chek-in. Nice breakfast for take away as well. The staff was super nice.

The sofa and the bedding were dirty. There were lot of mosquito, that can be understandable because you’re inside a jungle but maybe the front door can be sealed more. Just one towel per person. The dinner was ok but nothing special.

De locatie is supermooi alleen jammer dat het zwembad ‘s middags in de schaduw komt waardoor het snel afkoelt. Wij maakten het meeste gebruik hiervan na de trip over het eiland ’s’morgens.

Le personnel est agréable et très gentil. Vous pouvez leur faire confiance pour vos réservations (transfert, activités...). Ils proposent ce qui est le mieux pour vous et pour votre porte-monnaie. C'est très appréciable ! De plus, ils savent gérer les problèmes et trouvent des solutions, même lorsque l'établissement n'est pas impliqué. C'est un vrai plus !

The pool view was amazing, the staff were excellent and the room was very comfortable. Breaky was nice too.

I had a really lovely stay at Green Coco Suites. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Nusa Penida. The pool area was absolutely beautiful — peaceful and surrounded by greenery. One of the highlights was definitely the floating breakfast – not only was it delicious, but it also made for a magical morning experience. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a calm and scenic escape.

This hotel is a little slice of paradise. The suites are what I would consider princess suites. There is a lot of care and love in this venue. The views are stunning. The staff are very friendly and helpful. will be returning with my family.

The location is perfect - so close to Crystal Beach and to the attractions of West Nusa Penida. The view is absolutely stunning and all the staff bring a great vibe. The food and drink we had was great. Everything spotlessly clean.

Absolutely amazing views. Such a peaceful and tranquil place. The staff were beyond accomodating and friendly. The room was beautiful. I even booked an in room massage that night and it was organised so quickly. Fantastic massage as well. The food was exceptional as well. Cannot fault!

I recently stayed at this incredible hotel nestled in the heart of a lush jungle, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel offers separate villas, each providing views of a coco palm forest. The villas themselves are modern and beautifully designed. The common areas are nice, with a breathtaking infinity pool that overlooks the jungle, creating a serene and picturesque setting. The bar and restaurant are good, serving delicious food and drinks without the hassle of crowds. Additionally, there are several restaurants within walking distance, offering a variety of dining options. The staff are friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. They were very helpful in organizing transportation, which made getting around much easier.

While my stay was generally pleasant, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The staff’s English proficiency is quite basic, which sometimes made communication challenging. Additionally, the spa services, particularly the manicure and pedicure, were disappointing and did not meet the expected standards.

The treatment

Loved the location in the jungle. It was quiet and peaceful. They organised a rental scooter to explore and it was definitely needed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of drinking water available with a refill station at the reception area. Plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. Staff very friendly.

As is the case in many Balinese places there is no ventilation in the bathroom, therefore it was extremely smelly. To compensate they put out 'smelly fragrance sachets' which are very strong and to someone sensitive to smells as I am this is not good. The shower and toilet are in the same small area and the drainage was slow therefore the toilet area was constantly wet.

The staff were excellent with me as I was on crutches. They helped in all ways. Peaceful and big rooms. Lovely family who run it.

It was sometimes hard to find staff manning the restaurant bar area. Very basic breakfast for the price We didn’t eat there for dinner as didn’t seem that organised or appetising. Think the family owners may still be finding their feet and things will improve in time. Towels were old and stained.

The place is perfect if you’d like to stay in a quiet place away from the noises of Bali. It’s located in Nusa Penida, close to crystal beach (a 15 minute walk). The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They offer tours to different parts of the island. I’d recommend that. Hendra, the manager, was very helpful and he went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I’m definitely coming back.

Perfect location in the middle of the island to go to east or west also 5 min drive from crystal beach and everything is 30min drive either you want to go to east or west . Lovely sunrise from the swimming pool.

Little to no choices in breakfast

Super schöne Unterkunft und draußen vor dem Balkon haben wir sogar eine Affenfamilie gesehen, welche im „Wald/im grünen“ passierte. Total putzig! Bemühte Mitarbeiter und super schöne Location. Wir hatten die premium Suite mit Blick ins grüne - weniger Rollergeräusche weil es hintenraus ins grüne ist und total idyllisch!

The suite was beautiful overlooking a jungle with a shared infinity pool, which was exceptional. Breakfast was amazing. We had a very nice massage as well with a very reasonable price. Green Coco is very clean and is located in an amazing are in Nusa Penida island.

It was very hard to communicate with the staff as most of them did not speak English. The room was full of geckos and insects, and the staff were unable to get rid of them. Nothing much to be done after sunset there.

The free breakfast and other food was very average, I would suggest getting a proper chef cooking meals or revising the menu. We would have ate there more often if the food was good, the breakfast made us feel sick in the tummy afterwards. The location although beautiful was fairly isolated from everything, we realised pretty instantly that the best restaurants were on the other side of the island.
