När jag bokade Hotel läste att taxi gratis till Hotel men tyvärr ingen taxi som fick jag från airport till Hotel jag känner mig otrygg och osäkerheten jätte ledsen för det hotellet helt nekad taxi, tack.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2026El personal es claramente lo mejor del hotel, en especial una de las mujeres de la limpieza y una camarera del comedor También son buenas la ubicación del hotel y el Sky bar para tomar algo tranquilo.
Lo peor que las sábanas tenían manchas. Lo más incómodo que tiene escalones por todos lados: entre el ascensor y las habitaciones, y entre la habitación y el baño. El desayuno un aprobado justito, le faltan algunos productos habituales en otros hoteles, como el jamón serrano y como las pasas y frutos secos La cena también aprobado justito, repetitiva y los postres...somos golosos pero casi ninguno daban ganas de repetir.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The room felt old and was not very clean. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and I was unable to sleep properly throughout our entire one-week stay. The sound insulation was extremely poor. The walls and doors were so poorly insulated that we could clearly hear guests in the neighbouring room simply talking. There was a lot of noise, which significantly affected our sleep and overall experience. The property does not offer good value for money.

Pool beautiful but crowded as soon as it opened. No room to move between beds and you were totally exposed to the sun or totally in shade. We went to beach even though we picked hotel because of pool. Also had to rent towels and pay deposit for same

Personalet. Vi havde en rigtig dårlig oplevelse ved poolen med en grov personale. Efter at have skrevet til hotellet, fik vi et flabet svar tilbage. Vi skrev at de misforstod det vi klagede om og vi endnu et flabet svar tilbage. Aldrig har jeg fået så ringe en oplevelse på et hotel.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Tllkommande priser: Depositboxen var tillkommande kostnad. Frukosten var dålig. Matsalen hade ingen ljudabsorbering alls, det ekade och slamrade något fruktansvärt. Vi åt bara frukost i 2/3 dagar, det gick inte att vara där inne. Vi bodde i junior sviten och då kan man tycka att man kunde få riktiga glas. Vi fick papperskoppar när vi frågade i receptionen om de inte hade vinglas eller dricksglas i glas. Vi fick ett absolut nej. Vi köpte två egna glas istället. Möbleringen i rummet var helt avskalad. i vårt vardagsrum fanns en bäddsoffa som var helt fläckig. Det fanns inga möbler som gjorde rummet lite mysigt eller en känsla av en svit. Avskalat, platt, grått och trist. Hissarna är gamla och har ingen styrning vilket gör att det alltid är kö till hissarna. Det är ett runt öppet trapphus vid alla hotellrum så det ekar och låter högt vid minsta lilla. det är en glipa i nederkant på hotellrumsdörren vilket gör saken värre. Vi vaknade flera gånger pga detta. Det fanns inget skohorn. Kylen var till 50% full med is på kylaggregatet. När vi kom upp till poolen för att hämta handdukar möts vi av en kvinna i baren som står och skär upp lime. Hon nyser rakt ut över all frukt utan att bry sig, hämtar våra handdukar och fortsätter skära upp frukten hon just nyst över.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Abbiamo fatto la mezza pensione e il ristorante è super consigliato. Da italiana abbiamo apprezzato molto che molti piatti venivano preparati sul momento davanti ai nostri occhi. Letti grandi e comodi, stanze nuove Posizione comunque comoda a piedi per spiaggia e ristoranti
Bisogna essere puntuali per colazione e cena perché è capitato che dopo solo qualche minuto dall'orario di chiusura, ci hanno fatto saltare la colazione (avevamo avuto un imprevisto ma non hanno voluto sentire ragione con la gente ancora in sala e la colazione tutta esposta )

Værelserne var meget små, men kunne dårlig passere hindanden for enden af sengen. Badeværelset var meget småt og kun adskilt fra værelset med en glasdør som næsten kunne være ligegyldig om den var der eller ikke. Syntes måske også at tillægsprisen for hund på 20 Euro/dag + 10 Euro for et dobbeltværelse var lige i overkanten. Derudover var facaderne i dårlig stand.

Not enough sun beds and far too close to each other . No room to move ,literally on top of each other The lifts are far to small and unable to facilitate the amount of people in the hotel . They took ages to come to your floor and when they did ,they were usually full( 5 max people ). The bathroom was so small , very tight space between the wall and toilet and difficult to sit in comfort

The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in including my 20+ years in the military. The bathroom was very dangerous to use. There was a big step to get in and out and there was nothing that resembled a night light to highlight the obstacle. Being a bit handicapped it was a serious concern for me. The bed was the hardest I have ever been on. We only got sleep because we were seriously jet lagged. The elevator was the smallest I have ever seen then to top of that we had to go back down stairs three steps to get to the room door. With our luggage it was a painful challenge

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Beim ankommen wurden wir gefragt in welchem Stock wir das Zimmer haben wollen was ich sehr zuvorkommend fand. Wir haben uns für den 16 Stock entschieden und die Aussicht war einfach super. Das Frühstück war sehr auch gut.
Das Abendessen war nicht besonders gut und immer kalt. Die Betten waren sehr hart und für Leute die größer als 1,75 sind und nicht mit dem Kopf ganz an der wand liegen ist das Bett zu kurz. Ich mit 1,79 musste schräg im Bett liegen da sonst meine Füße über das Bett hinaus gestanden wären.

Nos alojamos en la torre pequeña y tenia uno de los ascensores estropeado. Teniendo en cuenta que uno llegaba al skybar o a la piscina el tráfico era impresionante... El exterior está muy muy descuidado, parece que los balcones se caen a cachos que da miedo salir al balcón por si te cae encima algo. El buffet es muy simple... Y se ve que reutilizan los platos de un servicio a otro. No hay helados de postre. Y la bebida es ridículamente cara 3.9 una botella de agua o 3 una coca cola pequeña. Las paredes de la habitación son finas como el papel... Si los de al lado se pelean lo escuchas en directo.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026La playa justo en frente y el bufet muy bueno aunque no era muy grande pero lo que tenías estaba todo muy bueno,además tiene una piscina en la azotea con bar y actuaciones por la noche que te permite relajarte, aceptan mascotas y te dan un kit de playa para los perros de bienvenida.
La habitación es demasiado pequeña y el baño también se nos quedó muy pequeño. Ampliaría el horario de la piscina, cierra a las 20:00

Forbered dig på at bruge lang tid på at vente på de to ud af tre elevatorer der virker. Hvis ikke du er ved poolen når den åbner, vil det være umuligt at finde to liggestole ved siden af hinanden, og man ligger MEGET tæt. Hvis du har mere end 4 hår på hovedet vil jeg anbefale selv at tage en hårtørrer med. Ingen lys på balkonen.

Je regrette l’esprit un peu fermé du personnel…Voyageant parfois solo, j’apprécie pouvoir manger le soir dans ma chambre, je m’y sens moins seule avec la télé…. Habituellement, le personnel est compréhensif et me donne la possibilité que de prendre une assiette au buffet afin de la monter dans ma chambre. Toutefois ceci m’a été refusé J’ai également regretté qu’on me fasse une remarque pour avoir préféré me rendre dans les toilettes de ma chambre et m’absenter 5 min. (Ma chambre étant située au 8ème étage et la piscine au 10ème) je n’ai quitté mon transat que 5 petites minutes. Je comprends qu’on ne monopolise pas de transats, comme ça se fait bien souvent et cette démarche me fait horreur, mais dans ce cas précis, je trouve totalement injustifié. Le personnel du bar et restaurant n’a pas forcément de bonnes connaissances d’anglais.

The main issue was the privacy of the bathroom with the bedroom. If you are traveling alone, is great. But the size of the bathroom and bedroom was not enough for 2 people to walk by and sit at the terrace. The air conditioner was making a lot of noice and out of the 3 elevators for the guests of the hotel only one was working. We often used the stuff elevator. Stay at the hotel 7 days and they did not get fixed.

Building work on all exterior balconies. Also sunbeds pushed next to each other on the roof, very uncomfortable and had to climb over the back of bed to actually get on. Prices on roof absolutely insane, as no space or comfort!

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The buffet (breakfast and dinner) was great, with plenty of good food and lots of options. The location was also great, near every service and the beach. We also recommend visiting Cosmos Bar and the rooftop pool, it was very nice.
The bathroom was smelly; it smelled like a sewer sometimes. We weren't aware that we needed to pay for the drinks during the dinner buffet. I recommend informing the guests before they make the reservation.

El hotel estaba por fuera en obras, ya que los balcones están cayéndose a trozos, da mal aspecto e inseguridad. En la TV no funcionaba apenas ningún canal y al 3°día lo arreglaron. Las camas son súper duras, antiguas e incómodas. Las cortinas opacas no cubrían del todo la ventana y hace que te despiertes temprano. Haría falta una renovación del mobiliario.

Estado exterior del hotel muy deteriorado ( contrasta con el interior que es moderno y limpio) Los ascensores,pequeños y muy poco prácticos provocando colas y esperas No se puede tomar un café en el hotel hasta la tarde que abre el Bar de recepción. Además de la fianza , te cobran 2 euros por día de toalla,me parece un detalle feo en un hotel de calidad

Estuve media pensión y la verdad que el buffet deja mucho que desear! la bebida aunque sea agua de cortesía no entraba,había que pagar lo que bebiera,en fin que tenía contratado la cena y desayuno y tuve que hacerlo en la calle!. Y otra cosa se puede llevar a mascotas pero ahora no puedes dejarla sola habitación....entonces que hago con miascota si voy a desayunar y a cenar sino dejan entrar a mascotas?penoso la verdad. Y la limpieza dejaucjo que desear 5. Días y ningún dia me cambiaron las sábanas y baño sucio

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Great location, very near the old town and the beach and great restaurants. Comfortable room and plenty of storage in the room. Bar at the pool had a nice menu of lunch snacks and good drink variety.
The pool didn't open till 11am. Way too many sun loungers round the pool so you had zero space between beds, very close to strangers beside. Room a little on the small side.

La habitación, los ascensores muy pequeños y lentos. La cena, pescado de muy poca calidad. Vistas de la terraza al pueblo. Baño muy pequeño y poco íntimo. El hotel no tiene parking. Ofrecen en el puerto a 20€ diarios pero no puedes salir y entrar cada vez que quieras y el otro parking igual pero a 16€. Fachada a restaurar.

La única pega que se puede hacer es el tema de aparcamiento no tiene parking propio y tiene unas pocas plazas concertadas con un parking próximo,pero, la atención de los empleados en solucionar la situación es muy buena te indican y se preocupan para solucionar la situación.

Dès notre arrivée à l’hôtel, il nous a mis à l’aise et a tout fait pour que notre séjour commence dans les meilleures conditions. We love the roof top swimming pool. Location is absolutely perfect, right opposite the beach.

Hotellet er slidt, næsten nedslidt. Det er totalt bekymrende at alle balkoner synes at være nedbrudte. Vi har boet der flere gange og pointeret problemer med elevatorer, helt håbløst akustik i spise området. Generelt er FUENGIROLA ved at være slidt og beskidt. Sørgeligt!

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The location of the hotel was excellent. Very clean, well presented hotel and the staff were very polite. rooms were very clean and decent enough sized for two sharing. the pool are was great and a nice roof top bar to chill out at in the evening
One minor thing, that I think is the same with the majority hotels when travelling is the beds aren't the comfiest... but that could be down to personal preference of course.
