Ubicación primera linea de playa. Atención del recepcionista a nuestra llegada.

Me dieron una habitación en un edificio que estaba en la calle de atrás del hotel, en una habitación a ras de calle y me sentí desplazado. Tuve acceso a las instalaciones del hotel (recepción y piscina sin problema), pero no me sentía seguro al no haber nadie del hotel en el otro edificio. Olor a humedad y cucaracha de regalo. La puerta de acceso dando portazos cada vez que entraba o salía un huésped y decoración en la entrada del segundo edificio muy desfasada y antigua.

Die Lage war top, die Betten sehr bequem und das Frühstück lecker mit grosser Auswahl. Wir waren vor allem vom Frühstück positiv überrascht. Das Hotel bot Services wie Badetücher-Vermietung an, von der wir im Vorherein keine Kenntnis hatten und uns positiv überraschten. Auch beim Mieten eines Autos war das Hotelpersonal extrem hilfsbereit und nett. Zudem waren die Teller beim Frühstück aussergewöhnlich sauber. Sonst sind wir uns in Spanien anderes gewöhnt bezüglich Geschirr-Sauberkeit.

Die Reinigung des Zimmers hätte etwas sorgfältiger gemacht werden dürfen. Als Schweizer sind wir einen Staubsauger gewohnt. Das Zimmer war ok sauber, aber der Boden hätte besser gewischt respektive gesaugt werden können. Zudem vergass das Reinigungspersonal diverse Male das Toilettenpapier aufzufüllen.

Közel volt a tengerhez. Udvarias, segítőkész személyzet, bőséges reggeli. Naponta takarítottak, az árak megfizethetőek.

Hyvä ilmastointi, erityisen iso + mahtavista kylpypyyhkeistä! Henkilökunta tosi ystävällisiä, huonesiivous tapahtui huomaamatta. Iso kiitos ammattilaisille.

Uima-allas hieman pienehkö. Ilmeisesti ei kovassa käytössä koska meri ja hiekkaranta aivan vastapäätä hotellia.

Desde el minuto uno, tuve una gran sensación del personal . Y posteriormente, con diferentes turnos, lo mismo. Tuve un problema personal, se lo comenté y dentro de lo difícil qué era, me lo solucionaron. Sólo tengo palabras de agradecimiento. La ubicación, perfecta

La verdad, me pareció todo muy correcto. No había parking, pero me indicaron delnparking qué hay a 200 metros, y te hacen precio por estar en el hotel.

Não gostei das instalações. É um hotel muito ultrapassado, com muitos sinais aparentes de degradação. Não havia qualquer insonorização nos quartos, pelo que se ouvia muito barulho constantemente pelos corredores, moveis a serem arrastados e portas a bater a toda a horas. A água das torneiras não tinha temperatura constante, ora estava muito quente, ora estava fria.

Położenie hotelu jest jego największym atutem – znajduje się tuż przy plaży, co zapewnia szybki dostęp do morza i piękne spacery o każdej porze dnia. Niestety, na tym kończą się pozytywne wrażenia z pobytu. Pokój, który otrzymaliśmy, miał widok na dachy starych budynków, a jego wyposażenie wyglądało na pamiętające czasy sprzed kilkunastu lub nawet kilkudziesięciu lat. Meble były wyraźnie zużyte, futryny napuchnięte od wilgoci, a na suficie i ścianach w łazience widoczne były zacieki. Szczególnie rozczarowała łazienka – wanna była w tak słabym stanie, że jej dno zostało zamalowane białą farbą, prawdopodobnie w celu ukrycia korozji. Dużym problemem była również instalacja wodna. Na piątym piętrze ciśnienie wody było bardzo słabe, a gdy ktoś z sąsiednich pokoi korzystał z łazienki, woda w kranie praktycznie przestawała lecieć. Umycie włosów bywało przez to bardzo utrudnione. Choć pokój sprawiał wrażenie posprzątanego, niemal wszędzie można było znaleźć czarne włosy – zarówno w łazience, jak i na podłodze pokoju. To zdecydowanie nie powinno mieć miejsca w obiekcie hotelowym. Kolejną wadą była słaba izolacja akustyczna. Nieszczelne drzwi wejściowe sprawiały, że słychać było praktycznie wszystko, co działo się na korytarzu oraz w sąsiednich pokojach, niezależnie od pory dnia i nocy. Na plus należy zaliczyć klimatyzację, która działała bez zarzutu i skutecznie chłodziła pokój nawet podczas upałów. Osoby podróżujące samochodem powinny przygotować się na dodatkowe trudności. Hotel nie dysponuje parkingiem, a znalezienie wolnego miejsca w okolicy, szczególnie w sezonie, graniczy z cudem. Kilkukrotnie szukałem miejsca do zaparkowania przez 30–40 minut, krążąc po pobliskich uliczkach. Mam wrażenie, że dzięki doskonałej lokalizacji hotel zawsze będzie znajdował gości, zwłaszcza w sezonie letnim. Jednak standard obiektu jest zdecydowanie poniżej moich oczekiwań i niestety nie planuję ponownego pobytu.

La ubicación es ideal, tienes la cala del puerto justo delante del hotel y un poco mas lejos, unos 200 metros, tienes una playa excelente. La playa de la cala del puerto tiene un pequeño escalón al entrar al agua, que, a las personas mayores les puede resultar complicado salvar para salir del agua. Si se va con personas mayores es mejor ir a la playa del otro lado del dique donde esta el corazón, que son unos 200 metros del hotel, y, en esa playa, no suele haber escalón al entrar o salir del agua.

Joka päivä todella hyvä huonesiivous. Hyvä aamiainen. Huippu sijainti. Allasalueella ei juuri ketään koskaan, rauhassa sai olla. Tilava huone ja suuri parveke sekä kylpyhuone. Hyvät sängyt sekä tyynyt. Pikku kauppa heti alhaalla joka auki myöhään.

Myöhäisempi uloskirjaus oli mielestäni hintava, yleensä sen saa ilmaiseksi etenkin kun hotellissa ei ollut lainkaan ruuhkaa. Mutta, se on heidän tapansa toimia ja kiva kun se oli kuitenkin mahdollista.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this time the customer service was so poor that it’s hard to stay silent. To start with, when we arrived late at night, we were checked into a room where a huge cockroach was lying right by the entrance. I appreciate that the staff changed our room immediately, but the first impression was already ruined. The rooms are old, and the mattress was absolutely terrible. It caused such severe back pain that it took half a day to recover after sleeping on it. Special thanks to the gentleman at the reception who tried to help by providing extra blankets to place on top of the mattress. Without them, sleeping on that bed would have been impossible. I had two separate bookings and asked the reception if it would be possible to stay in the same room to avoid wasting time packing and moving. Throughout the week, I was repeatedly told that it would most likely be possible, but that I should confirm on the day of check-out. On the check-out day, however, I was informed that I had to move to another room. After spending the entire morning stressed and packing our belongings, we were given a room that was virtually identical to the previous one, just on a different floor. When I asked why we had to move, I never received a clear explanation. I was only told that the rooms belonged to different categories, despite them appearing exactly the same. I also asked about the possibility of a late check-out for my second booking and was ready to pay for it immediately because I needed certainty that I could stay in the room. Once again, I was told that nothing could be arranged in advance and that I would have to wait until the check-out date to find out. No alternative solution was offered, and there seemed to be no willingness to help or show understanding of the situation, despite my obvious frustration. Overall, the lack of communication, flexibility, and customer care made this a very disappointing experience.

Stayed here before, good location right on the front and paid a little extra for a sea view. Nice little balcony to sit out on. Staff were very pleasant. Even though right on the front hotel is set back enough and traffic noise was not a problem for me. Also nice was the small pool space on top of the hotel with a great view.

Only 3 things for me were, a bit of an odour at night drainage possibly and another was the plastic chairs on the balcony, be careful when using after the sun has been on them I sat on one and after a few minutes one the legs collapsed under me and i'm no heavyweight 😆 and down I went but was ok. Lastly, it would be nice if the rooms had coffee/tea making facilities but there is a large coffee machine in the foyer where you can purchase from.

Ble møtt uten smil eller velkommen. De finner ikke reservasjonen og ber meg ta kontakt med booking. Til slutt finner de reservasjonen men ikke noe unnskyldning. Men det var to kjekke menn som smilte og var hyggelige ellers under hele oppholdet.

Ruido, lentitud del señor mayor de recepción, 1 hora para poder hacer el check in, la comida muy pobre. En fin, un lugar para no volver.

La localización, frente al mar. Aunque si vas modo relax no recomiendo esa zona, mucho jaleo.

Para quedarte una noche no está mal, pero no más. La habitación daba la sensación de dejadez, muchos detalles que podrían mejorar sin mucho esfuerzo.

Huoneet olivat hieman kuluneet, mutta sen kertoi jo hinta varatessa. Yleiset tilat ok. Sijainti oli aivan loistava, ja henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Huoneiden kuluneisuus ei haitannut meitä, koska vietimme suurimman osan ajasta ulkona. Parvekkeelta oli huikeat maisemat sekä merelle että seurata rantakadun vilinää. Aamiainen perus, mutta kaikki tarvittava löytyi.
