Le wifi ne marchait pas. Il n'y avait pas d'après-shampoing dans la douche. les portes fermaient mal. Le lit était inconfortalbe. la fenêtre était mal isolée. la clim était trop froide et il n'y avait pas de couverture. pas de fruits ni de pain complet au petit déjeuner.

le personnel, en particulier le cuisinier était sympa. la propreté était ok.

We didnt have any hot water in our shower or sink which we noticed the following morning when we were going to shower. We also had no wifi at any stage throughout our stay. 2 out of the 3 beds in our room were comfortable but the third was very hard.

Personale molto cordiale

La pulizia non era molto accurata c’era un unghia sul lavandino e nella doccia non scendeva l’acqua.

Il pavimento rovinato e il fatto che i materassi non fossero coperti con un coprimaterasso per garantire maggiore igiene

Una bellissima struttura, necessità di piccoli interventi di ristrutturazione, la piscina da punto di forza rischia di diventare una criticità ed è un peccato, basta poco per ottenere il 10 con Lode. Il WiFi non funzionava.

La posizione.

Odore fortissimo in stanza di bruciato , abbiamo fatto difficoltà a dormire , veramente un cattivo odore probabilmente dovuta dall’ areazione che arrivava dall interno. Abbiamo dovuto spegnere il condizionatore e aprire la finestra per far uscire l’odore, peccato che c’era gente che mi vedeva sul balcone.

Mi è andata bene la posizione della struttura vicina al luogo di interesse in cui ero destinata. La struttura aveva buona accessibilità di parcheggio anche coperto. La piscina è stata una bella esperienza in una giornata oggettivamente molto calda. Il personale alla reception sempre molto gentile.Il ristorante indiano nella struttura è abbastanza buono ,con personale molto gentile e prezzi giusti.

Sinceramente come comunicato alla reception nella nostra stanza malgrado le telefonate nei giorni precedenti per sincerarmi di avere a disposizione l ‘aria condizionata, la stessa non era funzionante. Anzi lo split da terra era totalmente inagibile e tenuto in piedi con una forchetta alla base ( proprio quella da cucina). La stanza fatiscente con balcone esterno sporco con tracce di scarpe ben visibili. La signora delle pulizie ha riprovato a ripulire senza successo.Sinceramente sono rimasta molto delusa dell’esperienza e ho riportato alla reception tutto quanto scritto.Onestamente per quel che e’ stato pagato, non credo di tornare.

Praticamente tutto,pulizia pessima,aria condizionata non soddisfaceva la grandezza della stanza ma presumibilmente perchè malfunzionante,segnalato subito alla reception ma dopo 4 giorni era ancora cosi insieme ad altri problemi segnalati come: Copriwater rotto, scarico bidet con tappo non scaricava e si riempiva il bidet di acqua, erogatore doccia rotto,usciva l'acqua da tutte le parti tranne da dove doveva uscire,insomma soggiorno pessimo, nessun tipo di provvedimento preso dopo le segnalazioni.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées, avec surtout un petit réfrigérateur, ce qui permet de conserver les boissons au frais. C'est bien appréciable en plein été. Le service de blanchisserie étant fermé pour l'été, une machine à laver est à disposition des clients, gratuitement. Il y a des distributeurs de boissons chaudes et fraîches, de friandises, de glaces, et les prix sont corrects. Le métro est à 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel, ce qui permet de laisser la voiture au parking, et de se déplacer à pied. Enfin, la piscine est vraiment un plus .

Cattivo odore,la cucina a pagamento non scritto in fase di prenotazione,non c'era nulla per cucinare ma alla richiesta di pentole ci sono state fornite

Wir sind schon des öfteren in diesem Hotel abgestiegen und kommen immer wieder gerne, da das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist super.

Die Duschkabinen könnten mal erneuert werden.

Les meubles de l'appartement sont vieillot. La couleurv kaki est triste Il y avait des carreaux cassés au sol de la salle de bain et un trou dans la porte

La dame de l'accueil, d'une gentillesse remarquable, très à l'aise avec le français , chaleureuse , c'est hyper agréable. La piscine sur le toit magnifique , l'accueil des animaux, la possibilité de les balader aux alentours, les restaurant de proximité à prix raisonnable, je pense revenir rapidement

Die Zimmer sind angenehm groß. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Im Hotel gibt es ein Indisches / Italienisches Restaurant - alle sehr freundlich. Schwimmbad am Dach. Gleich in der Nähe eine U-Bahn Station - Tageskarte Euro 3,80 und man gelangt direkt ins Zentrum. Die Tiefgarage für Euro 5,00 im Hotel ist auch sehr großzügig und gut. Frühstück nicht sehr umfangreich, aber definitiv ausreichend.

Het is allemaal zeker niet het nieuwste van het nieuwste. Het verblijf was gewoon prima voor ons die meer eisen stelt aan andere prioriteiten in het leven.

Posizione comoda per l’esigenza del nostro soggiorno. Camera e terrazzo spaziosi. Frigorifero molto funzionale. Aria condizionata adeguata considerando le alte temperature del periodo. Comodo il parcheggio annesso alla struttura, così come il ristorante che offre menù italiano e indiano.

Arredamento un po’ spartano. Colazione da migliorare per scelta e qualità.

Frokost ok, litt enkel sal. Savn: frisk frukt/grønnsaker. Dårlig engelskkunnskaper. Men grunnleggende vennlighet og servicemindedhet kompenserte for det. Godt restaurant tilbud lunsj/ middag

Frokosten. Se over. Hjelp til info om kollektivtransport og sykkel-leie (forsøkte i flere dager). Dårlig nettforbindelse, som gjorde det vanskelig å bruke Brescia-appen for å kjøpe billetter og leie sykkel.

Gutes Frühstück. Pool auf der Dachterrasse war nett, sollte renoviert werden.

Es wird nichts renoviert und wieder instandgesetzt. Die Liegen am Pool müssten alle erneuert bzw. wieder funktionsfähig hergerichtet werden. Keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden.

Hôtel très bien situé, calme, propre Chambres propres, équipement moderne. Le parking privé, bien qu'il ne soit pas surveillé est très pratique d'accès. La piscine en roof top, excellente par 35°C Le personnel était accueillant, et la cuisine du restaurant était bonne et abordable Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Camera non pulita bene, piena di polvere e piatto doccia incrostato di calcare. Offrono la piscina come servizio ma per avere un telo chiedono 5 euro…e poi altri 5 euro per avere un ombrellone Nella stanza è presente una “cucina” ma non è utilizzabile se non pagando 35 euro…

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Regal Hotel. Das es einen Pool auf dem Dach gab, ist absolut top. Die Sauberkeit war super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls ausreichend und dem Preis angemessen. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es ist ersichtlich, dass die Zimmer schön älter sind. Defekte Fliessen, überall Kratzer und Dellen.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sauber, modern und gepflegt. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige Atmosphäre, die bequemen Betten und das leckere Frühstück mit einer guten Auswahl. Auch die Lage des Hotels war ideal und alles war gut erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

La posizione è ottima, con bella vista sulle colline. La camera è ben fornita di tutto ciò che serve, in particolare un frigo/freezer a disposizione. C'è anche un piccolo angolo cottura (da pagare un supplemento se richiesto). Il parcheggio è grande e gratuito.

Alcune parti dell'edificio andrebbero ristrutturate, come i terrazzi. La piscina purtroppo è stata chiusa per via del mal tempo.

We liked the location just a 20-min walk away from the metro station Ospidale. For us, who were from Northern Europe, even the walk itself was interesting, hearing the voices of southern birds and insects (cicadas) and admiring the lizards. We very much enjoyed the roof-top pool that was so refreshing after a long walk. We also enjoyed the air-conditioning that worked just as we wanted, the shower and the safe that enabled us to leave our money and valuable home during or next hike. We enjoyed the chance not to go out to find a restaurant where to have dinner, but have dinner under the same roof. We appreciated the opportunity to choose between Italian and Asian dishes and both were delicious.h

I and one of my sons were unable to adjust the shower from the overhead rain-shower to the ordinary shower. The second son could use it with no problems. When he had left it to the rain shower, we couldn't turn it back to the ordinary shower and became wet all over. We would have needed some instructions. We choose the hotel because of the pool, but could use it only once as we left early and returned late and had dinner after that. For us the opening and closing times of the pool should have been more generous. Next time we'll stay here more leisurely and enjoy all the possibilities available.

The hotel was well positioned and we enjoyed our stay there. Once the problem with the room was sorted out we had a nice room with a good balcony and an opportunity to relax. The pool was lovely.

On arrival we got to our room to find it hadn't been serviced. The problem was nicely remedied but it was hard to work in the room because the Internet didn't work. The man on reception in the morning was rude and dismissive about the fact that the Internet was very poor. I tried to worknin the reception area where it was slightly better but there wasnt a comfortable space anywhere to set up a laptop. Breakfast was chaotic, disordered and distinctly average. They'd run out of most things by 9am on the first day and the scrambled eggs were hopelessly overcooked, every single morning.

El hotel está bien si vas con coche, pero olía raro, muy raro la habitación. Te ponen fotos de cocina, pero en ningún lugar leí, que te cobraban un cargo adicional de 31€ por utilizar la cocina de la habitación. Yo no repito.

El mal olor, y el cargo adicional por utilizar la cocina, que yo por lo menos no lo leí en ninguna parte.

ho apprezzato l'aria condizionata in camera al mio arrivo, il rapporto qualità/prezzo in generale è sufficiente. Comodo il parcheggio sotto l'hotel e spiegazioni chiare alla reception al mio arrivo. Comodo avere due cuscini sul letto, uno più morbido e l'altro più duro. Camera pulita.

La struttura esternamente è rinnovata, all'interno è un po' datata e in alcuni aspetti lasciata un po' andare. Un peccato avere la doccia con le ante scorrevoli rotte e qualche segno sui muri, che evidentemente devono essere ripitturati. Non ho avuto modo di vedere la piscina sul tetto e dunque non posso commentare. Colazione scarna ma veramente economica.

Si potrebbe avere un occhio di riguardo sulla pulizia

La habitación y el baño lleno de cucarachas vivas y muertas ,pelusas por toda la habitación y al decirlo en recepción se hicieron los locos en repetidas ocasiones y no querían ni ver las imágenes ,uno de los recepcionistas me decía incluso : que si que si,ya me lo dijiste ,y se reía.

La habitación muy espaciosa y limpia. La piscina muy buena. El personal muy amable. La estancia fue perfecta.

Wir sind fast schon Dauergäste.Das Hotel liegt für uns verkehrstechnisch günstig und besitzt eigenen Parkplatz plus Garage. Wunderbar ist natürlich der Pool. Und das Abendessen im indischen Restaurant war wieder hervorragend

It is hard to say. Maybe the airco in a heat wave moment. But for the rest not much.

Here I can let myself roll: the cleanliness was very basic, the hotel was maybe once upon a time "regal" but now nothing was as it looked in the pictures. The rooftop swimmingpool was warm, not much circulating and not at all clean either the water where there were plenty of hair floating or the floor of the roof which was barely cleaned. The plants were a ode to survival as they tried to stay alive in a drought. Then the rooms with this "kitchen" which was a sad closet with a list of things present as "facilities" but the only thing that came out of that was a foul smell of sewer which we still don't know whether it came from there really or from the airco conducts. The bathroom was so tiny that if you would be taking a bidè and your partner would decide to come in they could kill you. The water was full of calk and I had to give bottle water to my dog as I didn't dare. They did not provide trash bins in the room and the WiFi did not work. Enough?

Freundliche Leute, wohltuender Pool auf Dach, einfach, angenehm. Stadtzentrum gut erreichbar. Wir gingen mit dem Rad hin.

The Air conditioning did not work well. kept going back to 23 degrees which felt like room temp air was blowing. The shower was odd, the floor was slanted in it- probably for drainage but it was difficult once soap was being used.

A good hotel centrally located to the Ferrari museum. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was very poor and not what I expected. A coffee and a croissant doesn’t work and the lady in the restaurant was very bitter and moody.
