De e-bikes mochten we binnen zetten maar wel op de 1e verdieping dus ze moesten wel verticaal in de lift mee. Was voor ons geen probleem omdat we al blij waren dat ze niet buiten hoefde te staan....

Parkmodalitäten vorher klären. Tiefgarage fußläufig zu erreichen. Von einem Hotel in dieser Lage kann man keine absolute Ruhe erwarten. Im September war es bis spät noch sehr lebendig vorm Fenster😉

The breakfast felt a little limited, with quite few options, so this may be something to consider if breakfast is an important criterion for you. The room was spacious and clean. Overall, for a 3-star hotel, especially considering the excellent location, I feel I made the best choice.
I did not particularly enjoy the interaction with the person at reception. There was a lack of naturalness in the way everything was explained, with every possible detail. Unfortunately, this made the interaction feel rather uncomfortable instead of welcoming.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Es mucho más acogedor y bonito en persona que en las fotos. Camas comodas, baño amplio y con un colgador donde pudimos secar nuestras toallas y bañadores. Aunque cierran la recepción se puede volver a cualquier hora usando la tarjeta. La ubicación es perfecta y tienen cerca muchos restaurantes buenos. Te hacen un 10% de descuento en el Sobrio si dices que te estas quedando en el hotel. Parking gratis en el castillo no muy lejos.
El personal de recepción no hace demasiado esfuerzo por hacerte sentir bienvenido. El desayuno en sí es mejorable, pero lo que más me incomodó fue la actitud de la persona encargada de preparar los cafés, que estaba constantemente pendiente de lo que cogían o dejaban de coger los huéspedes. En un momento dado, como no había suficientes pinzas para todos los alimentos, utilicé una cuchara limpia para servirme unas galletas. Quiero dejar claro que en ningún momento toqué ningún alimento con las manos ni hice nada que pudiera considerarse poco higiénico o incorrecto. Aun así, la persona vino inmediatamente a decirme que tenía que utilizar las pinzas que estaban junto a la pizza. Entiendo perfectamente que quieran evitar que los huéspedes toquen la comida con las manos, pero eso no fue lo que ocurrió. Si el hotel quiere que cada alimento se sirva exclusivamente con pinzas, la solución debería ser poner suficientes utensilios para todo lo que ofrecen. Además, tampoco me parece muy lógico utilizar las mismas pinzas para la pizza y para unas galletas: no quiero que mis galletas sepan a pizza. Más allá de eso, la sensación durante todo el desayuno fue bastante incómoda, como si estuvieran constantemente vigilando lo que hacías. Cuando estoy de vacaciones, especialmente a primera hora de la mañana, agradezco poder desayunar tranquila y sentirme a gusto, no observada.

They offered to keep our heavy rucksacks on a very rainy day so that we could complete our list of sightseeing. The location is perfect with beautiful restaurants on same street.
The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast area as was very small and no tables big enough for 3 of us. Breakfast was basic but given cost of the accommodation that is expected.

Bathroom SMELLED of septic system odor. Had to leave fan on and keep the door closed and all drains plugged with soapy towels. The air conditioning was a joke and so was the refrigerator, just humming and doing practically nothing. Obviously this was the worst room in the hotel which seems to happen often using Booking.com

Nos chambres donnaient sur la rue....bars et restaurants...un peu bruyant malgré le triple vitrage qui atténue malgré tout très fortement le bruit....Pour les oreilles sensibles, prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles 😉

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Mi è piaciuto l'hotel per la posizione centralissima su piazza della Loggia, fortunatamente abbiamo avuto una stanza con affaccio interno perchè all'esterno ci sono parecchi locali da cui proviene grande chiasso anche a tarda notte. La stanza molto carina, tuttavia il bagno era molto piccolo: se si è alti e robusti si fa un po' fatica a muoversi. Oltre alla consueta fornitura di asciugamani personali, abbiamo trovato anche in dotazione delle ciabattine in tessuto, un extra davvero gradito!
Il personale è gentile, ma un po' impreparato su corse bus e spostamenti. La colazione è internazionale, abbondante ed è fantastico consumarla in una terrazza interna, vero top di gamma del soggiorno. Nel complesso è stata una piacevole esperienza che consiglio vivamente.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Όλα καταπληκτικά! Το προσωπικό πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει κάθε στιγμή. Μεγαλύτερη έκπληξη ήταν η Naual που ετοίμασε το πρωϊνό, αυτή η κυρία είναι με το τέλειο χαμόγελο καρφωμένο στο πρόσωπό της. Ξεχειλίζει αγάπη! Η θέση του καταλύματος απλά... τέλεια, πιο κέντρο δεν έχει! Το ξενοδοχείο κοινοποίησε την πινακίδα της μηχανής στον Δήμο κι έτσι μπορέσαμε να φθάσουμε πολύ κοντά (60μ. περίπου) από το ξενοδοχείο για να κατεβάσουμε και να ξαναφορτώσουμε τα πράγματά μας με ησυχία. Το ιδιωτικό υπόγειο πάρκινγκ (paechegio Piazza della Vittoria) είναι με τα πόδια 3 λεπτά και με το όχημα 8 λεπτά, μας χρέωσε μόνο 2€ για περίπου 14-15 ώρες. Τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα, το πρωϊνο πλήρες (κλασικός μπουφές). Οπωσδήποτε θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω!

The room I stayed in was beautiful, with a stylish design, well maintained, and elegantly decorated. The hotel appears to have been renovated while preserving its classic furniture and charm. I prefer hotels that maintain their historic character and have a unique identity, like this one. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly, and nice

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026L'albergo è vicinissimo a Piazza della Loggia in una strada con tantissimi ristoranti, bar e pub, quindi è anche molto comodo per i pasti; lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile, la camera era essenziale ma sempre perfettamente pulita e con letto e cuscini secondo me comodissimi! Anche la colazione offriva varie opzioni sia salate sia dolci, e le torte erano veramente buonissime. È stato davvero un soggiorno molto positivo per me che usavo la camera come "appoggio" notturno e di giorno stavo fuori, comunque consiglierei sicuramente la struttura anche soltanto per la posizione (una mezz'ora a piedi dalla stazione).
Una cosa che forse suggerirei è di offrire la possibilità agli ospiti di non farsi cambiare gli asciugamani ogni giorno, magari facendoli lasciare a terra per segnalare quando si desidera averli puliti, in modo da evitare di portare via e lavare ogni giorno gli asciugamani non utilizzati o comunque utilizzati pochissimo. Per il resto non ho veramente altro da segnalare, soggiorno davvero positivo!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Emplacement idéal en plein centre, mais chambre très calme sur cour, tous les restos sympas aux pieds de l'auberge. Parking public à 5 mn à pied. Chambre confortable climatisée. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Accueil professionnel et attentif.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026La posizione è strategica per raggiungere tutto il centro di Brescia a piedi. Per chi ama la movida, i locali intorno sono interessanti. Silenzioso. Ciabatte in spugna in omaggio ... da 3 stelle super! Tv adeguata alla stanza, visione ottima. Colazione per varietà offerta, buona per un 3 stelle ma eccellente nella qualità dei prodotti, in ispecie parte dolce (crostata e croissant), cappuccino e caffè molto buoni e caldi.
Il bagno essenziale ma un po' datato. Presa elettrica ospite a dx, dietro la testiera del letto perché mal posizionato. Bastava spostarlo di 10 cm ...

Anuncian parking gratis en las inmediaciones y no es cierto, es el parking del castillo alejado y con cuestas...tienes que acarrear las maletas hasta el hotel. El baño estrecho y sin presión en la ducha...y te ponen 2 botellines de agua a 2 Euros cada una....en fin, para pasar una noche...

Locatie inghesuita la mic dejun. Doar mese mici cu doua scaune. PAHARE DE PLASTIC DE UNICA FOLOSINTA.....!!! si in camere si la micul dejun. Televizor mic si depasit tehnologic.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Location was near the Metro and certainly in the tourist eating area. The room was well insulated so there was little or no noise from down on he street. Breakfast was small but enjoyable and an external terrace was a good way to start the day. Room was small, good efficient air conditioning. the building was secure and access was easy and controlled. Close to all the attractions, walking distance. Has a lift to access upper floors.
