Pool and bar service was excellent... relaxing !

Room was ok until air conditioning was defective. Was moved to another room late at night ... had to share bed with my travel mate... due to no other rooms being available.

Las fotos no correspondían a la realidad, todo viejo y dejado. Las fotos que aparecen de un chill out frente al mar resulta que tienes que pagar 15e x pax, si quieres una toalla para la picina tienes que pagar 3e x pax ( no de depósito, sinó pagar!!) El desayuno muy justito. La ducha de la habitación como tengas 5 kg de más ya no cabes!!!

Excellent location; very friendly and helpful staff - particularly Elsa and Salvatore, who went the extra mile with our questions and when we had a question over our bar bill. Following an accident with my husband due to a faulty sun-bed, the life guard was concerned and helpful, bringing ice and checking in on him the rest of the day. Early evening we had a welcome surprise when the barman brought us a bottle of sparkling wine on ice to our room - a very nice gesture. The pool was wonderful - a lovely large pool with a perfect temperature! I enjoyed being able to walk through a tunnel from the hotel to the sea! The maids were lovely and friendly and did an excellent job looking after our room.

The sun beds need updating….showing signs of wear and tear and the sun visor kept falling down. We had toasted sandwiches and a club sandwich which was very disappointing ….the club sandwich (at 14 euros) amounted to one slice of white bread, cut into two triangles with a basic ham & cheese filling and no salad garnish. There was also a limited choice for a lighter lunch …. surprisingly no chicken or tuna salads, or any omelettes. I’m sure the pasta dishes etc were very nice however, but we prefer to have a lighter meal.

Gediegenes Hotel am Meer mit der 4-Sterne-Kategorie entsprechender Ausstattung. Ich hatte einen Superior Room im vierten Stock mit einem möblierten Balkon mit Meerblick. Großer Pool und Terrassen am Meer zwischen der erstarrten Lava mit Liegen und einem bequemen Einstieg ins Meer. Beim Pool gibt es eine Bar, das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, und es gibt auch das gute Restaurant Bacchus für Mittag - und Abendessen. Flotte und genaue Zimmerreinigung, das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , insgesamt ein erfreulicher Aufenthalt.

The hotel needs alot of refurbishment especially from the outside. Bathrooms are old.maybe consider continental breakfast. Changing the menu of the Bacchus restaurant. Which we paid 42 euros for 2 very small portion lasagna which definitely where heated multiple times.The air-conditione definitely needs maintenance as you cannot feel it in the room until maybe late evening.

Basen był zamykany o godzinie 18.00. Cudownie jest popływać przed kolacją po powrocie ze zwiedzania. Niestety nie mogłem tego robić. Ten basen to było jedno z moich kryteriów wyboru hotelu.

Door een geannuleerde vlucht kwamen we onverwachts in dit hotel terecht. Uiteindelijk hebben we hier een heel fijn verblijf gehad. De kamer was netjes en comfortabel en het zwembad was heerlijk. Ondanks de omstandigheden hebben we goed kunnen ontspannen. Zeker een aanrader!

Hotel je naozaj super, lokalita je dobra v tom prípade, ak plánujete cestovať po Sicílii, keďže na pláži pri hoteli sa nedá kúpať kvôli skalnatemu pobrežiu, však piesočná pláž je vzdialená cca 2km od ubytovania. Blízko bol supermarket a taktiež čínsky obchod, kde sa da nakúpiť úplne všetko. Priateľka mala narodeniny a od personálu sme dostali fľašu prosecca FREE 🙂

Pristup personalu, ochota, mohli sme si nechat ruksaky do poobedia vedla recepcie. Cisto, upratane kazdy den.

Ze slnecniky a lehatka na plazi treba zvlast platit, ale vstup do mora bol zadarmo.

Příjemné a klidné prostředí, soukromá pláž skvělá, ikdyž nevhodná pro malé děti. U hotelu bazén s barem. Garáže v podzemí i na povrchu.

L’unico episodio che mi ha lasciato perplessa è avvenuto durante la colazione, quando un’addetta ha iniziato a commentare negativamente con un cliente il proprio responsabile e alcuni colleghi. Un comportamento che ho trovato poco appropriato e non particolarmente professionale nei confronti degli ospiti.

La grande piscine, et le personnel

L’hôtel est moche et délabré surtout la façade. Le tour de la piscine était sale, les transats cassés ou en très mauvais état. La salle de bas minuscule : les robinets plein de calcaire : on ne pouvait pas régler la température. La climatisation était particulièrement bruyante. Le quartier était en travaux et très laid. Très cher par rapport aux prestations !!!!!

Hezké umístění u pobřežní promenády, vlastní přístup ke koupání v moři a pěkný bazén s teplou vodou. Snídaně dostatečně pestrá, v okolí je i hodně restaurací a pár kroků od hotelu i supermarket. Do historického centra je to pěšky tak kolem hodiny, ale v blízkosti je zastávka autobusu veřejné dopravy a kromě toho má hotel i svého taxíkáře. Pokoj byl čistý a prostorný s výhledem na bazén a moře, postel velmi pohodlná, potěšila mě varná konvice s čajem a kávou a nabídka převážně nealkoholických nápojů v minibaru. Pokud netrváte na tom, že chcete bydlet pár minut od centra, a chcete poznávání střídat s relaxací u sladké i slané vody, pak tento hotel považuji za ideální volbu.

Ottima posizione, staff cordiale e accogliente. La persona che stava soffiando la cenere nel piazzale il giorno che siamo partiti ci ha gentilmente soffiato la cenere dalla nostra autovettura.

Le parking a commencé à payer, il n'a rien dit avant, et la façon dont la fille a été accueillie par un accueil non respectueux.

Efficienza, professionalità e gentilezza del personale. Vicinanza al mare.

La struttura era perfetta. Peccato che l’acqua del mare non fosse sempre pulita e non si potesse sempre fare il bagno. Inoltre stonava con lo splendido paesaggio la sporcizia della passeggiata del lungomare.

La posizione della camera era come richiesta: balcone vista mare. La camera stessa sarebbe stata buona (comodita e bagno) se non ci fossero stati difetti nel funzionamento: non si apriva la porta del balcone per cui bisognava cambiare camera, ed essendoci l' A.C. centralizzata non si poteva bloccarla e nonostante ogni mio sforzo facevano 25 gradi di notte che era molto fastidioso e disturbante. La prima colazione é perfetta (ricca e variante). Il ristorane e il drink bar accanto alla piscina sono molto funzionali, cibo buono. Il mare é raggiungibile attraverso sottopassaggio che non é un problema, ci sono anche diversi lettini a disposizione, ma come mare non é utilizzabile.

Vedi sopra! Senza macchina non si muove. Il bus che dovrebbe passarci, c'é la fermata vicina, non arriva mai. Solo taxi per chi vuol andare in Catania, ma prenotato al hotel.

La gentilezza del personale di sala e anche di quello della reception

La struttura è datata e alcune parti avrebbero bisogno di essere ammodernate. Fra i servizi, il frigobar in camera è inesistente perché non raffreddava assolutamente. L'assistenza me ne ha fornito un secondo pur anticipandomi che sarebbe stato uguale. L'aria condizionata era piuttosto rumorosa e di non facile gestione.

Der Pool und der eigene Zugang zum Meer waren schon sehr nice. Das Frühstück kann ich auch sehr empfangen, gerade für jemanden der nicht nur auf das typische süße italienische Frühstück steht. Personal sehr nett und der Eingangsbereich sieht einladend aus. Saubere Zimmer und super Kopfkissen

Die Zimmer sind schon sehr veraltet, geschätzt aus den 90gern. Zumindest vom Einrichtungsstil. Dusche ist sehr sehr klein

The best things about this hotel are its location, breakfast and pool. The hotel is situated on the beachfront. It’s within 5 mins walk from the public beach. It also has its own access to the sea for additional fee. The room was very clean. The staff changed towels everyday. Breakfasts were superb. There’s also an amazing pool with crystal clear water.

The shower cabin was minuscule. My husband barely fitted in. Plus its door wasn’t tight enough so the water leaked out on the floor and we had to clean it every time we used shower. Another thing that I didn’t like was a hairdryer, quite a strange device resembling a vacuum cleaner. It was quite difficult to operate.

La posizione sul lungomare pieno di attività, negozi supermercati, esci e trovi tutto nelle vicinanze non occorre prendere l’auto, ho gradito molto. L’hotel dovrebbe essere restaurato perché ha delle potenzialità, ma così nn pensi di ritornare 😣 La colazione vale il viaggio davvero ottimo e varia, con prodotti di ottima qualità, c’è di tutto anke la spremuta dí arancia 🍊 mi è piaciuta tanto, tornerei solo x la colazione 😅

La mia camera era molto carina anke sé piccola, ma mi è stata assegnata sul retro dell’hotel proprio sopra al supermercato 😢 troppi rumori…..

Нет где постирать вещи и это была смертельная проблема, так как жарко и нужно было бы вещи очищать. Также нет гладильных приборов и это очень большое упущение. Почему нет в четврехзвездочном отделке спортзала, не понятно. Все остальное было очень хорошо.

Hotel Review We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nettuno! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is excellent, with restaurants, shops, and everything you need just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel.Speciaal Elsa,Mario Antonio ,maar ook alle andere mensen waren geweldig.Vanwege mijn medische situatie moesten wij wat langer dan gepland op Sicilie verblijven.Het personeel was zeer betrokken. Verder heeft het hotel een fijn zwembad waar je heel gezellig rond kan verblijven. Het restaurant was gesloten wegens verbouwing.We konden wel gebruik maken van het poolmenu. Ook prima! De chef-kok liet ons nog een ,door hemzelf gemaakte ,vissalade proeven.Erg lekker! De kamer was wat gedateerd maar groot en alles was aanwezig. Met pijn in ons hart hebben we van de diverse mensen daar afscheid genomen. We denken er met heel veel plezier aan terug

We were slightly afraid when we read some of the negative reviews. But honestly I don't know what some people expect. Sure, it's not a Hilton but then people should go to Hilton and pay the corresponding price. We were very happy with basically everything. Nice staff, and they even allowed us a later check-out. A good breakfast, a nice room, a very nice and clean pool (not crowded) etc. Thank you for everything!!

Basen czynny bardzo krótko do 18:00, za wcześnie zamykany , spokojnie mógłby funkcjonować do 20:00, pokoje rezerwowane na booking, nie mają w cenie platformy do opalania i dostępu do pływania w morzu , wśród skał, głębokość ok 5m, absolutnie nie dla dzieci, dodatkowo płatny dostęp 15E osoba, śniadania dobre, chociaż przez 7 dni codziennie ta sama oferta, mogłoby być zmienne menu śniadaniowe, za mało owoców, tylko arbuz, jabłka i gruszki, za słaby wybór, tylko jeden ekspres do kawy , stąd kolejka przy kawie, hotel mocno zużyty, potrzebuje na pewno remontu i odświeżania.

dobra lokalizacja, zadbany basen, śniadania - spełniły oczekiwania, wygodne łóżko. Personel uprzejmy.

pomimo niepełnego obłożenia nie dostaliśmy pokoju od strony morza a od parkingu, chcieliśmy oddzielne łóżka a dostaliśmy duże. Bardzo mały prysznic - osoba plus size miała, by kłopot z korzystaniem z prysznica, pokoje i łazienki do odświeżenia.

Отель отличный! На берегу моря! Вид из номера был на море, на бассейн. У отеля есть свой пляж, выход на него через подземный переход. Шезлонгов много, почти все свободные. Вход в море по лестнице, т.к. пляжа, в привычном понимании- песочек, пологий спуск - этого нет. В номере есть чайник, кружки, чай, кофе. Номер чистый уютный. Завтраки обычные итальянские - есть все: омлет, прошутто, ветчина, сыры, овощи запеченные и свежие, фрукты, соки, выпечка разнообразная. Возле отеля есть большой супермаркет, а так же разные кафешки.

Все понравилось, но если уже придираться, то кондиционер шумно работал. А в остальном - идеальный отель.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, avec une literie de qualité qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer. Le balcon privatif est un véritable plus : il est très agréable pour se détendre, prendre un verre ou grignoter tout en profitant de la belle vue sur la piscine et la mer. Le principal atout de l'établissement reste sans conteste sa superbe piscine. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l'accès direct à la mer, avec un espace aménagé de parasols et de transats, surveillé, ainsi qu'un escalier permettant de rejoindre facilement l'eau L’hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement pratique, un supermarché se trouve juste derrière et vous avez un arrêt de bus à quelques mètres, qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Catane en une vingtaine de minutes.

Balcon privé avec vue sur la mer; grande piscine; beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner; bons resto aux alentours et personnels sympathiques.

L'ho fatto presente, mi ha risposto che non era vero e stava funzionando, ridendo. Colazione: prodotti surgelati e cotti male.

Prenoto perché, conoscendo la struttura, possiede una discesa al mare privata, che purtroppo stavolta non era fruibile a causa del Ciclone Harry dello scorso inverno Il problema è che la chiusura del passaggio non era evidenziata o comunicata in nessun sito e, soprattutto d'estate, è un'informazione fondamentale per la scelta di un Hotel
