Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, gutes Frühstück in der Rooftop-Bar mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer. Vom Zimmer guter Ausblick auf den Ätna.

Etwas weit von der Altstadt entfernt, aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen.

Ottimo hotel sul lungomare di Catania. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ma abbiamo apprezzato il livello dell'hotel e del ristorante. Stanza spaziosa con bagno adeguato. Ottimo livello di pulizia. Colazione servita sulla terrazza all'ultimo piano con vista mare stupenda. Staff disponibile e cordiale.

Nagyon zajos, reggel 7-kor minden reggel. Széf, hajszárító nem volt jó. Nincs medence, Saját part rész.

Room was excellent, bathroom was modern and but a little on the small side. Staff were excellent, breakfast was very good with a large selection to choose from. View of mount Etna was also a plus, overall we would highly recommend this hotel.

Catania is not an easy city to drive in but this is not the Plaza hotels fault, this is only my opinion but other tourists may have different experiences.

El hotel en general muy bueno, la habitacion era muy grane y tenia mucho espacio de guardado, la cama era muy comoda y el baño acorde. El hotel tenia excelentes vistas y ofrecia, con costo extra, Bar, Restaurante y parking. El desayuno era amplio, variado y con reposicion constante. El personal super amable. No esta en el centro de Catania, cosa que permite poder acceder y salir facilmente en coche y hay en la zona restaurantes y supermercados.

Letto e cuscini comodi. Ambiente pulito e clima adeguato.

Bel hôtel, chambre confortable, notre chambre avait une belle vue sur la mer. Bar et restaurant en rooftop super, nous y avons dîné c’était très bon. Petit déjeuner très bon également et complet sur le rooftop. Parking sur place payant 10€/j, pratique tout de même car difficile de se garer.

Entrée dans le parking un peu compliqué si vous avez une voiture basse.

Sehr hellhörig! Der Wasserhahn sollte getauscht werden. Der untere Rand von der Duschkabine sollte besser gereinigt bzw. erneuert werden. Zugang zur Tiefgarage Ein- und Ausfahrt sollte besser geregelt werden.

El desayuno es pesimo,la calidad de todo el desayuno debe mejorar por no decir el zumo de naranja que era malisimo ,los huevos ya los hacen sobre la marcha en todos los hoteles ,la pasteleria estaba seca a mi gusto demasiado grande,debe mejorar .personal del Bar y Restaurante debe mejorar una lentitud enorme

Minden szép, ízléses és modern volt. Az ellátás, az étkezés átlagon felüli, a tálalás első osztályú, a felszolgáló személyzet rendkívüll kedves volt.

Igazából nem volt olyan dolog, ami ne tetszett volna, de sajnos a strandok a közelben sziklásak voltak, így egy szállodai medence wellnessel jólesett volna.

Splendida permanenza qui in hotel, dell'accoglienza ai saluti sono stati tutti ma proprio tutti gentili, sorridenti e super disponibili!!! Consigliamo questo hotel a chiunque voglia visitare Catania!!!

The room was spacious, in the good location, very well equipped. You can reach restaurants, grocery shop in several minutes by foot, loved that the hotel has the partnership with beach clubs. We got a discount! Breakfast stay the same all stay, but are tasty.

The smell in the corridor was like in a nursing home... Would recommend put there a home fragrance or something, to make smell better.

Vriendelijk personeel en heerlijke bedden. Ruime kamer.

Locatie was niet ideaal, ver van het centrum. Eerste kamer die we kregen stonk naar riool. Kregen wel gelijk een nieuwe kamer.

Muy bien ubicado para ir con coche, hay ambiente en las terrazas de la playa, justo enfrente del hotel.

Stanza con vista mare in una struttura nuova e.pulita. Staff molto cordiale che ci ha permesso di impacchettare le nostre bici davanti alla reception e le ha custodite fino alla nostra partenza. Colazione super sul mega terrazzo.

Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju, miła, pomocna obsługa. Personel starał się odpowiedzieć na każde pytanie i pomóc z problemem. Wygodne łóżko. W razie konieczności wyjścia z hotelu przed 7.00, jest możliwość zamówienia boxów śniadaniowych, aby zjeść sobie w drodze. Blisko hotelu jest kamienista plaża i restauracje.

Obiekt jest dosyć oddalony od centrum Katanii, jeśli nie masz auta, ciężko dojechać tam komunikacja miejską, ponieważ autobus nie przyjeżdża bądź pojawia się kiedy chce. Śniadania były dosyć monotonne, przy dłuższym pobycie 5+ jest to nieatrakcyjne. W pokojach z widokiem na wodę, wieczorami może być głośno ze względu na restaurację pod hotelem oraz restauracje na dachu hotelowym.

Friendly staff

The noise levels were very high. At night it’s impossible to open the window due to loud sounds coming either from the restaurant or the busy street, and in the mornings the traffic is strongly noticeable.

Kényelmes ágy, tágas szoba, tisztaság, kedves személyzet, rooftop bár kilátással, bőséges és finom reggeli választék.

A szobák hangszigetelése nem a legjobb, a folyosóról és a szomszéd szobákból minden zaj nagyon behallatszott. Picit távol van a központtól és a közelben csak sziklás strandok vannak.

Air conditioning worked great, they upgraded our room to ocean view for free.

Parking was a little challenging getting in and out. Elevator was slow , 15 minute walk to Metro and the one we walked to was closed…took uber and was only $15 euro to downtown . We were on 3rd floor and there was a big party on the roof till midnight. They gave us free parking to make up for the noise. The Provided shampoo/body wash was bad smell.

L'hotel è pulito, silenzioso e abbastanza moderno. Personale gentile. La colazione non è granchè, si serve al quarto piano, e la sala ha una bella vista. Ho preso una camera vista mare; la stanza aveva un grande terrazzo, anche se la vista al primo piano è praticamente nulla. Parcheggio disponibile a pagamento.

In stanza non ci sono bottigliette d'acqua di ben venuto, ne ho presa una da 0,50 dal frigo bar, pagata 3€. Gli accessori da bagno usa e getta sono quasi inesistenti per un 4*. La colazione è poco interessante.

Hotel molto bello affacciato sul mare. Il mio è stato un soggiorno di lavoro, e non di svago. Camere spaziose, silenziose e ben climatizzate. Letto e cuscini top. La vera chicca a mio parere è il ristorante nel Rooftop. A parte la vista magnifica sulla costa, la qualità è molto alta. Prezzi medio alti ma super meritato. Porzioni abbondanti, personale cortese e resterà memorabile il loro spaghetto ai ricci a dir poco commovente per la bontà! La colazione viene servita sempre nel roof top ed è estremamente variegata dal dolce al salato. Super consigliato!

Il sorriso, la professionalità e l’accoglienza al check in (Alessia grazie). Spazi comuni ampi. Camera vista mare spettacolare, pulizia al top, materasso molto comodo. Colazione, al 4^ piano con vista sul mar Ionio, con prodotti di qualità ed abbastanza varia (la cortesia di Gaetano). Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Location very problematic if you are with public transport. 20 min walk from metro station. There is a bus stop near the hotel but buses usually not more than 1 per hour. Staff tried to help but need to be better informed about gettinh around with public transport, especially during hot weather

The room was as shown, spacious and with good cleaning service.

The property is listed with parking for €10 per day on Booking. However, it was not available on our first day. We had to find a parking space on the street and enter the hotel garage later. That is misleading, as we booked this property because it promises parking. This is important in Catania, where the street parking is like a war zone. Secondly, we had a room on the first floor with a balcony, and each morning there were cirater buds and ashes on the furniture. The cleaning was not cleaning the balcony every day. The hotel is older and a bit run down.

Quarto espaço bom, tudo limpo e confortável, boa localização, tem opções para refeição próximo. Distante do centro histórico. Estacionamento não tem lugar para todos e não fazem reserva, portanto sem garantia de conseguir estacionar.

Se ouve muito barulho no quarto do interior do hotel, portas batendo, etc…

Per un quattro stelle servizi in camera insufficenti, mancava anche lo shampoo

Super mooie schone kamer! De kamer heeft een balkon met zeezicht. Het ontbijt was ook erg lekker.

Parkeren is verschrikkelijk! Wij kwamen aan op zaterdagavond. Er was op dat moment kermis waardoor het super druk was in de stad. De parkeerplaats voor het hotel stond vol met auto’s. Het hotel zelf heeft een krappe parkeergarage. Dit kost €10 per dag en er is maar heel weinig plek. Wij hebben na 2 uur rondjes rijden pas een plek kunnen vinden. Misschien dat je op een doordeweekse dag minder last heb van parkeerdrukte.

Comportamento dello staff, soprattutto una delle ragazze della reception e uno della colazione. La colazione chiude alle 10 e già alle 9.30 non c’era più niente sia da mangiare che da bere, ci hanno fatto pagare pure una bottiglietta d’acqua.

Wszystko spełniło moje oczekiwania. Spokojna okolica i parking pod hotelem super sprawa. Room service codziennie wymieniał ręczniki i ogarniał pokój.

Brakowało mi balkonu. Lokalizacja na pierwszym piętrze bez balkonu utrudniała suszenie strojów z plaży. Ale generalnie wszystko na plus.

Per un quattro stelle mi aspettavo più cura nei dettagli. Stanze non isolate acusticamente.

Sauberkeit der Umgebung - nicht das Hotel. Kein Zugang zum Meer wie offeriert. Keine Lokale in der näheren Umgebung. Personal kühl und nicht hilfsbereit

Di positivo solo la Pulizia e la posizione. Per il resto una grande delusione. Colazione scadente trattandosi di hotel 4 stelle. Abbiamo trovato più varietà e soprattutto qualità in alcuni BB in località vicine. Camere standard, piuttosto anonime, anche se con balcone in linea con la tipologia di hotel. Personale scarso. Siamo stati ospiti per una notte a fine maggio e malgrado la temperatura estiva, non c'era uno spazio comune dove trattenersi la sera. Abbiamo occupato dei tavolini esterni, totalmente al buio, utilizzando la luce del cellulare per fare una partita a carte.
