Lage, Lage, Lage - direkt neben dem Eingang des Parks gelegen ist es perfekt für Famillien mit kleineren Kindern, die mal eine Pause am Nachmittag einlegen wollen. Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert, demnach ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist super freundlich.

ディズニーパークのエントランスから徒歩1分です。ホテルに初めて入る時にだけ荷物検査がありますが、パークに入るときにはありません。お値段は高いですがとにかく便利！プリンセスがホテル内を散策していたりお城のようです🎵

Magical stay very expensive but you get what you pay for the ease of getting to the park was great and the rooms were beautiful.

フロントにはたくさんスタッフがいて、チェックインや荷物を預けるのもとてもスムーズでした。 インターネットの接続も部屋の広さも快適です。 交通機関は駅がすぐそばにあり、駅にはコンビニやスターバックスなど少しの買い物や食事には困らないです。

Just be sure to buy water outside the hotel and not by room service because it is insanely expensive.

Ausgezeichnete Lage! Die Zimmer Preise etwas überteuert. Das einchecken verlief etwas zu langsam, das Zimmer war erst um 15:30 bereit! Wir haben zu viert eingecheckt, aber das Zimmer war für 2 Personen vorbereitet, es fehlten 2 Bademantel und Hausschuhe. Die Regenschirme muss man in diesem 5* Hotel bezahlen!!! Das habe ich noch nie erlebt! Einmal wurde vergessen unser Zimmer aufzuräumen und sauber zu machen. Wir haben reklamiert, dann wurde abends alles sauber gemacht. Pool war viel kleiner als abgebildet.

An outstanding hotel offering the very best family experience, with top class service and amenities. The reception area is beautiful, staff were very attentive and eager to assist guests on arrival. The rooms were immaculate and well appointed. The hotel is perfectly positioned for easy & fast access to both Disney parks. Spoilt for choice in terms of dining options. The only negative comment is the price - expensive. Also, room service menu was very limited.

2 hele dager i parken, og 3 netter på hotell. Rent og ryddig over alt, 10-åringen kunne gå uten sko i parken uten å bekymre seg for hverken møkk eller glass. Ankom torsdag og utsjekk søndag, akkurat passe lenge mtp at man går 20 000 skritt pr dag med en unge. Prisene på mat på hotellet var DYRE men mange andre muligheter i fht mat.

Restaurant managers and chefs are immensely helpful in accommodating special requests. Hotel is new and clean. All staff is genuinely happy to help.

Fantastisk opphold, personalet var så hjelpsomme, hyggelige og oppmerksomme. Vi reiste med to små barn som begge hadde en magisk opplevelse, mye takket være de hyggelige personalet. 10/10 opplevelse. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Nydelige rom som føles rene og hygieniske. God og avslappende atmosfære på hotellet, selv om det samtidig er svært barnevennlig.

I’ve been to Disneyland Hotel in US and Japan as well and the Paris one is by far the best. The decor is so elegant not to mention its size. 2 wings with Royal Buffet right over the Disneyland entrance. The Parks are literally right in front of you 5minute walk and Magic hour was wonderful and lines very reasonable. We arrived 15 minutes before Magic hour and was 25th in line. The attention to detail of this hotel too notch. We got superior family room and it was so spacious and roomy with high ceilings. More than enough room for family if 4. Excellent stay. Would definitely return. We only had 2 nts and didn’t get a chance to try their spa

I will never book with Holiday. com again. I arrived at the beautiful hotel which was perfect to be told I had booked for 2 adults and two children. One being an infant. Something had gone terribly wrong between booking and paying Holiday. Com over £5,000 and the information they passed onto the hotel. My grandchildren are 15 and 11 not 1. So we had to pay for all her Disney tickets. Which cost over £300.

Näennäisesti helppokäyttöinen mutta en saanut toimimaan yhdellä napinpainalluksella. Vähän säilytystilaa. Ei kerroshoitajaa pitkällä käytävällä. Uima-allas pikkuruinen, uimahallin suihkut heikot,vaikea peseytyä. Saunassa käytetään uimapukuja ja uimahallissa stringit.

Excellent si on met le prix (qui est un peu excessif). Parking facile, magnifique hôtel, piscine propre et sympa. Petit déjeuner cher pour ce que c est. Peu de personnages dans l hôtel. Emplacement top. Permet de se poser et de profiter pleinement du parc.

Loved the proximity to both parks and very easy to get to the Disneyland Hotel from CDG via the Magic Shuttle bus (coach service).

The theming and convenience of this hotel to the Disneyland Paris parks is unmatched. We received excellent service throughout the hotel and can not wait to plan our next trip!

Tudo perfeito! Quarto muito limpo e confortável! Equipe super atenciosa. Café da manhã maravilhoso! O hotel fica no portão de acesso à Disneylandia o que facilita muito principalmente pra quem tem crianças.

Cons: The hotel was lacking that of your traditional 5 star hotel, the service was average, you felt more of an inconvenience asking the staff questions than the normal service you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Information wasn’t freely given and we had go down to reception multiple times (not sure if our phone didn’t work or they just didn’t pick up) to ask questions on when the pool was open, when breakfast was served etc. The breakfast was one of the worst paid for breakfasts I have had, it was on par with an airport breakfast, there was not much choice and the options there were bland. There’s a lot of non guests always walking through the hotel which is expected but it kind of makes it feel crowded and not relaxing, plus it’s a little bit awkward when you’re heading to the pool in robes and you’re in a crowd of people Pros The proximity to the parks was ideal, it’s connected to Disneyland park (there’s a special guest entrance only for those staying in the castle rooms) and a short walk to the studios park, it was handy for going back to the hotel for breaks in the day The rooms were lovely and quiet and the bed was really comfortable The pool was nice and provided a nice break from the business and walking all day. There was a sauna and hamman in the changing area that could be used We had drinks in the fleur de lis bar that were lovely and would recommend going there for a drink

Loved our stay at Disneyland Hotel. However I do think that the hotel should be exclusively for paying guests and not for other guests of the park to use freely.

Did not like being booked into the wrong rooms (2 rooms) - Receptionist issued 2 rooms that were already occupied, and after much deliberation, discussion, delay and aggravation, 2 alternative rooms were found but they were the other end of the hotel. GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brilliant hotel, fantastic location, well worth the money. Made the whole trip so much easier. Staff were outstanding.

Perfect Stay

Loved the bed and pillows were v comfortable. I would provide bottled water each day as that was needed for night time not just on first night. Great access to the park and nice to go back and chill out to break the park day up. Could put a few vending machines about as could not find it. The food was really good especially the evening meal in the Royal Banquet. We saw 5 characters which was fab. The breakfast was ok, a bit confusing as to who pours the coffee and tea so ended up helping ourselves as it was buffet style but that side of things needs firming up. The breakfast selection was good/ok but only 2 choice of sausages either chicken or plant based. I’ve had much better for breakfast at other places including chefs who cool omelettes etc there and then. However the evening banquet selection was exceptional and a very enjoyable experience indeed.

This hotel is the best ever hotel I’ve ever been to next to park shop in hotel and food is amazing definitely recommend if you want a magical amazing time

Had a good stay but poor value and limited dining

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and a relaxed vibe. Great access to the park. Brilliant opportunity for character meets. The pool and leisure facilities were spotless and very well equipped and very quiet during the daytime. We moved to another Disney hotel and the hotel took care of moving our luggage for us.

i was really dissapointed about the time it took to bring my luggage. Almost 90 minutes. After we asked they said another 30 minutes. THEN again we jad to remind and ask them. I feel if it was goingvto take so long they should have told beforehand

Beautiful hotel right next to park.

Room in tip top conditions with free minibar in room n bottles of water. Fantastic experiences for my family visiting disneyland. All hotel resident has priority to enter park an hour earlier which is great. Only cons is no free shutter service to nearby shopping outlet /villages, which other hotels near the outlet shopping provides to disneyland. We hv to pay £6/pax instead.

Stunning hotel but this does reflect in the price. I do feel their should be improvements made to the swimming area as it should represent the quality and detail put into the rest of the hotel. Children were disappointed that their were no slides etc in the pool as it was boring. The beds were very comfortable especially as I have a back condition. Staff were lovely and very convenient location to access the parks.

Hotel is good, breakfast was a nightmare overcrowded always and not the best quality, the location of the hotel is superb.

Amazing experience from start to finish.

Over priced average 5* main Disney hotel. Too big. Queues for a very average poor food quality breakfast. Fittings/panels not fitted properly to the bedroom walls even after refurbishment. Would never stay in a Disney hotel again. Food throughout Disney Paris overbpriced and poor quality.

Great location- in the park entrance. Nicely decorated and good service. Massive and fil like “industrial” experience. Children loved it.

Wonderful stay at The Disneyland hotel. The biggest perk is definitely being so close to the parks, with a private entrance into Magic Kingdom. We ate at both restaurants in the hotel, and both were outstanding

This hotel is amazing. All staff members we have met are friendly and wanting to help to any of our needs.

Poorly trained dining staff especially room service. Didn’t know menu. Clumsy in spilling our breakfast once delivered and then having to wait over 40 minutes for new food only for eggs to be raw. Complete shambles. Then was over charged on room service bill for ice cream. I asked manager to call me on mobile as we were going out. They instead Called room. We were not in. Then they turned up at our door at 12.30am midnight !!! Idiots. To top it off there was a huge fly in our ceasar salad. Didn’t surprise me as at breakfast in the restaurant at €45 each I went to pick some watermelon and a fly flew off it! Overpriced and bad food. Expedia I am looking for compensation!!

Love staying at this hotel as it is right next to the park, don’t have to wait for any shuttle or walk far. Very convenient. Beautiful and everything you would want is right on site.

Bad room food bad restaurant expensive No Disney movies in the room So bad for kids

Breakfast waiting time is too long. Only provide two bottles of water per room on first day for arrival no matter how many days of staying in the hotel. On the check out day, the room service started before 10 am.

This hotel is conveniently placed and is the closest to the Disneyland parks. You can walk to it from the train station. The bedroom was very large but the bathroom was surprisingly small, with difficult access to the bathtub/shower.

Disney has excellent customer service. It was a nice hotel. The property is very nice. I would recommend. The only draw back is the price, but it is worth it.

A lovely hotel which is both stunning and immaculate. The room was huge with a massive bed, great shower and lovely Disney touches throughout. The food in the royal banquet really was amazing! The service is faultless. Would 100% recommend

Absolutely perfect in everything

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff. This was so convenient for the park and with a special entrance so no queuing. Lovely comfortable room with some extra touches. Restaurants were beautiful. It’s expensive but worth it for a treat!

The Hotel itself is beautiful, clean and breathtaking if you are a big Disney fan!!! We had a family room which accommodates 5adults the room and hotel is spotlessly clean. only 2 mugs in the rooms and not enough tea, milk, hot chocolate for each person the room accommodated...we requested more which took over an hour to get. Reception was so busy and no visible next in line order of fashion. Then on departure day we asked about our bags to be stored. We were told they would be collected from room, told them our departure time, then went to baggage desk to collect bags to be told they were ready and if we were being picked up by car they would bring them straight out for us. I went out to check to be told they would be there as we were on a time schedule and had a flight to catch. Anyway the Uber arrived and shock the bags weren't there, still in our room the other side of the hotel. Now given the price we paid I just think it should of been better. We spent 2 nights at the Magic circus b&b hotel and in terms of customer service that was much better.
