Reviewed Aug 23, 2026La vue est superbe et c’est très calme. Le lit est confortable et la terrasse agréable. Le pique-nique, préparé par l’établissement, emporté en randonnée était très bon. Le rapport qualité prix des repas servis au restaurant est correct.
Si vous aimez le charme de l’ancien vous apprécierez.La salle de bain est très petite et la baignoire pas pratique. Les moquettes sont tachées. Le petit déjeuner est moyen (pancake et miel industriel entre autre). La piscine n’est pas chauffée. Le service au bar est quasi inexistant : si vous voulez boire un verre, vous devez aller trouver quelqu’un et demander. Le service au dîner est un peu long.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026L'hôtel a une vue magnifique. Il est très typique et très rustique. Les chambres sont très confortables mais globalement assez sombres. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, il y a de tout. Les chambres sont assez calmes. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de la piscine car la météo a été capricieuse. Cependant l'emplacement de l'hôtel nécessite de toujours se déplacer en voiture y compris pour le départ des randos.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La vue est exceptionnelle et l’emplacement est idéal. Le restaurant est également une très belle découverte : on y mange vraiment très bien. Le petit-déjeuner offre un très bon choix et le personnel a été particulièrement agréable, attentionné et toujours disponible. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions qui nous ont été réservées pour célébrer nos 10 ans. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Pousada com bastantes deficiências a nível de manutenção e harmonia no que se refere ao mobiliário. Relativamente ao pequeno almoço falta de máquina com várias funcionalidades para tirar café expresso, capuccino, chocolate quente, na minha modéstia opinião uma pousada deste nível não poderia ter como chocolate a opção de “Pacotinhos Gresso” nem tão pouco sumo de laranja sem ser natural. Escrevo estas críticas para serem construtivas, de resto nada a acrescentar.

Au restaurant, la viande était très difficile à découper et à mâcher, et leur sangria à 30 euros ressemblait à du vin dilué dans de l'eau, avec un goût amer de cloud de girofle. Puis leur piscine n'aspirait pas assez les saletés, mouches et autres choses restaient en surface J'ai connu beaucoup mieux pour le même prix

Durchwannen sind immer ungünstig... zu eng ! Wirklich schlecht: von einem Restaurantbesuch würde ich abraten. Was wir selbst erlebt und auch beobachtet haben ! Mein Rindfleisch war absolut ungenießbar, das meiner Frau nur teilweise! Wie eine Küche so etwas anbieten kann, ist mir vollkommen unerklärlich!! Aber abschließend hat man meines wenigstens nicht berechnet.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Muito bem localizada no Gerês. Podem aproveitar o conforto da pousada, bem como deslocarem-se até à zona do Gerês, por poucos quilómetros. Pousada acolhedora, bem decorada. Numa próxima estadia irei no Inverno. Funcionários todos muito simpáticos e prestativos.
Nas fotografias da reserva que fiz, a casa de banho parecia maior.

No momento da reserva, o preço estava mais elevado que o habitual, mas seria devido a época correspondente a grande procura devido ao GrandFondo de Ciclismo no Gerês. Mas fazemos questão em estar em Pousadas de Portugal. Ainda não temos nenhum cartão de cliente de Pousadas. Haverá algum?

Reviewed May 31, 2026Der Ausblick von der Terrasse, von den ebenso geschmackvoll wie gemütlich ausgestatteten Aufenthaltsbereichen mit schönen Polstermöbeln hinter großen Glasfenstern und aus dem Restaurantbereich ist einfach phantastisch. Unser Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse war ebenso schön. Der ideale Ort um die schöne Landschaft zu genießen. Gutes Frühstück, Abendessen ok.

Reviewed May 25, 2026This pousada is in a gorgeous location. It has a rustic style but is furnished to a charming and high level. It has a large fireplace, big beams and amazing views. There is a terrace is front of the building overlooking a lake and beautiful mountain scenery. Our room was very nice with a balcony and a view. Dinner and breakfast were great. This was one of our favorite hotels of our two week holiday.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026Die Pousada Geres-Canical ist eigentlich eine Mountain Lodge. Die Lage und Aussicht sind sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, altmodisch und sauber. Die Bar, die Dachterrasse, der Frühstücksraum und das Restaurant leben von ihrer Aussicht. Ansonsten ist es ein Mittelklassehotel.
Der Service ist schlecht, die Preise sind im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants der Umgebung und anderen Pousadas zu hoch und die Qualität entspricht nicht dem Mittelmaß.
