We had a wonderful stay at The Cotton House and can highly recommend it. The location is excellent — very convenient for visiting Pamukkale and the main attractions, while still being in a pleasant and relaxed area. Everything we wanted to see was easy to reach. Our room was spacious, very clean, comfortable and well maintained. It felt welcoming and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really made the experience special, however, was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. We felt genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The breakfast was another highlight: fresh, generous, varied and delicious, with a great selection of local products. It was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, The Cotton House offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, hospitality and value. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pamukkale.

The Cotton House is an excellent budget hotel, centrally located in Pamukkale. We particularly appreciated the attentive service provided by the owner and his family. We are grateful for the owner’s advice regarding how to manage our visit to Pamukkale / Hieropolis: although contrary to what we’d read, it was exactly right. It made our trip.

We liked everything

Quiet location a short walk from the site entrance and restaurants. Very nice breakfast on the shaded patio. Plenty of off street parking. Rooms very clean and pleasant and I slept well. I have stayed there twice before and look forward to staying there again.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, the owners are such nice people welcoming us with watermelon and helping with our luggage. They also advised us on the best way to visit the Heiropolis. Breakfast was amazing - the homemade jams were delicious, and Ali who served us at breakfast was so attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

The location was excellent , 5 minute walk to Tivertine terrace town entrance . The room was spacious, light and the aircon perfect. Bathroom was clean and spacious Breakfast was filling and extensive Good value Very nice family and very helpful

Wir hatten ein geräumiges, sehr sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon, von dem aus man die Kalksteinterrassen sehen konnte. Diese sind fußläufig (5 Minuten zu Fuß) von der Unterkunft aus zu erreichen. Der Eigentümer ist sehr hilfsbereit. Man hält alle wichtigen Informationen zu einem Ausflug zu den Kalksteinterrassen und Hierapolis. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Abends hat man die Option, in der Unterkunft zu essen. Es gibt 4 Gerichte zur Auswahl. Da es auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe gibt, besteht ebenfalls die Option, auswärts zu essen. Ein privater Parkplatz steht direkt an der Unterkunft zur Verfügung.

We stayed one night when visiting Pamukkale. The room was very clean and very well located in a quiet area of the town. The owner and staff were very friendly. The hotel is locate about 5m drive to the south gate of Pamukkale which was very convenient for us. Private parking was included. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Julie & Sylvain 🇨🇦

The owners are a wonderful and welcoming couple who truly go out of their way to make your stay and visit to Pamukkale a memorable experience. The room was spacious, extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable with quality linen, and the bathroom had a wonderful shower. The room also had a small balcony. Unfortunately, I only had one night there and was feeling quite unwell at the time, so I wasn’t able to fully appreciate my stay or enjoy the owners’ hospitality as much as I would have liked. They also create and sell beautiful Turkish rugs, which were of exceptional quality. Had I been feeling better, I very likely would have purchased one. Despite my brief stay, I left with a very positive impression and would happily return if I have the opportunity to visit Pamukkale again.

Loved everything about this property.

We stayed 3 nights at The Cotton House with Tufan and Elif and Ali. The room was a good size with aircon; and everything is exceedingly clean. The shower is good and shampoo and gel are provided. There is a fridge with free water and a small charged mini bar (soft drinks). The full Turkish breakfast is excellent, served to the table. We ate dinner there on the first night and it’s a simple, well cooked option. There is plenty of private parking space and we were able to park our motorcycles under the carport as it was due to rain. The hotel is well positioned in the town, quiet but close to the amenities. Tufan advised us to catch a dolmus to the North Gate and walk through Hierapolis (€30) then down the travertine back to town which was a perfect way of seeing the whole site. We also visited Laodikeia (15 mins away by car, €12) and Aphrodisia (1hr 15, €12). Both are well worth a visit especially if you’ve bought an Aegean museum card - €95 for 7 days covering Ephesus, Hierapolis, Pergamon and many other sites. This is definitely the best place to stay in Pamukkale

Owner and staff were lovely. Very clean room and location was great. Picked up the local bus right next to the property which took us to Hierapolis and then easy walk back from Pamukkale. Breakfast was fabulous.

the folks are so friendly and helpful, they offer help booking many local area tours and there are many restaurants within an easy walk.

Établissement idéalement situé au cœur du village et à proximité immédiate du site à visiter. Parking facile et sécurisant. Hotel familial impeccable de confort et propreté. Un accueil non seulement chaleureux mais aussi utile à permettre au visiteur de prendre immédiatement les dispositions utiles pour les visites ou les restaurants. L’hôtel a été récemment aménagé et ça se voit. Il faisait encore frais les matin et soir à ce moment de l’année (fin avril) et le chauffage de la chambre fut hautement apprécié.

Le silence de la nuit est perturbé par les aboiements quasi continus des chiens du voisinage.

The Cotton House is a wonderful place. The owner and his wife are a lovely couple who are friendly, attentive and made our stay memorable. We would have liked to stay longer. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and excellent, modern bathrooms. Breakfast was exceptional. I would advise having dinner there too, as the home cooked food was wonderful and very reasonably priced. I can't imagine anywhere in Pamukkale is as good as The Cotton House!

Tufin and Elif are welcoming and attentive hosts, The Cotton House is situated very close to supermarkets, restaurants (although I would highly recommend trying Elif's cooking instead) and public transport stops, with views of the travertines and daily hot air balloon parades. My room was spacious, bed comfortable. Would love to stay longer next time.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, l’esperienza è stata fantastica. I due proprietari della struttura, marito e moglie, sono davvero gentilissimi e disponibili, ci hanno aiutato in ogni nostra esigenza. Ottima posizione per visitare Pamukkale e Hierapolis, la stanza pulita, ampia e molto confortevole. Consigliatissimo!

This hotel is a gem. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, a nice size and the shower is hot and has a strong flow. The breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect, a short walk to the entrance to Pamukkale, the minibus to the otogar stops directly in front of the hotel, as well as the minibus that takes you up to the north gate of Hierapolis. There are many restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. I really recommend this hotel for a lovely stay in Pamukkale.

Niets. Het avondeten is ten opzichte van andere restaurants misschien iets aan de prijs (750 Lira pp), echter is het eten echt fantastisch met veel bij/voorgerechten uit een aandacht zelfvoorbereide Turkse keuken. Dus ik zou deze keuze zo weer maken!

El hotel está ubicado en el centro del pueblo de Pamukkale, en lo que parece una casa habilitada. El sitio es magnífico y puedes ver al amanecer los globos. El personal fue muy agradable e hicieron de nuestra estancia un diez. Es un hotel que parece totalmente familiar, y el desayuno fue un diez. Sin duda repetiríamos. Además, tiene un supermercado grande al lado, para luego ir a las ruinas de Hierapolis.

This place is just so amazing! The location is perfect, the room was sparking clean, a real hair dryer, comfortable bed, good pillows, many handmade art pieces inside. The staff is absolutely welcoming, the breakfast was delicious and made with so much attention and detail. Best part to complete a wonderful stay, we could see the balloons riding from our balcony!

Радушный хозяин, хорошо говорящий по-английски. Его жена вкусно готовит. Накормили нас ужином, несмотря на поздний заезд. Чистая опрятная столовая во дворе, с буржуйкой в центре. Организовал нам полет на воздушном шаре через своего сына, который этим занимается. Прямо в отеле можно купить ковры, которыми торгует семья владельца. Отель чистый, ухоженный, со всем необходимым, включая холодильник и небольшую кухонную зону, правда, без раковины. Есть тапочки и шампунь. Из окна спальни и с балкона некоторых номеров хороший вид на белую гору Памуккале.

Рамка над душевой низкая, берегите голову при входе.

This hotel is only 600 meters from the main gate of Pamukkale town. Parking is convenient, the place is clean and tidy, and Tufan is warm and attentive.

The owners were so very welcoming and accommodating! The house was spotless, breakfast was delicious! The location is perfect. We took a quick bus ride to the travertine pools and the owner even called the driver to see where he was. Overall excellent stay!

オーナーもスタッフの皆さんも最高のホスピタリティで素晴らしいホテルでした。1泊目はホテルでディナー（別料金）を頂いたのですが、オーナーの奥様が作ってくれた手作りの夕食で、トルコ滞在中に摂った食事の中で最高の食事でした。 猫ちゃんたちと一緒に頂いた朝食も素晴らしかったです。 レンタカーで行ったのですが広い駐車場が敷地内にあり便利で安心です。

Emplacement idéal proche de la porte Ouest du site, parking, chambre spacieuse et lumineuse, calme, bonne cuisine familiale pour les dîners, bon rapport qualité / prix... tout cela est déjà remarquable. Mais c’est encore mieux lorsqu’on y ajoute la qualité et la chaleur de l’accueil. Toute l’équipe se met en 4 pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Nous avons eu quelques soucis de voiture et ils nous ont trouvé la solution, avec le sourire en plus !

The owner was very hospitable and provided great advice about getting to the Hierapolis. The room was very clean. The breakfast was local Turkish food, cooked by the owners wife, which was fabulous.

The place was perfectly clean, lots of space including a terrace, the view looked out to the travertines and hot air balloons in the morning. The owner/host and family were very friendly and incredibly helpful. They took our bags, hailed shuttles for the north gate and organized taxi for us to return to denizli after our stay. Perfect time in pamukkale!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. Our room was serviced each day it was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom and small balcony. The owner did his best to please his guests and served up breakfast each day which was very nice. He flagged down the mini buses for us and even dropped us of at an ancient site one day when the bus was full. The owner did his best to please people and was very fiendly and kind. We enjoyed our stay hete and would totally recommend to other traveler's.

A must stay when visiting Pamukkale/ St Philips Church of the tombs and burial and Laodicea! Off a quiet street with a view of Cotton Castles that lay below Hierapolis. They will make you feel like family. Owners wife and daughter n law opened up a restaurant on site and the food was fantastic. The roasted eggplant in olive oil was to die for!
