Sinter Terasse House Hotel

The location is great for visiting Pumakkale. The hosts were very kind and gave some recommendations. The accommodation is clean and well kept. There's no kettle in the room but that was no problem as they were happy with us boiling water from the kitchen kettle for tea/coffee. Breakfast was filling and delicious. Good value for money.

This accomodation suited us perfectly. Location is close to Hierapolis, only 5 min drive, the host was helpful, gave us directions and recommendation on the visit. Rooms were nice, clean, and the terrace was perfect for an authentic experience.

The room is cozy with everything I need. Nice beautiful garden. Reception is there all the time. Close to the main road of the village so very easy to catch the minibus to Denizli.

The location is a bit tricky, but it's not the fault of the hotel. It's 10 min walk from Pamukkale main entrance, but people don't usually go back to the main gate but leave from other exit, and the south gate is far from everything and it's at least 30 mins walk back to the village.

I like everything about it

Tutto molto positivo: accoglienza ottima, colazione super, stanza spaziosa e un buon prezzo. Conveniente a chi viaggia in autonomia anche perché si può restare a Pamukkale e Ierapoli fino a dopo il tramonto e poi tornare in paese per cenare e dormire senza dover tribulare.

Ich habe mich richtig wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel war wirklich unglaublich sauber. Zudem war der Eingangsbereich und Aufenthaltsbereich wirklich liebevoll und gemütlich gerichtet - eine schöne grüne Oase. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht sich. Das Frühstück war super, frisch und liebevoll gerichtet. Außerdem ist alles fußläufig erreichbar, so auch der Eingang der Hierapolis/Kalkterassen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar. Ich würde wieder das Hotel buchen!!

Petit déjeuner servi trop tard : entre 9: 00 et 10:00. Douche défectueuse qui ne s’est pas mise en mode douche et eau froide.

It’s a 10 min walk from the Travertinos and restaurants. Breakfast was good, staff was very kind. The hotel has a nice country vibe.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel also has a very strategic location, making it convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

La tranquillità del posto con giardino curato. La proprietaria molto gentile e accogliente. Hanno anche il servizio lavanderia, molto comodo.

Non è situato nel centro del paese, (circa 1 km) ma noi avevamo la macchina e quindi non è stato un problema. Sicuramente non sarebbe stato così tranquillo

Dobra lokalizacja, tylko 15 min spacerem od głównej atrakcji Pamukkale. Gospodyni bardzo przyjazna i pomocną.

Host gentilissimo, su nostra richiesta ci ha organizzato il giro in mongolfiera per la mattina successiva. Colazione tipica turca con frittata preparata al momento, servita in giardino sotto gli alberi. Camera piccola ma con condizionatore e balcone. Bagno spazioso con doccia e phon. È possibile parcheggiare davanti all'hotel. Centro raggiungibile a piedi. Direi tutto molto bene!!

Attenzione: accettano solo contanti!! Meglio prelevare al bancomat presso una banca prima di arrivare. A pamukkale ci sono solo gli ATM che applicano commissioni elevate!

Ich wurde spätabends noch empfangen. Das Zimmer und Bad sind ausreichend groß , es gibt auch einen Balkon. Das Frühstück war zu dem Preis 👍 gut Pamukkale ist in ca 10 min zu erreichen. Restaurants und Supermärkte auch in 5 min

La ubicación es muy buena porque te permite llegar a pie desde la entrada de la ciudad de los traventiños de Pammukale. Recomiendo subir con taxi hasta la entrada sur e ir explorando entrada norte y luego bajando por los traventiños hasta el hotel. El desayuno también fue muy bueno y se agradece. Además si llegas con coche, puedes aparcar en la puerta del hostal sin problemas

La única pega realmente es el precio. Es demasiado caro por lo que ofrece, hay otros hoteles mejores en la zona, que además tienen piscina por el mismo precio. Además no tiene ascensor y debes subir todo el equipaje por las escaleras.

Credevo fosse più vicino all'ingresso del parco. C'è da fare una camminata di una 20/25 minuti in salita. Noi siamo andati in macchina ed abbiamo trovato un comodo parcheggio a pochi passi.

We were asked to give cash because they would have to pay a fee. Then greeted by an awful perspiration smelling son who didn’t bother to help with our bags. Toilet seat didn’t stay open. Beds were rock hard. A/C was very weak. But the real deal breaker was after leaving the room for a bit and returning to a mouse running across the bed. It was late so we couldn’t go else where. They did change our room. The morning cold water shower was a fitting farewell.

La stanza era misera e avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione e ammodernamento. Mancava il frigorifero (e si consideri che c'erano 40 gradi) siamo stati costretti a mettere l'acqua in un frigo comune stile campeggio. I letti non avevano le lenzuola ma solo un coprimaterasso. Infine il proprietario ha voluto il pagamento in contanti e in euro senza altra possibilità.

The room, everything clean and we'll maintenance. But I got a noise from the roof so I messaged to the host and they changed me the room for a better one. They were also kind to help me with a lost package I had through the phone because I needed someone who speaks Turkish, and let me do check in 30 min after as well. Very nice people and the place is very peaceful, and is just 10 min walking from one of the entries for Pamukkale terrace.

Hotel má veľmi dobrú polohu, k travertínom je to ibakrátka prechádzka. Nádvorie bolo plné zelene, pokojné a dobre udržiavané. Personál bol zdvorilí a ochotní. Raňajky boli dobré. Izba bola menšia, ale na prespatie úplne stačila.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer schönen ruhigen Lage, von der man fußläufig alles erreichen kann. Es gibt es einen schönen grünen schattenspendenen Innenhof. Mein Zimmer: ich hätte es mir schöner nicht wünschen können. Sehr sauber, gemütlich, mit einem kleinen Balkon. Meine Gastgeberin, ihr Mann und ihr Sohn sind überaus herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. VIELEN DANK DAFÜR ❤️!

Porque no aparece la reserva de coche y aún no me responde Booking de la queja que puse? Porque han borrado la reserva que hice de coche? Es una política para no tener que responder?

La forma en que quieren ocultar una queja...no hay forma de encontrar mi reserva de coche y la he tenido que hacer desde la reserva de un hotel.

说是酒店，其实就是最普通的民宿。房间居然不提供饮用水，真是没见过。而且连杯子都没有一个。不愿意使用信用卡，非要现金付款。服务也不好，看到你拿很重的行李，连问一句要不要帮忙都没有。

Хорошая локация, рядом с основным достоинством этого места. Завтраки вкусные, но не достаточно разнообразны. Хозяева видно что люди добрые, но показалось что они немного устали от разного рода туристов. Для оплаты номера имейте наличные в лирах, так как на ресепшене курс не выгодный, хотя можно было и с нормальным курсом брать, как во многих турецких отелях делают. В целом все остальное понравилось. Никаких нареканий.

La posizione è a 10 minuti a piedi da uno degli ingressi del sito. Bellissima la cena in hotel (da organizzare con un pò di anticipo). Le stanze superior danno sul giardino alberato. Terrazzo rilassante.

Le stanze standard sono più anguste e con finestra su vista non piacevole, ma c'è aria condizionata e si può tenere chiuso le finestre. Arredamento in stile turco, forse un pò sovrabbondante, comunque piacevole per calarsi nel contesto.
